I stored my whole furniture and belongings at this facility for over four months. To begin with, I checked out so many different storage facilities until I decided Downtown U-Lok Storage was the winner. The Pricing was very more reasonable for the space they're offering. I went with a medium size storage unit of 8 in x 10in x 10in. The bonus was the 10 inch height which made the decision much more easier for me. Most of other storages offer the height of 8inches and it's also not fully usable as there's either water piping or sprinkler sticking out and make you worried about damaging the property. The storage units at U-Lok are fully contained (no open/fenced/wired ceiling like some other facilities), it's very safe and secure and 24/7 under surveillance. The area is not crowded and there is always space in the yard to back up your vehicle to load/unload. There is plenty of heavy duty dollies to use. In overall, I am very satisfied with this facility. I will always consider it for my future storing needs and I definitely recommend it to everyone else out there.

I am authentically a former client. I kept my beloved belongings at Downtown for 10 years until 2023. Access to my locker only when staff were present kept them safe. The staff kept the facility clean; they were always polite and helpful when I went to them; and they were kind to remind me if (mea culpa) I had forgotten to pay on time, without a service fee if I paid up promptly. The rent price was reasonable and they tried to avoid raising it, which I really appreciated ! If I need storage, I will return. :-)

I'm very happy with this facility. It is clean, well-designed for moving their dollies up the elevetors and around the floors, well-lit and definitely well managed. The staff is professional and friendly, always willing to discuss any questions and to call you when you haven't locked up your space securely! The bathroom is always clean. Parking and loading areas are are good, the location is close to good arterial roads. Who knew that a storage place could actually be a pleasure to visit?

Friendly and professional staff, and great location. I don't even live in Vancouver but I store some business inventory here - I fully trust that it is in good hands. Staff also provide some logistics services as needed (receiving shipments, removing products for pickup) which offers me a lot of flexibility - and anytime such a service is required the communication has been clear and prompt.

The staff here are awesome! They're always willing to help, are super warm and welcoming, and make you feel at ease no matter what.
