One of my worst experiences at a singular Chick-fil-A location. I worked at the Chick-fil-A on beach and Hodges for the better part of seven years and I never thought I would be questioned after showing proof my order was made incorrectly. Not only was this my experience, but this is not the first time this specific location has messed up my order. I came back around not long after going through the drive-through and was extremely polite to the gentleman showing him my ticket where the order was printed correctly, but the sandwich was made wrong. I had asked for a spicy with American cheese and received a regular Chick-fil-A sandwich with American cheese instead. Even in the white bag. Whoever it was, I believe a manager, was very polite and called it over the walkie that I should receive my proper sandwich. I pulled back around and waited in line for 5 to 10 extra minutes. All the while even dealing with people honking at me which was so embarrassing. I was greeted by the same girl who gave me my order previously asking if I was someone else, and I let her know that I was waiting on my remake. She said she knew nothing of it, and when I proceeded to show her my incorrect sandwich she told me it looks correct and that would I mind trying it for a second just to make sure, basically refusing to get me the sandwich I ordered and paid for. The fact that I was nothing but calm and polite and still received this kind of service and was even questioned like that is ridiculous to me. I’ll definitely not be coming back for that free sandwich in the next month LOL but definitely let the managers know.

When you walk into a Chick-fil-a the expectation bar is already set high. Chick-fil-A is renowned for their service, quality and attention to detail. I was in Jacksonville on business and from the time I walked into the Chick-fil-a on Atlantic Blvd in Jacksonville, I was not disappointed. I was greeted warmly, my order taken and repeated back perfectly. I found a table. It was clean. My meal arrived quickly and I was asked if there was anything else I needed. My frosted coffee arrived shortly after. The food was hot and fresh, the drink cold and freshly whipped. The restaurant was quiet with only a few other people in it although the drive through outside was busy. I enjoyed my leisurely breakfast, discarded my trash and left satisfied. Chick-fil-a's employees had once again checked all the boxes and provided a consistent, friendly, high quality start to the day. Excellent.

Terrible, terrible, terrible service! Will not return to this location again. I spent $100 on platters from this location for a Chic fil A themed party at work and received terrible service from management. I asked for one extra large bowl (because there wasn't a catering size available for the grilled nuggets) and a couple of extra cups and small platters so I could display items appropriately during our event. I had to go through 4 employees to get what I needed. One told me I would have to pay for the containers, which I was willing to do, but I still couldn't achieve because people kept walking away from me. The manager handed me 3 cups then walked away, the assistant handed me 3 containers without the lids and walked away...it was ridiculous. It was HARDLY busy in there and I was more than patient and kind. I checked my bag before walking away from the counter and was looked at in an annoying way. It's a good thing I did because my fruit tray was left out my order. I contacted corporate and received a free chic fil a sandwich and I was told the DM would contact me and I still haven't heard from them, smh. Truly disappointed in this establishment. I went to this location two days in a row. I have always loved chic fil a. Until the last couple of visits.A young Caucasian male nice gentleman and I could very well be misinterpreting his actions but this is how it made me feel. As though I was middle aged African American women driving an inexpensive car who may not have paid for her meal so let me just double check. After placing my order and paying driving around towards the back several cars passing and he stopped me two days in a row asking my name and made a comment on the second day( it has been a few Kia’s) as though it was an excuse to stop me and verify my order and I didn’t see any kias prior to mine. This bothered me so much I shared this with a couple of people to maybe see it from a different point of view and I did not.PLEASE be mindful of how someone else may feel and treat everyone the same. I make a decent salary and was raised not to steal and would give my last to someone in need. And to feel my race may have been a factor in the way I was treated is a horrible feeling. I went to Chicken fillet-A Southside Blvd in Jax Drive through and placed 2 30 count order and several other items that cost me over $50. When I got home, opened the bag and therr was only 1 30 count. I called them, informed what happened and I was told I have up to 30 days to claim a "free" 30 count nuggets. I questioned them saying it's not free as I paid for it and never received, and I was told that's best they can do. I'm very frustrated with them, I think if they can't handle being busy, hire more staff. I wanted to bring dinner for the family and avoid to cook, but had to cook anyways as they messed up my order. I was penalized by their mistake and I was offered to come back another day to get what I paid for. Bad business.

This has been our go to for Chick Fil A, but the past several trips have shown a drastic decrease in both quality and service. This time at 4:25 in the afternoon was by far the worst to date. Myself and another family were the only customers yet the dining rooms tables and seats were all filthy with dried food and sauces. No condiments, napkins, or silverware were available. When asking for assistance, the staff would simply glance at you while looking down at their phones. The only one that seemed to care was an older gentleman and a safety vest. This is something you would expect to see at any other fast food restaurant, but not Chick Fil A. You're better off at any other similar restaurant if this is the new trend for them considering the price.

This location had by far the worst service I've ever had from Chick-fil-A. I sat in the line for almost 10 mins before anyone acknowledged me waiting to pay for my food.. i was not greeted with a sorry for the wait or even hello. After handing her my money, i waited another 5 mins before I was even given my change back. In fact, she almost threw the change at me.(some of it fell on the floor of my car) I dnt know why I was given this service bc I hadnt said much of anything. When i was finally given my food, there was no thanks & have a great night. I will go out of my way to not go back to this chickfila. The San Jose location has never had horrible service like this & I will never stray from them again!! If you want terrible customer service southside blvd chickfila is the location for you!

Today I tried to purchase a cup of whip cream for my dog. They refused to sell it to me. They used to offer free Pup-Cups. They don't anymore. This building is ridiculous their is a cross walk for a reason however management and employees don't care that disabled people are almost getting hit by cars that decide to constantly block the cross walk for people. I actually was hit at a slow speed by a car who decided that I was in his way when he is blocking the cross walk. Chick-fil-A is an amazing quick pit stop for breakfast, lunch, or dinner for anyone of any age! The drive through to get your food is very quick, the workers are nice and the food is amazing! At this location it is generally full during the weekdays. Like most location there is a chain of command. Each day is not the same and the employees are friendly when you drive up. There process is not an excruciating one. It is pretty quick and you will not get frustrated waiting on the line. My orders have been correct each time I visited so that’s a plus. This Chick-fil-A sucks. I've ordered spicy chicken egg and cheese bagels and spicy chicken egg and cheese burritos at least a hundred times each in my life and I get here and the lady tells me they don't have spicy chicken during breakfast. They are more than capable of doing that, and just choosing not to. But I proceed to get my plain, vanilla, non-spicy chicken egg and cheese bagel, and it comes with the tiniest chicken breast I've ever seen! Not coming back to this location anymore.

I went today on a busy evening right before Christmas. The drive through was slammed but ran like a well oil machine. They asked me to pull up and wait but much to my surprise I was only there about a minute. My order was correct even up to the extra condiments. Gotta love it!

Tonight I brought the family. Less than 50$ for 5 kids and two adults isn't too bad. They enjoyed the play area too. Our order being larger was still accurate and timely considering. This location can be extremely busy. I have had long waits here. But that's not of the staff, it's just the volume of people that can show up at peak times. Staff is friendly and polite. No issues or complaints. They had fresh flowers tonight!

This is our “home” Chick-fil-A if you will. Close to our place and always our go-to spot if we want a quick meal. We’ve been here for lunch and dinner, takeout and dine in, consistently good food and service!

Never thought I would write this review. I try not to eat here because of the greasiness. The lady taking the order didn’t want to be at work. Very nonchalant attitude not even a you’re welcome when I said thank you. Line was not moving I sat for 5 mins after ordering (I understand do to low employee numbers locally) my breakfast bowl was premixed; Usually it’s layered. Thankfully it was not greasy as previously.

I joined the chick fil a drive thru at 9:40 and the employee told me that they aren’t doing milkshakes because they already took the machine apart. I’ve never had this issue before. Is this chick fil a policy?

Oh how I love Chick Fil A, but the Southside location/close to Avenues mall is not as quick or friendly as the other locations. Early morning guest are more likely heading to work, and it’s always an extra 5-10 minutes as compared to JTB Town Center and the Tinseltown location.

They are always friendly. Their food is amazing. I love that they are closed on Sundays so that people can go to church. The places I have been to have always been clean which is a big plus for me! The service is very fast too which is HUGE for fast food these days. I like also, when you ask for something, the orders I get are never wrong unlike so many other places.

Mobile order was missing items, paid with Chic fil a app but restaurant is unable to do a refund without physically coming back again... Also the drive through layout here is probably the worst I have ever seen.

Got the kale salad today and it was absolutely disgusting and there was like a tablespoon and a half of kale, so I requested another one and although there was slightly more kale it was the same soggy nasty old mess. I'm used to having stickers on mine that say the date it was made but yet there was none on either one of these.

Its chick-fil-a what else more is there to say. Besides its always Bomb.com. if I could give any tip during the drive through only era, if there is a 3rd lane, go through it. That one seemed to move a little quicker. I was there to pick up a tray of nuggies to make my girlfriend her dream birthday cake. Nailed it!

This is the worst location. Customer service is lacking. The food quality isn't as good or hot as the other locations and they left an item out of my order. The bread on my chicken minis was super hard on the bottom. I've never experienced that. Just not as smooth as the other locations. I'll be skipping this one.

It’s Chick-fil-A. I’ve been to this one a couple times late in the day and both times the service was quick, and the food was nice and fresh.

I love the deluxe sandwich with pepper jack cheese. The spicy deluxe is very spicy if you like hot its for you. My hubby gets waffle fries. I love the side kale salad. it's has a sweet vinger taste just enough to be a small side instead of waffle fries and the lemon made is fresh.

Terrible service they can’t ever get anything right. They always forget something, fries half full, chicken cold. Whoever’s running or (not running) this place needs to take a step back and train these employees how to accurately do their job. It’s fast food not that hard….

Strange drive thru set up with 3 lanes to order. Drove around and got the sandwiches brought by a person then waited on drinks,
