Mr Maher was rude, hostile, pushy and overcharged on all hotels on my tour, and we paid quite high prices rather than good group rates which I usually get. His bad, condescending attitude was noticed by my whole group. I have been doing great professional cultural tours for 20 years. However, wherever he was involved on my last tour, there were inconsistencies in the program, broken promises & the company's constant hustling for tips and commissions was embarassing. I gave them 20 years of good business as a customer who hired them for their transport services, which are adequate. But I would not involve them again, as they really let me down after convincing me they could handle / organise more parts of my tour. I should have done it myself, as usual it would have been easier.
