Super Friendly, Professional, Humble and Positive attitude from the Receptionist who is the face of the surgery she is very warm and friendly and very helpful and patient when scheduling appointments. Dr. Groener is gentle and so is Dr Loggate they both take great pride in their work. I will never ever change my Dentists!

Dr C.J Groener has been my dentist all my life and I dont think I will ever go to any other dentist. He has the patience and provides excellent advice on dental care. His staff is friendly and efficient and always welcomes you with hope arms. I will recommend anyone to go to Dr Groener's Dental Institution.

Have an emergency tooth problem - where my dentist can not see me for 4 days - they were willing to book an appointment but then when I told them I do have a dentist but need an emergency app, I was told to wait and see my dentist because they don't feel like doing complicated paper work. K.

The dentists and staff are incredible and extremely professional. The receptionist is absolutely amazing and the sweetest lady! Very affordable and they do incredible work. I am very satisfied with the work that was done on my teeth.

Lied to me. Said I only needed fillings but I actually needed to remove my tooth. He knew this. The lady who did my check up knew this. He lied to me just so I could come back and get it removed or whatever his motivation was.

The receptionist seriously needs a hell of alot of training in customer service. Her attitude, sarcastic remarks, racist comments and the lack of customer service really stood out. Because of her I will not return.

Dr Groener is a true gentleman. A consummate professional who leads a great team. Every visit is a pleasure and my kids love their dentist :) every member of staff is kind and friendly. A real example set here.
