Super convenient location in Hillcrest. Has all the standard stuff. Self checkout is nice when available, sometimes it’s turned off. They have a pharmacy, ice cream, and offer flu shots. Very large parking lot, which can get full during weekends or events. There’s a Starbucks across the street. A lot of food options nearby too.

No better place to go for your pharmacy and store needs. Friendly efficient and caring staff. They are respectful caring happy to help in any way so that you get your medicine and other products to keep you in good health. Been a customer for over 15 years and will continue to be a customer as long as I can stay with them.

It's times like this I'm so glad I have Kaiser. I stopped in to pick up a prescription for a friend that was called in yesterday. I stood in a long line to pick up the prescription. The prescription wasn't ready. When they filled the prescription they made me stand in the long line again to pick it up. Very bad service.

The recent remodel makes the store flow much nicer. The customer service has always been exceptional and they're very attentive to opening another register if there's anything of a line at checkout. I've never used the pharmacy portion, but the store is great. There is ample parking which is also nice in uptown.

Kari line was the lady who helped me at the pharmacy and gosh was she the best! She dealt with me being unprepared to pay and was so patient for me to get my money and I noticed how she was dealing with 2 other customers who weren’t the sweetest so professionals. I have been using the pharmacy for a year, it’s close to my house. Without a doubt the same medication is a different price every time I come to pick up and with a doubt they ask me to wait while they figure it out. Usually about 30 min. Don’t waste your time here like I did, go to a different pharmacy.

This Rite Aid is spacious and attractive and in the busy Hillcrest area. There is plenty of parking space. The employees are helpful and courteous. There is even an ice cream shop in the store with as close to homemade as anyone can get. It is a relaxing shopping environment to experience.

I am 11 years old and I don't have much to say say about this Rite Aid. At the pharmacy. The pharmacy manager seemed very rushed and didn't have time for me and my mother. We spoke to a manager and she was very nice. Thats all I have to say about this place.
