"A chilled and laid back vibe with plenty of TV's to watch any games you're trying to stay current on"
"Ordered a burger well done and it came a bit pink"
"This restaurant never disappoints"
Delicious and fresh meal - we had a pick up order. We placed it on-line and used the pick up area. Our order was complete and hot. It was ready to the minute it was scheduled. The parking lot was busy. The access to this location was a bit challenging but worth the meal. We ordered appetizers, Adult and kids meals.
The veggie burger here is absolutely delicious and the service is with a smile. The only reason I gave the atmosphere three stars is because the seating is incredibly uncomfortable. It's really hard to have a nice dinner on wooden benches. Otherwise a great place to catch up with friends or family. More
A chilled and laid back vibe with plenty of TV's to watch any games you're trying to stay current on. Brittany was our waitress and she was really friendly and attentive to us. The drinks and food were good too. A bit of a wait for a table but it was a busy Saturday night so that was expected. More
Ordered a burger well done and it came a bit pink. It was also really soft and tasted a little weird. The spinach artichoke dip came out with the cheese sprinkled on top(restaurants usually melt the cheese on top and brown it). Thought that was strange. I was so hungry I expected so much. More
This restaurant never disappoints. The diverse menu gives so many options. I went with the Mimi's shrimp and chicken Fiesta Bowl. A generous amount of protein, the rice was cooked perfectly, the pickled onion gave a terrific counter point and the sauce was tangy. The service was terrific. More
I visit Millers at least three times a week. Heather and Krissy are the main reason for my loyalty. If you have never been here, you should definitely stop by because you never know what you’re going to witness. Sometimes it is like being at a dinner theater. Great atmosphere. More
I love this location the staff is super sweet, and today we got served by Bella if I recall; she deserves a raise. She was super sweet and checked on us quite a bit. She was kind and she had a very pretty smile/looked put together. Sometimes it can be slow, but nothing major. More
Scott was an absolutely amazing server. This was an absolutely wonderful experience Scott was very attentive provided service with a smile and made sure we were pleased with everything that was served. Just because of Scott we will be back. Thank you for a wonderful evening More
Food was decent. Black and blue burger was great. Salads were warm, not cold and crisp like they should have been. Manager seemed to have a bit of an attitude, but the servers were excellent. Great spot to watch the game, nice bar and plenty of tv’s and seating. Good location.
We just had to come in for the dessert! It was over the top divine! Service was super friendly and wished we could stay longer because we would love to go back! Next time in Jacksonville- will definitely put this on our go-to place for great food!! More
Came here for a quick lunch break. Craving for some dry rub wings, and they have a house dry rub called Chili lime Dry Rub. Let me tell you. On point. Kudos to the cook and to whomever marinated them. Rubby dub dub... You better go get you
I am somewhat disappointed in Millers Ale house. Got 2 of the Shrimp and sirloin meals, those were good, steaks came a little cold but were good. We also got a cheeseburger and that was disgusting. Asked for medium rare but got almost raw!
This must have been the worse experiences at a Millers Ale House I’ve ever had. I requested a filet mignon (medium )from the new menu because why not. They serve me a cut that it was completely different and it was more than well done. The
Honestly, the food was not worth the money. I paid over $50 with tip. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip, Mahi tacos (substituted the side to loaded fries), and the pesto chicken ravioli. The dip was fair, but the chips were very salty.
I generally like this place, but this time I got a hair on my cheese sticks. They replaced it, but you know once you get hair in or on the food your eating you are a little less excited or happy about your meal & prices have gone up. Plus
Miller's Ale House created a challenge burger for March Madness and you can win a hat if you finish the plate! Luckily, I hadn't eaten anything all day because this burger is a monster with an entire meal, sans dessert, between its buns.
I’ve been coming here for years and everything has been great, I ordered food by delivery as I was feeling sick and didn’t want to drive. This is serious the smallest amount of net weight chicken tenders I’ve ever seen AND the price went
Our pool group goes out for a luncheon once a month and we chose Miller's. Plenty of parking is a plus for our group of 11. I had the Meatloaf and while good could have been better so 4 ⭐. Others in our group had 4 Cheese Flat Bread plus
Tried to meet my girlfriend here for dinner tonight after her 14 hour shift at the hospital, hostess sat us at our table, place is pretty much empty and we wait 15 minutes for our waiter. Nothing, asked the hostess she went to find our
I don't know where to start. Arkim is everything. When I walk in he knows what I like, my name, ask me about my day, tells me new food I haven't tried, etc. I can go on and on. Great customer service he is a keeper. Promote him. What a
Ordered a pick up order at 10:20, they said it would be ready by 10:40. I finally got my food at 10:55. The togo server was nice and was waiting on the food to come out for a while after I got there. However when I got my food, it was
All of the Millers Ale House locations are fantastic and these are Southside, Deerwood Park, Arlington and Beech Boulevard which I call Jacksonville Beach. I've been to all four and this location is easily the busiest but that being
Good service. Nice menu. Not good food. Shrimp and chicken, dry. Greens were old. Rice came out of a bag. Like a fast food restaurant minus the counter service. I’d place this with all the rest, applebees, ruby Tuesday, chilies etc…
My wife and I hit up this joint on Thursdays after our trainer. Mostly sit outside and mostly have RKim as our bartender. Solid guy who’s been there for a minute, and there’s a reason for it. Great part of the Ale House team. More
Food came out cold and not the way we ordered. It took as an hour and 10 minutes to get the food. I would recommend going somewhere else if you want to have a nice meal with a good environment. More
I love this location! I come here after work and get a great lunch deal with happy hour. Heather always takes great care of me! She's so friendly and knowledgeable. Makes every visit fantastic! More
Came here with some buddies after work and got the wings - 6 Buffalo and 6 Korean BBQ. Both were excellent! In fact, these are the best wings I've had in the last year in Jacksonville!
Another great time dining in. Love the outside seating area and Mr. Arkim’s service! He is very knowledgeable about it all and will be sure that you have a good time! Thank you! More
The only problem here is consistency. Staff is awesome but brought down by heavy handed corporate management. You can get a great meal one night and awful the next. Good luck! More
Heather behind the bar is awesome. She is personable and engaging. She is on point with remembering names and what people order/drink. 10 out of 10 would recommend. More
One of my favorite places to get nachos from, me and my mother go here occasionally and the atmosphere is always so welcoming and friendly! I recommend the nachos. More
Just a great place to eat, drink, hang out n chew the fat. Perfect for date night. Krissy rocks she was on the ball and very attentive. More
Food was great. Fun atmosphere. You have to try the Prime Burger. Its the best burger in Jacksonville. The Zingers are fantastic too. More
I recently had an absolutely fantastic experience at Miller's Ale House on Hodges, and I couldn't wait to share the highlights!
Excellent waitress. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was what we expected . Would I Go back?? For sure
Great place to enjoy all your favorite Sunday NFL games with great food and adult beverages!

Disappointed in the wait time. Got old celery that is going bad. Jerk chicken sauce is EXTREMELY salty More
I've been to two other Ale House locations and I think this one gave me the best experience thus far.
