WARNING!!! Don’t deal with rude abusive business owners! One sister is lovely, the other is severely disturbed, and I’ve never been treated or spoken to in such a way - ever. I posted a detailed review on Yelp, but she’s not just “cranky”, she’s viscous. I don’t use that word often, and would never waste my precious time otherwise. Go somewhere else! Don’t support this behavior - please! She may be tolerant of men, but she hated me the moment I walked in the door- it was madness!

Owned by some of the nicest people ever. I use them about once a week and they are really quick and efficient - I could give them my laundry at the beginning of the day and pick it up before closing. The only time that gets iffy is on Fridays when everyone seems to drop off their laundry, but I still could usually get it the next day at the latest. Also very reasonably priced - I think they are about a $1 per lb. I will keep using their services as long as I'm in West Village.

Evelyn and Ling are so kind and friendly, I’ve been coming here for years. They also do an excellent job with my laundry and whomever they outsource for dry cleaning. I moved and kept them as my same wash and fold folks, they are that good!

This laundromat is awesome! I’ve been coming here for over two years (going on three) and have never had any issues at all. Everyone who works here is always smiling and laughing - seeing them is one of the highlights of my week!

All of the women are so kind. They remembered who I was after only the first time coming there!! They take great care of my clothes and provide a very quick and simple experience. I would definitely recommend this laundromat!

This is by far the BEST laundromat in the area. They are always so friendly, prompt, and reasonably priced compared to others close by. They even saved my credit card when I left it in a jacket pocket! Highly recommend.
