I have been a returning customer of Del Sol Furniture for years. The show room on 83rd Ave and their sales team have always been so helpful and provide great customer service. My most recent purchase was a king size mattress in 03/22. It recently began to unravel at the seam. I called the customer support number, they quickly placed & approved the claim. I went into the showroom and chose the same model since it was covered under the warranty and I had no intention of paying a price difference. I got a call two days later from Elena at corporate and was given a fee of $100, maybe a little over, I can't quite remember. I explained to Elena that I should not be required to pay a fee as the mattress should be covered under warranty. I should clarify that I went with a different firmness, but it was the same price as the original mattress, I quickly explained to her that I would opt for the original mattress firmness if that was the reason for the fee. It wasn't. Del Sol Furniture expected me to pay the difference on the mattress because the price increased from what I paid full price on last year. The conversation and exchange of information baffled me, I should not be charged for a purchase that is covered under warranty. I allowed for the understanding to be that she "waived" the fee because the point wasn't being received on her end. The manager at the 83rd Ave location also advised I request the delivery fee be waived due to the faulty/defective mattress and having to even file a claim in the first place. Stating "9 times out of 10 they will waive the fee". I appear to be the one out of ten because when I requested, the customer service rep would not oblige stating, she was trying to help me by waiving the cost of the mattress. I requested another rep at this point. I was then transferred to Zulma, who after being questioned on the level of their customer service responded with "we can just reimburse you your money". I opted for a reimbursement after some thought because I was extremely taken back by their level of customer service or should I say lack thereof. To be expected to come out of pocket after such an inconvenient experience (mattress basically falling apart, being expected to pay a fee for a mattress that is under warranty and then being told they would "waive" a fee that shouldn't even be a fee, hence the warranty!), expected to deliver a heavy mattress myself or pay the delivery fee of $129 is ridiculous and proved to me Del Sol Furniture does not value their customers. I have purchased several different furniture pieces from Del Sol Furniture (having spent somewhere in the ballpark of $4000 over several years) but after the level of treatment I received I will never purchase anything from Del Sol Furniture again. Nor will I refer them as I have several times in the past. I went to Costco and purchased 2 mattresses (king, twin) for the amount I was reimbursed.

I bought 3 rooms of furniture at Del Sol in 2013. This was my first time buying new furniture, so i was intimidated by the idea. Juan was my sales person and he walked me through the buying process thoroughly and efficiently during each visit. The rooms I bought were a king bedroom set, a dining set, with the matching buffet (which was offered at a discount since I was buying 2 rooms at once), and a sectional couch set. The bed itself was not what I expected as the set inside the store was a captain bed with drawers underneath. Upon delivery I called the store and was directed to the warehouse where i spoke to Naomi. She took a look at my receipt with me on the phone and explained everything. We found out that I did not pay for that specific bed, so it was my mistake. I am still very happy with my purchase. The material used for the frame isn't the best, as the side rails and foot board are made of very thin wood, that threatens to break if one isnt careful. The bed is made by Ashley though, not Del Sol. The bed is beautiful no less and I love it. I am not a person with large body mass, so the thin boards aren't an issue for me. I have had to call twice for replacement parts, once for a chair leg to the dining table, and once for the hardware that goes under the bed. Both times I spoke to Naomi in the warehouse. She was able to help me right away using only my phone number. She was knowledgeable about both products, and was able to order them right away. my replacement parts were delivered quickly, and installed by the company. Naomi was patient with me and answered my questions with a pleasant disposition during both calls. I was a bit apprehensive about buying furniture from a store with a spanish name, because i only speak english. I must say it was very refreshing to be able to speak to someone without a language barrier. This level of customer service is what prompted me to buy my living room furniture from Del Sol as well. The quality of the sectional exceeded my expectations, and if I everf need to buy more furniture, or have any issues, i will definitely choose Del Sol.

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with a whole store full of a team of very professional staff at Del Sol. I am a bus driver and was on my break. So I decided that I would go look into this store. OMG I 1st met Maricela and I was very impressed with the knowledge and skills that she had in regards to the products and companies furniture that she sales. I told her that I would be coming back on Memorial day. Well it got even better. I ended up meeting Yajaira the store manager along with Nancy. These three ladies here work very good as a team. I ended up redoing my whole house with mostly Maricela and Yajaira. I love my new furniture and now I am bragging. It's a beautiful sectional couch, entertainment center, 4 pc table set, Ca King bedroom set with everything included, 2 sets of mattresses, a dining room set. Well that for now. Maricela, Yajaira and Nancy who is just is good. I will be back in a few months for my new living room set for my home garden and got a 60 inch television for the package that I brought. I highly recommend this team for your furniture for either upgrading or buying a new home like me. Go there and ask for them, they will be happy to help you. My sister Gloria put her entertainment center on lay a way.

Working in the customer service industry myself and knowing that negative feedback is much more commonplace than positive, I am happy to give kudos to Del Sol Furniture. After doing much research on many furniture sites, I decided to make my purchase from Del Sol. The dining set was not stocked in any warehouse or showroom, so it was purchased site unseen. The saleswoman Adelaida was very helpful and even honored their commitment of beating competitors prices by 10%. The furniture came sooner than expected and was assembled and placed in my home. After looking at the set, it became more and more obvious it was too small and we simply could not use it. After a week had passed, I finally called and told them my problem. They agreed to take it back for an inspection and possible refund. I started to get nervous. But, the furniture was accepted and we even found another dining set we liked and ordered as a replacement. Thank you to Alex, the owner of Del Sol for his professionalism and willingness to make his customers happy. I can promise you that I will shop at Del Sol Furniture in the future.

we walked into the furniture store with an idea of what kind of bed frame we wanted and there it was! we ordered it, paid and walked out. in the next couple of days, we got a call saying it was ready to pick up at the warehouse. we went to pick it up that weekend, no problems. we got it home, opened it up and there were no assembly instructions. we called Del Sol and Jesus answered, it was 45 minutes before they closed, he did some research and could not find assembly instructions, he got my email and told me he would have the manufacturer email the instructions the next day at 9. that didn't work for us but there was no other options. Within 30 minutes, Jesus had emailed me the instructions and called me to confirm i received the instructions. he went out of his way to keep researching to find the instructions even after we got off the phone and right before closing time. i truly appreciate him, it made the assembly much easier (even though it took us 4+ hours to put it together haha). thank you, will visit again for future furniture needs.

I have had a very positive experience here. From day one when looking at the couches Marisela made sure to help me from start to finish. I ended up coming back because I had so many selections to choose from. I came back an sure enough marisela helped close the sale. She was very professional, very outgoing and inviting. She let us know a lot about our couch and how the entire process would go. After our purchase it took 3 days for them to deliver. Upon delivery I had 2 very nice gentleman come and set it up. The entire process took about 15 minutes given that I am on 2nd floor. They were very polite and professional. They made sure they cleaned up after as well. I am very happy an will be coming back. Compared to my past experiences with another furniture store, I will be making sure all my friends an family know about Del Sol and the pride they take to go above and beyond from start to finish. After two weeks of hard research. I decided to try Del Sol Furniture. Lisseth approached me, really friendly by the way. After showing her a picture of what I was looking for. She did aware me that this bedroom set was a special order. And it was going to take a process to get here. She offered to do a furthered research on the merchandise. We set a appointment for the following day. When I arrived, she had all the pricing ready for me and also gave me really good news, that the merchandise was only going to take 7 days to arrive. As promised Osiel and his partner (delivery guys) where outside. Really nice and professionals’. Made them move my bedroom set twice and they didn't hesitate to help. Really high quality Furniture and BEST Customer Services. I really recommend Del Sol Furniture.

So what had happened was, I went to Del Sol, and i'm not going to lie, I was not expecting to be wow'd by their selection of furniture, but slap me and call me a monkeys uncle, their selection was amazing!!!! I bought a bed room set there and it has honestly been the best decision I have made in my entire life, and trust me, I have made some great decisions; but back to what I was saying about my bed set. The quality is amazing and I have never had any problems with it. I would totally recommend Del Sol Furniture to anyone looking for some fantastic furniture AND appliances!! :D

Del Sol Furniture & Mattress! Who doesn't love Del Sol Furniture & Mattress? My husband and I might need marriage counseling now tho' lol! He hates Del Sol Furniture & Mattressbecause it's overwhelming for him and he knows he will have to build allllll the itty bitty parts to make something. I love looking at the showrooms and getting ideas. It's like walking thru a decor magazine. Employees here at the Burbank IKEA are very helpful. Nothing bad to say - except for my husbands bad tude. My husband and I chose this store based off of reviews. From the beginning to the end Maricela was our sales associate. She was friendly and took her time to make sure there were no mistakes when placing our order. Furniture arrived with in the delivery date they said it would and everything is just as I thought it to be from pics on line. The gentlemen who set up our furniture put everything together in a timely manner with no dents, cracks or mistakes. SO HAPPY!!!

As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by Maricela who helped me pick out my dream bed set with a mattress that was in my price range! Not to mention my son who is ALOT to handle, she was so patient w me having to run after him the entire time and so sweet about it. I ordered a sectional from the clearance store Sept 24, 2014 and the service provided by Raul, Zulma and Lupita was awesome. My sectional was delivered within a couple of days that I left the store. I would recommend this place to anyone. Also on Oct 6, 2014 I came into the west valley location on 83rd ave Indian School to purchase a Washer from Yvonne. Very people friendly and helpful with our purchase.

I purchased a dining room set from Del Sol and it was lovely, but there was a slight problem with a couple of the chairs. They sent someone out right away and fixed the problem. I am very happy with the service and the furniture. Everyone was very helpful and courteous, from the sales people to delivery and then the customer service afterwards--especially Naomi. I recommend buying from them!

Thier not pushy, I liked the service but delivery was suppose to be in 4 weeks max now 6 weeks. The girl that answers the phone is rude and kept telling they have the sofa and live seat available instead of the sectional that I alrwady fully paid for. If I wanted a sofa and live seat I would have paid the $3 thousand for them but I want the sectional.
