Superb station. It's at ground level so no need for an elevator for the handicapped. There's a newsstand near the entrance of the station where you can buy snacks and such. Free transfer to the B42 bus RIGHT from the end of the platform. To top it off it's the L line, which has some of the most frequent service in the system.

The R143s and R160s announced as Carnasie - Rockaway Parkway. An 8-car train of R143 overshot the bumper near this station. Car 8277, was suffered significant damage in the accident. Car 8278 also suffered in a minor body damage, and

Train service is great, however the B42 shuttle bus sucks. Especially at 6:30pm. Sometimes I have to wait for 3 bus before I get on a bus About 3 times a week I have to take a taxi to get home. The L train let off passengers every 6 minutes

The train mostly runs ontime. However due to recent construction trains have been delayed or not running at all. So in turn you have to take a shuttle bus which made me late for work several times, even after leaving home two hours early.

Has a parking lot for short and long term. Plenty of security and well lit. There is an entrance in the parking lot and in front of the station. L train runs quite often. There are many buses to connect and often find one waiting for

Not a great station... it's looked like this since 90's minimum repairs and upgrades compared to the stations in Williamsburg and Manhattan that this line passes through. Why not upgrade the first stop to match those in your nicer

This place is okay because it's at ground level & it's near Flatlands Ave . But, it looks likes it would fall apart if a strong wind hit it . But, it's still okay .

From canarsie to Manhattan this train is a must have. Otherwise, the commute would be almost 2 hours by taking the bus to utica, to Flatbush then 2,3,4,5 train.

It's outdoors for a few stops... It's a local train..typically a long expected ride. But worth it. It's very close to home compared to other trains

This Trains is always filthy, the governor said all trains supposed to be cleaned, well the MTA clearly ignores the Carnarsie rockaway station

the b42 bus is ridiculous. theres always like 3 b6s back to back im like what. Machines never work and the workers are seriously not friendly

Great service always! BUT.. Rushing customers need constant reminders to allow their disembarking piers to get off FIRST!!

Conviently located. Street level makes it easy to enter, and i like the fact if you need the B42, it's technically free.

Station is terrible the machines never work, and clerks are very nasty. It's way to crowed to not have things working.

There's nothing like trying to get a MetroCard in the mornings and the machines aren't taking debit or credit cards
