I give it a one store because of the way they handle business now I know I could have walked away and to be honest I should have but I had been looking for the necklace that I purchased for a while now and I was not finding it When I arrive to the store the ladies watched me like a hawk until they realized I had money and was willing to spend it 2nd they pretended to give me a deal on the Jewelry that I bought a necklace and a bracelet But when I went online to look for something totally different I saw the exact same thing I purchased about $1300 cheaper only A-day had passed my call back to ask them about the deal and if I could do a return and purchase it online to save the money maybe that's not the ideal way to do business but I suppose the have had a 10 day return policy but for some reason my Sale was marked as final When I asked her why she did not have a real good answer other than she sold it to me for so cheap but I told her it's cheaper online from your own store I felt like the whole process was dishonest some people may say that's doing good business I don't know is just my 2 cents I want to share my story they have nice things in there but I would suggest shopping online if you want to get a better price it seems like everything is cheaper there

Zero star. I wanted to return the item. They have a 10 day money back return policy. I went back on the 10th day. The assistant manager Leni did not accept my return. She asked me to come back in 5 days. She scribbled on my receipt saying this is proof that I came today. She even says she pinky swears like I'm a child. And her male co-worker was laughing at me. They did not take me seriously. And I have not gotten my return. This is not the first time I had bad experience with this store.

Got my wedding rings resized and I was very happy with the outcome of both bands fitting. 5 days later I put the rings on to see a small diamond on the band has fallen off. I have had this band for 13 years no issue. I have a hole where the diamond used to be and they never reinforced the prongs so the diamonds stay after resizing. I spent $200 on resizing and now have a missing diamond as well. Save yourself from the heartbreak.

Super expensive. No varieties. (This but was from two years ago) -- Two years later (today), the customer service is still the worst. The old lady is outright rude. I totally stand by my previous review, rather go down from two to one star. I wonder how these kind of people still survive the market whilst the deserving ones fade away.

I paid $8 to replace a watch battery. This wouldn't normally be a bad price, except in this case I provided the battery, the knowledge of how to perform the replacement, and the labor itself. So I essentially paid $8 to use a $20 caseback press for five minutes.

Leni is the best, she just knows how to satisfy her customers. I've been a customer here for 13 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Very open and responsive to what I was looking for in a wedding ring from my fiancée got what I wanted and at a reasonable price
