I used to really like chili's but have become increasingly more disappointed over the past few visits. Last night was really frustrating. The place was busy, so the 20-30 minute wait was reasonable, no complaints there. What I will complain about is that once we were seated, it took our waitress about 20 minutes to come to the table. At that time, we ordered drinks, an appetizer, and our entrees. Keep in mind it was just my boyfriend and I, not a large group. It took about 15 minutes to order since she kept getting confused and reciting incorrect things to us. Most likely because SHE HAD HER HEADPHONES IN the entire time we were there. I know she was listening to music since I kept seeing her changing songs throughout the night on her phone rather than attending to us. It took about 40 minutes for the entrees to come, served to us by a different waitress, AND the appetizer had not even come yet. The second waitress brought it straight out to us. I had to flag down our waitress to get a drink refill since she never came to check on us. The food was really disappointing. My "sliders" were small patties that were burnt and crispy that were shoved on a regular sized hamburger bun that was cut in half. My cheddar bites were over fried and hard. And the boneless wings barely had any sauce on them. After waiting a while for the waitress to finally pay attention to us again, we asked for to-go boxes and the check. She brought boxes and cleared our table. About 30 minutes went by, and our waitress was basically hiding in the kitchen. Finally, a third waitress came to ask if we needed help since we were visibly annoyed, and she ran out our check immediately. We shouldn't have to ask 2 other waitresses for help since ours can't be bothered to show any interest in serving us. We waited so long I was considering leaving without paying, but I'm not that kind of person. I don't think she deserved a tip either, but my boyfriend was nice enough to leave some. This place has been going downhill the past few times I've been here, and if they continue on this trend, I don't think I'll be back anymore. Very disappointed.

Let me start by saying that I frequent at many Chilis locations in the 904 area. They have always executed wonderful service and friendly staff with or without the pandemic & economic changes. So please don’t use that as an excuse for my rant here…My family and I moved to the Northside in the last year and come to this location out of convenience. I HATE leaving negative reviews. But without a doubt EVERY single time we attempt to come (which we are now on attempt 5!) In hopes maybe something has changed for the better, it continues to get worse. Let me begin by saying you ALWAYS have typed up signs hanging that you have to close by 6-8PM, you don’t have enough workers, you are out of certain foods, your fryer is broken, your bathrooms are disgusting, the food is always below par and your drinks take forever to come out, and your bartenders don’t know the difference between red & white wines….And they even wear earpods while tending to the bar guests!! Legit! In what real world would you go sit at a bar and the bartender has earbuds in like they rather listen to a soundtrack and not the person paying for a service! I’d love to say that the lack of inability to be a decent restaurant is because you have an abundance of guests and you are understaffed. However, at this location you are sadly always empty, but yet you still have a waitlist and an empty bar!? I understand times are hard but if you can’t execute what you advertise as a company, it’s probably in corporates best interest to consider this location a wash. If you can’t perform a simple task of warm food, timely service, happy staff, and bartenders who should be trained on how to know what they are serving and what the difference from a Chardonnay to a Cabernet.. (Maybe it was the earbuds and she couldn’t hear the server ? ) By far the most disappointing Chilis in northeast Florida (or ever) Get new ownership, management, or do everyone a favor and shut down. This place is severely lacking professionalism. 0/100 would not recommend! The fact that I just took my personal time to rate a chilis bar & grill review speaks volumes.

This was one of the most horrifyingly bad experiences we've ever had in a restaurant. We sat down and waited almost 20 minutes before a server showed up to greet us. We ordered drinks including two kids blue lagoon fizz drinks for the kids. When they were brought to our table, the candy was missing and the server told us they were out. The kids were disappointed because they didn't look like the picture, but that wasn't a huge thing to overcome. We placed our orders for dinner and that's where things spiraled downward. After a total wait time of 1.5 hours, our food finally arrived, but there was no silverware at our table. We waited a total of 20 minutes and had to ask 3 different staff for silverware before someone finally brought it to our table. My husband had a burger so the silverware wasn't as big of a deal for him. He took a bite of his burger only to realize it was cold. When the silverware was finally brought, I began cutting into my margarita grilled chicken only to realize it was like trying to cut through a piece of leather. It was not edible. We asked for the manager and while waiting another 20 minutes for one to come to our table, a huge cockroach crawled across my husband's foot underneath the table. Our appetites instantly went and we paid for the food at the table side kiosk, being sure to note our experience in the survey immediately following. This restaurant needs a lot of help. We will not return.

Where to begin. First, our server was very friendly, personable, and attentive. One of the people in our party had the quesadilla explosion salad. Photos show a good mix of quesadilla wedges, lettuce, veggies, cheese, chicken, and black bean salad. What came to the table had a few pieces of lettuce, and loads of cheese. See photo. The "drizzle" of dressing was more like a souping of dressing. The white spinach queso we ordered did not have chopped spinach as the description states, but about three leaves of whole spinach. During the meal, I walked toward the front door but was abruptly cut off by the young host walking a two-top to their table. There was no apology, no "excuse me", or anything--just a look on his face as if to say "I'm doing my job here, look out". Then there's the tablet-style device on the table, allowing you to pay for (some) games, pay your bill, view (some of) the menu, or reorder drinks. The light on the top turns green when you've paid your bill, presumably to alert the server that they don't need to return to your table. I realize we now live in a tech society, but when the tech replaces service at a sit-down restaurant, we're really taking a step too far away from casual table service dining. After this visit I'm happy about two things: 1. I don't live in this area, and 2. I don't frequent Chili's. The two stars in the review are for our server.

From the get go, the service was subpar. We were seated quickly with no issues, as we were told to seat ourselves. No issues on that, got the table we wanted. Once we sat down, our server walked past our table, 2-3 times without even acknowledging us. Once we did get acknowledged, after 4-5 minutes, and the server passing us multiple times, she took our order with no issues. The drinks came out quick, the appetizer came out hot. Ordered the pickles, but there were only a small handful, they were hot but bland. I ordered the Baked Seafood Pasta. It looked delicious and came out quickly! We waited another 10 minutes for silverware, napkins and refills. We had to flag our server down, who was 10 feet away and staring at us, to obtain silverware, refills. My food was stone cold. Once I called the manager over, I was able to stick my entire tinder through the center of the dish, with no signs of warmth. Once i demonstrated that the dish was not hot at all by sticking my entire finger in the dish, the manager apologized and gave us 25% off the order as well as removing the bad dish. The order was still over $20 with the item removed and a 25% discount. I heavily do not recommend this restaurant. Please go next door to the new Texas Roadhouse! You will have an amazing experience at Texas Roadhouse.

I wish I could give zero stars. I came into the restaurant, and order the triple Doppler. The southwestern egg rolls and double wings. Now, we all know that anytime you order wings the come evenly proportioned, unless other wised stated. When my order came out, I had 8 wings. 7 was legs and there was 1 flat. I made mention to the waitress “Danni” who was extremely pleasant by the way, she dated she would get the manager. Well with the manger “Amanda came out, i explained i out of 8 wings I only have one flat, could i get them evenly proportioned. Amanda, says to me. That’s what you order so if i wanted additional flats, I could pay for them. WOW. So I then said to her, just take the entree, she took it and walked off. I guess my little chocolate self didn’t matter enough as a patron to satisfy as a customer. Unfortunately for them, I’ll never visit again. Fun fact! I order food had it delivered and everything was wrong. The guy manager working said there was nothing he could do about it call door dash it ain't there problem. Sad part is the wings were boneless that were sent and they were supposed to have bone in. They sent all the desserts with no ice cream. The chocolate molten they sent just the cake no ice cream or toppings sent with it. There was absolutely no sauces in the bag no silverware in the bag. So then I call and complain they tell me to come up here they would remake it. So cause I'm visiting I have no car here so I get into an Uber come up here and the guy manager says it isn't his problem it's door dashes problem. He was completely rude about it. He had no customer service at all. He was very unprofessional. This is a location I will never order from again. That manager looked for anybody and everybody to blame instead of taking responsibility for an order being completely wrong. He is definitely not someone who should be managing a store. My husband and I visited the restaurant tonight and we were absolutely disappointed. The food was cold and when asked for the manager James came to the table but was very nonchalant. The restaurant close at 9pm but when the fries came to the table hard as rocks I immediately asked for more cooked soft and the server stated let me check because the fryers may be down. She did bring more and they were fine. When we advised James that the food was cold he said that the cooks just didn't heat the food up enough. He added that the food was cooked earlier and put in the cooler and when the order is placed they take it out and heat it up. We basically gave Chili free money tonight because we left 94% of the food on the table. The street corn was so cold that the butter did not melt. The appetizers was the best part of the meal. We have been customers with chili's for a very long time and this has been by far the worst experience. We celebrate date night every Sunday chili's will not be part of our plans going forward. So sad when restaurants are closing everyday and we expected more from a restaurant that we favored. Ex-loyal customers

I've been coming here for years and usually pretty happy with the service I know during covid it's been hard with staff, but we came today for Veterans Day and we're more than disappointed They had one bartender and would not allow any seating at the bar ,as you'll see in the pictures there was 14 open seats and no manager and no one in the entire bar was able to go back and help her get caught up with drinks we only wanted beer, there is no reason to not let us sit at the bar and just order beer. Then when we finally just moved to a table because we had complained we were told that the only beer they had available was bud light. I feel very unhappy that there's no manager or anyone that could have jed in and helped this bartender . Customers were turned away at the door with over an hour wait, we know we are to expect to wait at certain times but I was very disappointed with this venue at this particular time. We were sat at a table with a large liquid spill underneath. When our waitress arrived we asked to move to another table explaining the issue. The hostess continued to sit people at table after we mentioned the issue several times. We placed our food order abd waited 45 minutes. The waitress assured us our food would be out shortly. The couple next to us came in 30 min after us and received their food in 29 minutes. I stop a staff member and asked to speak to a manager. He replied stating he was a manager. We stated how long we had waited. He checked and said they were waiting on a burger to cook. Seriously. Our food arrived after another 15 minutes hot with no apology from manager about service. It was obvious our order was lost. On our way out I asked for the name if the manager, she said which one and I indicated the one with the beard. Needless to say we will never return to that location. Very dissatisfied.

Really nice spot. Close to where my new job is going to open. I ate there twice this week. The first time I sat in the restaurant and ordered the shrimp tacos lunch special with the loaded baked potato soup, minus cheese. I also got Jim beam with my meal and strawberry lemonade to drink with the meal. The shrimp tacos came with chips and salsa too. My server was really cool. The second time was yesterday. I sat at the bar. I ordered the lunch special double burger. Also got the same Jim Beam drink, but apparently it's a 2 for deal. Wish I knew that earlier in the week. The bartender let me know that he and his bar back were new and to be patient. Which I normally am. A bit of camaraderie was had. I did have to send my burger back once though since there was cheese on it, so I had to wait a bit longer, but it was worth it. I would definitely come back here. It was slow both times I went Wednesday and Friday.

So not even realizing it was Sunday at 1 in the afternoon we pulled up to Olive garden and they were packed so we scooted over to Chili's instead. We started with some cheese sticks which were HUGE. Almost as big as your hand literally! And there were 4 or 5. They have really changed the menu since I was there last. Now they have bbq and burgers plus their usuals. But after the monstrous cheese sticks I got the pick 3. Which is pretty much a "pick 3 appetizer" kind of deal. I got chicken bits and chicken fingers. 1 was honey Sriracha and 1 was mango habanero but I can't remember which was which but the fingers were awesome but sooooo freaking hot. But they were nice and crispy but not break your teeth hard.. just right... And the bone out were ok and the burger bites which there was 2 of tasted and looked like homemade grilled patties not premade frozen... But there's nothing on them so if you want condiments remember to ask..

Never in my life have I ever gone to a sit down restaurant and got such nasty attitude. Go to chilis wait 30+ minutes no problem. But when Makayla approaches our table. We attempted to order our drinks after sitting there 22 minutes waiting for our order to be taken. Her snobbishly tells us they close at 9pm. And we politely told her that we should have been told this at the door after waiting over half an hour. And she literally starting screaming at us. And tells us we can follow her back to the back if we wanted to scream at her. No one even raised a voice. Makayla desperately needs customer service training and how to talk to customers appropriately. Not to mention she looked higher than a kite and reeked of marijuana. And could barely hold her eyes open. Not very customer friendly at all. I will not be returning. Plus the restaurant was so incredibly disgusting and smelled terrible.

I just can’t even right now. At this time, this Chili’s location at River City in Jacksonville, FL shouldn’t even be open. There’s not enough staff and those that are there don’t even have a clue. There was one cook in the back, poor guy. We sat at the bar, put in our order, and got our soft drinks right away. However, we had to ask the girl behind the bar for the beer that was ordered 15 minutes later and she messed up our order. She actually forgot half of it. The burger was dry as if it was pre-cooked and then reheated when ordered. The bartender was never behind the bar so drinks went without being refilled. Management is FAILING this restaurant. A district manager, or higher, needs to step in and get things straightened out. For anyone even entertaining the idea of going there to grab a bite to eat…DON’T DO IT!!!! Worst experience ever.

Ordered take out and decided to have a drink for happy hour. There were about 6 ppl at the bar but it still took abt 10 mins for the bartender to check on us/take an order/give us a menu. Just don't like Chili's anymore due to their cleanliness. Several locations have been nasty. I really like their menu options and if cooked well, the food is so good. However on several occasions and locations I don't like the smell of wet rag (stagnant sink water), which is what we noticed. Did not see cheese on my mini Sliders twice. Lol Both mine and husband's cup had black pepper like stuff in it or some smudge of something when we go there. The kisok to pay had always been gross in my opinion. Finger prints all over it with grease. The seats are sticky, and truly, I have not enjoyed it. I get gift card from my bank and use them, but each time, I feel unsatisfied by chilli atmosphere : ( Maybe COVID period had everyone super clean for a bit, but unemployment has prolly caused 50% staff emoloyment.

It was a good deal for 2 people. We came a little after they opened, around 1 PM for lunch. They weren't terribly busy but only had 2 waitresses for the entire restaurant. She was very attentive though. She even bought me two margaritas as the machine put out extra and they didn't want to waste anything. We got the 3 for $10.99 meals and everything was as good as expected. Two ladies did leave due to poor service though. They were upset ni one came to take their order. We just dined here and are appalled at the lack of service and support on the floor. The restaurant is nearly empty. We were one of 4 tables occupied. What we did not like was having to eat while watching the server continue to pile dirty dishes, cups and knives (notice I didn’t say silverware-b/c that was the second aspect we didn’t like-we were served plastic utensils!) all on the table next to us and NO ONE ever came out to bus the tables! We asked our waitress and she said she could not get anyone out of the kitchen to help. We asked where the manager was-in the kitchen, she said. And the answer we received for eating with plastic utensils was that the silverware kept going missing and it’s been done away with! Chili’s is a big chain and generally good-however, given lack of management and staff here - I would avoid this location.

We waited about 15 minutes just for our bar drinks or even waters. My broccoli was handed to me on a plate out of a steam bag and rolled out infront of me. My wife got Cajun chicken pasta no tomatoes and it was served with tomatoes, no chicken and added shrimp. We did not finish our plates or drinks and didn't even ask for boxes to go. Other tables were having the same issues and the one waitresses was so annoyed she set up pur pay tablet without showing us a receipt. Somehow it was $80 for this meal and they all looked too frustrated to explain anything to us. Somehow I feel as though we should've paid for the appetizers and just left. 100% last time going to this location no matter how hungry. Wish there was a clear manager to talk to.

The worst dining experience I have ever had. Our server spilt our drinks on the floor in front of our table and never cleaned it up. We ordered chips and salsa for the table. When we received our chips, majority of them were wet with oil. When the server returned to our table we asked for a new basket not covered in oil. She said she could try but they were all the same. We asked to talk to the manager. She stated the manager was on the line cooking and she would let them know we wanted to talk to them. After 5 mins she returned to let us know,"you are free to go if you want" we left without getting more than our sodas and soggy chips. Food was the only thing that was halfway decent. It took almost an hour to get a Ceasar salad that had a small dolip of dressing. It should have had chicken tenders on it and had grilled chicken. The customer service by the bartender was not even bad, it was nonexistent. She never checked back to see how our food was. We waited over 20 minutes for a Sprite that we had to ask for 3 times. Managing in a customervservice related field I would say this is probably one of the worst meals we have ever had at any restaurant, and by far the worst at a Chili's. Everywhere has their ups and downs but we waited about 40 minutes for our curbside pickup order realizing that it didn’t seem like the orders were being paid any attention to. We decided to call and Kayla answered the phone and she got it out quick for us!! We saw her walk though the back door, she seemed to have just gotten back or on her shift and jumped right in and helped us. Props to her for making sure the customers needs were met. The other girl that was in there seemed to maybe be sitting down and when multiple other people doing curbside pickup started to go in that’s when she got up and started to get orders out. Regardless of the first impression, the food was good and Kayla’s service changed our mind. Great job.

First sign should of been that there was hardly any people in there on a Saturday night. But every single staff member looked absolutely miserable, not one smiled the entire time. I ordered the tripple dipper appetizer as a meal and half of it was cold and not what I ordered. They came out with right one and it looked terrible and didn't taste great it was like they were annoyed and just threw it on a plate. The place had a funky smell to it. For it not being busy they were extremely slow. And we noticed about 6 other tables who also returned food or drinks back. Was really disappointed.

Its been awhile since I have eaten at Chili's bc of poor service on my last visit. Suffice to say this is kinda worse. The spot wasn't even jumpin. There were hardly any patrons in the seats as I caught them btwn lunch and dinner. The photo that you see is what i opened up from a Margherita Chicken with Rice and Broccoli for $14. It is hard for me to believe that they can get away with how poor this really reflects on this once great company. This is unbelievable. Arguably the worst restaurant in the River City area. Would love for it to be replaced with something that serves great food. Experience - everything tasted old and microwaved. Cold fries that tasted several days old, lukewarm pasta that tasted microwaved, greasy chips, dirty silverware - fun fact...the table next to us saw me looking at the leftover food on my "clean" silverware and she brought me an extra plastic silverware and said she had to do the same thing... meaning get plastic as hers were filthy too. Service was just average. Could be more attentive but overall nice. Hoping they get replaced by a higher quality restaurant soon! You can get better food in Publix's freezer section.

Stopped here on a road trip. We sat at the bar.. the bartender took our order then the people next to us. She then gave them their drinks first and when I get my drink it is the worst margarita I've ever had.... my boyfriend was still waiting for his coke that he ordered why would you not serve a soda before other drinks especially when it was ordered first. Then when we get our food I took a few bites as I HAD to eat were on a roadtrip and not gonna stop again soon but I literally forced myself and still left over half the food on my plate. Absolutely disgusting! Would not recommend anyone stop here. Terrible food but honestly the service was worse for me

We always have a great visit when we come to this Chili's. Today was nothing short of that. Nina was our waitress and she was very nice and attentive. My husband doesn't like to sit near the bar and she was able to accommodate us and give us exceptional service. We are thankful for the attention and service that she provided. Nina is a great waitress that really represents what a great company Chili's is.

My mother took me here for my birthday and I loved it! The waitresses were super sweet and helpful. They even had my husband's street corn remade without additional costs when he accidentally dropped it, even though he offered to pay extra for it since it was his fault for accidentally dropping his corn. My mom did complain that the ribs were way overcooked and "lousy" though. I had the Trio Fajita and that was really good, so I loved it!

We ordered our food online and chose curbside service. When my husband arrived to pick up the food it was not ready. They said someone would bring it out to you. He waited for several minutes for someone to come out. They never did. He finally went in to get the food. When he arrives home this is what our food looks like. Sloppy and ranch spilled in the containers. The food was cold, my mashed potatoes looked disgusting, and the chicken tenders were fried too hard. My husband said he enjoyed the street corn. This one used to be a nice restaurant but over the last few months of has gone down tremendously.

Extremely poor service! I was seated at a dirty table with my 1 year old and the waitress finally came after about 10 minutes, asked if anyone wiped off the table and when I replied no, she said ok well it will be a while before I can get to you! WOW! I actually move to wait in the front until a clean table became available. So again me and my toddler is sitting right in front of the hostess table and then in comes a group of people and they are seated immediately when me and my daughter was never even acknowledged again. I will never eat at this location again. Horrible service, discriminative even.

Arrived an apparently order was already ready but sat in the pick up area for an additional 6 mins before the young lady brought it out to me. Got home and of course my food is cold. Burger missing lettuce and cheese. The last time my Cajun chicken pasta didn’t have an ounce of sauce on it just a plate full of dry noodles and a few pieces of chicken with no spices whatsoever. I’m really tired of going here getting mediocre food. I’m done, you won’t be getting my money anymore. If I could leave O stars I would.

5/10/2017 @ 7:30pm Food was good, however I sat at the bar since I was dining alone, and the bartender took a good to hand me a menu, in addition I asked for a Presidente Margarita, I was expecting a small shaker and a nice margarita glass like they usual have I instead I got what is pictured. After I finished my meal I was never asked if I would like another drink and as other parties came and sat at the bar I got looked passed. Lastly I waited an entire 15 mins after I finished my meal until I got my check. This is the first worst experience I've had while dining at the bar at Chili's.

We sat at the bar like we usually do. We were passing thru on a road trip. Food was so mediocre, waitstaff also same. We asked what Bourbons do you have? The answer "we have alot, what do you want?" We asked do you have Basil Hayden? She says we have Jim & Jack, we are a Chili's! So the answer of we have alot was not correct. Hey, any self respecting bar has OLIVES! I couldn't get a martini with an olive. People, this is a major town. There's work to be done here. We visit our local Chili's in Port Richey often they are great.

I ordered the burger and fries. The fries were seasoned well but luke warm like they had been sitting. My burger started tasting funny in the middle. It looked done but tasted funny and left a funny taste in my mouth after. I was in a hurry so no time to complain and send it back. The store also had a weird smell. I hadn't been to that location in years and won't go back. Shouldn't followed my first mind and went somewhere else‍♀️

The worst Chili’s I’ve been to. There is usually a wait even when the restaurant isn't full. They will tell you 15 minutes and then you wait 30. Once seated you will wait another 10-15 minutes before anyone even acknowledges your existence. Eventually you get your food which is never cooked properly, if cooked at all. This place should just shut the doors. There are so many better restaurants in the area. Trust me, go to one of those. The only reason this place gets 1 star is because I had rate it in order to write this.

Dont eat at this location. Ghetto and unclean. Food is great when made by the right people. Cooks are not trained properly. Employees always out back smoking. Last i checked, youre not supposed to smoke near campus anywhere you work. Unsanitary for preparing people food. Im not a health inspector, but i could get (this) location shut down. It will be closed in a few years. Daniel, the gm, an amazing dude man honestly. He needs to be at a better location. He is suffering there! Be blessed man truely.

Inadequate service, soup was not hot, and I had to send it back to be warmed. In addition to the soup, I asked for crackers and was not told they did not have any until our soup was brought out. Chicken sandwiches were not hot and fresh and lacked sauce, and the fries were not hot and fresh!!. This Chili's location needs to step up and serve a better quality of food.

Kindness goes a long way. Manager was rude, server couldn’t take accountability for messing up multiple things. Sour cream was very expired and chunky. Silverware was disgusting. Hard rice. Cold food all around. They said they could take 10% off for the inconvenience when literally we were there waiting for food for over two hours and didn’t eat half of it, with three little ones with us, mind you). Manager was combative and the whole experience was a joke even down to the miserable hostess.

We stood at the door for a few minutes, there were a total of 5 tables occupied and 6 people at the bar. So we chose the bar. It took 10 minutes for the bartender to acknowledge us and ask us for drinks. She came back 15 minutes later to take our food. She didn't acknowledge another couple for 5 minutes. I get it if she was busy, but she wasn't. The poor servers were pouring their own drinks as well.

Service was terrible. Our server was noticeably under the influence. She repeatedly got orders confused in a 4 person group. (3 out of 4 ordered tea) She would give drink refills to a person with a full glass instead of the person who was empty, even though they were the person closest to her. The topper of the drink service was when she slides a mug of tea across the length of the table to the person sitting where she had stood & served us from previously. This is all just the drinks. 3 stars only because the food was good.

Ordered curbside service on a Sunday evening...waited outside 20 minutes after pick up time. No message saying my food was ready nor did anyone ever come out to the car ( which they could clearly see my vehicle). Went inside to make sure they had my order, which they did, they just hadnt started preparing it....also both of the ladies I interacted with were on personal cell phones. Not sure if it was work related but texting seemed to be quite a priority. Food was great, just would not order pick up or curbside again.

I continue to be disappointed at the river city location. The service is horrible. The bartender did not care about being the waitress. We had to ask three times for water, she never came over after we got our food, chicken wings were under cooked, way too much jalapeño in the guacamole, even asked another waitress about it and she didn’t even care. They are never busy and still suck.

First, let me address those saying the place is "dirty". I guess these folks have a pristine and spotless home kitchen!!! The place was very clean, including the restrooms! Secondly, the staff was GREAT...shout out to "Day" the female bartender serving the bar and all duties as bartender for the whole restaurant, which was very full. My original order had a small issue and was corrected as expected. Yes, I'd visit again!!!

The food was delicious. We ordered to go. On a Saturday night about 9pm , we waited at the bar and the the severs intentionally did not look our way. Didn’t acknowledge us to say hey or I’ll be right with you or anything. Then we never received a text notification or our to go order. The dining experience was very different for the various members of our party. Those of us who got chicken or burgers were very pleased. The couple who got pasta were served lukewarm dishes. I am not sure if it was just prepared first and was left in the window or what, but it was not hot and fresh like the rest of the meal. We have always had good food, so this meal appears to be the exception to the rule.

We were also advised that if we sat in one particular area the wait time would be longer. I ordered ribs and they were a little tough and tasteless. The coleslaw and fries were good. So sad as I wanted a nice Saturday night dinner with my husband. This place is crazy noisy and freezing cold. Our server brought my tea in a dirty cup and never asked me if I wanted a refill while she happy brought the pitcher to refill my husbands water. Appetizer was “off” and sorry we asked for extra ranch dressing because it never came. Her tip, get out serving the public because you’re not very good at it. We will not be returning to this s Chili’s ever.

I will start this by saying we had a very nice server. She did a good job with her tables. However with most of this restaurant sitting empty, we still had to wait to be seated. There was no Host/Hostess and I understand there may be an employee shortage but the servers were literally walking by people waiting to be seated and not even acknowledging them in any way. I watched multiple people walk out. One of the positives was the food came out quickly.

Normally Chili's provides a fairly good dining experience, so my friend ordered Chili's ToGo - sadly disappointing for the price. Her bowl that in-restaurant dining would normally be full and topped with colorful salsa, was degraded to a small dry-looking piece of chicken with tiny bowls of rice and black beans. It didn't even fill the to go box Chili's To Go was definitely a let down after waiting almost an hour to get the food.

One of the worst experiences of quality of food, and the timing was awful. No way should your appetizers come after your meal. The server was great, but she shouldn't have to apologize for the delay over and over and over. The server should have gotten the entire bill and none to the restaurant. I saw the manager apologizing to several tables. Wow!

Good food, lively environment and friendly staff. Had dinner with my friend for a Mom's night out and we were pleased with the customer service and speediness of our orders. Our waiter Devin was nice and knowledgeable of the menu and offered his best judgement for adult beverages. The food was cooked to perfection and hot upon arrival. That was our first visit and we were both pleased. We will be going back... You should check it out

I wanted to personally thank our waitresses Bella & Jen. Their service was phenomenal. They were so genuinely helpful, kind, charismatic and you could tell they want to be here. The customer service they displayed is a rare commodity these days. Would definitely come back just for their positive vibes.

Our office has ordered team lunches from here a few times and each time was disappointing so we no longer order. Missing items, incorrect items, and just not presentable all around. The salad my manager ordered looked as if it was taken off some one else’s plate.

Servers are great just very overworked. Cayleigh was an amazing bartender and will be great for the restaurant as she moves into management. Tania and Lisa are very adept bartenders.

My partner and I chose this restaurant for lunch on Monday 3/28. The restaurant wasn't busy with about 5 tables being served at various stages of their meal. Our waitress was pleasant and took our order. After that it went downhill. We
