Ok, I'm going to lead with The Bad: ️They don't have samples of higher end furniture (although shown on their site) ️The chances of user error, when inputting order details is astonishing ️Special order items (items that they sell based on their website, but don't have in- stock) are nonrefundable ️If you have any difficulties with delivery, due to furniture not fitting through doorways, stairs, etc.... you will be asked why you didn't pre-messure and then be told for another $160 they have "a guy" that will take apart the furniture so it can fit The Good: ️Not too "salesy" ️Will offer alternatives based on preferences ️Willy was friendly

5/20/21: Decided to stop by this place since the reviews were all good. The place is small, nothing fancy. Our salesman ( Willie) did a great job, he was kind, knowledgeable, and did not pressure us into buying. He is probably the reason we came back to the store to buy our couch. The store itself doesnt have a whole lot of stuff, but there were two sectionals which we liked very much. Will update this review again when we get our sectional, which is supposed to arrive in 3 weeks.i gave it 4/5 as there are not a ton of options. Our salesman ( Willie) gets a 5/5.

Me and my friend have never really been furniture shopping before. We went to 5 different places looking for something that was good quality and in our price range. As soon as we walked in the door here, Aseel came right up to greet us and with a very brief description of our needs, found something that was perfect beyond our expectations. Even though we were only here for a couch, I will more than likely be coming here for any further needs between rugs, beds, dining room sets, dressers. They have anything you need at very affordable prices. Just top notch.

we found the combination of wide selection, price, and excellent service. Our salesman, Wille , was quite knowledgeable, and managed our purchasing experience perfectly. He identified for us the groupings that best fit our needs. We were allowed to explore the full selection for ourselves and narrow our options. He was constantly checking back and addressing our questions. When we were down to final selection, he worked with us in a relatable manner, and efficiently completed the order and associated documentation. Staff and systems all A+ perfect!

I purchased sectional on 2/8/2022 The quality is terrible, very uncomfortable and poor quality material. I want to return or exchange my sectional. I have been trying to contact them since a week now. I have also sent an email but no response. Can someone please help me. You can clearly see in the pic the level of couch don’t match. This is only in 3 weeks of using it. I don’t even have a big family/pets/kids it’s only me and my sister.

wonderful service! Willy helped us purchase a comfortable down couch and ottoman, he really was friendly and informative. the couch was delivered several days after purchase, the ottoman promised to be delivered in several weeks but we were pleasantly surprised to get it the week after. i highly recommend Chicago’s Best, support your local retailer in quality furniture at a reasonable price, for reliable and friendly service.

Willie was amazing, very helpful, very patient and very accommodating. He took the time to go over options with us and was very attentive to our needs and wants. We will definitely come back and do business with him again and we definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy furniture and not feel the pressure or like they're being hustled. They just moved to this location from golf mills mall. The owner and staff member Willie are good people. They will work with your budget and help you find what you need. Including show you the vast collection they have in their books and online. The bedroom set i chose is beautiful along with a mattress set. I took advantage of their layaway program. Stress free and convienant for me. Love this furniture store.

If there was a possibility for no stars, that the rating i would give them. When it comes to purchasing items yes they are all nice and tell you about the warranty that you will get but then later on when you have a problem they make all the fuss trying to not allow anything be covered with warranty. Worse experience I've ever had with furniture that I purchased 1 year ago!!! Would definitely not recommend

Just had a bunch of furniture delivered a couple days ago. It's gorgeous and the delivery guys did a nice job setting it up. No way I could have done it, it's very heavy, quality stuff I found. Had a great sales experience in the store, we ordered exactly what I wanted together if they didn't have it already, and it all came together on the day I asked for. I

I would like to thank Willy for how helpful he was during my visit at Chicago’s Best Furniture. I came in looking for a new mattress. Walked out the door with only what I needed. Totally recommend checking out the place if you’re looking to buy new furniture.

Great selection of furniture and very accommodating and helpful owner. I was able to get a coffee table, tv stand, and a Turkish rug at really affordable rates. The owner himself disassembled the place and painstakingly explained how to assemble everything.

I found what I need and wanted. The service was great. The sales person Willie is a great person and so is the owner. If the store doesn't have what you might be looking for Willie will help by showing you their catalog to see other options you might have.

Willie was helpful, patient and honest with what we were looking for to buy, that we were impressed and is the reason we continue to give him the business now and in the future. Good customer service is what he offered and that is was brought us back.

I recommend that everyone come to this furniture store with awesome service great prices. ask for Willie you will not be disappointed. Both times I went there I was happy every time and walked out with everything I wanted. Again ask for Willie.

We bought a bedroom dresser set and sofa/love seat combo here last week. Staff was extremely helpful and prices were really good. We were able to get delivery of every piece 2 days after purchase. Would strongly recommend starting here.
