My husband and I swung through the drive through to pick up a late lunch for our family. We all ordered number 3 meals (double quarter pounders with cheese) with slight modifications. No onions or pickles on 3 and no ketchup on 1. Upon paying, there were audible groans from the kitchen staff. I apologized for the modifications on the meals and the cashier assured me it was no problem. At the 2nd window, we were handed our drinks and asked to park in the first spot. Ive been ushered there numerous times at this location and didn't worry. But after 20 minutes of sitting in a car with a broken air conditioner, midday in Florida, with a feels like temperature of 110 degrees and a husband with lung and heart problems, I finally exited the car to check on our order inside the establishment. The cashier at the front desk was very nonchalant about it not being her problem and the drive through worker caught an attitude about the modifications and how they had to be "cooked to order". There were roughly 10 employees standing around goofing off and other customers in the dining area complaining of the wait time. The manager on duty refused to acknowledge the situation at all. After standing for another 10 minutes, my husband came inside, soaked in sweat and visibly upset. After another 8 minutes, the food was thrust into our hands without an apology. There was an excuse about only 1 grill working and zero attempts at making amends. When we arrived home with the food, only 2 of the burgers were made correctly and my sandwich was still pink in the middle...to the point that I couldn't even eat it. I am extremely disappointed with not only the food but the lack of customer service. I won't be back to this particular restaurant. My husband suggested a partial refund or coupon and the manager dismissed him like he was in the wrong. Highly disappointed!

I just ordered online at this store and after 30 minutes my food was not done and I asked the big black female manager(didn’t get the name) and she gave me attitude like no other. My order was not make correctly and she was making comments in the back “that’s not what you said”. I ordered online. My customizations were on the receipt she handed to me … she was yelling in the back the whole time other about me or towards other co workers. I felt bad for them. I’d never wanna work in that kind of hostile environment for only minimum wage. I guess that’s why they’re so short staffed as they said. Her attitude really makes me loose hope in the world for anyone who works in fast food. She should definitely not be working there especially as a manager as it appears she hates her job. Overall management needs to make a change at this location if they ever wanna succeed. Lost my business for sure.

I've complained about this one before...and I guess I'll say it again EVERY time I go here they mess up my order..I ordered a number seven and upgraded the drink to a large caramel frappe... It was wrung for a medium so when I got to the window and they handed me a medium I told them it was supposed to have been a large... But that wasn't the problem it was the attitude in which the girl at the window had when I told her it was supposed to been a large... She immediately scrunched up her face and started glaring and got the manager to inform me that they rang it up wrong I went ahead and just took the smaller size she handed it to me with an attitude and no straw and when she turned around and realized I was still at the window came back with an attitude and slammed the window... Do y'all's jobs and stop messing up people's orders and you won't have people complaining That girl needs to be fired yesterday!!!!

This location needs some help. They are under construction i get it, but no soft drinks or bottled drinks only coffee? I placed a mobile order and it was processed at 8:26PM didn't get my food until 8:55PM. They asked me to pull forward and I had to back up to the window to see about my order and they weren't ready with 1 sandwich a mcchiken. The order was incomplete however the cashier was on her phone having a personal conversation as I waited in line; she was however apologetic that it took that long for my food. Hopefully this place improves after the construction is done.

I would give them zero stars.. Came to the McDonald’s over here on Cassett at 3:45 AM and witnessed one of the workers. I believe she is a manager sitting down eating a sandwich. Looks like a big Mac and drink (a slushy. She is sitting in the lobby area she continue to answer this speaker outside while on her cell phone playing games saying that her system is down and she cannot take any orders. Which is foolish this McDonald’s is false advertising that they are 24 hours and I haven’t ate all day and is traveling from out of town. They are not dependable for anything. McDonald’s period. Horrible service. We were passing through on our way from out of state and half of our order was missing. Went back in after realizing 40 of the 80 nuggets were missing and they were so rude and said they handed us the 3rd bag then said someone stole the missing food. Got the nuggets and left after some back and forth with the “manager”. Should’ve checked the rest of the order I guess as well because 4 medium fries were also not in the order, but after dealing with them about the nuggets I was not about to go back in there! Garbage coffee. Ordered a Carmel Macchiato and received burnt iced coffee with little cream and no sugar. This is the third time I tried to order this in a month. Looks nothing like the photo on the menu. This location needs to be purged and shut down. Employees goofing off tickling each other while trying to serve customers in the drive through. AVOID as the manager does NOT have this place under control. My wife's strawberry shake tastes like the whole syrup container was spilled in it. AVOID.... $15 DOLLARS an HR .. NOT A CHANCE. Can't even get coffee right. Close this location down.

I had went with my two dogs who are well behaved and were just laying down had plenty of water for them. So the manager after I bought paid and eat my food starting mumbling under her breathe about the dogs and complaining we don't allow dogs here and threatening to call cops I tried to explain to her I just got done taking them to the vet and we stopped by to eat but she was rude so McDonald's not let friendly plus a rude atmosphere Never going to this McDonald's again they lost another customer because of bad management skills

As I sat there waiting, another customer came out of the store. He said, "Can you believe it? Swear they have the friendliest drive thru people no matter what time I go 2a-2p same cheerful FRIENDLY voices answer that speaker food is always accurate and the only reason 3 stars is it's the hood and you can tell the owner doesn't update much outside or in but the crew makes up for it!

I see that this location got a new look. It looks nice. Truth be told, they should put more kiosk in every location because the clerks are subpar. The staff here always are kind, quick and courteous. Maybe some others who left a bad review came on a bad day, short staffing is a real issue these days. As a business owner, I can feel that management truly instills strong customer service values and every employee here really cares and takes ownership of customer experience.
