As I am writing this review, I am up at night 3AM, unable to sleep in this motel as I spotted numerous bedbugs on my bed. They had sucked up my kids, husband and myself. I killed some, clicked pictures and made videos as well. Now I have kept room lights on and constantly doing rounds to make sure my kids are not bitten further. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice this nuisance the previous two nights we slept here because we were so very tired after hours of drive in SA. It is our last night here and we have to drive more than 700 kms back to home tomorrow. I am so worried how we will make the long drive safely after a sleepless night! Is this what we empty our pockets for? And also risk our lives? Also tensed whether these bugs will cling onto us and infest our home Out of the 3 days we stayed here, there was no housekeeping done for 2 days. The reason given to us was lack of staff during holiday season and we thought that was reasonable. But when I read other reviews before mine, that seems a usual thing here. On the last day however, housekeeping was done with the exception of the bathroom. That wasn’t cleaned. Such annoying experience! Not recommended place at all.

We booked three rooms for our group from 26-31 of December 2023. The rooms are small with overused beds. No room service at all despite we were asking them to clean the room but they simply were ignoring that. The carpet is black and it’s dirty, you should keep your shoes on in the room. I won’t take off my shoes on that dirty carpet. They checked in strangers in our rooms while we were already checked in. I totally shocked when we came back to our room seeing strangers are in the room. We asked the reception and they said it’s just a mistake, but the receptionist never said a simple word (sorry), I raised this issue with the management the next day, they said we will look at this issue, but never heard of them since. I would have given this place a zero star if I could!

This place doesn’t have any restaurants or breakfast, you have to walk further out to find places to eat.

The receptionist confirmed in the morning the room booked for clean in the afternoon around 3pm but when we came back around 5pm the room didn’t clean and then next day I told the room wasn’t clean as you said, she said back that they cleaned prioritised room first and then short staff issue we couldn’t clean we will do today around 3pm (What?) if you stay room you just have to vacate when cleaner comes. Hahahahaha. Also, When they cleaned the room they didn’t even clean the bathroom. I put the used towels in the basket and I was trying to take new towels and Asian lady housekeeper approached to me as making a face, breathed a sigh and said that Why are you taking the towels I explained that I need a new towels because of two little ones, she were so rude that I shouldn’t take the towels. And she didn’t even change the bins. What’s wrong with her? Is she not getting paid for housekeeping job? I was upset with her attitude so I wrote a review 1 start in the morning and then she complained with making a story in the afternoon how funny is it. Also, There’s always drunk people on weekends making a noisy at dawn, couldn’t sleep well.

The staff at this Comfort Inn are lovely and are happy to help with whatever you need. For the price, I know I didn't expect much but I would have loved some complimentary bottled water considering the reputation of SA tap water. The electronic lock to the room was broken so I had to use a key. The windows to the room look directly out into the car park and other people's doors so it can be hard to have natural light and privacy at the same time. The bed was pretty comfy and the TV was a great size, connected to Netflix which was even better. Unfortunately my shower had water coming out the top of it onto the bathroom floor which doesn't have a drain. I never like to complain during a stay so it's room 13 for the business' reference. I didn't like the idea that reception had to tell me about closing the shower door because the steam sets off the smoke alarms. Signs in the room also backed up that statement threatening a fee for a false alarm. I could recommend for an overnight stay if you're in town for business but I don't think it's what your after on a holiday.

Stayed here 6/03/23 thru to 10/03/23 for work training. Located just back from Main North Rd Grand Junction Rd intersection. My Room was #19 at the back of the motel complex. Noise was pretty low considering that Main North Rd is right out front. Usual noise of people coming & going in a motel is acceptable. Parking is easy to access & entry & exit of property is available from both side of Main North Rd but if you're coming from the city, hook a right turn into the side road, turn left & take 2nd left & it will bring you back onto Main North Rd & it's an easy left turn into motel. Room was clean, roomy & had usual array of facilities. Couch in room along with ample storage & wardrobe . Bathroom is reasonable size for motel room. A super positive is the bed. So comfortable. Usual sized LED TV. Keyless entry (touch card) I had no problems whilst staying here & as I walked to my work on Grand Junction Rd, the car was left at property with no security issues. 24hr check in.

Room is small. And queen size bed super used and uncomfy. Single bed had much less use and far more comfortable. Bathroom was decent size with enough room to move around in. If you need complete darkness to sleep look elsewhere. With all the blinds down the exterior lights still illuminate the room enough that you can look around and see everything. Wasn't an issue for me but might be for others. Tv was very budget and small, and off to an odd angle. Small 2 seater brown leather couch but really impractical as it's so close to the bed you need to wedge your feet in to sit on it. Has a small pool which maybe an added point in summer time.

What a joke this place was! Definitely would never recommend it. I arrived a little early and they changed me $20 even though the room was ready. An older lady (around 50 60 years of age) explained where my room was and was very rude when explaining. I felt as if I was getting told off! The noise from the road was very annoying. The worst part was that they put a couple of crack heads right next door to the room I was staying, they stayed up all night fighting about the government!! People coming and going all hours of the night!.I ended up leaving early because there was no way I could possibly stay another night! I have had next to no sleep! I highly recommend not wasting your money on this place! Wast of money

Arrived without a booking, they had one room left due to a cancellation. Room was perfect for 2 people, bed very comfy and clean with crisp white linen for bed and bathroom. Well priced. Good location. Staff friendly and happy to have a chat (something that is becoming a rarity these days). Missed out on 5 stars as the shower let them down. A new head on that and you would be hard pressed to find a fault for the price. Highly recommend.

Friendly reception, cleaners come by daily to ask if anything needs cleaning, pool is available for use at no additional cost, excellent aircon and overall great condition of a hotel, but most importantly perfect access to the room directly to your car and no stairs. 5 star hotel and well priced. (This was not an apartment, but a full room with private bathroom)

Receptionist was really friendly, but room was a bit of a let down, shower over a spa bath is total impractical especially when l rang and booked room l said we had mobility issues so needed a flat surfaces. On the upside had a wonderful meal at the Coopers Ale House.

Because we rang late and offered a room discounted for pensioners, very oblidging man on phone, clean modern room, nice picture of N.Y. Manhattan scene, spacious perfect layout, very comfy bed, ordered nearby takeaway, overall loved it. WILL DEFINITELY BE STAYING IN THIS PARTICULAR MOTEL WHENEVER I COME TO ADELAIDE FROM NOW ON.

Our stay was wonderful. Pool was close and great for kids with a sheltered area. Room service was daily and greeted with friendly staff. Clean room with great facilities. Russel the handy man was very helpful and a special shout out to Karen at reception who warmly welcomed us and made our stay extra special. We will definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay this weekend. Staff were all great, continental breakfast perfect and the room was clean, modern and comfortable. Only gripe was there was no remote control for the air conditioner so had to make do with the one setting.

Everything was great. Just enough space for 3. Air conditioned and comfortable beds the only fault was, hot water in the mornings was non existant and shower head was held together with some sort of putty. Wasnt a good look and not adjustable. All else was great.

Staff at the motel were awesome. Helpful and very friendly. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend the motel to others - fast wifi - everything you need. Despite being close to a very busy road I heard no traffic noises once in my room. Great stay!

Comfort inn Manhattan at Enfield, South Australia. The staff are friendly and the place is clean. Toilet and shower area tho small was clean and nice. Only issue we had was we had a room facing the road and the traffic was disturbing at times.

Absolutely disgusting, there are homeless people next to the motel and they are so loud. The main road is also very noisy. The cleanliness is not good either and there is no housekeeping. I told them to come and do housekeeping. 100% 1 star.

Good wifi, nice friendly staff and helpful. We had stayed here for 8 nights. No big problem just sometimes can be noisy due to its location. Overall, it’s good value accomodation.

Could have been a lot better. A common toaster in the laundry area is not a good idea. The dower head was not functioning correctly. The TV was out dated.

Excellent. Everything was excellent. Only issues last year with people living in the extended stay villas.

Good value for money location and features spoiled by the ceaseless road noise and early riser guests.
