This is a complaint about a yong female pharmacist I think named Shahar who I spoke with this evening at 6:30. My vet called in an order and it wasn't in the system when I arrived, I spoke with the pharmacist at the consultation window and gave her my paperwork. She said it didn't show the number of pills. I (respectfully) showed her where it clearly said "misoprostol 200mg 8ct". She said "how do I know that ct stands for count?" I said, it's a common abbreviation, it means that there should be eight pills included in the prescription. She said well. You're only supposed to give a quarter of a pill at a time, so how do I know it's not supposed to be 8 quarters of a pill?, So 2 pills? This was completely ridiculous, but I managed to stay respectful. I said that doesn't make sense. It says eight count 200 mg pills. It doesn't matter what the dosage is, this is how many pills I'm supposed to get. So she asked me to call the vet, so I did, on speakerphone and the vet told her the exact same thing. 8 ct. means eight pills. The pharmacist had a terrible attitude the whole time. I don't know if she just hates her job or what, but she said okay and I hung up the phone, and then she said that the phone call wasn't valid because it was from my phone, and she had to use her phone. I thought she must be messing with me but I maintained composure. So I said okay. The number is right there on the prescription. Just call them and ask for the vet. She said I'll do it later, I'm busy. At this point, the vet was about to close in 15 minutes. I said okay but I've been waiting in line, and this should have already been called in, I have a sick animal in the car that I have to watch over constantly, as he was poisoned this morning. I said I need to make sure I get these meds before the vet closes. Can you please just call the vet. I just did it and it only took a few minutes and you were standing there listening the whole time. She got mad and said I'll do it when I have time. Have a seat. This was pretty upsetting but I complied and I went and had a seat, I watched about five more people talk to her, and then it was a few minutes to 7:00 and it was clear that she was taking out some kind of vengeance on me for no reason, probably self conscious for not knowing that ct means count. Basic stuff. So yeah she just created all these problems for me out of nowhere. I wasn't trying to be rude and I wasn't playing games, I had just spent all day worrying about my poisoned dog and had my bank account drained and now this person is creating problems out of nothing. I was feeling to stressed so I went up and asked for my paperwork back so I could go somewhere else. She thrust the papers at me and I asked for her name. She suddenly got really mad and look like she was going to flip out so I quickly turned and walked away. I've had to wait a long time here (40 mins when they said 10) before but never in my life have I had to deal with somebody with such terrible psychological issues that they have to create problems for respectful people. Just trying to fill a very important prescription. I will never go back to the CVS and probably never go back to any CVS. This person needs to be fired.
Woefully understaffed. They have never once answered the phone. You just wait on hold endlessly. The only way to speak to anyone is to go there in person and wait in a long line. You will then likely be bounced to another long line, and then back a few times. If there is any issue with your prescription refill, they won’t call you or your doctor to resolve it (or at least inform you), they will simply cancel your order. At first you’ll think you’re going crazy bc you’re not notified of the cancelation via email or any other means. It’ll just disappear from pending status as if you never ordered it. After this happens 2-3 times, you’ll start to suspect that you’re not the problem (you’re not), and will need to go in in person to resolve it. But the first person you go to will likely give you incorrect info. They may even insist (as they did in my case) that this is a new medication for you, even if you’ve taken it and gotten it from CVS for years. Instead of trying to resolve their lack of knowledge, they’ll then pawn you off on someone else and make you wait. Yes, they are busy, but that should not be an excuse for poor customer service in perpetuity. I don’t blame this on local staff (well, most of it), but CVS as a corporation needs to figure out how to adjust their operations and staffing model to fix the issues.
I don’t normally write reviews but the experience I just had on the phone with Sharon Park made my blood boil. I’m due for a refill of a medication that is unfortunately experiencing a shortage so I was calling around to other CVS stores to see if they had it in stock. Luckily the University Ave. location has my meds and enough supply for a 30 day quantity. My refill is due tomorrow but Sharon began to argue that it can’t be filled until the day after due to store policy when every other CVS I spoke with agreed that tomorrow is my official refill day but they just didn’t have the medication in stock. I explained to Sharon that I have a long history with this medication and that even the CVS app that I use to keep track of my meds and refills plainly states that my refill is due tomorrow and not the day after. I also informed her that had to leave town ASAP due to a family emergency and that I couldn’t travel without it as it a psychiatric medication that I take twice a day. Sharon immediately reiterated “store policy” without looking at my very lengthy prescription history and then proceeded to hang up on me - not just once but three times after I’d been on hold for at least 30 minutes for each phone call. My advice for future patients: Do your research, read the reviews, and don’t let them **** with your meds.
Corporate seriously needs to come into this place and figure out all the problems. You can't get a hold of anybody on the phone so I have to come down even though I'm disabled and would not like to have to wait in line for 20 plus minutes. Your pharmacists are rude they tell me that I'm talking way too fast when I'm talking slow and clearly. You had me waiting 20 minutes in a line only to tell me that there was nothing for me and that I needed to go to the drop off line which was also really long. It seems like you have about two people working for a very busy pharmacy. This has been an ongoing problem since 2020 maybe if you got some workers and paid them well they would stay. Everyone is able-bodied and able to stand in line for long periods of time. You seriously need to hire somebody to answer your phone because no one answers no another how long you wait I've waited 45 plus minutes to get somebody and they don't answer. I need to remove all of my prescriptions from this place CVS does not care about customers. And reading the review about the customer with the dog is just horrifying.
Came here last night for an emergency because I was suffering from a really bad tooth ache around 11pm. Went in for what I needed noticed there was 2 cashiers and self checkout was open so I went to scan my first item placed it in the bagging area and the item wasn’t heavy enough to be recognized. The machine “help needed” chime began to go off cashiers who seemed to be helping other customers were 5 feet away. The security guard who was 15 feet away asked if I needed help I said yes and they stood there for 3 minutes before finally the secure guard had to ask Blanca the cashier if she’s could assist me. She then looked over and like I was a bother to the conversation she was actually having and in Spanish said under her breath said “Well it looks like I have to help him now.” I’m assuming she didn’t realize I also spoke Spanish so I kindly said “Sorry, I only have these two items”. My suggestion is to talk to Blanca about her willingness to treat customers correctly & respectfully whether she thinks they can understand her or not.
This review is specifically for the pharmacy team at the CVS on University in North Park. Thank you for always being so friendly and helpful and for being there 24 hours! I ran out of my meds and went in at around 9:30 pm (Sunday). For some reason, I found that my health provider didn't refill my script and it was one that I would need daily or risk some serious side effects. I asked if I could get some just until I could call my physician tomorrow. I had to wait a moment to speak with the pharmacist to approve my request. It was honestly busier than I thought it would be given the time but I didn't wait long and the pharmacist was glad to help me out, even filled it within minutes. The pharmacy tech was also so friendly, helpful, and upbeat. I just really appreciated the wonderful service they provided me. For as much school as they have to endure to acquire such an essential role, they really deserve to have nights and weekends off!! But, if they had, I would have gone without my meds! So, thank you for being there tonight!!.
I recently moved to the north park neighborhood from Chicago. My insurance was not yet switched to be used in California. I take microgestin birth control. I bought my first months packet of out pocket. I received a phone call informing me my prescription was ready for pick up. Once I arrive I give them my new insurance information. The pharmacist then said "oh ok, I will this for you". I was confused because it was already filled. But there was a line so I was patient and waited. They switched my prescription to a higher costing generic brand without even informing me. I get to my car before I noticed. When I first retired they told me I left the store so they can't give me another brand. I pushed that they switched without informing me. They filled my right prescription finally after some debate of my health and switching prescriptions. Be aware the pharmacy here does not care about what medicine is best for you. They will push the more expensive more harmful medicine on you without giving good reason.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. The most unprofessional pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with! I was having a severe allergic reaction and had to go to the ER. I came to fill my prescription and they gave me the meds I needed the next day but not the EPIPEN I needed RIGHT AWAY. They said it would be available in 3 days which is not acceptable. Then when I realized and called back they transferred me 3 times and each person acted more useless than the next making me repeat the issue. They said it would be ready in 2 hours which makes me wonder why they said 3 days in the first place when I am ACTIVELY HAVING AN ALLERGIC REACTION AND NEED MY EPIPEN. The pharmacist was super condescending and asked if I knew how much the epipen would cost as if that would deter me when it’s what will save me from SHOCK. I show up and their system is down and they won’t even transfer my prescription. Do not fill your prescription here. I can possibly go into shock and not make it to the ER thanks to CVS.
I want to give a shout out to the 3151 University Ave. location in San Diego, CA 92116 (North Park). That team, both front of store, and pharmacy is working SO hard, despite the lack of support from district management. District management is consistently understaffing this location, even though it's an extremely busy location, that services several neighborhoods! I am so disappointed in the way CVS is running this location. It's not ok to overwhelm workers in any industry like this. It's disrespectful. I just want the the staff to know that we see them, and that this is not their fault, but rather district managements fault! I've been coming to this location for 8 years, and these people go above and beyond to be generous to people who live in this community. Also, A HUGE thank you to Rene in the pharmacy (the Pharmacy Manager). She is an angel. I hope CVS knows how lucky they are to have her. Rene is always so helpful, kind, and gracious. She really takes care of the customers.
The store was nice. They had some stuff locked up. I think it was the booze. And I talked some Spanish with the lady at the register. She was nice. Very nice lady indeed. The store had parking on the ground level, in a paved lot, out under the big blue sky, where you can really appreciate the splendor of the earthly delights on a daily basis. There is an automatic door to help you enter with minimal effort expended. I noticed several of the shoppers picking up some prescriptions at the pharmacy. I like to imagine what ailment they are suffering from and what medicine might be in the bag. I'm pretty good at figuring out the folks who are picking up their pain killers. They are usually sweating and/or shaking, staring at the ground, and grinding their teeth. But once they eat one of those pills, they are right as rain and ready to rumble. I love that about medicine!
They don't even deserve 1 start. I was a frequent CVS customer until I move to North Park and had to use this CVS store. On my last visit they ran out of my wife prescription and send me to pickup at the 43th St Chula Vista CVS. I had to wait about 2 hours there before the North Park location decided to transfer the prescription over. The pharmacist at the chula vista store was friendly and helpful calling his North Park counterparts at least 4 times to push the transfer. I submitted a complain to CVS customer service email and was got a call few day later indicating that was not supposed to be their service standard/procedures; they offered to get the North Park cvs store manger to call me and explain what they will do to avoid delays in the future. He never called. Good part is that Walgreens is across the street and they do have Apple Pay!
one star because I had to ask for help in the makeup area over 3 TIMES. The original worker who I asked help for never got me help?!! I waited and waited!!! Had to tell her again, told her I still wasnt being helped, she said oh okay and went about her bussniess, doing notting but just standing there.... she could of taken it upon herself to help me since I was waiting for so long! I also work in retail and when I see a customer waiting who needs help, I take action and help! (certain cosmetics/false eyelashes are locked and you need to get an associate to bring it to the counter) waited patiently for 30 mins! No one EVER showed up! Hire workers who are willingly to help or have an sense of urgency! The checkout lines are very slow too! Never coming back here! or at least to this location smh...
This place came through with my medical needs at the most convenient time. So my tooth started hurting one morning and I went to get an x-ray done and it turns out I had to get a root canal. So I told myself I probably should get some antibiotics because I did my own independent research and found out you can die from not treating your infections. So it was already late at night when I was doing this research and forgot to get the prescription medicine my dentist refer me too. It turns out this location has a 24-hour pharmacy which you can have your medicine done in about 20 minutes depending on your prescription. I did some pokemon go hunting in the area because it had a ton of pokestops, 2 hours passed and I went back to get my medicine. 10/10 forgot why I went to CVS in the first place.
From the very first step out of my car this CVS, on first impression, is filthy. The steps and walkways are littered with trash and I don't think they've washed their entrance in years. The store itself smells terrible, almost like cow dung. I witnessed two individuals shoplift and get away with it right in front of my eyes with a security guard that looked like he did not have two brain cells to rub together standing close by. So I also question the safety of their customers. The pharmacy is full of snotty, rushed staff. They did not listen to me and talked over me when I tried to explain an intricate issue we were dealing with for an insurance company. The unfortunate situation, for me, is this is the only pharmacy from where they will insure my medicines.
I came to pick up a prescription pharmacy staff extremely nice I ended up getting a $5 coupon the extra reward bucks and was like OK will pick up some snacks so I don't know what number the pharmacy used or if it was my moms number attached to it but I couldn't figure it out because I have my own CVS card I use. well apparently the coupon didn't match and the woman who is at the self check out was really rude about it and I was trying to figure out what number was used to use the coupon and it was like she was in a rush she didn't want to be bothered she didn't want to be there and granted this is a very stressful time I was going to buy the items but since she was so rude I decided to just leave them.
The store itself is fine, the workers are generally very nice! However, the pharmacy’s service is very unorganized and poor as of late. I requested my medications to be shipped out on Saturday and per the pharm tech, it would be shipped out on Monday morning. Sunday morning, a pharm tech calls me for payment information for the shipped meds, which I provide to her. I called tonight (Monday) and was told by another pharm tech that nothing has been processed for my meds and they are still at the pharmacy. These are time sensitive meds and I am upset that I have no clue about the status of my meds since I am getting different answers. Just don’t go to through the pharmacy here.
They have a decent selection of drug store items, but the grocery side always looks empty. It is open 24 hours so that is a plus. My last visit I came in for two things. Kleenex and a soda. But they get you with requiring multiples in order to get a sale price. Lol. So there I am, fumbling four boxes of kleenex, waiting in line. When I get up to the counter the three cashiers tell me to use the self check out! And wouldn't you know as soon as I step over they cashier the next guest. I couldn't even get a bag and had to place everything on top of my car to open the door. Now I remember why I never shop here and try to make it in to Walgreens when they are open
I would give it 0 stars if I could.. I just left this store and they where closed . And when I asked for the reason the manager of the night named BLANCA, was the rudest person she argued like she wasn't on the clock she got even ruder when I asked for corporate number. I will b following this up just because I have worked retail and I would have gottten fired if I talk to a customer the way she did. Very unprofessional to have these kind of so cal managers ruining stores. Gives CVS a very bad look! Ohhhh and as she argued she removed her mask I have pictures of that!
Honestly never coming here again. I wanted to get my prescription, was sent to another place that was closer to my house but the lady behind the phone saw it fit to call it into this location. I explained to her that the other CVS was closer to my house and since it was already ready, I didn't need to wait. Instead I wasted nearly an hour having to get here, which didn't need to happen, and then made to wait 10 more minutes. The only reason why I didn't give it a one star is because one of the men who works here was kind enough to let me use the restroom.
Pretty standard experience for a CVS. The pharmacy always seems to be busy and I've been called a couple of times for medications that weren't actually filled. So that's a bummer. As for the store itself, it's well laid out and is well stocked. You can find most every sundry you'd want. The only part that's a problem is the check out process. They're almost always understaffed for the number of people who are checking out. The staff is always friendly, but there's just never enough employees to quickly move through the line.
Two employees were chatting in an aisle near me, and I went up and asked them to unlock a case for me. I was ignored. I then moved closer and spoke up louder and one of the women turned, looked at me and held eye contact while I asked her to please open the case for me. Then she turned around and kept chatting with her friend. I couldn’t believe it. I stood there for a second longer to be sure she wasn’t going to help me and then I set down my items and left the store.
I was very disappointed in how a pharmacy employee treated an elderly customer requesting assistance for a product. Apparently, the product did not have anything to do with medicine so the employee reacted bothered and annoyed by the question and didn’t let the customer finish what he was saying and left him standing there while the employee left for a break or something. This was on December 25, 2021 around 10:30pm
The pharmacy manager on duty today is inept at best. Despite confirming on the website and in person that I meet the criteria for the second covid booster this “manager” asked me to specify which criteria I met in a very public area. I’d strongly suggest sharing him with the talent in San Diego because he is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Definitely not visiting that store or cvs again.
By far the worst CVS I've ever been to in the entire United States. Every time you call in to the pharmacy, expect to wait on hold for 20 minutes, not because it's busy, but because the employees quite literally don't care -- I've seen it in person while waiting for my prescription, they put people on hold then just walk about doing their thing until they feel like doing their job.
Still almost impossible to get a hold of somebody on the telephone because I can't always get what I need from the automated system. if it's going to take an hour or to be on hold at least allow the collar to leave their phone number and be called back. thanks. In fact last night no one even answered. The system just simply hung up on me after an hour. Please fix or you'll lose me.
Isabel helped me today and was a total delight! She cares about every customer that walks in the door and makes you feel at home. Before you have a chance to ask where something might be she is there to assist you. This is my favorite CVS location in San Diego! Great parking and incredible customer service! Thanks again Isabel for your assistance and kindness with each visit!
Phillip the day manager is beyond helpful! I've had several bad encounters with CVS employees. The people in his shift are well aware of proper problem solving and hes an expert at customer satisfaction! Very helpful. I appreciate excellent customer service skills. My sister was able to find her lost wallet. Thank you so much to Phillip and his team!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Custumer service is horrible! I never thought people could be so stupid. All I wanted to do is pay for my products and leave. Instead I got people running around doing who knows what. Why should these people have a job when there are plenty of intelligent people willing to work. This location SUCKS!
The store employee was immediate in responding to my request to get something that I need to be unlocked to buy. (dental heads). I was greeted at the front when I entered the store. The employee also was very knowledgable about the latest promotions and helped me see if my coupons would be usable at checkout.
The store is a little dated but that’s not an issue. Jean or Dean an older lady has horrible customer service and so does the manager. They claim to check all IDs but they don’t they only check one. This CVS is so close and I’m not going to let this issue stop me from getting the products I need. Do better
I think this cvs should have a minute clinic because I had to make an appointment somewhere a little far from my house, it would be nice to have one here in North Park for the people who live around that area. In other words the store is ok because when I get out from school I can buy food and drinks
They have left me waiting for an Rx to be filled for a long time. Last week I was told it would be ready on Friday. Friday came and went and nothing. Now it's been over 2 weeks and no Rx. I transferred here from another pharmacy because I was hoping it would be better, but so far it's been worse.
I only come here for staple stuff when in a pinch. This store always has what Im looking for; medication, vitamins, tp, cleaners, deodorant, stationary stuff, etc. Employees seem very close to each other, maybe need a bit more attention to custys. Over all, glad theyre in the hood.
I love this pharmacy staff. They are always so kind and understanding. Mason helped me through a problem I had recently with a mix up of my doctors Id and he was so great. He called me back when he promised and that's what GREAT customer care Is all about! Thanks Mason!
Terrible experience ! The worse ! We did our covid test lab for traveling more than 48 hours before we leave and haven’t gotten anything yet !! It’s been 3 days now ! Thanks CVS we miss our flight good job ! If you fly somewhere DO NOT GO TO CVS ever !! HORRIBLE COMPANY
This CVS is a go to for all of our toiletries and things. The food here is really expensive and they very rarely have deals or specials on the things I need. So we keep it to meds and candy and we will grab the occasional Red Box movie from out front. Staff is cool.
Fast service & check out. Variety selection. Red Box available. Propane available. Refill water available. 24/7 store hours. Enough parking. Calm & quietly & door man available. Good place to get your medication. Recommend to come this part of University/North Park.
False advertising. Not 24hrs. Wasted valuable time on the way to work. Huge 24hr signs, but closed when I got there until regular business hours. Take the 24hr sign down so you don't waste people's time who may have just enough time to stop by on the way to work.
Have had some good experiences and have had some maddening experiences. When you tell me on the phone a prescription will be ready in an hour, I actually expect it to be ready IN AN HOUR. Not 3 hours, not 3.5 hours- ONE HOUR. This has happened more than twice.
I have pharmacy pickups here regularly, and any time I have to use the restroom while waiting , I can never use it. I have to leave the store to hunt down a bathroom. Not good when u really have to go. Very inconvenient if u have to wait for a presription.
Went here for a COVID (pcr) test. Didn’t have my results back after 2 days and had to pay another place $300 to get it done in 2 hours or else I would have not been able to take my international flight. If you can wait more than 2 days then might be ok.
This CVS location is great. It’s a huge store so with most everything you need. They also have a huge parking lot with plenty of space so it a convenient to get to when your in the north park area. I always hit this cvs when I need the essentials.
Called four times, 1st got hung up on in a few minutes, second I was on hold for over an hour and then hung up on, third was over half hour but this time answering and putting me on hold saying had others ahead, then I heard her come back
Awful. They were out of aspirin! And their credit card system was down. Each time I go in there (this is the fourth or fifth time) I walk away disappointed, past the homeless begging for change in the parking lot. There are better choices.
Pharmacy is rude and condescending. I’m sure it sucks to work in a CVS but they shouldn’t be taking out their anger on customers. I don’t get many medications filled, but when I do they always act put out and annoyed with me. I tolerated
Pharmacy is great and I wish I could review separately. Service has gone downhill quickly. Staff standing around the cash wrap having idle conversation with a line building up and unwilling to work. Temperature is always really warm.
Except for one messup (out of a few dozen) I think their quite competent and personable. They regularly answer the phone quickly... find your record quickly and fill quickly. It's important enough that I though it merited a review.
Ron is awful. Looks like he doesn't like his job. Doesn't greet the customers and gives a very hostile vibe. Always rude to customers. I will be calling the manager to get him fired. Ron is the most unfriendly person I ever met.
Overpriced, but convenient. On Friday and Saturday nights there is a great food truck that parks outside called Churro Addict that only has fresh, hot churros with great toppings! Do yourself a favor and get some churros!
The pharmacist Cristina is a great professional. Patient with customers that English isn't first language, has empathy and is always ready to help the customers. My congratulations to CVS to have an employee very good.
hi everyone. sorry to bother, i’m just here trying to contact my role model, as well as review king, known to man as Robert smith. Please, if anyone can help, contact me through the reviews. i’ll stay posted
After being hung up on a couple of times. Finally reached oh so ignorant staff that could not answer, a simple question too busy for me.Hasta la vista amigos! I don't have time for your foolishness.
Go to Walgreens, it’s just across the street. The staff is rude; you ask them a question and they respond with an ugly attitude. Why even work in an environment like CVS if you can’t be friendly?
Cassandra helped me resolve an online photo order error. Cassandra went above and beyond to answer my questions and resolve the problem. Thank you for the caring and excellent customer service!
Please update your hours, or post on the doors what the actual hours are. Google says the hours were confirmed a week ago by the business, but when I stopped by this morning they were closed.
I would avoid this using this location's pharmacy. I'm not entirely sure what the issue is but after 2 years of using them I've had more trouble than it's worth getting scripts filled.
just about impossible to get in touch with pharmacy. Phone rings, gives you elevator music for about a minute, and then line goes blank. call again and you'll get the same thing....
I'm always here because I live super close to this place. It is ALWAYS busy and the later you go the weirder the people are. The people that work there are always nice and patient.
Great customer service, beautiful neighborhood, selection to rival almost all other stores around. They recently stopped carrying Tampico juice but that can be forgiven over time.
Good for buying things in a pinch but pharmacy is only real draw to this store. Walgreens across the street is usually just as expensive. Skip these two unless you're in a pinch.
Frequently out of prescriptions, poor communication when prescriptions are out of stock. I'm just going to bite the bullet and get my prescriptions sent to a different pharmacy.
Homeless, pan handlers, people digging thru trash cans....then no bags usualy w out asking, your receipt will be 6 feet long, there's hamburger pickles n stuff on the ground...
Prescriptions take days, line waiting times are always 20min-1hr, and twice I’ve been put on hold for 40+mins and then disconnected without getting to talk to the pharmacist.
Once again a CVS that claims to be 24 hours is closed repeatedly between 10pm and 6am. If the company is not going to hold stores to the posted hours then CHANGE THE HOURS!!
Man! This entire store is full of nice people. If you work graveyard and you are able to keep a smile on your face, greet customers, and help them that says a lot!!!
This is the worst CVS in the world. Their employees are liars, they are lazy. They gave me the wrong prescription, they don't answer the phone. Horrible people.
While the building itself is a little dim and dated, the pharmacy staff here is phenomenal! Thank you for being so efficient and respectful and accommodating.
This CVS discriminates and profiles people. The moment you step in the store, they are ready to profile you and the vibes are just so off. Check yourself CVS.
Friendly staff, unfortunately it is a pretty rough neighborhood in which they have their shopping carts stolen regularly... so no carts available that day.
The employees at the University Ave & 32nd St CVS are always friendly and helpful. Glad this CVS is near my home and consistent with meeting my needs.
Terrible customer service. The boy behind the pharmacy counter needs to work on his customer service & needs to find a job he doesn't obviously hate
I am using it because my new insurance does not cover Walgreen's i have used CVS aka Sav-on in the past they always seem to have billing issues
Maybe they've gone out of business because I listened to the recordings for 40+ minutes and nobody ever picked up the phone in the pharmacy.
Amazing service! I told them I had flight to catch and they had my meds ready in under 5 minutes. They also didn't make me feel bad for it.
It's a huge store, lots of parking space, but I couldn't believe that a building that big couldn't accommodate the public with restrooms.
Keeps calling me about OTHER people's prescriptions with such poor customer service that they hung up on me when tried to remedy.
The worst CVS pharmacy I have ever experienced. Worst staff with worst customer service. Don't go this Pharmacy you will regret.
They are ridiculously slow, go somewhere else if you need good service Such a bad service, i do not wish that to my worst enemy
I see the person before me came to write about Mason, the pharmacist, and that's also why I decided to give this place 5 stars.
I like my pictures when they came out and plus you can down load the pictures onto your computer I liked it all the way around
Never call the pharmacy number I called the number 3 times!! They had me waiting for 50 minutes in total. Nobody picked up.
Dear Santa, I am sending you a letter early this year: I wish our country and our people are safe, healthy and peaceful!
Best customer service ever. Asked 3 times if I needed help in 5 minutes. Wasn't even drunk or high. Ok maybe a little.
Homeless people out front asking for money & just hanging out can be annoying. Staff are always friendly though.
Isabel is a great employee, always cheerful and welcoming and makes you feel part of the community and safe
Spent 20 minutes on wait twice... Not enough staff for how many people get their prescriptions filled here.
Be careful of athera the Indian pharmacy manager she accuses her techs of forging prescription unfairly
I don’t know why the prices are more than others, sometimes double price in comparison with amazon!
Those who participate in the oppression of poor people will not be exempt in the day of judgement
Been getting Rx's filled here for years. Prices are good. Staff is knowledgeable and efficient.
Unreliable. Put someone’s health in danger due to their carelessness. Don’t recommend them.
Another false advertisement ps off a store that's why los Angeles is better than san diego
Diana and Shawn were a joy and extremely friendly and helpful, they really made my day!
