I really could not be more impressed by my experience with Emerald City Motorsports. I needed a relatively inexpensive used vehicle and I needed financing. Here's the thing: I'm not a car guy. I don't know how to identify the things that might make a used vehicle quality or poor outside of some very basic things like mileage and service records (Emerald City Motorsports provides free Carfax reports - useful), so needless to say shopping for what was bound to be an older model, high-ish mileage vehicle is stressful. After spending days and weeks trudging through the swampy wasteland that is internet used car shopping, becoming more and more discouraged as I read horror story after horror story on used car dealership reviews, I happened upon Emerald City Motorsports which happily I recognized because I happen to work nearby. I perused their website, which I found well put together and easy to navigate, settled on a couple vehicles that fit my budget and needs, and shot them an email which was promptly returned by a salesperson named Carlos. After a few email exchanges I stopped in after work one day and met Carlos face to face. I won't spend too much time explaining the car buying process other than to say that the showroom was clean and welcoming, Carlos was friendly and relaxed, and it was all very pleasant. The most important point I want to make is what happened after the sale. Nerves of course get strung tight as you begin signing paperwork and actually handing over cash (they obviously got me approved for financing which I was grateful for. My credit is okay, not great), especially when buying a used vehicle "as-is". And, about four days later, my worst fear manifested: car started acting a little funny, and then BAM! The dreaded check engine light. My guts began to churn. I didn't buy a warranty, I put my name on buying it "as-is", and I didn't get it checked out by a mechanic before I bought it. My fault. I'm stuck with this thing and 36 monthly payments. I was sick. When I got home I emailed Carlos, let him know the check engine light came on, and literally just asked what his thoughts were. He called me within five minutes. Ok, good start. Asked me to bring it in, they have a mechanic on site to look at it. Ok, good. So I brought it in, was greeted by Leo (who I think is the manager? Super awesome) who told me not to worry about it - they would find out what was wrong and fix it for me. Talked to Francesco (service manager maybe? Yet another A+ dude) who had me explain the issues with the car. I'm already pleasantly surprised so far as I leave the car with them to inspect, and, later that day, even more surprised as Carlos calls to let me know they have to order some parts but wanted to offer me a loaner in the meantime. Honestly, maybe I'm just cynical these days, but I couldn't believe it. This is how customer service is done. They didn't HAVE to do any of this - they did it because they wanted to and I believe they really, truly cared. And it's not like they have a fleet of loaners to give out - this was a vehicle on their lot that obviously they can't sell while I'm driving it. About a week later Carlos called me to let me know the parts had arrived, a couple days later Francesco called to let me know the car was ready, (they had replaced the timing chain AND put a new turbo in it) and when I showed up to pick it up the cynic in me figured they would try to charge me for something or go back on their verbal pledge to fix it gratis but nope. Handed me the keys, wished me well, and that was it. A few days later I missed a call from Emerald City Motorsports. I didn't know why they were calling. I thought, "here we go. This is where they hit me up for something." Nope. I called back and it was Leo, just checking to see how the car was running. Listen - I bought a $6000 dollar car here. In the world of cars, that's not very much money. I'm sure Carlos didn't make his month on my sale. But for me, it's a lot of money. ECM treated me with respect and stood by their product. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Emerald City Motor Sports! It was my first time financing a car and I was nervous since buying a used car (or any car) is notoriously difficult and car dealerships generally don’t carry great reputations, but I saw that ECMS had great reviews online so it was part of the reason I decided to go with their dealership. Right off the bat I had a great experience. Carlos, the salesman who sold me the car, was very kind and friendly and not the least bit pushy. He gave me his opinion on car models and helped me choose a car that we both thought was the best fit for me financially as well as for my lifestyle. The initial buying process went swiftly and smoothly, but I did not feel rushed or pressured at all. A few weeks later we hit a small bump in the road when I discovered that there was something wrong with the car (unbeknownst to the dealership). The car burned oil which was no fault of the dealership, I only discovered it after finding out that the oil continued to depreciate after filling it up repeatedly—which they wouldn’t have had a way of knowing unless they were driving the car enough for the oil depreciation to be noticeable. Legally they were not required to do anything because I didn’t sign a warranty, but they did not hesitate to help me find a new car for a replacement. (as a side note I did not end up losing any money even though I had to trade in a car for a different one which is basically unheard of in these types of situations) I was nervous about the whole situation and bombarded them with calls (and texts) multiple times a week and Carlos was always very kind and patient while we were trying to figure out a good replacement. He always made time for me and helped address my concerns and never seemed cross or judgmental with the mass quantity of phone calls they were receiving from me. He helped me narrow down a few choices and treated me like I was a family member. I was in and out of the dealership a lot and I was always welcomed with smiles and friendly conversation. Everyone at the dealership (including the other salesman and the manager) always treated me with respect and went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I got to snack on their doughnuts and they always provided me with coffee upon request. It started to feel more like I was doing business with friends than strangers. After a few weeks, we were able to find a suitable car that I was able to trade in. They did what they could to provide me with the best car and the best deal. They let me take it to a third-party mechanic to have it inspected and were flexible and worked around my time and schedule. Carlos always said to me, “we take care of our customers” and he proved it. :) I am really happy that I decided to go with ECMS. Occasionally it happens when a car just doesn’t work out and that is everyone’s worst fear when it comes to buying cars, but the way that ECMS handled the situation was better than I could have ever hoped for! As a young female (who admittedly knows very little about cars) and first-time car financer, it would have been really easy to take advantage of me, but Carlos (and the dealership as a whole) did everything in his power to provide me with the best car and the best service for the best price. Thank you so much for a delightful experience and truly taking care of me!!

I purchased a 2009 Ford Escape from Carlos at Emerald City Motorsports on 5/14/21. Carlos was friendly and helped me get financing after many years of not using any credit. The interest rate is incredibly high, but that is due to my credit inactivity, not them. I test drove the car, reviewed the Car Fax report and their internal inspection report, and trusted that the car was road worthy. On 5/16/21, the check engine light came on. Emerald City invited me to come by on 5/18/21 when their mechanic was in to check the codes. He read the codes, poked at a couple of hoses under the hood, tapped the flap of the gas tank a couple of times, and said the code was something to do with air in the fuel system. He then cleared the code and they said it probably wasn't anything, but if it came back to let them know. The code came back a few days later, so I took it to a Ford dealership who read the codes and presented me with a $3,000+ repair estimate. I have reached out to Carlos to discuss this situation and am waiting to hear back. I fear that the codes existed before I bought the car and they were cleared just as the mechanic did on 5/18. I am leaving a 1 star review today based on the current state of my situation and as a reminder to always pay for an independent inspection of a used car. It would have cost me $200 to find out I shouldn't have bought the car, but instead, I'm now facing an additional $3k so that I can continue to pay off a high rate interest loan on a car that I don't even trust. It feels like a 1 star experience so far. I respect the system of reviewing businesses after being a customer and I rely on reviews to make many of my shopping decisions, so if Emerald City works with me to solve this issue, I will adjust my review accordingly. Update: changing rating to 3 stars as they have made a verbal commitment to helping with some of the repair costs to be done by a local shop that I chose and they seem to have worked with before. Will update on overall experience when repairs are complete. Final Update: after 23 total days in the shop in under 2 months of ownership, the car remains in the same state it was in. I was supposed to drive to Texas for work next week and now I'll be flying, renting cars, and paying on a loan for a car that can't be trusted without doing more work. Ford is suggesting another $3,000 in repairs with "hope" that it solves the issue. Emerald City Motorsports stopped being responsive to the problem. There seems to be no real owner of the company to talk to. Carlos remained nice through the process, but never provided someone above him to talk to. I didn't come here looking for a friend, I came looking for a reliable vehicle. I did not find it. In the end, I bought a car that hasn't met my needs fom Emerald City Motorsports and am paying for it in many, many ways.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience when I purchased a 2012 Mazda 3 in January. Reading previous reviews it’s evident great experiences correlated with purchases where there were no mechanical issues. The true character of a sales rep and the company they work for is shown when there is a problem and how they react to that problem. In my case the sales rep (Carlos) indicated pre-purchase the vehicle had a full safety check, all fluids, oil change, tire rotation, etc. The second day owning the vehicle it started to have a burning smell and stuck in 3rd gear. I checked the transmission fluid and it was low and very dark; (see pic). I tried calling the dealer multiple times with no response. I took the car to my mechanic and he flushed and added tran fluid which solved the problem. He also said the oil was very low and dirty. I sent a couple of emails to the dealer; still no response. On the Bill of sale they agreed to buff out the headlights for free which would clear the yellow fog. Also on the Bill of sale the dealer agreed to pay half the cost to fix the bumper which appeared to have been scratched while in their possession & ownership. The sales rep said he would contact me in a few days when their shop opened and he would schedule time for me to come in. I didn’t hear back from him called and left messages with someone who answered the phone at least 4 times over the next 3 weeks. I have since given up and don’t feel like I can trust Emerald City Motorsports to take my vehicle to their shop. I have also learned that I should never have signed away my rights to implied warranty, and would never do business with companies who require you to do so. #LESSONSLEARNED

I wrote this review awhile ago, but obviously my phone glitched out and didn't post it. BIG SHOUT OUT TO CARLOS & LEO!!!!!! Where do I start!!? Carlos and Leo bent over back wards to assist me in getting all my needs met and found the perfect car for me. After hours of searching, I found the car I loved - Honda Civic 07! Unfortunately, the bank declined me for a loan on this car and I was royally upset because I really felt like that was the car for me. Carlos called me and sincerely apologized for this inconvenience and offered me an AMAZING price on a Honda Civic 08 - high on mileage but a good car. After many trials and errors, they finally got me and my dad approved for a loan on this car. They went to ends meet to make sure that I got my first car for Christmas. If it wasn't for them I probably would be taking the bus to work every day, and I cant thank them enough. I cant even express how thank full I am that I walked into 527 motor sports and met Carlos & Leo. They really gave me the experience of a life time, I honestly don't think there is another car dealership out there quite like these guys. They know how to make you feel comfortable with what your buying and never pressure you into buying a car. I can honestly say that I will probably be doing more business with them in the future and recommend them to any one reading this post and all the people I know. Go to any dealership you want, but you'll be sorry if you don't visit Emerald City Motor Sports or 527 Motor Sports before you make a final decision on a car. They will treat you like family and give you the experience of a lifetime. :)

Absolutely the SMOOTHEST a car purchase could have ever been, SPECIALLY DURING COVID TIMES. These guys are no joke, THE most REAL people you could ask for. Jose was over the top exceptional when it came to service. He was helpful, friendly to my crazy three kiddos and SO Genuine (which we all know is hard to find when dealing with dealerships) when it came to the vehicle history. Once I knew I had found, THE ONE, he handed it over to Franchesco and MAN! you couldn’t think the service could get any better, but it did! Such a family person, he understood our situation and worked to make it happen! He was determined to help me get THE car. . This guy was efficient, attentive and never hesitated to answer any of my text or questions. The whole process was beyond flawless and smooth. The best part about it all, they didn’t ding my credit by going off and running my credit with a bunch of creditors. We were in our vehicle within 24 HOURS, WASHED, and shinny ready for pick up !!! My vehicle drives AMAZING! I can’t even hear it when I’m driving on the freeway. My kids are thrilled and we have SO MUCH MORE SPACE for our family! Thanks to Jose & Franchesco! I highly recommend you check them out and ask for one of them! They will work hard to get you a RELIABLE & SAFE VEHICLE for you and yours! Photos to come!!!! Went in and test drove a car. The vehicle was out of gas and had low tire pressure to the point the dash light was on. When we went in to settle paper work he got a call on the phone and answered "Oh i'm actually with a client right now for that vehicle. Can I get your information just in case it doesn't work out?" If he was trying to make me start a bidding war it didn't work. Told me to go out to lunch because the bank would give me a call and ask about how much I pay for rent and such, which he instructed me to lie about also by putting down half the real amount because it would 'help'. He also asked for 300$ CASH to hold the car and said I would need the 2000$ down payment in CASH with no other way of paying. I started to lose some trust in the sale. Francisco told me he would call me back after receiving the loan offer from the bank. After an hour 'Out to Lunch' ( I just went home because I knew he was being a shady person) The bank did call and asked me all the normal questions and they sent the information back to the sales team. I called Francisco, he didn't pick up... Strange, he picked up for the other customer while we 'financed'. Glad I was home and not waiting in the hot sun somewhere. They tried calling me the next day but this sale was already lost, glad I didn't give him 300 dollars to 'hold' the sale. Go somewhere with respectable business options and a debit card machine.

When I called ECM, I was nervous. Buying a used vehicle isn't the most comfortable shopping experience for us Dolls! But, Carlos was friendly and honest. He shared that a mechanical light kept coming on and that he was having it looked into. For that reason, he suggested that I wait to come see it. Following my intuition that I had found my car AND feeling as though it was reliable based on the Carfax report, I decided to go see it that same day. I didn't want it to get away. When I arrived at ECM, Carlos gave me the key and said take it out for a spin and you'll learn what I know: This is one of the cleanest pre-owned Range Rovers available. I test drove the car for about an hour.  When I returned I bought it. Carlos not only made me feel comfortable, he made me feel as though I was buying from a reliable pre owned car dealer. After my purchase, (yes after, that's how much I trusted my gut, the car and Carlos), I took the car to a Range Rover dealership for a full inspection. It passed with flying colors! One of the RR mechanics asked me to sell it to him. NOPE! Get your own, Mr. mechanic man! PS. The mechanical light on the dash was an alert to check the tire pressure. Once my tire pressure was adjusted and set properly, I haven't seen that warning light since. Go me!  Carlos, thank you for the smoothest car buying experience I've ever had!  I LOVE my car!

Can not recommend more than anything that you do NOT deal with these people. After purchasing a vehicle from these people listed, and told to me in person to have no mechanical problems their mechanic could find. I felt confident I would at least get a tank of gas through it before being left on the side of the interstate with smoke billowing from under the hood. Unfortunately I made it less than 15 miles from the dealership before the radiator blew, called a tow and took it to my mechanic. More than a handful of amateur problems besides the fact the radiator had been sloppily repaired to be sold were found. The seemingly obvious fact they repaired this vehicle only functionally enough to leave the lot makes me confident this is a lemon dealership and should be avoided at all costs. Contacting them about the problems was met with being promised a call back that I never got, I simply wanted to give them the vehicle back at one point and that was brushed off (Keep in mind this happened within an hour of purchasing the vehicle). If you are purchasing a used car odds are you don't have thousands to throw at in repairs. There are reliable used car lots, this is not one of them. Save yourself the financial hardship no matter how appealing the deal or vehicle you are looking at do NOT even waste your time visiting this dealership.

sold me a car that broke down 3 days later and left me on the side of the freeway until 4am. Then, redid the paperwork, changed my purchase date and mileage by a thousand so my warranty would be active. Not only is this fraud, but false advertising as it was listed as recently serviced and no mechanical issues. After the warranty turned out invalid, they made me return my rental (first of two I was in which also broke down while driving) leave me without an answer, forged my signature and towed my vehicle from my house (with no trespassing signs visible) and suddenly Carlos and the manager were never in and would not answer their phones. After driving 45 minutes downtown Seattle 8 times, the manager and owner refused to show their face or call me back. Finally, I got a portion of my down payment back but they withheld the unauthorized tow and made me pay a $200 cleaning fee. Comes to find out, two days later that same 2006 Mercedes 230 is back up for sale, “the nicest one of its kind, great first car, and no mechanical issues” as listed on their site and Facebook ads. Also, the copy of the car fax on the website doesn’t list I ever bought the car or put miles on it. Buyers beware - I will be in touch with better business and local news outlets. We will never be doing business again.

I purchased a 2014 Subaru BRZ from them recently. When purchasing I noted a hum in the back of the car and noted I would only buy it if it was taken care of. Carlos said they would give me a warranty (was not covered) and if the warranty did not cover it the dealership would with 5 different people present to attest to it not including Carlos and myself. They had their mechanic look at a few things including injectors sounding odd and a few other things I had noted and disregarded all of them claiming they were aftermarket engine features (they were not). When he looked at the hum he stated it was 1 wheel bearing, I had it looked at by a certified Subaru tech it was both. Had to fight to the teeth for over a month for them to say they would take care of 1 bearing for them to back out after threatening legal action. They’re complimentary oil change with the car included a half baked oil change from pep boys where they overfilled my car with a cheap oil so I ended up having to redo the oil change myself. I should have gone somewhere else where the dealer would actually call back or not faked getting sick/house flood just to get out of addressing the vehicles issues.

I was looking for a Cadillac Escalade, ESV and in an online search, came across one at Emerald City Motorsports. Having worked in Car Dealerships for over 40 years, I was leary of small independent dealers and was apprehensive about going. I wanted to see this vehicle, so my wife and I drove down from Everett. When we arrived and walked up to the door, we were greeted by Francesco. From this point on, we were treated as if we were part of the family. Francesco is a very honest and easygoing individual and we were relaxed from the start as there wasn’t any pressure or persuasion to sign or buy. After the test drive however, and loving the car, we sat down and signed the paperwork! As the vehicle didn’t have the 3rd row seat, they had one ordered and upon opening the box, it was realized that the seat was the wrong color and they had it sent back and immediately had another one coming. When the seat came in, we went down and had it put in and are now ready for our upcoming road trip with our family of 6! We give this dealership a 5 star all around from greeting, to service, to an ongoing commitment to their word! Thank you, Francesco we love the car!

Absolutely Terrible, We bought a car cash out, we had multiple problems with the vehicle since, car has been broken down 2 out of the 3 months, new water pump, torque converter, transmission and engine, the owner refuses to call us back, the car is a Lemon, I feel the mechanic should have known all the problems either that or they are completely incompetent! Its like they got the vehicle running just enough to sell it. I feel they took advantage of my wife, we have 4 kids and we spent all of our savings on the vehicle. even after cashing out the vehicle, she had to pay $1300 over advertised price. The customer Service is absolutely atrocious. I would give it 0 stars if I could. WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I saw the negative review before buying here and chose to ignore them thinking that someone just had it out for them but no that was my mistake! I am contacting attorney generals office and BBB because after multiple times trying to reach owner they have not responded, All I want is my money back I have sank an additional $2k in repairs for this vehicle and myt wife has driven it less than 1000 miles. WARNING!!!!!

*****UPDATE**** Save your self a headache and purchase from somewhere else. I purchased a vehicle with these guys who haven’t held up to the negotiations promised. Unable to get a call back from Brian, or the owner. Currently waiting for them to repurchase or repair my vehicle if not will go to arbitration process with the attorney general office. I definitely do not recommend emerald city motor sports or any of their employees for any advice/knowledge of vehicles. If I could leave a zero I would. First post: I was cautious about purchasing a vehicle from a dealership, but Oscar made the process so easy. I sent an email early in the week to inquire about a vehicle, and intentionally did not leave my number because I did not want to feel pressured. I was not able to see the vehicle until later in the week. Throughout the experience Oscar was extremely patient and was extremely helpful in the process. Would definitely recommend Oscar to friends and family. EDIT : from a five star rating to a 1 star rating.

Please stay away !!! My husband purchased a car from them a month ago and within the first week it’s been having problems, my husband has been calling and they give him the run around I wish we would of read the reviews on this place seems they do it to everyone they sell you car knowing it doesn’t works and then when you call them to see if anything can be done they are either always busy or say they’ll call back and they never do . They convinced husband not to sign the warranty saying it really doesn’t do anything and that it’s just going to add more money for no reason they even said we won’t scam you this car works has 0 issues but it’s a lie . Im contacting the bbb and getting a lawyer involved this is 100% unfair and believe they should be help responsible especially within the 1st week of us getting it instead they don’t call back and don’t want to deal with it in my point of view . It’s been 1 month why can’t they get back to us ?

5/5 for Carlos & Emerald City Motorsports! I came in from out of state with appointments to look at several cars - 1 dealership forgot the appt & the car wasn't even available, another was ready but the car was in much worse shape than they'd represented - then I arrived at Emerald City. I was skeptical at first, but Carlos had done everything he'd said he would and had the car all ready for me. I was on a short timeline but he was friendly and helpful and handled the purchase as quickly & efficiently as possible. It's not a fancy dealership, they're pretty casual - but the car was accurately represented on their website, Carlos was very responsive and helpful and the price was fair - not to mention they've continued to be helpful as I've had questions/changes to the financing aspect days after the fact (my choice, not due to anything Emerald City did/didn't do.) All around great experience and I LOVE my new car!

My brother bought his Jeep here in May 2020 - paid cash in full with warranty. One week later the water pump went out and he was told that they would not fix it. The follow week, another hose broke and he again was told this was not covered and they refused to cover it. Within 14 days TWO things had broke & this dealership did nothing to help them and in fact was RUDE about it! It gets even better - At the begin of July - the transmission light came on, after calling the dealership, they took it to a jeep dealership and the torque converter, transmission had to be replaced and now they say the engine is shot. The car was driven less then 400 miles - EMERLAD City refused to call them back . They also charged them for a door handle and never shipped it to them. They worked so hard and saved all their money to hard earned money for a nice, safe & reliable family vehicle for their children - NEVER buy from them!

From the time I stepped on their lot up until when I received my new plates I felt very well taken care of. I bought a Chevy Silverado here it was 15 years old but still very well taken care of. There was a slight noise that they pointed out to me before I took my test drive and assured me they were addressing the issue. They price their vehicles very fairly and even put a brand new set of tires on before they would let me take it. Leo and Carlos could not be more genuine . The way I was treated before and after the sale was exactly the same. So often after you buy a vehicle they act like they don't even know you. I had a slight issue after the sale and they were right there to take care of me. These guys are the real deal and are smart businessmen who believe in customer service . I would proudly send any of my family or friends here and have already recommended them to some friends of mine.

I came by to check out a used SUV. I wasn't expecting much, my experience with the smaller dealerships had never been too great and I'd always ended up buying from a large dealership. In fact, I had gone to another smaller dealership before this one and ended up leaving without even test driving, just walked right out so I was already somewhat annoyed when I came to Emerald City. This place really surprised me, the employees were friendly and engaging. Francesco was the salesperson for this purchase. He was a pleasure to work with and explained some of the features of the car to me that I wasn't familiar with. No pressure at all, and I actually left without buying the car that day. After sleeping on it, I called back the next day and was able to negotiate on the price a bit. He was very accommodating of me getting outside financing and the rest of the process was very smooth.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU GET A PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION FROM AN INDEPENDENT SHOP. I recently purchased a vehicle here and it had $6k in deferred maintenance (hole in the exhaust system, brake fluid had high water content, drive belt cracking, oil leaks, and more). I don't think this dealer inspects the vehicles and/or cares about the mechanical quality they give you. They are very willing to try and sell you a warranty that would not cover any of the aforementioned items since they are all wear and tear (- the physical damage to the exhaust). If thats not bad the worst part is when I emailed Brian the sales manager about the issues he never responded and ignored my email and wouldn't even look at me while I picked up my plates.... I will definitely not be a return customer and will make sure everyone I talk to about purchasing a vehicle stays far away....

I purchased a 2000 X-Terra on 20 Dec 2016 from Emerald City Motorsports. I am extremely satisfied. I liked that Carlos treated me like a friend and not a customer. He was very honest about all the vehicles I looked at and did not try to sell me something I was not interested in. I also enjoyed that he did not try to upsell me. There was no hidden agenda with Carlos, I feel very confident with my vehicle and pleased with my experience with Emerald City Motorsports. I would not be doing Emerald City Motorsports justice without mentioning Leo! What a great team! Leo made it very easy for us with the paperwork. Very knowledgeable with the vehicles and answered all of our questions. Made me and my wife fell at home and treated us like family. Great Experience! Quality Products! Fantastic People! I will return to Emerald City Motorsports!

After a disappointing test drive at a different dealership, I found a used car I like at Emerald City Motorsports online. I gave them a call and spoke with Oscar. He was very friendly and helpful and knew exactly which car I was talking about. When I arrived 20 min later, the car I had asked about was already pulled up front. He provided a lot of information about the previous owner of the car, and was very transparent about what was good and what was wrong with the car (just some curb rash on the wheel). The test drive went well, he recommended I find a mechanic to inspect it to make sure I have the confidence I need if I wanted to purchase. I did just that, inspection went well, and I purchased the car and I love it. Very great experience after buying a used car for the first time in over 20 years.

They had a nice quality Mercedes available that I found on line. I inquired via E-mail and received a prompt reply that it was still there from Francesco. I went to look at it and Francesco and I drove it around, it checked out so I made and offer and Francesco worked it out. No hassles, dancing around, etc. He told me it would be detailed and vacuumed and that the rear brake light that was out would be changed. Francesco did everything he said he would. Drove home and had a prompt that a tire inflation sensor was missing on one of the wheels. He could not have known this would happen and it is a inexpensive fix I am looking into it. I am very confident if I requested Francesco help me with this he would. I like this dealership. I would recommend them with no reservations.

I purchased my Mercedes from Emerald City Motorsports a few months ago and I absolutely love it. I decided to wait a few months to post a review because you know how things can go with used cars. Carlos was extremely helpful when I first called in and gave me all the information/specs I was seeking. We went in with a set budget, communicated our budget and realized after all the taxes, fees, etc. the vehicle we wanted was going to be over that. We were fine with that and walked away, and then they came out while we were driving out, and told us they'd make the deal work to our top budget bottom line. I liked them all good enough, it's typical car sales, back and forth which I did tell them up front I didn't want to do. The vehicle we bought was sound, and we feel good about the deal. I'd go back if they had the specific vehicle I wanted in the price range I wanted. The facilities are nice and comfortable, they made my wife and daughter feel very comfortable while I was signing the paperwork.

I have to say that in the era of Covid I was worried about buying a car, I was worried that the process would be horrid and I was worried about what the trade in process would be - but let me tell you how much fun we had!! Awesome place, super low pressure & transparent. Carlos is amazing, Francisco too. The trade-in/ buying process was great (as easy as can be expected!) With none of the regular games... usually it's like pulling teeth to even get a car place to tell you the interest rate, but Carlos let us choose from all the different bank offers, went back and forth with a couple of them to get a deal that worked, it was so refreshing on the finance side. And we love our new truck! There was a minor issue with our windshield washer fluid system that they immediately & happily fixed for us. Will totally go back here in the future and recommend to friends!

Went it to look at a truck they had posted. While there another car caught my eye. A 2000 blue mitsubishi eclipse. The employees are nice down to earth people. I never felt pressured to buy anything. They let me test drive the car with my wife. We ended up test driving it again and hour later and they didn't have a problem with that. We settled on the price and did the paperwork. I hate used car salesmen. None of these guys acted like what I was expecting. They were truly interested in making sure we were happy. I don't want to buy new cars anymore. We will come back when we need our next vehicle. A plus in my book.

Great car buying experience. I wasn't sure what to expect since it doesn't look like much from the outside. Their indoor space is quite welcoming and the staff were friendly. It was not at all the high pressure sales experience I have often experienced at many car dealers. Shortly after buying the car I discovered a significant mechanical issue with the vehicle. I contacted them and they had me bring it in to their shop to be looked at. They confirmed the problem and then offered several options to resolve the issue. I feel like I was treated fairly throughout the experience and would definitely come back.

As soon as I showed up on Leo's lot I felt a difference. I didn't feel pressure from Leo or Carlos like I did on other lots in the area. Leo was very helpful in helping me find the right car. Who knew it would turn out that a Honda civic would fit me best! Plus my credit is not amazing but that didn't affect the level of service I received. Carlos busted his butt to get me financed but with their combined help I'm back on the road. It feels good to have helpful people that work hard to make you happy...... that's why I'm sending my mom to see Leo and Carlos this weekend. Keep up the good work guys!

I bought a 2012 Honda Accord from here in December of 2021. I can confirm these guys are just as professional, kind, and honest as the other reviewers mention. Every page I had to sign was explained in full detail, whole process was thorough, and zero pressure. I could tell the salesman (wish I remembered his name) wanted me as a customer to understand everything about the contract and that he was taking my best interest into account. It’s crazy but I actually did have as good of a experience you could ask for and would fully recommend going here for anyone needing a used car.

I never heard of emerald city motorsports, but they had the truck I wanted. I inquired about the truck, and I got a prompt response from Sim, who also ensured the vehicle was right out front and met me as I arrived. The purchase was rough due to my credit situation, but Brian worked out a deal I could live with. The following day I received a call from Brian letting me know he had renegotiated the loan on my behalf which cut my interest rate to less than half of what I originally agreed to. These guys went above and beyond even when there was nothing in it for them.

I just moved to Seattle from Chicago and was fairly desperately in need of a car. I found some cars online that led me to Emerald City Motorsports. I ended up purchasing a 2011 Honda Civic which I think I got a fair deal for. They treated me with respect and I felt that they were people more than salesmen. They shared their lunch with me (Fried Chicken!), help put my license plates on for me, etc. I'm not sure if everyone will get free lunch and labor, but to me those were indicators that they care about their customers. I was trying to get a car with my low credit I work with Brian he had me thinking I was going to get the car but something else came up wasted my gas and time he gave me a finance deal of 4, 000 and then he came back few minutes later and then said it went down to 3,000 I had $1500 to put down still no deal I was willing to work with him just to get some type of wheel under my heels still no deal just a bunch of waste talk and wasted time...... Hopefully Ill get better luck else where can't win them all......
