Hello, I had a problem with your cards at 43 Osbourn on September 28th. I brought two $25 cards ($50) and try to redeem them but said card is not activated contact merchant. And so I did went back and didn't get a new code or refund and I spoke with the manager the next morning to get a new code or refund. Both times said the cards are activated, I told him I've tried to redeem it and says to contact the merchant. The manager name is Jassbir, I've told him 3 times that they don't work and you need a different code or my money back. He goes and shows his "refund" sign at me and keeps on saying that. So now I go to support and told them about this and they said on there systems it's inactive and they gave me proof. After 24 hours were up on the card and they didn't work I went back to the store and showed proof that their cards are inactive. The cashier name is Macseatca, he sold me the cards that day I bought them and was there when I went back with proof, said he can't refund me and was talking to his boss the same manager and kept telling the card is activated and I showed my proof again and again they both wouldn't listen or anything, I had enough evidence that I am to get refunded or replaced codes. This is where the refund sigh doesn't apply and doesn't affect Microsoft, they literally tell you the store you buy it from are the one's responsible to replace codes or refund. So for anyone that's in charge of positions over on 43 Osbourn circle k please remove the manager and get all the gift cards check.
Last couple orders I have gotten delivery from this store they have messed up my order. Once I am able to forgive, twice is getting annoying but it’s been three times I have gotten drinks from them that are wrong and I am just done. Your staff should be more attentive. When I go in in person they are always on their phones so it’s not hard to see why they are messing up delivery orders.
I Had a problem at first with a refund. But the cashier that had helped me today was the Best. He admitted his co workers mistake. Honest employee. I recommend this circle k to anyone. Great staff. Great encounter. Thank you circle K and thank u to the employees. Will be coming back to buy things. Great store. And I apologize for the past comment thank you :)
Mac's has always been a place where I stop when I'm walking around Osborne. You can always depend on the local Mac's for anything you need. Customer Service is nothing to write home about, but you have to remember what customer service staff deal with each day especially in this area. If you're positive and polite you'll get that in return.
Just witnessed extreme prejudice against a native couple trying to enter this business. The lady had her debit card out indicating that they wanted to purchase something, and the attendant just ignored them, and then got into a verbal confrontation with them. I'll not be going to this place anymore.
RUDE!!! I asked for two tens instead of a 20 and the cashier nearly chased me out of the store. He screamed at me in front of everyone. It would have been different if I didn’t buy anything. I used to go there at least once a week. I’ll be crossing the street and going to Shopper’s from now on.
The staff at this Circle K are amazing! Everyone who works there is always so friendly and helpful. I left my wallet there a couple of weeks back and Jas ensured it came back to me. Thank you so much for going out of your way to do that. Would absolutely recommend this location!
Felt very unsafe with a guy outside kept trying to touch me and my friends. Told the worker and he locked us inside until our cab came. ( it was 3am) So Very grateful for that young man and so were my friends. Thank you again.
The owner needs to brush off his ego and get some customer service skills. He seems like always disturbed with something. If he cant smile at customer, hire someone with customer service skills.
The other day I forgot part of my purchase on the counter. When I went back the gentlemen immediately took it out & gave it to me. So nice that he remembered me & was so honest.
The prices are mind blowing. I thought 7 Eleven was terrible. These guys beat them out. That, coupled with the less than friendly service, guarantees I'll never go here again.
Horrible staff, was accused of stealing when I was really trying to see the gift cards, maybe move the gift cards away from the door. Definitely not going back anytime soon.
They need to answer ther phone, have called about 12 different tmes and never an answer. There's definitely attitude adgustments that need to be rectifed.
Rude rude rude. Get some friendly, more knowledgeable staff. Last restart avoid at all cost.
