Avenues mall location has The worst customer service ever! Wish I could give 0 stars! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Very disappointing, since they are one of the few kids friendly places to eat in the mall! This is my 2nd trip in the last month and both times my order has been missing items - fruit cups, waffle fries and ketchup. All of these items are kids favorite! First trip, when I went back and asked for missing items I was just given the kids cup and we continues with our meal. Today however, Ryan and Judith were very rude about it as if it was my fault their clueless cashier forgot to include! Ryan insisted that I show him the receipt! I saw that the other employee pulled my receipt on their screen but I guess that wasn’t enough for him! I explained that our table is quite a distance and I cannot walk back and forth, just need to bring items to hungry kids! I explained that I will pay for missing items 2nd time so I can bring food to kids asap. He charged me for waffle fries and fruit cup again! Judith was following his lead. She was in a different colors shirt, perhaps she under his training. Actively learning to be rude to customers! I really wish kids that work there underwent a little more serious training because it really causes frustration in parents with small kids. By the time I realize items are missing the kids are already sitting at the table, eating! This is a way too busy mall to be walking back and forth for missing items! I wish we had another option at the mall for kids. If we did my family would never eat there again! I truly hope that this gets addressed on a personal level with the rude employee, Ryan and they start being nicer!

As usual, the drive-through was very busy, with cars in two lanes for ordering and two lanes for picking up those orders. Since it was drizzling (raining) the pickup line became a single lane (there were still two lanes open). Not knowing the unwritten "rule," we followed the second pickup lane, as cars had done when we arrived. An older gentleman employee working the outside area (delivering food to vehicles) irritably asked me, "Can I help you?!!" to which I replied, "I'm picking up our order" (I literally couldn't have been there otherwise) to which he proceeded to loudly lecture me about the fact that when it's raining customers are to use a single lane, that he doesn't have to go to this second lane (apparently he was doing me a favor), and in the future I needed to get this right. He then turned to the open delivery window and yelled: "I have an order for SUE who is in the THIRD PICKUP lane (there were only two lanes), order for SUE in the THIRD PICKUP lane, SUE who went to the THIRD PICKUP lane." It was bizarre and comical and, I'm certain, intended to shame me for my error. Even the car next to me (whose window was open) looked over at me to see what was going on. So, Chick Fil A, we won't go to this location again. I don't need an order of whatever this was along with our chicken sandwiches :).

THIS IS A TERRIBLE PLACE. I usually have so much faith in Chick Fil A but today i was extremely disappointed. I got a simple water. And opened the lid to just eat some ice. And to my surprise THERE WAS 5 PIECES OF ICE. So i thought okay I guess that’s fine. But right before I closed my top some brown spots caught my eye. And at the bottom of my cup was DIRT. There was dirt in my drink. and not just a little. A lot. So i took it to the workers and they just said “oh i’m sorry i’ll just get u a knew one” not even the slightest but concerned about the dirt. So then they give me a new cup and in my water this time was HAIR. This is one of the nastiest places I have ever eaten. DO NOT RECOMMEND Again extremely disappointed. They need to be shut down if they can’t keep a simple cup clean.

There food was like any outher food joint greasy and heart burn causing but the service was definitely not up to chit chat and talk and they seemed a lil hangry! But aren't we all after having to fork over all our snacks to our kids. The atmosphere was rather bearing and the floors and seats were sticky but it's a fast food joint so I can't guarantee it wouldn't be but don't go when the schools get out because it then becomes packed and not very spacious but there is a pretty good drive thru if your up for a longer wait then inside

I usually like chick fil a. Food is very tasty and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I gave it a four star because I ordered a number 8 which is the chicken wrap and what I got is the chicken sandwich completely not what I wanted. Then I thought about bringing it back by it it was so busy to get back the front and I already waited for my food and I didn't want to wait again. I will go back but this time before I leave the front I will check my food. I know they work hard and I have never had a problem with their staff.

When I moved to Leesburg in December 2015, I didn't realize how much I would miss Chick-fil-A. Then, fast forward to a couple of years ago, somebody announced Chick-fil-A was building a store nearby. Unfortunately, I haven't noticed them coming to our area, but think they would be a HIT if they did finally come here. I used to eat-in at this Jacksonville location probably once a week and do drive-throughs often. They had the best spicy chicken salad I've ever had at such a restaurant ... and would love for them to bring it back. PLEASE build a store for us seniors here in Leesburg!!

Normally, I don't have issues with this location. They work very quick for the amount of people that put in orders. However, I ordered a milkshake and a few people after me did as well. The milkshake that was ordered first (mine) was given to a child who got in line five minutes after I did. I had to wait twenty minutes before I was asked what I was waiting for and was given my milkshake a few minutes later. I understand where the lunch rush could've been confusing for the employees, so I'm not too upset about it. It is a great restaurant though!

Its a great mall! There are alot of really good stores an kiosks in here to check out. We now have a popeyes chicken restaurant tht opened up in nov 2022 in the food court here plus many old fevs r still here. There has quite a few new additions as far as stores go including an arcade, a place whr u can buy an also mk ur own soaps,a store called earthbound whr everything is made eco friendly an the list goes on def worth goin to an checkin out thy got alot of gd things happening in there!

I’m a big fan Chick Fil A but this location is horrible. I ordered a large fry and small shake inside. I waited 20 minutes never got my food. While I waited I observed the manager yelling “duuhhh” to a young kid. That’s very offensive to anyone who cares for the special needs community. I honestly couldn’t believe a grown man would act like that. The rest of the team were playing on their cell phones while the location itself was very dirty. Two stars because Chick Fil A is awesome but this location was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Chic fil a is hands down the best fast food. Great service and quality of food. This location is no good. They gave me the lower count of grilled nuggets but charged me for my larger count. When I came back for them to comp me for the error they *only* replaced the nuggets and not the entire meal. So they inconvenienced me the first go round by giving me the wrong item and inconvenienced me by driving back because they only replaced part of my order. It gets better, the replacement nuggets were fried. Won’t be back at this location.

Taken advantage of. Ordered club meal with added mac n cheese. Order price wrong. Went to pay inside and told manager why i didn't pay in drive thru due to wrong cost. Manager said would refund and take care of it. But when I got credit card bill I was still over charged One meal is not $20nearly just bcause I added mac n cheese instead of fries. Lied to customer. Unprofessional cashier charged me again after the manager refunded the price. Worst chik fil a experience in Jax.

I never had a problem with chick fil A!!.. always had the most great people helping me with my orders… but I had one of most disrespectful, sarcastic and disappointed experience at the one located by the avenues mall drive thru at night time. Her name it’s Lexy a young lady with totally ignorant manners and I hope they try to fix this problem soon.. It would be nice to keep seeing ppl that really wants to do a great job with respect and good vibes.

I have never had a bad experience with this Chick-fil-A in the Avenues mall until today. I bit into my sandwich and had a long piece of hair in it. I took it back to get with the manager and he just took the sandwich and took it to the back and didn’t say anything. I waited and he came back up to the front with a different sandwich and NEVER apologized or said anything. He showed REALLY poor customer service. I wouldn’t dare come back to this restaurant. What a disgrace to Chick-fil-A.

Food is good, but service in drive-through has slowed down a lot. I'm not sure if they have a management problem or staffing issues for drive-through. I've seen this location have a line almost wrapped around twice, but the line keeps moving, and by the time you get to the window, the food is ready. Now the lines aren't as long, and you'll wait a few minutes at the window or get asked to move forward and wait 10 mins.

I really cannot get enough of this brand...every store has great customer service. Food is always outstanding, i have never had a bad meal at any Chick-fil-A visited. The only bad thing about them is their popularity, the drive through is always full. The employees are up to the challenge because they have a good attitude and friendly way of taking your order. By far the worst Chick-fil-A in the country. So very rude and no care in the world about their reputation. They never update the app so they always call or wait until you get there to tell you they don't have those items available. Will never come back and will actively tell people to avoid this store at all cost. If i could give 0 or negative stars, I would definitely do so.

Worst Chick fil A location in the city. Food is always cold and seems as if it was from the day before. The chicken cooked here is different from every other location and is a very strange taste from the others. Avoid the Southside stand alone resturant at all costs. I hear they don't change the oil in the fryers frequently so that could be the reason for the bad taste.

Chick-fil-a is just the best fast food place that you can literally go to anytime! The food is always fresh and delicious, to its chicken all the way down to their salads. The restaurant is also has a safe and fun atmosphere for young children all ages, from their out of reach condiments and utensils, all the way to the fun and not to mention safe play ground.

Delicious as always. Regularly forget to put a straw in my bag for my drink though. A little frustrating when you're on the go.

I love eating at chick fil A. However this restaurant served me the same dish that they had mid-served to another customer. The customer took it back, they set it on the counter, once my wife’s food was ready placed her food on the tray and served it to me. Then the manager had the server lie. I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN..

I don't get to go to Chick-fil-A that often, but when I do it's a real tree. Marine unit quality of the food is always superior just like the service. I like the fact that for a fast food restaurant all of the tables have fresh cut flowers on them. This should be a model for fast food restaurants!

Very disappointed that they use regular hamburger buns for their sandwiches here. Had they have told me this when ordering, I would have ordered something without a bunch. All other locations I have been to use butter buns. Definitely makes sandwich taste different (not better, but worse). More

Chick fil A customer service was lacking Saturday the 21st. Front counter person hard of hearing, not courteous not focus. Forgot to give us our order, and forgot our ice cream.
