Compared to restoration hardwares outlet or Pottery Barn outlet it was disappointing in the sense that most of what they are selling should be discarded not resold. This location looks more like a holding facility for insurance claim damages. Most of the furniture is truly unsellable. Many of the couches are clearly water damaged.
My Experience at Crate & Barrel today was the best I could have experienced. Everyone was such a great help, and so nice… but no body better to have help you than Tina! She was so considerate, helpful, and caring in the whole process of us purchasing our new pillows for our home! Love it! …
Love this place! And pick up orders are always a fast and convenient process. The staff is always so helpful, happy, and friendly, as well as knowledgeable and passionate about helping you find the right pieces. I go here every chance I get. They also have a great sale section.
