Our Salesman Tyler was the best and did everything to correct a bad situation but in the end I am extremely unhappy. I bought an expensive television stand. I was advised it would be delivered assembled the next day. When the delivery came it wasnt assembled. I called Tyler and he came out the next morning to assemble it for me. Upon inspection after assembly I found groups of small nail holes on top of the unit. Tyler spoke to the manager who advised there were also small nail holes on the floor model. I advised that because it was NOT a piece of distressed furniture there shouldn’t be holes. After conversation with the store mgr he advised Tyler they would order a new one that would be delivered in 3 days. I didn’t receive a call so called the store to determine a delivery time for the next day. I spoke to a staff member who advised me there was nothing in my record about it. I asked him to make calls and he finally called and advised me that it was the salespersons fault and the manager was trying to help ME out by fixing it. I was then advised Tyler and the local warehouse person would deliver. I wasn’t home on delivery but my husband was and called me and advised there were still a few nail holes on this one but quite a few less. I said fine. After I got home and looked at it I found a sticker about television info attached to the top (which I can’t remove completely) a door that was not installed correctly and out of line and a drawer full of television equipment. I then realized we had seen this same TV equipment in the drawer when I looked at it in the store. All they had done was deliver me the floor model! (I did advise the store I had the TV equipment but they said nothing about coming to get it.) As I have out of town guests tomorrow I had my husband fix the door and place a statue over the sticker. I have been a Conns customer for over 3 years but you can be assured after this purchase I will not return. Again the sales person was great, it was whomever authorized replacement of a new damaged product with a floor model, not a new product as I was advised I was purchasing that caused the problem. My daughter has an account also and was going to purchase a TV this weekend due to the great sales. After hearing about my experience the past 5 days she has chosen to spend her 65” TV money elsewhere. (My name is Melodie but I used my hubbies google acct for the review)

Let me start off by saying CeCe was great. She was patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and very fun. She’s definitely going places. I ordered $3,500 worth of furniture. The first item to be delivered looked to be broken after the delivery guys left. It’s a bed frame, but it was the actual design on the headboard. Metal nails are sticking out right above where I sleep. I let them know and sent photos Wide and close up. They asked for more so they could “see how it’s supposed to look” as if they don’t already know and the pictures below show how it’s supposed to look versus how one of the panels looks. I have not heard back. Jackie the manager is on lunch now when I call. Luckily I do have the cash to buy alternate furniture. Cece told me I could always cancel the rest of my order, and I am having trouble even doing that. I feel bad doing so if they make commission, but I went there because their bedroom furniture is supposed to be sturdy. Now I have a broken headboard I have to glue together less than 24 hours after delivery and no help from the store. SAVE YOUR MONEY. The deals and financing are not worth it if you get a dud. EDITED TO ADD: Their response was to have someone to call me to tell me someone will call me sometime to schedule an inspection. Haven’t received that call or had anyone address cancelling the rest of my order. EDITED AGAIN TO ADD: As or December 3rd, they randomly tried to deliver while I was at work. They promised a delivery date of December 6h. When I called to confirm today I was told December 25th. They’re not going to deliver on Christmas. I can’t seem to get anyone to cancel the order either. This is insane.

The management team was courteous, knowledgeble and happy to help. Thanks to the crew at Conn's at 44th St and Thomas. You made my Mother's Day! This is an addition to my previous review. I am disappointed with the lack of communication regarding delivery of my furniture. I left the store expecting delivery on May 14th as stated to me by the store manager. I did not receive a confirmation call by early afternoon on rhe 14th and called to check on delivery time. I was told that my delivery was scheduled for May 19th. I told them I had guests on May 18th and needed the furniture before then. The new delivery date was agreed upon as May 16th. Not receiving a confirmation call again, I just called the store and was told that my furniture was not being delivered until May 19th because it wouldn't be in stock before then. I appreciate that Aaron informed me of this and thank him for his efforts but the two previous sales people (one of which was a sales manager, no less) did not bother to call me with this information. I am disappointed and now wonder if this will be the pattern moving forward. My advice, don't leave the store without a confirmation that the furniture is in stock and the actual delivery date.

This is the only store that I know that charges you an expensive warranty and then when they can't fix it they replace it however they cancel your warranty. 2-19-19 I bought a 55" TV ($599) and full a warranty ($250) about 2 years ago and called for service and was told via text that they would replace it to go in to the store and pick it up. I then went to the store and brought my old TV in and was told that they depreciated my old TV and would only give me a store credit of $399. I have NEVER heard of such a thing. This was 3 weeks ago I asked the store manager if he could do something and he said it was out of his control. That he would call his district manager and get back to us. Last night after 3 weeks I went back to the store and asked if he spoke with his DM and he said he would text him again. Tired of waiting and to be truthful not knowing what they would do with the store credit I decided to purchase a new 55-inch TV and had to pay the difference of $164 and of course that doesn't come with a warranty you have to pay another $250 to get a new warranty because if they repair the item they void your warranty. It's sad how there treat their customers like this in the last two years we have spent over $65,000 at that location. NEVER again! Living up to their name I guess "Conns"

Urgent Update - Beware of Conn's Home Plus! Hey everyone, I wanted to share my recent experience with Conn's Home Plus, and it's been nothing short of a nightmare. Just five days ago, I purchased a washer and dryer set from their clearance section. However, there's a significant issue - the washer is making a terrible, loud knocking noise during the spin cycle. Naturally, I reached out to Conn's Home Plus for assistance, hoping they would stand by their products and provide some customer service. Sadly, I was met with complete indifference. They refused to help, claiming it's a clearance item, as if that excuses selling a faulty product. I'm appalled by their lack of care for their customers and the terrible mannerisms displayed by their staff. This is not how a reputable company should operate. So, consider this a word of caution to anyone considering Conn's Home Plus for their home appliances. Please share this post to spread the word, and if you have any suggestions for resolving this issue, I'd greatly appreciate your advice. The worst store possible, was here more than 5 times. purchased a product with accidental insurance. my the product came apart, I did not break them. well they keep saying that it was personal damage and they do not cover that, they will not honor my insurance because they quote "we stopped selling that a year ago" yet when I call conn's they say to bring it in to the store to have them replace the product. well 5 weeks later still NOTHING. I will NEVER reccomend this place to anyone, infact I will make it my purpose in life to detour people from ever shopping at any Conn's. never shop at Conn's because they will never honor anything and you pay literally a 300% markup plus interest! when you shop at Conns you literally get conned. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

Loved my most recent shopping experience! Not going to lie at first I was a little hesitant about going because of the whole Covid-19 and scared their regulations weren’t going to make me feel safe. BUT as soon as we walked in we Were greeted with a very friendly welcome from a sales associate named Ray. He was wearing a mask and made us feel comfortable with asking questions about all the furniture they had. He answered all of our questions, (I wanted to make sure I was spending my money the correct way). He ran back and fourth for us since we were so undecided.. He never rushed us like other associates tend to do. He gave us time and patience. If all the sales associates where like Ray I think I would be shopping more often! Definitely will ask for Ray when I return to shop for more furniture. Great buy and great experience!

Great place to get Conned! Upon arriving, you will be greeted by the standard vulture swooping down on you to immediately pick your brain. No chance to browse or look at anything whatsoever. If you ask to be left to look at the selection on your own or to talk things over, your local vulture will need to be told twice as apparently you can't look on your own. Additionally, be prepared for deceptive practices if you are looking to finance. Apparently by default, they do not look at financing you through their credit card which can provide a better APR and instead opt for their 29.99% APR option. At first glance of this location being built, I joked that their name was suggestive of what to expect. My first and likely only visit very much confirmed that!

I’ve spent quite a lot of money with Conns. New tv, new gaming computer, laptop, and monitors. The tv I purchased from them about 4-5 years ago burns out. I go in, no longer under warranty. Fine, no problem. I’ll purchase a new one. Promotion ion says “free next day delivery of all TVs 75” or bigger and all QLED TVs”. I’m getting a 65” QLED tv. Delivery should be free since it falls under your premise of the ad. I even accepted the delivery to be in 2 days since they had no availability for next day. First it was $150. Then $70. No. I’m not paying it. Honor your promos listed 15 feet away from your merchandise. I will use Conns again….just not this location and I will be cautious of the ads and promotions placed.

UPDATE: BEWARE OF CREDIT SCAMS. I had to call Synchrony Bank and report Conn’s for fraudulently opening a credit card in my name without my permission. I will be reporting this incident to the BBB, FTC, and CFPB. I have voicemails proving they did not have my permission. This is extremely illegal behavior that can harm you as a consumer. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! Initial Review: Went here just to try out a mattress I was looking at online and they came at me like a used car salesman. Now they won’t stop calling me every day to try get me to come back. I will definitely never be returning to a Conn’s. If you’re looking for a mattress I highly recommend Brooklyn Bedding.

A typical showroom with a lot of people to help aka you are asked multiple times if you need help. The 3 stars came from lack of communication. I ended up sitting around waiting for over 20 minutes while they placed the order. It should not have taken that long. I walked over to see what was going to be told the items I wanted were now on backorder and their system would not place the order. I left to run some other errands and they finally figured it out. A little communication right as the issue started would have been key to 5 stars. The delivery ended up sooner than expected. The delivery guys were super cool and set up the furniture in a professional manner.

Great place. Highly recommend. Prices are higher than some other places but all great quality for the what you’re paying. Jaziel who helped me out was very friendly and attentive but not over-bearing. I never felt pressured by him to buy anything which is a nice change from most furniture stores I’ve visited. He basically just seemed confident that I would, like there was no reason why I shouldn’t. Even with poor credit I was able to get affordable financing with enough money that I didn’t have to compromise on what I wanted. No matter what the situation is, I’d say they are worth the time it would take to stop in and let them show you how they can help you.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Here you can find Inflated prices, uneducated employees, rude and pushy managers, etc.. etc. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Also the managers are coercing people in to writing fake reviews for perks. Do yourself a favor and never shop here. They bait you into buying an extended warranty by asking if you have kids yet they don’t cover anything that your kids could possibly do to your merchandise. As bad as it sounds you are better off going to Aaron’s or Rent - A - Center if you need financing. Otherwise go to Best Buy, Walmart, or just order online. But be warned. Shop at your own risk.

This has been the biggest nightmare I have ever experienced in my life. They have stolen my money and kept my sofa and ottoman. The management did not feel like putting in the delivery of my purchases. I had to call them requesting the delivery and come into the store several times inquiring as to my purchases. I ended up asking for a refund of the items I purchased. They refunded my purchase, but I never received it. I have been trying to get my money from them for a month. Now the records have gone missing. They refuse to give me my money back. DO NOT GO TO CONNS THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU NOTHING FOR IT.

Daniel was our sales man and he did an Awesome job. I don’t usually remember the guys who help out but he went above and beyond to make us feel like we were important! It was actually a lot of fun coming in to Conn’s Home Plus! We ended up purchasing over $2000.00 worth of stuff. Awesome place... New: Just heard they fired him because he got hurt helping a customer lift furniture into their place. I can’t in good conscience keep a 5 star review for a place who treats there employees like a number. Thx but I will shop at American Furniture for Now on.

This store will promise you things and not keep their word. Once finish with your sale they can careless about you. Ignore you and totally make you feel like you did business with the wrong place. I’m a regular customer and I usually go to 75th and Thomas. They are great at the 75th location. They don’t promise anything they can’t deliver. I would like the district manager to contact me so I can let him know how they do business there. I will also be contacting corporate office. Don’t shop there. Trust me go where your money is appreciated.

DO NOT FINANCE ANY ITEMS FROM THIS RETAILER!! They are by far the worst company I have worked with. I purchased $2,500 worth of furniture and due to the interest incurred (before the 1 year period) I now have to pay over $5,500 to payoff this account. I signed up for the 12 month interest free option and they revoked it before the 1 year mark without any notice!! They incur interest to the account EVERYDAY so you will forever be in debt to this company. Spend your time and money to a company that will actually value you. NEVER AGAIN!

I enjoyed my most recent experience at the Conn’s located on Thomas rd. In Phoenix. The manager Jermaine M. Is a great manger, he is very helpful and pleasant. I was serviced by Dante, and he was very helpful. This is my second time purchasing with them, and they are very knowledgeable and great with getting the job done. Cynthia, was also a great sales rep and made me feel great about my purchase. Everyone at this location is very welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend going to this location to purchase your furniture.

Horrible service! They lied about the finances and how it worked and when you talk to them on the phone they're even worse! They lie about how the unemployment insurance works and they even try to tell you you're wrong and got the wrong information from them. How the hell do your own people give out wrong information! They will gladly call you a liar and how you never talked to the right people and the wrong people gave you wrong information. Your company lies and cheats. Do not use them I highly suggest to use another company!

Wish I could give no stars. Made the mistake of having my credit run here. They made a fraudulent transaction using my credit. Now my credit is being affected and they want me to pay for merchandise I didn’t take home. The manager wouldn’t even take a phone call from me. Shady business. Stay away! Their fraud department seemed to be helpful in the beginning. They said they sent a packet to fill out, I never received it so they continued to hit my credit. Had to call back and got hung up when asking questions.

Great staff. Very patient with me when I needed time to decide. Helped me with every step. Very awesome people! Update: I do wish they made it easier to access your bill info. I have been trying to pay my bill early but it seems unless you follow a strict online setup it's hard to find. Also my autopay has issues from time to time even tho the money is in my account, which results in them calling me. ( it has not impacted credit and conns reported it as on time payment).

service at the store was great. Delivery was a nightmare. The stand was assembled at my house and broken, so I was told on Thursday would take it back and come back Friday. Didn't happen then I was told a new ticket needed to be created. Then the next stand came to me not assembled and I paid for assembly, that one went back which had to create another ticket and another day of rescheduling. I was working around Cox and I had to keep rescheduling them.

I will NEVER shop here they are liars I made my normal cash payment in February and they claim they never got it at the corporate level and also when I bed set it broke less than 5 minutes after the service men put it together they were still at my Apartment. I should have never bought floor model and salesman lied he said the box spring came with bed such a bad company RUN ‍♀️ from this store go to a reputable store with great reviews.

Went into Conns for the first time and I was greeted by Fili and Phiilip. They both helped me get approved for financing and helped me pick out the TV that was suitable for me. They were knowledgeable about the tvs and answered all my questions. I will definitely be going back to Conns for future purchase. I thought that it would be more expensive than other stores because of all the credit offers they send/promote. The refrigerators on sale were the same price as the ones on sale at Home Depot-- and less than Best Buy. Woulda been 5 stars but they don't have different color options for some of the furniture-- including a couch/loveseat that we love but is only in the one color. Helpful, unannoying sales people too!

I didn't have an experience in the store, I was actually verbally abused by an employee still in his work shirt at our local grocery store. He screamed at me that I didn't let him cut in front of me and proceeded to call me a fat pig repeatedly, and a few other colorful statements. If this is the type of person that is employed at the Conn's stores, i would never and will never recomend or purchase anything.

Where does delivery and installation just about double the price you intended to spend? A "Conn" is pretty accurate description.The experience outside of the actual delivery and installation was pretty poor. Once I pay off the financing, I'm done with Conn's. It would have been cheaper for me to just shop at best buy even with paying the restocking fee from Conn's on top of delivery and install.

Quite frankly I definitely recommend Conn’s, they got a great team and are very helpful. It was quick fast and easy. The employee I got attended by is Cizzo, he did a great job on explaining everything from pricing to questions about interest and made it really clear on how their financing company works. Not only that but he was very friendly and polite. If you go to Conn’s ask for Cizzo!!

I went to Conns as I’ve heard great reviews of the store and I was not disappointed. I had come in to buy a few things for my daughter. The staff were friendly and more than helpful as well as the African American manager there who showed me some of the newer items in stock and explained all the current deals. Ordered an air conditioner online to be delivered a day later, for some reason the payment didn't go through but nobody contacted me to let me know. So after finally getting hold of someone because it didn't show up, and finding out and then was going to have to wait another 2 days to get one I just went and picked one up at Home Depot the same day.

Some nice pieces of furnuture and very stylish. However, the sales representative made it uncomfortable to shop around when they stalk you all around the store and is very overbearing on watching you. Like someone is going to run out the door carrying a loveseat and a coffee table.

I've been to the Conns in Scottsdale and they are really nice people. Not in this Conns though. The seller was rude and when i complained to the manager, the manager was rude too. Conns is a great place to establish credit. Just stay clear of this one on Thomas road in Phoenix.

I went in to purchase a TV. I had questions but was not helped or approached by anyone. After not being helped I left and on my way out I seen a lot of employees and they were standing around busy on their phones. No customer service.

It was great at first they helped us choose our matress. They didnt explain the contract to us apparently they signed ius to a different company didnt tell us anything. Our monthly payments went from 60 a month to 408 a month.

Avoid getting their insurance here! "Extended warranty" is baloney especially if your item breaks beyond repair. You can say good-buy to 200 dollars. And hello to an extra 200 for your "new product".
