For anyone willing to take the time to read a review: We have purchased 4 vehicles from Tony, and I could not be happier. Our first vehicle was a Chrysler 300 and it was beautiful. Tony worked with my job and credit to get me in a vehicle when no one else would. A year later, my dad totaled the car in an accident and within 2 weeks, Tony worked with me to get me into a Dodge Charger. My wife told him that we would be looking for a sports car for her within about 6 months. Without reminding him, he started working with her a month in advance to keep an eye out for the car she was wanting. In the process, my dream car... a Chrysler 300 SRT8, showed up on the lot. My wife worked with Tony to swap my current car for that one AND get her Nissan 350z. Both are amazing cars. 2 weeks ago, thru no fault of the dealership, my motor locked up. Feeling hopeless, my wife asked me to call Tony and see what he could do. He worked with me to get the car fixed, kept me updated, and even got the repair shop to send me pictures as it was being rebuilt. About 48 hours into the process, my wife got a phone call of them offering to defer a portion of our car payments for 2 months to help us out financially, on top of them already financing the motor getting fixed. We were floored. Yet another reassurance to keep doing business with ONLY them. It is rare that a company still values their customers and does business "the old school way". I will continue to buy my cars from Tony because I know that he will be honest, he will look out for our best interest, and I will get a handshake and some good laughs whenever I am in there. The company buys quality cars and are all great people. If you want a car from another location, start here with Tony. He will work with the other locations to find you the right car. And if there is a line, wait for him. It's worth the wait.

I don't care what these people try to sell you on. Don't trust the smiles on their faces, don't trust any of these crooks. That's exactoy what they are. Crooks. Try to buy a little bit more time before you come her and buy ANYTHING. They have nothing but lemons and they'll make you pay for the repair AFTER you purchase it because they'll add to the end of your note. You may be desperate and excited to buy a car but go ANYWHERE but here. Just fair warning. UPDATE: Well looks like Tony has reached out the guy that sold me the car. Interestingly enough, the day I had called Jasmine who I've spoken to on multiple occasions at the main office to tell her about the car breaking down, she arranged a tower to come and get my car so they could have it repaired. That very same day, I was blocked from calling the main office( the office I was told BY TONY, the guy who sold me the car) to call if I ever had any issues. I called every day to get an update from Jasmine and I was blocked. I tried today to call and still, blocked. I call from my mom's phone to see if she would get through and amazingly, her call went through and Jasmine answered. Isn't that interesting? I have always paid my note without issues and if I had to be late I CALLED ahead of time and spoke with Jasmine( because I was told to do so since the beginning) and she made notes and everything was fine. People, it doesn't matter the good standing you have or proof you have of being a loyal customer. Discount motors will STILL screw you over. Lesson learned to not do business with this crooked place and I'll just charge it to the game. Again, go somewhere else or just hold out as long as you can and work with a REAL dealership. This place isn't worth it.

After reading reviews I’m glad we didn’t end up buying from here. I called and spoke with one of the sales guys on the phone for over ten minutes explaining my brother is looking for his first car but has no credit. He had plenty to put down and a good job at UPS and I went over any potential issues and was told they could work with him and it was no problem. We got there and it took forever to get some help and the guy kept leaving the room like he was too busy for us. We were frustrated and I had my 3 yr old with me who was getting impatient so you would think they would be more helpful and understanding about not taking forever. I had to take my son out to the car to calm him down and my brother comes out and says they basically just said no even though their sales person assured me it shouldn’t be an issue getting him approved. That was the whole point of us calling ahead before driving out there and wasting our time. I would’ve never gone to a place like that unless I thought my brother really needed a place that would approve him since I myself only go to dealerships when buying a car. This place was bottom of the barrel, they really should take what they can get. I mean who has a toaster on their desk next to their office phone that is drawn all over with permanent marker? Not a classy place at all.

I have made my third purchase from Discount Motors #5 today. Any of the times I've done business here the customer service has been nothing but exceptional. My preferred salesman David App made some calls until he located a couple of choices for me and really done an amazing job at finding me the right truck I need for my job. As well he made sure the cost and payment were within what I could afford. I don't see discount as being one of the lots that just wants to get you in a vehicle so they can hurry up and get their money. Discount motors wants to get you in the right vehicle for you! Every one of the sales reps speaks to you when they see you even when someone is already helping you. For me this is the type of environment I want when making a big decision such as buying a truck or car. Friendly from start to finish and willing to do what it takes for you to be happy in your purchase. This is the only car lot I will shop at. Thanks you again discount motors #5! Once again you have excelled way past expectation!

Do not do business here!!!!! Save your self from this horrifying lot, I’ve tried purchasing 2 vehicles from these people at the end I had to give back the car. To make things short, BOTH Vehicles had MOTOR ISSUES: coincidentally I think not!! 1st car was hit standing on the street, took it to the shop motor, 2nd car after driving for 7months no physical damage. Started making a noise, motor issues…… they took the car to get looked at and never returned it, everytime I called it was a different issue. Manager here it’s very hard to get a hold of, I called a lot of times only talked to him 3-4xs all different excuses. Things always changed, he told me for a whole MONTH straight he will get my car towed to the shop but never made it and at the end saying you’re delay with your payment I can’t bring the car. We are talking about 1 late payment, late 3days. I told this sorry company no more payments until I get my car back.David my sales man was probably the only person that did a good job.

I bought a car from here. I put 3500 down, and made the first payment immediately. Within 1 week I had to bring the car back because it was overheating. Okay, things happen. They fix the car. A week later, I had to have the car towed to the lot because it wouldn't start. Again, things happen. Well, today the car wouldn't start again. So, in the less than 30 days I have had the vehicle, I have had to bring to car back to be fixed. They did let me borrow a car while my car was being worked on, but I feel like when you're paying 10k for a vehicle it should last more than 10 days. The people here are nice, and like I said, they did let me borrow a car. Unfortunately, being late to my job 3 times in 30 days from car troubles cost me my job. I was fired because I have an unreliable vehicle. I gave two stars because the people here are nice, and they did let me borrow a car. If I was going on reliability of vehicle, it would be zero stars.

I just wanna say Tony is the man no issues with him my issue is with the payment people so have been a customer with them for over three yrs now and then three weeks ago I start getting calls stating I'm behind on two payments when I get my receipt that has past due balance on it it says zero then on the 26 when I go make a. Payment they say I'm behind two payments how it that if I make my payment every two weeks so I just made another payment on Thursday and my payment was 225 but I only pulled out 205 my mistake told them I'd make the other payment of 15 dollars owed then I get a call tonight a week later stating i owe about stating that they adjusted my payment on Friday and I owe another payment when my payment isn't due for another week I'm so over this payment company your making up payments that I don't even owe can't wait to get outta this contract never again do better I also have my receipts doesn't make sense

First car that I got, great experience. The month that I paid my car off in full, I decided to get another vehicle through this same discount motors thinking I would have another great experience. Biggest mistake of my life, walking in to that dealer to get another car. All I have had is problems with car, the salesmen knowing what's wrong with the car and only fix some parts of it. Had to go up to this dealer twice just to take my car to get fixed. Never got fixed, they told me to go up there again and it is very inconvenient for me to drive all the way over there when I live in Arlington. I came back to this dealer because I really liked them the first go around. Now, its been three months and my plates aren't even in yet. Biggest mistake ever. Never again will I come back after I pay this car off

I bought a GMC Acadia and after 3 weeks it turned out with many problems I went to the dealer to find a solution to the problem they sent me to the mechanic but in the end the mechanic was just playing mechanic the vehicle no longer wanted to work I had almost finished paying for it and they offered me to exchange it For another I had to pay 2000 down payment and supposedly they were going to help me. The vehicle they offered me was a Honda Odessy, it had 185,000 miles and they sold it to me for 12,000. In the end, the vehicle they sold me. the price was 16,000 ridiculously high. as if it were a new car, and all my money and effort went down the drain, I felt cheated and of course the dealer won. if they want to waste money on him. these dishonest people are ready to scam you. sorry to help you

said the car would be ready in 2 days, 2 days past, they then said it would be ready in 3 days. today is the day of it supposedly being ready, and guess what? it’s not. we have no car and am getting rides from family. very unprofessional. don’t buy the honda civics, they all broke down/ didn’t start when test driving it, but tony swore they are “amazing reliable” cars... haha. tony forces people to leave a good review with his name in it and it was very uncomfortable and disgenuine of him trying to make me do that. moral of story, we have no car, and the car has been in shop for 5 days for something i could fix in under 30 mins at home.

Yesterday 06/23/2020 I received a call accusing me of not paying my daughter's payment on Saturday. I have always paid on time and NEVER missed a payment. How about you call and be nice. Once I said I will go get the receipt I was told they will hold my payment and not post it until I bring in a copy of the car insurance. Once again how about a nice call asking me you need it instead of illegally holding my payment. I'm there every two weeks and no one said anything. Why? Everyone has ALWAYS been nice and I have recommend this place often. I will no longer recommend and cant wait until the last payment is paid so we can move on.

I’m giving them 3 stars because they started our great. Than there nice and after that there horrible once they find out you want your pay off for your car. It has gotten so bad corporate office has my number blocked after I told her it was ridiculous to half to wait 24 hours for a pay off when the dealership sent you the paper you asked for. I feel like you should be able to submit via email stuff and not half to print a paper off and email it back. They want you to jump thru loop holes for everything. I’ll be glad when my car is paid off. So I can be done with this headache.

Bought my very first car here two years ago, just paid it off a little over month ago. My credit is definitely not the best, but these guys worked with me, finding me a vehicle I could afford and monthly payments that were within reasonable. Over the years life had it's way, and they never skipped a beat in helping. Fixing issues, towing, some leeway when needed, they always helped. Loved them, especially Earl. He was absolutely wonderful every time I saw him over the two years. Whenever I decide to purchase another vehicle I'll be coming back. Thanks!

I bought a car in February & the engine blew ONE week later. My car has been in the shop since then. No manager will call me back with an update on my vehicle but they want me to still pay a car note after my car being in the shop for EIGHT months. Do not go here they just want your money. They put you in a loaner car & when the loaner car messed up they still don’t answer the phone or call back like they say they will. Then you are just out of a car but collections is still calling asking for your money. DO NOT GO HERE.

So not buy a car from this place. I been paying on a nissan armada had a problem with the cats took it in they charged me 2000dollars for a 300 dollar part.took 2weeks to get it back.when I finally got it back it was burning 5 quarts of oil a week it never did that before and ac didnt work the check engine light was on.went to have it fixed once again and they said it wasnt worth fixing but wanted me to keep making payments. They are scam artist and dont care about there customers. Worst car buying experience ever

They have gone above and beyond to help me in all my needs from repairs to payments. my salesman Tony Mora stays on call and always makes the personal effort to make sure my needs are met! Do not buy from discount motors, your car will break down within a week and Motor will go out with in 5 months. Then they say they will fix your car, keep it for months and expect you to keep making payments. You will receive phone calls from angel who will threaten suit and they keep all personal property in your car. SCAM motor company… BEWARE do not buy from manager “nacho”. This place needs to be shut down and we won’t stop until they do. Violated multiple Consumer rights.

I still had'nt done my first payment when the car i got here broke down i took it back to them it took them a week to get "fixed" i was paying for a vehicle that i wasnt even using and then i drove it for a few days when it started acting up again they picked it up and that time it took them 4 weeks to get it "fixed" ive had it for 2 weeks and again its acting up they refuse to change me cars nor give me my money back.

Took a friend to see about getting a car. The young man was very nice and gave her an offer. Unfortunately, she was not able to afford the bi weekly payments, but the car was really clean and low milage. With this company the payments would have to be made in Arlington every 2 weeks in person, kind of a long drive from far Ft. Worth. The lot was clean and well maintained. Sales people were nice, friendly.

The worst do not buy a car there. My friend has bought a car there few months later it broke down. She brought it in to get it fixed and they been letting her drive their cars for the mean time. Well guess what it’s been a year and her car is still not fixed and she’s still been paying on it. She basically has to get another car and all the payments she was making went down the drain.

This place is a joke. They charge $14000 for a car that’s not even worth it. Every time we try to pay and if your short a dollar they will turn you away and not except your payment, and then it turns into late fees. They don’t except cards at the lot, and if you do pay with the card at the other location they charge you fees.

Nice people. But if you dont have time to go over there to make payment every 2 weeks... then dont go here. They will refuse your payment by phone. They will not work with people who work late hours. Not a fan of how they make it so hard to make a payment. Its really ridiculous.

I hate to do this but here it goes. Almost a year in we had financed the 2013 Chrysler they're going to proposition you, a complete burner. The mechanic will rig the vehicle for guaranteed maintenance that you will pay for. Job security
