I am so thankful I found this meal prep company! I had tried out two of its competitors before I found this ridiculously amazing group of talented individuals. My biggest complaint with its competitors were the meals were being shipped in(from other city's). I really wanted to find a local company with a kitchen based out of the city I lived in. I felt like the meals I had previously ordered were not always as fresh as they could've been and the menu was boring ! the meals at times were very counterproductive giving my goal to lose more weight. I was actually complaining about how frustrated I was that I could not find a company here locally and that is when a friend of mine suggested I try jet pack nutrition ! Right off the bat The customer service in itself exceeded my expectations and crushed their competitors. Not only that but the meals are affordable and so delicious. I love that the menu is constantly changing so I never get bored. I go through times that I want to be super super strict on myself and I love that jet pack offers a variety of competition menu option. for those times that I really want to push myself to the next level !!! I work two jobs and struggle to clean because I just don't have the time or will to prepare food for the week on my days off. I tried just about every meal prep service in the area and stopped when I tried JetPackNutrition. I was actually recommended to them by a friend when he found out I was trying different meal prep services. The three biggest problems I've found in the meal prep industry is 1. Customer service 2. Getting sick of the meals and 3. Price. Jet pack Nutrition has hands down the best customer service I've encountered in a meal preparation service that I've encountered by a long shot. I recommended to them to other members of my fire department and they have had the same experience. These guys have gone the extra mile since day 1 with them. The meals change every week and I've never been let down by the taste. It's great food and, unfortunately, my friends know it, so they're always asking for a meal. The price is the best I've found and a great value. If I don't order meals, I typically spend 10-12 dollars per meal if I eat out somewhere. When I order my JetPack meals that it cuts my weekly spending in half, and on top of that I have twice the energy through the week. Couldn't tell you how much I appreciate the great job and hard work these guys do. Highly recommend.

This food is epic! It's rich with flavor, it has so much variety, and it is packed with all the good things your body needs to be great! These wonderful dishes are made with pride - you can taste the quality in every bite. I have been steadily and consistently losing weight since I switched and began eating their meals. Part of the success can be attributed to their rotating variety of tasty meal plans. Each well-balanced, diverse week of meals is exciting to pick up, and see what the chef can "wow" you with this week, all while keeping my body on its healthy track. I get to eat real waffles and quiche in the morning - no more healthy shake only" allowed! It's real food giving me real results!

I have been looking for a meal prep company for the past year. i have tried three other ones in town, and i will have to say that this is by far the best company i have used. The staff is always friendly and helpful when i come into the store on San Jose Blvd. The food is delicious and I really like the constant variety provided on the menu. The best part is the flexibility they provide with their food, allowing me to pick the amount of carbs, proteins and veggies. The packaging is also first class as it comes in a plastic tray that is easily stored and carried to work, etc. Overall, the staff is fantastic and the food is amazing! I highly recommend them!

I love this place... The food is awesome. Very fresh quite tasty and usually right on point. I've had only one time. Where my order was short by only two meals. And this was an easy mistake I typically by the lean down lifestyle 21 pack . But had also bought a couple of the extra most delicious waffles they make (protein btw) ... I got 21 meals and that included my waffles. Putting them up at home I realized the mistake. Called one of the guys. They made extra good of this. I got free extra meals..... And more of them delicious waffles.. couldn't have been more happy... Love these guys.. Love this place... N most especially love this food.,. Yum

My fiancé and I started this meal plan to get in shape for our wedding. We have done others and grown tired of them by the end of the month due to the flavor and quality of most meal plans. This meal plan is DELICIOUS and changes weekly so you don’t grow tired of the meals! Combine that with the fact that Heather gives you top notch customer service and you’ve got the perfect meal plan. I planned on being out of town and cancelled my meals for the week but thank goodness Heather checked in with me to make sure this was the week I would be out of town or I would have been without meals this week. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Great tasting meals AND low calorie. The most perfect combination ever. I love to prepare and make meals for my family, but sometimes things go crazy and without prepping ahead, we found ourselves eating out more at the same places. DO YOUR SELF, AND TASTEBUDS A FAVOR, GET THIS FOOD!!!! The meals are continually well prepared, well seasoned, and taste great! I've tried a few other prepared meal services with very lack luster results. These guys know how to do it, and do it well. Exceptionally diverse menu for entree's and breakfast. The protein pancakes are especially good. If you've had protein style "brekfast" food before, you know it can be dry, and bland. Jetpack provides real flavor, and variety on all fronts. Very professinal, and well run orginazation. HIghly recommended.

I have try other places but these guys make their food is excellent and very flavorful. The positions and prices are very affordable and they do the works. I personally have seen a diffrence on my weight. The weight loss was the first thing I told Mike I wanted to achieve and to eat clean and that is exactly what he gave me. They staff is very friendly, professional and keep you motivated on your goals. They are also very open and like to get feedback on how to become better or how to acomodate to you likes. I love Jetpack you just have to try them.

We have tried a few different meal prep companies in Jacksonville and this one is the best! My husband and I have been enjoying the meals every week for about 6 months now. I've been going here for the past year for my meal prep. The food is amazing as they have a new menu every week. You have 4 different options to choose from plus 1-2 extra breakfast items. They never have a meal that is over 400 calories and they are packaged in Tupperware that you can save for later use. The staff is very friendly and personable. It is located in a very convenient location on San Jose. They are the best meal prep company in Jacksonville.

Grateful for the service they provide! The rotating menu keeps you coming back every week and with 4 entrees to choose from you'll never get tired of eating the same thing. I’ve been getting meals from Jet Pack for about 4 years now and I can honestly say I’ve never had a single complaint. Their consistency and quality is unmatched by any other meal prep company in Jacksonville. I get 19 meals a week and every one or them is always fresh and exactly like I like it. My only regret is that I didn’t start using them sooner.

I wanted to use this service again for my surgery as the food is well thought out and fresh. I love they don’t have high sodium in their meals but I can’t get past the $15 delivery fee to the beach ouch seems a little high so I am on the fence Too bad not closer I could have someone pick up for me.

I love that everything is fresh and local! The food is delicious and healthy. I also love that you can either choose a meal plan or Ala Carte meals. My favorite part is that I can ask for all just protein and veggies with no carbs, no other meal service I know of does that!
