This was my first visit to a Clean Eatz. I had been wanting to try it after reading about the Deerwood location opening and about the franchise concept as I prefer to follow a healthier diet as much as possible. The restaurant is an order at the counter style like you might find at a place like Panera or Zoe's Kitchen. You place your order at the register and somebody brings the food out to your table. A drink station has everything you need to get your own drinks, ice, stevia, lids and straws. The drink station featured three kinds of freshly brewed iced tea: blueberry green tea, mango green tea and plain unsweet which was the more traditional black tea you find at most restaurants. Being an iced tea lover, I sampled all three. I found the regular unsweet to be pretty weak, and I also wasn't in the mood for the extra caffeine, so I mostly drank the mango green which was refreshing. There was also a big dispenser filled with water infused with fresh orange slices that was also very good. The water and ice dispenser indicated it used filtered water and dispensed both with the push of a button. I had the hammerhead wrap for my lunch with a side of the apple slices (it included a drink too). It was a whole wheat wrap with salmon, turkey bacon, spinach, guacamole and CE Cilantro Lime sauce. It was served warm and was a nice combination of flavors. There were four apple slices that came with a peanut butter dip that was really good; it was a mixture of peanut butter, honey and yogurt. In fact, I liked the dip so much that I put the lid back on the container and took the rest home with me! The cashier alerted me that the dip had yogurt in it for a possible dairy allergy. While I do not have any food allergies, I appreciated that the restaurant did that and it would undoubtedly be helpful for some customers. The whole meal was a good portion size; I was satisfied but not overly full. There is also a dessert case with a variety of offerings packaged to go with sweet treats that are relatively low guilt. Although they are sweet, they are made with natural ingredients and would be a better splurge than, say, a big piece of cake or bowl of ice cream. Among other things, one can find dark chocolate fudge, peanut butter buckeyes, s'mores, and chex mixes of various flavors. All of the items are made fresh in the restaurant. Ingredients include things such as dark chocolate, honey and coconut oil (the s'mores) or rice chex and protein powder (in the chex mixes). One of the employees was very helpful in explaining some of the items and even gave me a couple of free samples. I ended up getting a package of the buckeyes and s'mores, both of which were excellent. The restaurant also has a meal program where you can purchase meals to take home with a menu that varies weekly and a large selection of frozen meals in a freezer in the restaurant that can be taken to go and heated up at home. Overall, I enjoyed my visit to Clean Eatz and I will look forward to having lunch again here sometime!

Went today to grab a healthy lunch. I chose to build my own bowl. I did the potato base, chicken (I confirmed when ordering it was white meat chicken), zuchini, carrots and green peppers. My order came out and it looked, smelled and tasted like canned tuna. I thought they'd messed up my order so I took it to the counter and told them I'd ordered chicken, not tuna. They assured me it was chicken, that they don't have tuna. She said they shred their chicken. The chicken was pink, wet and smelled funny. It was 100% canned chicken. I asked if the chicken was canned and she said no, but there is no way that was any form of baked or grilled chicken breast. They kindly offered to make something else so i got the same thing and switched my protein to shredded beef. It was edible but nothing to write home about. The veggies were all under cooked (carrots were so hard, my fork wouldn't go through them so had to scoop them to eat them. There was a puddle of liquid at the bottom of the bowl so the potatoes were inedible and soggy. I ate the meat but threw the majority of the bowl away- for almost $13.

Hi. Honestly I heard great things about this place. I decided today I wanted to try it. I got the chipotle burger with Mac n cheese and a Straw-nana smoothie. Firstly, the portion size is that of a child’s, but the price for all of this was that of an adult meal. My smoothie was child sized as well even though it was $6. I should’ve gone to smoothie king. My burger is the quite literally the smallest burger I’ve ever gotten and it was $13. They forgot the onions and chipotle sauce and the lettuce looked like regular salad lettuce that I can buy out of a bag from Walmart. My Mac and cheese was, again, basic penne noodles that I can buy from Walmart, with barely any cheese on it. And on top of all of this my food was warmish/slightly cold when I received it. It’s honestly upsetting as I had high hopes for this place. Maybe their other meals are good but I personally wouldn’t recommend the burgers, mac n cheese or smoothies. I’d really like if I could get some kind of replacement meal because I was hoping to enjoy the chipotle sauce on the burger. If not, my money back would be great too.

First time visit for lunch. A little skeptical after reading the Google reviews. The service and food are both excellent. Definitely a healthier option that this country desperately needs. Wraps and salads both full of flavor. Prices are comparable to garbage fast food prices, but here you're actually getting real wholesome food. It feels great to eat clean. My only disappointment is this is the only Jacksonville location. Definitely worth the trip out of the way. Meal plans available as well as grab and go meals. Love the tasty food options and the great service. Will certainly be back again and again.

I happened to be in Jacksonville today around lunch time. A friend of mine had visited a couple of weeks ago and said I would love it. I’m not in the habit of writing reviews, but this place deserves it. Best recommendation ever! There was plenty of parking on 3 sides. The place was clean. Bathrooms were also clean. Menu was varied- burgers, wraps, salads- everything was healthy and different. It was a challenge deciding what to eat. I went with Arnold, which was highly recommended. It did not disappoint. Excellent quality and satisfying quantity. I was so impressed, I actually purchased several frozen breakfast wraps and dinners for consumption during the week. They even have a very reasonably priced subscription plan. Service was pleasant and timely. Tables were nicely spaced and available. I’m told outdoor seating will be arriving soon as well. All in all, it was a great dining experience and I look forward to returning and trying a different entree.

I was looking for a healthier lunch option. We ordered the bang bang shrimp wrap and the kale pesto chicken wrap. The sweet potato fries were excellent. The other side was a wheat penne Mac n cheese. It wasn’t the best. It had a spice to it that I didn’t care for. Overall, we enjoyed our meal!

Picked up lunch from the cafe for the first time to check it out. Had a build your own bowl with potatoes, shrimp, veggies and queso. The flavors were spot on and yummy. I came in because I started tracking macros this summer and it's often tough to find a flavorful takeout lunch with readily available nutritional information that's accurate and not outdated. I also got two take home meals which were amazing as well. This is going to be my new go-to spot. There are so many ready made meals to choose from! And the prices are unbeatable. If you're looking for a full calorie meal dripping in fattening sauces, this is not the place for you. But for anyone looking to make better choices without sacrificing flavors, you will love this place!

I have visited Clean Eatz twice now and have had an amazing experience each time! The restaurant has a great & comfortable atmosphere with very attentive & friendly staff. The first time I visited I picked up some of their ready to go meals & frozen cauliflower pizzas. These are so good and perfect to bring to work or week nights when you don’t have time to cook. The second time I went with my husband to eat in the cafe and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! My husband got the chicken bacon ranch flatbread & I ordered the chicken pesto wrap with apples & peanut butter on the side. We both loved our meals & can’t wait to go back! I personally love the idea of healthy fast food options & Clean Eatz does a great job providing that. Keep up the good work!

This was honestly some of the worst food I've ever had. I tried their meal plan service for 2 weeks to give it a chance thinking maybe the first week was a fluke, it was not. The first week the meals I received were wrong. Some of the vegetables, like potatoes for instance, weren't even cooked so I couldn't eat them. They sent pasta dishes with no sauce on them at all so you're just eating plain noodles. Everything was dry, bland, and extremely disappointing overall. The only reason I'm giving this a 2 star instead of 1 is because all of the employees I spoke to were extremely nice. Would not recommend eating here to anyone.

Atmosphere felt very corporate. More like a grocery store or wearhouse than a cafe or restaurant. The food was very plain, boring, and not worth it. The smoothies taste extremely watered down, there's almost no flavor, for example the dirty peanut one tasted like watered down chocolate milk with pieces of unblended ice. Only upside was the cashier was very pleasant and helpful.

I work down the road and have been meaning to try the place for some time, just did today and the food was awesome! I had the Clean Eatz bison burger with sweet potato fries and a smoothie. First time going in. Was looking for Flame Broilers but thought we would give it a go. Got the Meatz Bowl, the chicken came from a can not actual cooked chicken. The quinoa was cold and dry, tasted like it wasn’t even cooked properly. Essentially tasted like cat food. Male worker(maybe owner?) came and asked how our food was. I said it was okay and my fiancée hadn’t had hers yet. It was sitting at the hot window. Very disappointing. Go to Flame Broilers.

I dined in. The staff was very pleasant but i wasn't impressed with the food. I ordered a bowl and selected a base of quinoa and kale. It was mostly brown rice with a scattering of quinoa and very little kale. If I hadn't gotten spices added on it would have been quite tasteless. Their only vegan option is a bean burger which was okay. I haven't tried their premade take out meals but they seemed to be selling a lot of those.

I used to travel to the Orange Park location because the food is so delicious and I love that they’re healthier options. I placed an online order for this location yesterday, showed up a little early and they already had it freshly made. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. And the bowl I ordered, my lord, I was doing the happy dance eating it. Absolutely recommend!!

They came to my job as part of Fooda. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap which was very good! I didn't realize how spicy it would be so even though my mouth was on fire I still ate it and thought it was very good and very filling. Next time I will try the honey mustard wrap

I am so happy to have this location near my residence! The owners and the staff are nothing but friendly and helpful. The food is very fresh, tasty and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nutritional and tasty meal plan for your exercise needs.

Food was actually very good. I ordered some al a carte dishes the wraps and build a bowl found online. Everything was well seasoned and tasty. Healthy on top of that!.One of the better meal prep places,staff was also very nice. Definitely will return .Give it a try!

Visited the Deerwood location yesterday and was very pleasantly surprised. I had the Watch Your Waist wrap with no guacamole and really enjoyed it. I got a few meals to go too. Staff members were very friendly as well.

The service here was amazing and the food was served very quickly. However I found my food to be very bland and my salmon definitely did not taste like salmon…
