By far the worst restaurant on the southside. I ordered chicken lo mein with double chicken and got all the way home, opened my box up later that night and there was no double chicken in my box. I went back up to the restaurant, with my lo mein in Tupperware so I could show the cook and manager and instead of even looking in my Tupperware and he refused to believe there was no double chicken in my box. I said sir, there is no way I would DRIVE BACK UP HERE IN MY CAR TO ASK FOR DOUBLE CHICKEN IF I FELT LIKE MY BOX HAD DOUBLE CHICKEN. The cook proceeds to tell me that he doesn't want MY service when he never gave me good service to begin with, then does a refund when all I wanted was the EXTRA CHICKEN. I didn't come back for the refund I came back for the extra chicken!! Do not waste your time or your money on this establishment. They charged me extra for something that wasn't even in the box, but doubled up on the lo mein and veggies instead.

Hard uncooked rice. Fried rice doesn't mean raw rice when you bite a grain in half and still the raw white color in the center. Shrimp with lobster sauce with 5 small shrimp for dinner where you cant even see the shrinp when you open the package the shrimp so small it sits under the sauce. The excuse I got was the raising cost and that EVERY SINGLE chinese restaurant uses the same vendor and have the same size shrimp and same prices. When literally my favorite Chinese place is on beach Blvd near the beach that uses what you expect when you order from a Chinese restaurant. The ignorance of this Caucasian male in a Chinese restaurant always having to argue with the customer. This is the 2nd situation with that guy further I'm a professional chef how ignorant do you have to be to literally lie about every single Chinese restaurant b.c you have terrible business practices and you think I'm just another ignorant customer. So terrible!

Got a soup that was stacked wrong in my bag, the plastic container cover melted into the soup!!! A order of about 30$ bucks of food, loved this place, called and told them, they said they would credit me, however when I called to redeem my free soup they owed me and order more food, the order taker was rude and said the computer said I never order from them before, I said are you making a big deal out of a 4$ dollar soup when clearly the product you sold me had to be thrown away, he got defensive and said hey it's not me man, I said well maybe I won't order here anymore if your boss is going to make a big deal out of a 4$ soup, and it's poor customer service, he said fine have a good night and hung up on me, I am going to never order here again and tell all my friends in Arlington the same thing, there is just too many Chinese places in town with the same slop to want to deal with this crap.

Horrible experience! My actual dinner was fine, but they forgot my egg roll and completing messed up my boyfriend's order. I called to have them fix the problem. After tipping the delivery man seven fists on a twenty dollar order, I would think that the man on the phone would have been nicer. Instead, I got nothing, but excuses and was told that I pretty much was lying. After I told the man that it didn't seem that he wanted to rectify the situation, he hung up on me. My boyfriend ended up having to drive to the place to fix his order so they could see their mistake. No apology and horrible customer service is just bad business. Especially when your place of business is shown that you made a mistake. Mistakes happen and could of been forgiven. Rudeness.... Not so much.

The best food in my area. Everything is always fresh, always hot, and they actually give you meat and not all these filler vegetables. The rice is actually fried (important to me since I am filipina). Another thing I love that most chinese take-outs don't do is actually separating the rice in a different container (except for the lunch specials). This also means that you get more food. It's a great value. Staff is always friendly and delivery guy is always pleasant and on time. I recommend this place over any other place in the Arlington area. **** UPDATE It's been 4 years since my last review and i'm just coming back to say it's still the best place.

I had a lunch special and substituted the white rice with vegetable fried rice and added a springroll. The lunch came to $9.63, which i thought was much more than what I had paid before Corona I used to pay $5 something for the lunch and $0.75 for the springroll. But I have to say that the vegetable fried rice was fresh and had just the right amounts of veggies. I had beef broccoli and the beef could have been a little larger portion, but the brocoli was plenty. Overall it was a good and tasty lunch, just a little more, pricewise than expected.

Being from NY this might be the closest place that reminds me of home. Still not quite authentic like home, But here I can say that their food is good. I would have given this Chinese restaurant 5 stars, if they would listen to reason, They continually fry their with feathers still attached to the wings. And when I ask them to remove them, I swear they act like chicken doesn't have feathers or they act like they don't understand what I'm saying. And more than not the feathers be on the wings when I get my order.

Ordered vegetables form King Wok but was not satiisfied. After phone call back to restaurant that history show order that I preferred but was not provided. I was charged for a combo that did not include "pork" saved me money but did not included anything green (broccoli) or mushrooms, carrots, corn... the most for your request. I expect the restaurant to bring to my attention that there is a differecne,,maybe I am Expecting too much===however he was able to bring ths to my attention afterwards

I ordered the chow mein with crushed fried strips crushed on top and cream cheese wontons. Something new for me , it was so savory and I really enjoyed my dinner ! They are never too salty or too saucy, just nice meals. I usually order their house lomein, their noodles taste so wonderfully buttery and light. I rarely review but after so many great visits I proudly give them a 5stars. Thank you for servicing the area. The guy at the counter is always great as well.

Once I called, everything seemed fine but just do to a miss pronounced road name the man that answered the phone threatened to hang up because he felt that "this was getting ridiculous." A man of a professional setting would have bit his tongue especially of a mispronunciation of a name and would have gotten the job done in a mannered way. Not threatened to hang up like the mind of a unprofessional would. Dissappntion to say the least.

As out of town visitors that love Chinese food, my wife and I are always looking for good eats. You will not be disappointed at King Wok. Ordered chicken noodle soup and hot n sour to start. Both were great. Hot n sour one of the best we've had. Crab Rangoon was perfect. The General Tso's chicken was well done with enough crunch and spice and Bourbon Chicken good as well. Service was friendly and prompt. We'll definitely be back.

Been ordering from here for years. They've always been very timely, sometimes getting me my order in as little as 15 minutes, but typically around 25. My favorite dish, boneless spare ribs, are the best I've had across the country. Haha, that may be an exaggeration, but I really haven't found anyone else who does it like these guys. Polite, service-focused, great food. Can't go wrong with them.

So rude ! They hung up the phone on me after stating it would take 30 minutes for some rice, I had a question. They rush you on the phone, don’t say anything friendly. When I got there to pick up my order she slammed the door after putting the food in, I had a question yet again and didn’t receive a “good night” or anything along those lines. That’s not how a business should be ran.

Stopped on way home from work and ordered over $30 of stuff but when got home found pieces of aluminum or silver more than once in my Pork Lo Mein looks like something from a thing you would use when scrubbing or cleaning dishes. Called them and basically told me too bad, denied it etc. So if you do order from here check your food but they won’t be getting anymore of my business.

Family run Chinese food restaurant. The family that owns this establishment is very kind and accommodating.been coming here for years. The food is made to order and always fresh. I have tried almost everything on the menu and never been disappointed. Linda the owner is always there with a smile and ready to get your order right every time! I recommend the mushu or sesame shrimp.

This was the first time trying King wok, I ordered Shrimp Lo Mein take out and an egg roll. It was by far the worst. 6 packs of duck sauce and it was still so dry barely any vegetables, and tasted so bland. I was so disappointed, as for the egg roll it was one bite and in the trash the foul taste was almost unbearable. So misleading. Wont be back.

One of the worst eating experiences I have ever had. The shrimp fried rice lacked vegetables, egg and sizable, or abundant shrimp. The egg for young was tasteless and what chicken that could be found in the Pattie’s was a few sliders at best. The white rice was poorly cooked. After a few bites of each, I wound up throwing it all away.

i use to always eat here not so much any more only when there is no other choose. They rice is not really fried rice it’s more yellow rice and I promise you can count on one hand how much meat they give you in your rice. Now the delivery drive is the best . He is really nice and help full .

This place is definitely the best Chinese food I've ever had. Their General Tso's chicken and Chicken with Broccoli is great. They also have some of the best Buffalo wings I've ever had. The people that work here are really friendly too, great service and great food for a great price.

The food was nasty. The chicken looked like it was about 3 days old and then they warmed it up and gave it to me, parts of it were dried out and too hard to chew, kind of like beef jerky. And pieces of the pork in the rice were burned and hard along with some of the vegetables.

This place is horrible. They dont advertise correctly. They are extremely inaccurate and have disgusting customer service. They get my orders wrong all the time and I'm done with it. Also if you think you're getting a foam plate think again, it'll most likely come in a box.

Went and ordered at counter, ready in less than 15 minutes. Food was still fresh and hot by time we got home. Steamed dumplings were yummy and decent appetizer portion and price. Orange and sesame chicken were overly special but everything else made it worth going again .

Fast, tidy, no frills take-out. I’ve tried almost every Chinese place in Arlington now, and king wok is the best so far. Try the egg drop soup....you can actually taste hints of pepper! My sons lunch special was a generous portion and not covered in sauce

probably the best Chinese food i've ever had...i've recently moved out of Jacksonville and i miss them dearly...the brown sauce for the steamed veggies is to die for...chicken and broccoli, honey chicken, and general tso chicken were my favorites

The 1st time I went I was very disappointed. The rice had no seasoning-- no flavor at all. This time I don't know because I put soy sauce on it before tasting but the Chicken on a stick is very good; a little overcooked but it was still very good

I grew up going to King Wok! It was always so good, but also made my stomach hurt. So indulgent! Yet I kept coming back...that's the power of Chinese food. I recommend to anyone who is willing to accept the consequences.
