Just wanted to mention i did bring this up with the reps in the store at drive thru window but they looked at me like I was crazy so here it comes! I pulled in to an empty line and when the rep greeted me, I asked to see the menu and instead of giving me the menu that was attached to him, he told me to pull up and look at the big menu. I just thought it was rude because previous reps will ask if I would like to look at the small menu. Why would he be standing outside with a menu if when I ask to look at it he tells me to pull forward? What upsets me is I used to be a server so I know when someone is just being mean. If I was serving a guest and they asked to see a menu it would make them feel weird if I say, yeah just go on your phone and pull it up on the restaurants website. That was the equivalent of my situation and i know if i was a pretty young lady or a guy dressed in a suit he wouldnt have told me to "pull up".His name was Matt BTW. I'm only reporting this because I wanted it to be known that you don't treat people like that, no matter who they are or what they look like. Treat everyone the same!

I was given a $20 gift certificate for chick fil a & tried to use it at this location on Jan 2nd, 2024 for lunch Both cashier & store manager said there was no money on it. Went to Regency chick fil a & it was worth $20. The Southside location needs to better train their manager & associates. Won't be back here

The food at Chick-fil-A is always good and the service is usually very good. Today at the Chick-fil-A in Tinseltown I received service above the usual very good service. Emily was very nice and somehow noticed that my week was taking a toll on me. She went out of her way to see I got just what I ordered and a little extra, the note she hand wrote on my cup lifted my spirits. Thank you Emily.

Pretty annoyed this morning .. asked for a meal with a medium fruit cup … this is what it looked like unopened. I even asked “this is your medium” (which I knew couldn’t have been made correctly because I’ve received a medium fruit cup at other locations which are always full) it literally looked like they dumped a small fruit cup into a medium container. I even stated that’s what it looked like and instead of the manager on duty THIS morning making it better she acted like that’s what it was. Smh .. customer service definitely sucked.

They are very efficient with their drive thru. Workers walk to your car to take your order. A different worker will tell you which car to follow. They give easy directions. Even when the line is super long you are in and out in less than 10 minutes!

Inside there is a lot of seating and great kid meal choices for kids.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and BBQ Bacon Sandwich, both sandwiches came hot and ready in less time than it took to find a seat, my server xaviea was perfect person in taking my order, she should be recognized and given a lump sum for something she's always wanted. Love the service at this location. I would continue to come back to this location until the day I can't drive, and when I can't drive I will make someone drive for me or I will walk there, that's how much I love the service here!

"My pleasure!" The chicken sandwiches are some of the best in the fast food industry. Nice, friendly, and courteous employees (something the rest of the industry needs to do). This location always takes your order and gets your food to you in quick fashion.

Always a great experience.. chick-fil-a is known for their great service.. It shows.. everywhere you go.. great management.. great staff.. clean lobby... bathroom even has mouthwash! It’s a great stop for work.. or just to bring the family for some food. The place gets crazy busy though, it’s on a main road. You can’t blame them, great at everything.. it’s worth the wait!

I called in with a huge lunch order for a group of us at the office, and had the pleasure of speaking with Mary. She was so kind and gracious on the phone and in person. Huge thank you to Mary & CFA team for your outstanding customer service, as always!!

Love the staff, I come everyday for breakfast, I waited in line for 20 minutes to place order just for them to tell me at 10am they were out of biscuits until 1030. I asked if I could wait & they said breakfast is over @ 1030. The Quality of this location is going down hill with the rest of southside jax. Chil fila isn’t what they used to be ):

This Chick-fil-A location at 4461 Southside Blvd is very bad at overcooking their Chick-fil-A nuggets every time I have gotten them there. They are always very dark brown & just shy of being dried out & burnt.

way too many customers because it's the only one on this side of the Atlantic. Don't go during lunch hours. It will be quicker if you doordashed it instead.
