At last the vet you’ve been looking for! If you love your pet as much as I do and are frustrated and disheartened by veterinarians more concerned with making money than the care and well being of your fur baby, look no further. Meet Dr. Christian Croquenois with Cahuenga Veterinary Hospital. I have been searching for an honest, knowledgeable and compassionate veterinarian for over 10 years and at last he has arrived. I recently had a very big scare with my 2 year old golden retriever named Escrow. I reached out to my previous vet on a Monday to explain my dogs condition and was told the soonest they could get her in was Thursday. On Tuesday my dog seemed to be getting worse so I called my vet again. I was told if I thought it was an emergency I should take her to a 24 hour clinic. By Wednesday she was vomiting profusely and couldn’t keep anything down. I rushed her to the emergency only to be told they were red alert too crowded and if she wasn’t dying they were also to busy to admit her. I called my vet again now in desperation and they told me I could walk-in and wait to be seen for $85. I headed to the vet and waited. I keep waiting until my dog began to foam from her mouth. I told the receptionist to please help me her. Her response..”if you want her to be seen immediately we will need a $500 deposit.”So they ran my credit card and in she went. When they returned the doctor briefly explain what he thought might be the cause of her illness and then a vet tech came in with a $2700 invoice I would need to sign off on in order to proceed with her care. The diagnosis seemed vague and the treatment extreme with possible surgery not accounted for in the estimate. I authorize fluids and began to search the internet. I was completely distraught. Then a friend called me and said she had the greatest vet. She was not kidding. She connected me with Dr. Croquenois over text message. I explained my dogs conditions and he immediately had recommendations with what I could do to stabilize her for the evening. He scheduled an appointment with me the very next day and even came in an hour early so he could see her before I had to be at work. The moment I met Dr.C in person felt an Overwhelming sense of relief. He actually loves animals. He cared and was concerned for Escrows well-being. He listened reviewed Blood work and x-rays and was able to properly diagnose my dog her. To no surprise, she did not need surgery. He treated her that morning with fluids and antibiotics. I was pleasantly shocked and completely relieved when I was given the bill for Escrows treatment. I thought for sure it was missing an additional number. It wasn’t. After 10 years of outrageous treatment and charges I expected veterinary fees to be so much more then the reality of what they actually should be and Dr. C charged. I Gladly paid the bill and we were on our way. Throughout the day Escrow progressively got better. At 4pm Escrow was on the fast track to recovery and I received A text from Dr. C to ask how she was doing. This was something my previous vet never did in 10 years. I’m happy to report Escrow is doing much better and I have at last found my forever vet. I am overjoyed to give the highest recommend to Dr Christian Croquenois with Cahuenga Veterinary Hospital.
TLDR: CVH does not value their customers time. I was called that my pet was ready for pickup and 1 hour and 45 minutes later still do not have my dog returned to me after waiting in the office and prepaying before we even left the house. This place also charges an arm and a leg with a “maximalist” approach when it comes to intervention. Proceed with caution. If you have work or somewhere to be, expect your animal discharge to be about as long as a human hospitals (read: LONG and painstaking). I hate to leave bad reviews but this experience necessitates it. I came to CVH as a last resort because my dog has been vomiting on and off for 4 days. I was worried, but it wasn’t emergent. This was the first vet office that had availability today that was well reviewed after my regular veterinary care center was booked up. My girl has had similar episodes in the past. I was expecting to pay about $300-400 for a trip like this, a ballpark of past visits. I was a bit shocked to see $721 when she was taken for imaging but she’s worth it. Maybe I should’ve been more discerning and questioned the need for two images or whatever lab tests, but I just wanted to make sure my baby was okay. I took that L, ate the bill. What crossed the line of unacceptable was being called at 2:49pm being informed my dog was ready for pick up. Great! New total was $836 with the 3 (or maybe 4?) meds they were sending home. Honestly, it sounded excessive for what appeared to be gastritis. In the past, she’s received a nausea injection and was sent home to see how it settles, MAYBE with a follow up pill PRN/if needed. I arrived to CVH within 10 minutes of receiving the call regarding my dogs diagnosis, treatment plan, and being alerted of her being ready to come home. I had paid in full before even stepping foot in my car. I arrived by approximately 3pm. It is nearly 4:45 and I still do not have my dog. I’ve asked for them to email Rx instructions or whatever aftercare notes because of a need to return to work and eventually a family birthday. They do not even have my prescription ready. Where is my dog It’s been two hours!!!! People have lives to live and jobs to do! This was after I spent 45+ minutes at the office — between waiting for a room, 5 minutes with the vet, and then waiting for the tech to pick up my dog to bring her to imaging (and to sign off on the bill). Don’t get me wrong, people seemed lovely and polite. It was clean and modern. But I’ll be damned if they aren’t the slowest office I’ve ever visited and extremely maximalist in their medical approach.
We’ve known Dr. Christian for years and he’s been the primary Dr for our three fur babies. We followed him to his practice hoping to receive the same care from him as the one we received when he was at Nordhoff Clonic, Not knowing that when it becomes a family practice things will change. He diagnosed our dog with lymphoma and since We weren’t happy with the office staff and the office manager who refused to get immediate care to our dog when we needed. When I personally talked to Doctor Christian and mentioned that I called and wanted to bring my dog for him to visit he said we can not accommodate you whenever you want. We requested her profile and medical history but Dr. Christian assured us that he knows what he is doing and started the chemo. We spent thousands of dollars at this clinic and every time we had the chemo appointment we had to wait hours to get the care. Last week my dog had a stroke and we informed him that our baby was at the hospital for a night we had to call several times to get a hold of him and all these times there were not even one follow up call. ( by now I know all veterinary clinics make follow up calls when the patients are in critical conditions.) we lost my dog 3 days after ,( after 24 hours of non stop calls to the clinic and Dr Christian directly and not being able to talk to anyone one to send us her medical history for Access to be able to treat her in the hospital. It’s now 5 days after our dog is gone , we have received calls from previous clinic, Chewy and insurance company sympathizing with us for the loss of our baby and not even one call from the clinic that we spend thousands of dollars since they started their operation. And today when I called to get my other pets medical history , I told Dan we lost our baby and all he said was “I know, I know” not even a word that they are sorry. It is disappointing and inhumane. Now I know we were just a money making machine for this clinic. They are expensive, they have repeatedly double charged us for the visit and they don’t care about your pet. And at times we had heard they’ve been rude to other pet owners who were complaining. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone .
What an amazing experience! Vet clinics can be a scary place for most pets and especially for my cats. At Cahuenga Veterinary Hospital, it’s a whole different scene. The front staff are amazing and super genuine. You can tell they really care about your pets and how you doing as well( it’s not always easy for us humans seeing our pets sick or injured). Wait times are nearly non existent compared to other hospitals having people wait for hours. Dr. Christian is amazing. He’s super nice and really has a heart for animals. You can tell the moment he steps in the room. Animals are comfortable around him - it’s truly amazing. I brought my cat in cause I was worried about something going on with her ear. I ended up speaking with Hugo and he was super helpful with getting me set up and filling out paperwork for my cat. I was in the waiting room writing down info about my cat and I could overhear Dr. Christian speaking with other clients. It was truly heartwarming. He’s so good explaining in detail the questions people have and what is the best thing to do in order for the best outcome for their pets. My cats don’t like being at the vet, but once we were in the room with Dr. C my cat was so calm with him. Poor Ginny ended up needing surgery and again he was phenomenal at that too. Once I finished up, Hugo explained me some of the medications Ginny would need and was great at explaining the proper dosage and how to give it to Ginny. This is our go-to clinic now. Both Ginny and I had a wonderful experience here! I highly recommend this clinic. Most genuine and reasonably priced clinic I’ve been to. They care so much for animals and it shows big time.
I was recommended to visit this vet clinic, so I made an appointment a week and a half beforehand. The appointment was scheduled on Saturday 12pm. I had arrived at 12:01pm and noticed that there was a lot of people waiting to be serviced. The staff on the front desk looked unfriendly. The employee gave me paperwork to fill out. I finished the application in few minutes and was waiting when they will invite me. However, there were four or five people assisted while I was waiting and when I asked how much time should I wait and WHY should I wait for them if I had made an appointment at 12pm, the woman at the front desk just said that I have to. There is a line... I have to say, that my friend who recommended Marina to me and who came 15 minutes before MY appointment was assisted and already could go home. So he was serviced without appointment and I had to wait.. What the necessity of making an appointment if they are taking everyone all together?! I had plans for the day so I couldn't wait. It was 12:40 when I left the clinic, because there was one more person before me. Why should I spend an hour of my own time for nothing? Unpleasant situation and unprofessional attitude to the customer. Awful parking situation. There was no places to park a car and there is No Parking all over the street.
This place is expensive; however, my pet has received good care here from the actual vets. The receptionist behind the desk that works there has a bad attitude, and doesn't understand good customer service. I went to an appointment that was scheduled at 10:15 am, and I showed up on time, but was told that I couldn't wait in the waiting room. There were at least three other patients that were already waiting in their cars or outside of the office. They aren't letting people into the waiting room while COVID-19 exposure is still a risk, so she told me not to have "an attitude" and wait in my car. I wasn't in a car. I walked over there, and was expecting to be seen at 10:15 am. My problem with the experience is that....(1) if you have a new waiting room policy, you should be communicating that to your customers before they arrive and (2) they shouldn't be taking multiple appointments if they don't have the capacity in the waiting room....sorry if that's your policy then you can only take one customer at a time until you can allow customers to wait in the waiting room. There are a lot of other veterinarians in the area. I'm definitely not going back there.
I am so impressed with Dr. Croquenois and the staff at Cahuenga Hospital. They truly care about pets and their humans. Dr. Croquenois is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and professional. I was so pleasantly surprised by the follow-up calls and texts to see how my dog was doing and how she was responding to the medications. I am willing to make the longer drive to get superior care and service. Many animal hospitals in our area have become corporatized, and the level of care we once experienced has sadly deteriorated. My dog had a UTI, and I was told I had to wait an entire week to see my usual vet. Other places told me there is a shortage of vets and it would take at least a month to get an appointment. This vet was able to examine and treat my dog in just one say. I am extremely grateful that my dog got the treatment she needed in a timely manner.
Very bad experience very unprofessional This person. Christian Croquenois, give wrong medication my dog had fleas I ask this person is your medication safe he said yes absolutely ! then he gave me . What a terrible experience I had with this person he shouldn’t be working there as a veterinarian! wrong medication as soon as I give my dog has diarrhea and he had a seizure terrible experience no more I’m not going there anymore what a horrible experience I had ! I waited 45 minutes to see this person Christian Croquenois, He gave me the wrong medication as soon as I give it to my dog my dog started to have diarrhea and seizure what a horrible experience no more this person! I’m taking legal action against him I’m also calling on Consumer Affair!
I was kind of afraid to take my cat to this vet because all the bad reviews the hospital has. But I didn't find an appointment anywhere else. I have to say I was impressed. I couldn't believe all the bad reviews it has with such a friendly stuff. They were extremely friendly, extremely organized. Very puntual and efficient. Even with my cat, The vet who checked her did it with so much care. At the end I asked to the receptionist why did it have such a bad reviews if it was such a nice place. She told me the owner changed, and the person before wasn't that good. If you care about your pets I totally suggest you take them to here. Extremely happy about the service I recieved. And prices were extremely fair! And the place was super clean!!!
I was really disappointed in my visit here, and was really surprised at the service received after reading so many positive reviews. We had an appointment in early May, and immediately upon arrival the place felt chaotic. The vet didn't introduce himself nor take much interest in my cats, and he didn't wear a mask, despite COVID-19 regulations. He recommended an ultrasound for one of my kittens, which, after visiting another vet, I learned was completely unnecessary. He asked no clarifying questions and did not examine my other cat, despite having brought them both in for a wellness exam, addressing only the one question we had that he recommended an ultrasound for. Maybe we caught them on a bad day, but we'll never go back.
I am so pleased that Dr. Christian Croquenois is the new owner of Cahuenga Vet Hospital! He came from working at Nordhoff Vet Hospital in the valley where he got excellent reviews (I checked). Dr. Christian is very personable, caring and professional. When I brought my standard poodle puppy in with concerns, he was able to see her right away and to rule out a blockage without doing unnecessary tests. I recently brought my elderly standard poodle to him with a very large abscessed cyst on her side. He did a phenomenal job of surgically removing the cyst and consequently, she is healing beautifully. Dr. C is an excellent vet and surgeon and I really appreciate how responsive he has been with follow up questions and care.
Dr. C, his amazing vet techs, and everyone at Cahuenga Veterinary Hospital have been so wonderful to us! We found Cahuenga a while back when our former vet couldn't help, and we immediately knew they were our new health care provider. Since then, we have been on a cancer journey with our rottweiler, and Cahuenga has been there will the full suite of services from beginning to end. As one of the only remaining pet hospitals that do everything from surgery, to chemo, to day-to-day care, we cannot recommend the compassionate experts more than we do. We love you, Cahuenga, thank you, Dr. C for saving our boy, and for doing it with kindness and grace every step of the way. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would!
After taking our pet to their hospital twice, we have the impression that they care more about money than the well-being of the pets. The two visits cost us more than 1,100 USD, and who knows which of the services were really necessary. The visits took place almost a year ago, and until today, we haven't received the exam reports we were supposed to receive. We have called a couple of times to ask them to send them to us, however, the staff has been rude and has always promised an immediate action, which hasn't been the case. The staff member with whom I talked to today was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. It was clear she hated her job, so don't take your pets to this place.
I had to find a new vet for my two cats and I found this one by reading the reviews. And I can say that this vet is awesome and I love it. They have a good appointment system; I am able to call and schedule an appointment both for advance and sooner times. Due to my work and my varying schedules with my partner we needed a place we can schedule an appointment a month in advance. They are very accommodating to that. They have a great staff, the vet and vet technicians are very friendly, respectful, and experienced. The prices are also so great and reasonable. Comparing what I used to pay at my previous vet, this place is so much better. I would recommend this location :)
They truly do take their time to care and explain everything plus they answer all of your questions. I went in because my Xolo had a bad reaction to a cream I used for a skin issue she has. My last vet never gave us a diagnosis, but we finally know what is going on and have a plan to maintain her condition. He even gave us a information sheet! My heart aches for my pup cause I tried so many things and nothing worked. Now I feel confident we understand what’s going on and how to treat it. I won’t go to another veterinarian office ever. This is our home now and we’ll be going back soon for our first annual visit there. Thank you
Dr C., and Sandrine were absolutely amazing!! Our dog is 15 years old and was not feeling too well, after thousands of dollars and no diagnosis from our past vet, we were referred over to Cahuenga Vet hospital. It was the best decision ever for our doggo because within 1 visit we had a diagnosis and plan of action to help our Ashley out!! Also, to add the office space is super clean and the staff is extremely kind, you know that animal care is their passion! Dr C does everything he can in order to explain thoroughly and ensure you understand what is happening! Amazing experience and i am extremely happy i was able to find them!
Not okay. 4 weeks ago I took my cat in. Got all her shots and they told me I had to come in for a booster 4 weeks later. Cool. We scheduled the appointment. So I come by and they said " ohh she doesn't need any boosters" so I'm like why did they have me schedule this appointment. So they look at the records and see it was on the notes but "for no reason". Very unprofessional. I come from the valley and went to this vet because I used to bring my dog here when I was a kid. I will be finding another vet after this. The doctor who helped me was a middle aged white guy. I wish I remembered his name. Unfortunately not.
I can enthusiastically recommend The Cahuenga Veterinary Hospital to all who are looking for loving and comprehensive care for their pets. Dr. Christian is extremely helpful and caring and I am very grateful for the time and knowledge that both my dog Theodore and I received (I was not a patient as you may guess, but I asked a lot of questions). He demonstrated a profound expertise as an ultrasound specialist, the diagnostic expert and he is also a kind and compassionate doctor. It has been my good fortune to have had our precious dog treated by Dr. Christian Croquenois .
Dr. Marina is one of the best veterinarians I have ever had. She has definite compassion for all animals and understands them well. She explains things very clearly to me. I recently had a scare with my dog, Casper, who had a growth on his neck and I thought that his cancer had returned. Where other vets would have me leave my dog and open him up to do a biopsy, which cost me $1,000, Dr. Marina simply did an aspiration and she reassured me that it was just a pocket of fat. If you ever want to have a great vet and a great surgeon, please visit Dr. Marina in Hollywood!
Vesper is doing a lot better and back to her normal self after an intense few days of stomach upset, where I thought I was going to lose her given the nonstop symptoms. Thank you all for fitting her in last minute early in the day as it prevented prolonged damages that could’ve lasted longer had she not seen the doctor first thing in the AM. Also thanks you to the kind doctor and techs for treating her and cleaning up her mess. I would’ve freaked out not knowing what to do by myself had I had to wait longer throughout the day.
We had an incredible experience (6+ appointments) with Dr. C and his team. They provided exceptional and dignified care to our senior cat. They were always able to fit us in (other places we called when we first moved to LA couldn’t see us for weeks), took the time to explain everything and answer my many questions, and the prices are VERY reasonable. I am grateful for this entire group, especially for their thoughtfulness, and would recommend them to anyone. They will treat your pets like they’re their own!
The Dr. was nice but maybe not as thorough as I would have liked. They took my cat in right when we got there but it was over 2 hours before the Dr. even saw him. A male Vet Tech whose name I don't recall was so rude and obnoxious to me. I was with my sister and she heard the conversation. We were about to leave and find another Vet but we had already waited 2 hours. This is a one Vet practice that is very busy. It may be time to hire more Veterinarians. I will no longer be going to this office.
I've been taking my pet(s)) to Cahuenga Pet hospital for many years. Under the previous management, it could stressful and frustrating. However, now that it's under new ownership (Dr. Christian) it has been a breath of fresh air. It's now called Cahuenga Veterinarian hospital. My experience is more pleasant. The medical attention is thorough, the diversified staff is wonderful, the prices are reasonable and Dr. Christian is great. My little puppy, Majesty, says So far, so good!
Simba is very lucky... I finally found the best doctor in Los Angeles. My vet bills are much lower but more importantly I've never seen my dog so healthy feeling so good. Usually when something goes wrong it's test after test and expense after expense and if you're lucky they figure it out BUT I finally found a doctor that knows what he is doing and gets to the solution right away out emptying your wallet. Go to Dr Christian once and you will never go anywhere else.
So I’m only temporarily in LA, and I needed a vet for my puppy and I’m really grateful I found this vet office. I can tell that they are passionate about animals and will go above and beyond to give the care they need. The doctors were responsive and answered all my questions and they were able to find what was causing my sick puppy issues. They gave good meds and I feel confident that she’ll be back to normal in no time! I definitely recommend this vet office!
Excellent service! My cat, Leia and I felt very much welcomed. The staff there are dedicated professionals with big hearts for animals. Dr. Marina Kotlarenko is amazing. She is highly skilled and passionate in her work. She took the time to explain my cat's medication and taught me how-to apply it effectively. I appreciate her and the staffs' nurturing spirits, as we share a mutual love and care for animals. Thank you so much for everything that you do.
I've been to a lot of animal hospitals and Noone comes close to these amazing staff and the doctor. My dog had bladder stones and I drove around town and couldn't find anyone that can do the surgery and or wanna to charge me 4 to 12 thousand for the procedure. They were able to do it ASAP and I didn't have to pay such ridiculous price. They literally save my dog "Rollie" . I love them, I don't usually leave reviews but I had to do it.
We love Dr. Christian! Our dog Hercule was sick after eating food he wasn't supposed to and we were able to get an appt same day at Cahuenga. The Dr and staff were so nice and accommodating to our sweet boy. They took great care of him and explained everything to us. Dr. Christian even called to check on Hercules a few days after the appt to see how he is recovering. We will definitely continue to come to Cahuenga for Hercule's care!
I’m relatively new to cahuenga pet hospital, but they’ve shown such positive energy every time I take in my kitty! The staff is all so nice & the dr comes out and speaks with you personally about what’s wrong with your animal/what the next steps are. I asked for an itemized list of what the tip top cost would be for payment, and they printed it out for me with it broken down. Carla is so sweet & we love Dr Christian! :)
Not only were they able to schedule an appointment the same day, within about an hour, the vet, Dr. C was so attentive, professional, understanding, and knowledgeable. I’m so happy with how we were treated, I almost don’t even want to tell anyone so he doesn’t get busy. And yet, for the greater good, you should all know- he’s the bees knees. As long as I can, I won’t go to another vet. Thank you thank you thank you <3
I had to bring my cat in as an urgent patient because a condition causing mouth pain had stopped him from eating and drinkIng. They fit me in same day and everyone in the office was fantastic! I walked out with a full treatment plan for my cat with a detailed explanation on the meds he was given and a lifelong plan to keep his condition managed. Highly recommend the whole team!
Had the best experience with this vet, I took in my Pomeranian for a check up and was seen within 15 mins as a new patient. My Pom was checked and had some x rays, all went well! Was given an itemized estimate before any x rays were taken. Prices were reasonable and the doctor was amazing, communicated his suggestions and next steps. Highly recommend this office.
I take my Cavalier King Charles,HoneyRose to Cahuenga Vet Hospital and I have been very happy with the Vet as he communicates well with his patients and does not take advantage like you might find at many other Vets in LA. So that’s a blessing. I am pleased with the treatment I receive and HoneyRose is happy too so that’s most important
The new remodel looks soooo good! The lobby area is bigger which gives more room to keep animals separated while you wait. The exam rooms are bigger too. Rocket wasn’t feeling great, but he approves the new couches ;) The staff is just as friendly and attentive as usual and gives lots of love to your pets. Dr. C is awesome and patient. Thank you CVH!
Everyone here is really welcoming and the vet is honest, conscientious about what he prescribes and reasonable with pricing. I do not always trust vets because people can push procedures, but I trust Cahuenga Vet Clinic and appreciate how they conduct care by explaining what is needed and what's optional. They also saved my baby from a snake bite.
I've been to several vets throughout LA. This has been my favorite so far. Dr. C is very attentive and always offers great care. I also feel like the prices are very fair, especially compared to other vets around LA. I don't feel like they are trying to gouge you like at other places. Honestly, love this vet. Couldn't recommend them enough!
The clinic is always chaotic, the staff are rude , wait time is extremely long even when you have prior appointment. The doctor comes out to the hallway and briefs you about your dog. They are very expensive and they never follow up to see how your pet is doing. With the price you are being charged here you can find better caring clinics.
I had really good experience at Cahuenga Veterinary Hospital! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and they took great care of my furry friend. The facility was clean and well-equipped, and the whole process was seamless. I highly recommend this Veterinary Hospital for anyone in need of top-notch care for their beloved pets!
The front desk staff to the Vet techs and Dr. C are amazing! Dr. C and his staff really take the time to address any concerns. I have tried a couple of different Vets in LA am so happy I switched offices. I highly recommend them! They were also extremely accommodating in getting me in on such short notice.
Dr. Croquenois was fantastic! As was all of the staff. Very friendly, caring and thorough. I was in town for an extended time for work and I brought my dog Roxy in for her annual shots. I was nervous as this isn’t our home Veterinarian, but if I lived her full time, this would be my Vet! Highly recommend!
Had a great experience. Just moved to the area and needed a new vet which was a shame because both I and my dogs loved my old vet. Was very pleasantly surprised with this vet, both with the Dr. and his entire staff. Everyone was helpful, my dog was well treated and I will definitely be coming back.
My cat is super anxious about going to the vet, but everyone here was super patient with her and got her to a point where she was receptive to being examined. I’m very grateful for that, because we’ve been to other vets who have just given up and told us to come back another time. Highly recommend!
My first veterinarian I ever been to. It’s a small pet hospital. All the staff is incredibly nice. The veterinarian is knowledgeable, extremely kind, has such a passion and love for animals, treats my pet with the upmost care and love. My Dreami loves everyone there and never has a bad experience.
Great Vet! My 2 cats were treated with lots of care and She took time explaining me my concerns about some dental issues. Made me save money on a procedure I don't need right away for my cat. Their pricing is affordable and the clinic is very modern and clean. Thank you Sandrine and Dr Levy.
We had a great experience with Dr. C, Sandrine, Hugo, and the entire team. They took great care of our pup and they were all committed to great service. The office was outstanding, clean, and incredibly organized. We are so grateful and we will make sure to recommend it to everyone!
Dr. Croquenois is amazing! Came here before with the previous vet & was always happy with care, but since they took over, it exceeds expectations. My cat was injured & the entire staff was gentle, quick & caring. Made a stressful situation less so knowing my Snow was in good hands.
i would give 10 stars if i could Dr Christian is AMAZING!!! he did more for my cat in one visit thn the other vet did in 1 1/2 week, he really shows he cares and wants to make your pet feel better his staff is friendly. only bad thing is staff doesn't respond back to emails.
The doctor was very kind in treating my kitten. The staff was also very nice and informative. Just waiting to hear back on her specimen results. Hopefully that side is just as efficient as the in person service was. I love the Vet and techs everyone is super kind and caring
Doctors and the staff are amazing! speak very fluently and attends to the our baby puppies (our Family ) really well. Dr. Marina treats them like her own with honesty. I have no hesitation to highly recommend this pet hospital. Wish readers find this well. Thank you
Everyone is nice and helpful - and you can tell the staff love animals! Dr. Croquenois is patient, thorough, and kind. He helped me diagnose and treat both of my cats and gives them great care and attention during their checkups. Can’t recommend enough!
Everyone was so nice , the dr was very informative, wait wasn’t long , and it smelled good in the office for it to be vet hospital:) also it was affordable I’m very grateful with everything getting so expensive it’s hard and when you have fur babies
I'm a new client here, but am very impressed with the friendliness of the staff, their knowledge, and their prices. They are super transparent and will explain as much as you want regarding your dog's health. Will be my vet for a long time I think.
Very professional and kind staff. They took our dog during an emergency in even though they were really busy and took good care of him. The rooms have been renovated and it is a much more calm environment compared to pre renovated
Dr Christian is incredible.. we love him so much !! you guys don't know he's always honest and will tell you exactly how it is!! We actually followed him from woodland Hills deep deep in the San Fernando Valley to Hollywood!!!
Took my cat here for the first time, they had openings sooner than other local vets and a very reasonable exam fee at $69. Diagnosis and treatment options were offered promptly and professionally, and we will likely return.
Not bad but it’s way too expensive. Doctor seems nice and staff seem okay. If you’re on a budget though try looking for another place I paid 924 dollars for a couple of exams and medications.
I was very happy with their services show compassion towards my French bulldog there were thorough and explain the situation and how to go about in taking care of my bby Huero
I love it here .Appointments are quick, and the vet is kind and patient with my inquiries. The prices are reasonable. The best thing about it is it's family owned .
I love this vet’s office! Dr. C and his staff are so thorough and caring. I’ve been taking my dog here for the past 2.5 years and love it.
Took my dog there in an emergency a while back. They took great care of us and we have been back ever since. Highly recommend.
Kind, friendly, and helpful Vet clinic! I am happy with the care, and customer service I have received for my two kitties!
So much better now. Dr C is great! Beautiful offices, clean, fair pricing. Knowledgeable and caring doctors and staff.
Good first visit. Dr Christian + team seem well informed, and to genuinely care about my dog's well being
They care about your pets and are not in a rush to get you in and out like other vets we have been to.
Great experience! Friendly staff and very professional doctor! Chandler enjoyed her experience!
