I had a negative experience for the first time in this pharmacy as a new customer. The pharmacist I talked with over the phone, I think he said Jeffery, had really bad attitude and not professional manner when I asked him repeatedly about my medication availability and he was obviously agitated, and I did not get a good customer service from him. I will never get my medications transferred over again to this place.

I was visiting the town and needed to fill my prescription. I went to CVS, Rite aid and Walmart and all those big chain pharmacy wanted to charge me over 200$ for my cream and same medication I got at Imperial Pharmacy for only 35$. Never going to big chain pharmacy again. Love this small pharmacy. Pharmacist and staff all were very great and very quick and efficient service. Thank you

Staff sent pharmacy supplies to an old address despite of new address been verified 1 day before shipment. I am very unhappy how this shipment was handled. Occupant of old address has notified IMPERIAL Time consumed for me and old address occupant should have not happened. Pharmacy supplies delayed for 2 days plus the inconvenience that occurred to both parties. (me and occupant).

With my eye surgery scheduled within the next few weeks, I was introduced to this new way of obtaining all the prescriptions by the mail and filled by Imperial Pharmacy. It is very time consuming to drive and get prescriptions myself and a pain. No mistakes this way and all payed in advance. I look forward to using their services in the future!

Where other Pharmacies would just call or not even let me know that my insurance denied my prescription, IMPERIAL PHARMACY takes the time to contact my insurance provider personally fill out the proper paperwork & get my prescription filled, where the other pharmacies don’t even bother or care, IMPERIAL PHARMACY does!!!!!

I needed my eye drops to take prior to surgery the prescription was filled 2 weeks prior but you did not deliver them on time. I had to call to see where the script was. I got this response. " we were so busy we couldn't get it delivered on monday so they were delivered late on Tuesday" I will remain at Rite aid.

Imperial Pharmacy is a place where I know I can expect great patient care, and professionalism. I came in to pick up an prescription and the pharmacist there was polite, professional, and answered all my questions regarding my medication. I will definitely be using them for all my prescriptions in the future!

I just moved to town, and they are much quicker and more thoughtful about my needs in comparison to other chain pharmacies. What took other pharmacies 4+ days to get my prescriptions transferred took them less than 24 hours! So glad I chose this place as my new pharmacy location.

Great pharmacy I receive my personal medication from this pharmacy. I work as a delivery driver there and see the packaging. Consider changing your pharmacy to this one and receive your medication at your house.
