I was a patient of Don for a couple of months. The staff is just amazing. He is the problem. My last visit with him was back in January of 2018; he has yet to finish my “notes” a.k.a medical records for my case. This is delaying my case more than it should. Keep in mind I only saw him for 2 1/2 months. I have called and asked Specially for him; but for some reason they always have an excuse as to why he won’t answer the phone or get back to me. I am extremely disappointed in the way he has responded to this in the course of almost 4 months. It is just so shady that they have sent the bill; yet not the notes. UPDATE: I just received a phone call from Don Nobis’s Office. I can’t believe it took a bad review and a statement declaring that this matter would be brought to the medical board; just so I could receive my medical records. 03-29-18

I strongly advise you to avoid this place. I have been going there for the past 3.5 years, but they have failed to provide me with my medical records despite repeated requests. I even tried contacting the owner, Don Nobis, but received no response. To make matters worse, they sent me a bill without any medical records. However, after consulting with my lawyer, I found out that Don Nobis' license had expired in 2006 and was later revoked in 2018 due to negligence and failure to keep medical records. You can verify this information on the Bar of Physical Therapy Website. Based on my experience, I highly recommend finding a more reliable and trustworthy place for your medical needs.

I came here for a couple of months, it appeared to be cool boy they'll , I started try to get my paperwork back in January 2018 for my attorney, after many phone call, text messages, & coming up to office & I STILL DONT HAVE MY PAPERWORK, & ITS JULY..*** IF YOU HAVE ACTIVE LEGAL CASES, DO NOT COME HERE**** they are so full wish, I can't deal with these people, hell I feel like i need a damn sopenoa, just to MY damn records...after 7 months, he claims he didn't know.

Don and the entire staff are just amazing! They all take the time to get to know you on a personal level, there is a lot of laughter and the entire mood in the facility is upbeat and happy. The care they put into trying to fix the issue and switching up the approach, instead of a redundant routine is great, and who doesn't love a great massage? I'm so happy that my surgeon sent me here and that I got to be in the care of Don, Mark & the rest of their epic team. 06/2022

I am a disability attorney. I have been attempting to obtain medical records for a client’s disability hearing and have repeatedly called 10 times with no response. Social Security has also attempted and failed to obtain these same records since 11/20/2020. I am filing a complain with the appropriate state medical board and HIPPA Privacy Rule Complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office for Civil Rights.

The therapist is very demanding and insist you show up to the your apartments. If you can’t make it to your appointments he’ll insist on calling until you answer then, he’ll just annoy you by ask why aren’t you coming, why can’t you show up/make it. Apart from that he’s very impatient working with his patients and charges way too much and refuses to work with any accidental injury lawyers.

Can't say enough about this Amazing Therapist and staff. Truly high quality care from the entire staff. They made me feel very comfortable and at each visit they really focus on ensuring that your progressing. They are all so kind and caring. Thank you so much for my shoulder recovery. It is great to feel normal again!!! I would rate you a 10 if I could..

Don Nobis and his ENTIRE staff are amazing and deserve more than 5⭐'s!!! They are all professional, knowledgeable, honest, and helpful all while making us feel important and like family . The office always has a comfortable and positive vibe and I appreciate that. Such a relief and I know I'm in good hands throughout my recovery journey!

This was my first visit and from the moment you walk into the office there is a very welcoming feeling, from reception the back office. Dr. Nobis and his staff are amazing!! Very attentive, friendly, funny, and super nice. They really take care of you there! I definitely recommend to anyone. So greatful to everyone there.

I have gone to physical therapy before but never with a business that makes you feel like family. Don Nobis and his staff work hard to support you both physically and emotionally. They are always up beat and I leave feeling better about my therapy and my ability to move in the future.

Staff was rather rude, as my family was waiting for me to undergo treatment, they refused to accommodate Spanish speaking mother who was sitting alone in the waiting room to change the tv channel. And quite shady about documentation for insurance claims.

You may want to avoid this place if you're a Christian seeing as one of their Doctors, Chris Sosa, hates Christians. I posted proof in the pictures for this business. It's a screenshot of Chris telling us what he thinks of people of the Christian faith.

Excellent staff and therapists. The entire team is extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. You can tell they care about their patients. Their staff has gone out of their way for me and is always kind and courteous. I highly recommend them.

The facility is very clean, very up to date! I've been coming here for a few weeks and love all the employees and the owners! I haven't had any negative experiences. What I like most is that they actually listen to you about how you're feeling!!

All staff is nice af. They treat you well and actually care about you getting better.
