I'm sure the products are nice but I never received a response to my email, requesting a quote for a semi large order. So therefore, customer service I'd say, is lacking. Why have a "request quote" button if you have no time or desire to fulfil. *in response to their "pass the buck" attitude... Yes, as mentioned in my review-the "request quote" button has been contacted a couple of times now. With zero response. Again. Why have a request quote button, suggesting people use it... if "everyone" is expected to ONLY call in orders.

My family and my favourite bakery in brisbane. Aways spend at least $20-$30 for myself but when the family orders always $70-$80. Savouries, amazing..sweets, perfect and all fair value too. Theres some rip off places that have $8 pies but don’t come close to Donnelly’s. And of course the staff, also amazing. Nothing but good things to say ❤️❤️

This place makes some really good food! Pretty unassuming shop from the outside but I've been a few times now and their cakes and savouries are excellent. Very moreish and satisfying food that's well priced. And the staff are kind and friendly too so overall yeah - great little place.

Love the Bahn Mi here. Delicious, fresh, plenty of filling. Staff are always friendly. All of their baked goods are fantastic, but I can’t go past the Bahn Mi when I come here.

Bahn mi is amazing! If you're a Sydney sider missing the pork rolls from cabramatta, then this is as close as it gets. I rated it a solid 8.7 also their sweets are good too..
