Very bad place for shopping here. Please please avoid this place for your shopping. This place is just for cheating and fraud. I bought a small washing with dryer on 14th of June. The drain was not working and all the water getting into the dryer part. I brought the machine in end of June to exchange it or fix it but they didn’t do that. They have already told me that you can fix or exchange it in a month but not refund. So, I told them to please exchange or fix it now because I need it but they didn’t. When I brought it to home again, it had the same problem. Then, I brought it again to the shop and tell them that the problem is still there because the drain is not working. The manager told me, let me talk to the owner but the owner didn’t accept. When I talked to the owner and told him the whole story. He didn’t accept and just cut down the call. I am so disappointed that I had a purchase from this place. Then they took the machine to fix it or replace but after passing around 4 months, I got the machine. In this whole period, I went for around 10 times to solve the problem. Furthermore, they removed all the handwriting after I left the shop and the bill is attached. Very shameful…

Horrible Customer Service!!! I bought an Igloo chest freezer2.8 cft, two months ago from Canadian Outlet Store , Markham, based on their Kijiji ad. It was the worst mistake in my life. They gave two months warranty but I had to return to them three times within one month and had a horrible experience . They sell it as open box hence reduced price but the item is NOT IN A BOX at all. After 4/5 days of operation it does not cool and I returned it for fix, but similar thing happened for three times. Now I am thinking to garbage it. I could not find any manager or authority to complain. They keep saying electronic equipment may happen such. On top of it their employees ( I don't know they are employee or share holder - (seems share holder at their attitude) of the store) were rude to me when on the phone and in store as if I was there for a loan. I am posting this review so that others can know the reality. I searched them online before buying and didn't find anything. Its my opinion to go to a reputable store and pay little extra to buy something proper is better than this type of store.

Worst customer service ever. I went in there to pick up an RCA cable, and I could hear a customer arguing over the fact the item he bought didn't work. The guy on the floor was arguing and the guy at the check out was chiming in with his "two cents". I proceed to the cash register to pay. After I left the store, I decided to count my change (and I can't remember the last time i did that). Anyways, I was shortchanged 10 cents. No biggie. But because they were treating another customer like a war criminal, I returned to show my handful of change and receipt. Buddy there says count it again. I said it's still short. He goes off on me and says here take 20 cents. Anyways, anyone looking to argue for the hell of it should head there for the worst customer service experience imaginable.... kinda like the couple on Kitchen Nightmares (Amy's Bakery)... wow!

I spent over $400 over the christmas holidays when I did check my bill I saw I was over charged for an item costing $1.99 and I was charged $5.99 , I went to the store st markham and expalined both to the cashier and the operators wife , and in checking their computers the young lady saw it was an error in their system the difference of $4 dollars was calculated but they refused to refund me back after I soent over $400 , Their customer service is disgusting and their attitude stinks , PLEASE CHECK YOUR BILLS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THIS PLACE AS FOR ME I WOULD NEVER SPEND ANOTHER $$ AT THIS STORE AGAIN THEY HAVE ZERO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS , PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY AT A REPUTABLE STORE SO YOU WILL GET YOUR JUSTICE, IMAGINE IF THEY ROBBED EACH CUSTOMER $4 SMDH THEY LACK COMMON COURTESY AND PRINCIPLE. Worst service ever. Everytime I use this store I come to realize that they should go out of business. Don't buy anything there. They lie and give you false warranty and they never take care of any issues with the product. They advertise good that they don't have in stock so that they get you to the store and sell you other stuff that will break in weeks. They only sell defective products, but they present them as new ones. Even when they tell you about a defect in the product, it will not be the only defect. You will go home and be surprised with something else that they did not disclose. Don't waste your money. You should rather buy things at an authentic store that will provide the proper warranty and good customer service. Save yourself money and hassle by avoiding this store.

They sell it as open box hence reduced price but the item is NOT IN A BOX at all so I saw them dragging it in and out like an old chair. It's so noisy that I had to put it in garage. They keep saying it's normal noise but I have seen other similar freezers and it isn't. On top of it their employees were rude to me when on the phone and in store as if I was there for a loan. Only reason I am posting this review is so that others are warned because I searched them online before buying and didn't find anything. My suggestion is go to a reputable store and pay little extra to buy something proper.

Booked a U-haul for mobile pickup, all I had to do was pickup the keys and be on my way. The staff was unsure of how to process which isn’t her fault as training wasn’t there for U-haul but the owner (Shirin Mam) has a stick up her a** and didn’t accept the mobile pickup so she double charged my card with a manual payment and then proceeded to reject the request all from a phone call while she was not at work. Extremely rude to her own staff and even got questioned about her behaviour from her employee, no mannerisms but that’s just how she was raised. A grown women acting like a child and having a temper tantrum. U-Haul even called to see what the issue is but she refused to speak with them and just shouted at everyone

The service of the guy is good but today we came in and the girl took like 20 mins to serve us. We came in for the ion speaker and when she called the guy to ask about the price , we told her we are paying card. She literally told us the sealed box is $200 plus tax so we took the one on display aka OPEN BOX and we asked her before we paid and she said she can do it for $200. Now we go to pay and she says she cant do the $200 unless its cash we told her we said were paying by card. She sold us an open box item for the same price as brand new. Shes a slow worker and she has no clue how to run the store. The worst service ever.

Would give no starts but not an option. Scammers for sure, saw Kijiji ad asked if the orange juicer was new & they said yes. I kept asking after they insisted on "testing it out". I asked again is this a refurbished unit, they were adamant it's a scratch & dent only never used. I asked all the right questions & got all lies, I should have left the store, they seemed suspicious. Well when I got the juicer home it didn't work & there was dried juice pulp on it as it was a return & refurbished unit. I would highly recommend not trusting them, they will say whatever it takes to sell their products. Buyer beware!!

I bought a cell phone on Amazon said it was unlocked T-Mobile phone I called the manufacturer they said the phone was not unlocked why is this guy like to commit fraud does he not know what fraud means then I Google his reviews and all I see is him ripping off his employees and committing more fraud wake up people just because you're going to school doesn't mean you can't get your money from him he actually owes you more money than he then you think report him to the city and have him investigated for committing acts of fraud I've already reported you to Amazon have a nice day and have a nice life

Warning! The worst place ever! It turns out everything electonic in there is RMA returns or off brand! Most items in there have not been tested and open box. Their 3 day return policy is insane, and exchange only. The staff are not knowledgeable and will lie to you without flinching. Worst mistake ever answering their Kijiji ad. They will bate you with one price then tell you the sale is over meanwhile the ad is still up a week later advertising the price they would not honour. Save some time and frustration.... Go somewhere else! This is a scam shop.

Just Yesterday i bought a jbl speaker from this store, after i bring home i put it on charger, next morning after i wakeup i was trying to listen music from jbl speaker and i tried to on the speaker but it didn't work i even tried to put it on charge it didn't even work, i bought it on 40$ i feel like i wasted my money on water...before if i would have buy speaker from fb market in $40 it would be more worth it.. such a waste of money . i would not recommend this store to anyone ever... my biggest mistakes ever.. one star is also less for this... 0/0

I wish I read the reviews before going to this place! I bought a 3.5 cu ft Igloo freezer this summer, I returned it 3 times as it would not freeze. Now they will charge me to fix it. I regret ever going there. I would have paid less if I bought the freezer new from Walmart. Plus all the hassle. The customer service is the worst, this place does not respect the customer nor practices Canadian values. I highly recommend to never buy anything from here. I am still out a freezer

Costumer Service is very bad. They told me I can exchange when I purchased items from them. I got home to find 2/3 items broken and called to confirm I’ll be exchanging them the next day. I went in and spoke to the same person who said exchange is allowed, but she denied and said all items were final sale. After a big argument, they allowed one item to exchange, but that too turned out to be broken. Very upset, and highly disappointed. Rip off and unmannered service.

Literally just bought a tv and took it out of the box and it is clearly a not only used tv but also damaged with the previous owner netflix account still logged in...when i asked if it was a used tv the guy told me it was not....how do u all expect ppl to trust u all...y'all that money hungry??

Purchase Sony 65' inch tv 2 months back and kinda forgot to put my review so here it goes. The tv was offered at good discount and the picture quality is just out of the world. Would recommend this store to my friends and family. Will visit soon for washing machine and other few appliances.

The lady that was running the store was nice, I came to buy a microwave and had to help take it down for them since none of the employees could move it, all items were priced incorrectly so double check what the “actual” price is, the microwave works amazing though!

I worked here for a long time , nick was intially very sweet but later he did not pay me for 2 weeks He owes me 500$ As a student those 500$ meant everything to me, don’t work here , nick is a liar and never answers your phone if you ask for money !!

Not an electronics store save for some used phones and laptops. They have some useful items, but a lot of furniture, odds and ends and is generally inconsistent with their offerings.

Extremely bad customer service. The personnel can't even use their own computer system to rent out U-Haul trucks. Had to wait for an hour until they could figure out the system.
