Customer service is very bad. Me and my family had to go through a lot of stress because of them. I don't recommend this store to anyone especially for first time buyers. I have never experienced worse customer service like this before. Please be aware that this store has NO REFUND policy. The manger or the salesman doesn't inform their customers about this policy. We were trapped and cheated by them twice. The manger promised us that delivery will be made within 5-10 days. We almost waited 1 1/2 months for our delivery and still we didn't receive. We tried to call them many times. Our calls were not answered. Whenever our calls were answered, the manger promised us the delivery will be made sooner but it didn't happen. We realized that they were cheating us. We cancelled the delivery and bought our furniture from another merchant, who gave us good customer service and delivered our furniture on right time. Even without buying any furniture from them they took money from us. Still we are having problems with them. Every customer should be aware before ordering from this store.

Mi hijo de 15 años con tanto esfuerzo junto su dinerito para comprarse su cama fue emocionado a esta mueblería la persona que lo atendió muy amable lo atendió le dijo que le entregarían lo que es la base , la cabecera el spring box y el colchón.por la cantidad de 330 dollares y que dejara un depósito de 30 mi hijo inocentemente y confiado dio los 30 de depósito firmó y no se fijó que la persona que lo atendió no puso 4 cosas si no tres y ya a la hora de recoger su cama le salieron conque solo eran 3 cosas creo que es algo injusto no se si la dueña de la mueblería esté al tanto de las cosas que sus empleados están haciendo después de eso yo he preguntado en varias mueblerías y el costo de las 4 cosas es casi lo mismo 300, 315 por mucho 340. Creo que lo estafaron y pues eso no está bien jamás volveré a comprar en esa mueblería ni mucho menos a recomendarla.me Han dicho que puedo demandar porque firmo un menos pero no lo voy hacer porque pierden más ellos al estar haciendo eso.

We placed an order for 3 bedrooms.But few minutes latter they called me that they no longer have that furnitures to pick something else. I went back to see my options but i didnt like the options i was given. I requested my deposit back since they can't provide me the furnitures i wanted. THEY SAID NO BC THEY DONT DO CANCELATIONS!!! But how am i canceling? I want the furnitures that I paid for i am not gonna pay for something that I don't like... Update. Yes after arguing I did got my money back but an apology??? Never !!!! The other guy got in between him and my father bc they BOTH were about to fight !!!! And why the hell does the owner has to say I know where your business is at!!! What does that has to do with my order???

Una basura este lugar,pésimo nunca lo recomendaria. los empleados de este señor dañaron mi apartamento dejaron los muebles en pésimas condiciones rallaron y rompieron dos paredes, y aunque yo le mostré pruebas al dueño fue super déspota tratandome de mentirosa y que no creía lo que sus empleados lo hicieron. Ahora quiere obligarme por medio de mi crédito a pagar por unos muebles que no sirven, si me toca ir a corte a peliar lo are. Porque no es justo lo que hacen, el señor no se quiere hacer responsable de los daños que sus empleados hicieron y aún así no firme ningún papel de recibido ni mucho menos sus empleados tomaron fotos de las condiciones en las que dejaron los muebles, en cambio yo si tengo pruebas de todo. No recomiendo este lugar para NADA.

Wouldn't dare go anywhere else for my home furnishing needs! Ricardo is amazing and one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. He will bend over backwards to ensure your needs are met. I have bought a few items from here and all of them have been of the highest quality. The customer services is always great and the staff is always willing to help in anyway they can. This is the first place I recommend to friends and family when they are in the market for new furniture. I will be return here again and again!

Zero star he’s a big cheater Do not buy your furniture here worse customer service ever they sold me a sofa set $1499 and the other shop price is $1049 only I called rugilo and said price match he’s screaming on me and I said I don’t want to order sofa u have to canceled it right away he said I can’t canceled it u have to $450 box more u give me then I canceled the order he’s the big cheater I ever seen . And he send me the sofa in the morning and it’s not look same I ordered.

I could not be happier with my new bedroom set and love seat! Ricardo and Braulio went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Originally I had gone in to compare quality and prices to other items I had seen beforehand. There was no comparison. I recommend Central Furniture Mart to anyone looking to furnish their home.

First there customer service was bad then the prices they have on there website is not the same as the store.and if you get approved for finance and you see something you like in there website you go to the store they tell you that you can't get that cause is only for cash layaway or credit cards. They want to sell you what they want.

Excellent experience! There is a great selection of furniture and the owner is very friendly and helpful. Been looking to upgrade from low quality Ikea furniture recently and the couch I bought here was great quality at a reasonable price compared to some other stores I've looked at. Would definitely go back to purchase other items.

Muy mal servicio yo pague mucho por un frame y un dresser y me salieron con muchos scratches y les lleve fotos ala tienda y me dijieron que tenia que pagar yo otros 150 dolls para darme otro dresser nuevo ...se supone que uno paga por muebles nuevos y no dañados....jamas vuelvo a comprar aqui no lo recomiendo ni 0% muy mala calidad

We love our furniture.Thankyou Jessica for keeping us posted on our delivery. Although the it was delivered about 6 weeks later but it was worth the wait. All furnitures have delays with merchants due to the covid so its not the sellers fault. Unless the furniture is ready to deliver expect delays. Thanks again!

SO happy I found Central Furniture. I basically furnished my entire apartment in Chicago through them; couch, TV stand, area rugs, mattress and bed frame, decor. They have it all! Everyone I spoke with was so kind, helpful and knowledgable. Great trendy furniture, I definitely recommend!

They seem good and nice people, but some things are way over priced. I need a stove 2 days before Thanksgiving and they had just a regular white stove nothing special and wanted $1200, they were out their minds. Home depot had better price for stoves

Two stars for being nice people but my furniture ripped after a couple weeks. Wasn't as described couch goes all the way down and pillows had to all be sewed up by my grandmother. Wouldn't buy from them again..

I paid $400 for a mattress and box spring, and about 2weeks after purchase I was sitting on my bed getting ready for work and my box spring broke. I feel I paid too much for it to just break so easily
