I really wanted to like this place.. but no not at all. First off I made an appointment to see a car that they had advertised online. The sales woman even texted me to insure that I was on my way. Of course I was and was running on time. BTW I drove 250 miles to get there. When I pulled up I did not see the car that I was there to look at, and sure enough the sales person confirmed that the car wasnt there. (RED FLAG! SHADY DEALER TRICK #1) I knew in the back of my mind that I had already been scamed.. I should have bolted. However she said they were just ordering lunch and asked If she could order me something as well. I was hungry from the long drive to the dealership so I said sure. While I was waiting for the food to arrive I strolled around the "showroom" that was filled with the owners personal vehicles. From there I went out to the lot..and sure enough there were about 3 decent vehicles and a lot of broken cars and flat tires. (RED FLAG #2!) Lunch arrived and I had my burrito that I ordered and then, since the car hadnt arrived I told the lady that I would go to the other car lot that I also had an appointment. She was nearly insistent that I wait, so i waited a bit longer. In the meantime she asked if there was another car that I might be interested in. I said yes and pointed it out. After she aired up the flat rear tire and put a jump box on it It started up and I drove the car. I decided I liked the car (even though I knew I was falling for the bait and switch) but that I still wanted to see the other one. She said that the other one was with the boss's daughter and had been involved in an accident. I went to go look at the other car on my list even though the sales lady was nearly insistent that I stay.. the other car was a bust so I returned and we hammered out a deal on the car I test drove. The sales lady was trying to steer me toward a Jaguar that was on the lot but I told her I wasnt interested. I ended up buying the blue Mercedes SLK 320 that I test drove. I spent the entire day waiting for the car that I had an appointment to go look at only to buy something else and now it was night time and I had to travel home in the dark over a snowy stevens pass in a car I was unfamiliar with.. and wouldnt you know it the GD highbeams didnt work!!! Also the car didnt feel quite right in some of the icey spots.. turns out the rear tires were COMPLETELY WORE OUT! (Allowing that car the leave the lot with the headlights not working and bad tires is a violation of washington state law.) I called and made a deal that they needed to send me the part necessary to fixe the headlights. $165. They agreed they would. So nearly a month later they hadnt sent anything. I finally lost my patience, consulted an attorney and on his advise I am sending a report to the dealer inspector, attorney general, and better buisness bureau. I will sue for tires and to have the headlights fixed. I asked to speak to the owner and explained that if he will talk to me we can work this out.. However he is apparently way to CHICKEN$HIT to even speak to me. Oh, and now I have reason to believe the the Odometer may have been altered So I will have to pay to get a verification scan done. Bottom line? STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHADY OUTFIT!! 2.7 stars rating should have been my first clue!!
I bought my 2002 F150 4x4 Crew Cab Short Box at Wild West C&T about 5 years ago and not only got a very fair deal, I still have it; it has been our only, daily driver family vehicle for many years and my wife and I really wanted to get a 4cyl, zip around gas sipper because the truck gets 10 to 13mpg. I wanted to surprise her for Christmas, but did not want to take the beating of buying new, so I always go used when it comes to cars & trucks. As most people know, when it comes to used vehicles, one can REALLY get burned, however, I found at Wild West, they KNOW this, and they do an exceptional job of selecting only the best cared for vehicles to stock their lot. It is easy to see that they not only maintain the highest standards of quality, but their taste in cars & trucks is also always VERY interesting; their showroom and lot is more like a car show than a used car lot. Just before Christmas 2015, when I bought my wife her little 4 cylinder, gas sipping, 2009 Toyota Corolla low mileage cream puff, I walked around WW and saw everything from a 12 cylinder turbo powered PU truck to majestic Rolls Royce’s, BMWs, Corvettes, impeccable 4x4’s, jaw dropping classics of many kinds, and a huge selection of very lightly used sedans & sports cars of many makes. The point I am trying to make is they have something for just about EVERYONE. Their ability to evaluate exceptional, mechanically sound, well cared for vehicles, combined with their obviously savvy buying practices ensures a value to the customer, me and you, the best bang for the buck you are ever going to get at any used car lot. For example, my truck, when new, sold for over $40K. The buyer put 118K miles on it and traded it back in for less than $10K, which means, the guy that paid over $40K, drove it 118,000 miles and sold it for less than the $10K I paid for it. That means he paid OVER $30K to drive it 118K miles. I paid $10K, have put 60K more miles on it, kept it perfectly maintained, and could probably sell it for close to what I bought it for. You simply cannot come out as good at any Used Car lot I know of, other than Wild West Cars & Trucks. We love our low mileage 2009 Toyota that gets 28mpg so far on the freeways. Honestly, I could probably sell it for more than what I bought it for which is the main reason I do recommend Wild West Motors to ANYONE who wants to make a SMART purchase. PS: You will not find anyone there who is not on their game in helping you get the right deal done. The entire staff is professional, friendly, knowledgable, genuinely trustworthy, and fully aware the importance of providing excellence of product & service to EVERYONE in every relative way. I do NOT give my endorsement lightly, I trust no one in the used car business, but the staff at WW have EARNED more of my trust than any other ever has, so if a 5 STAR rating is the most I can give back, I do hereby give it, without reservation, and with great pleasure.
Last June I purchased a 2007 Hayabusa after I returned from a deployment. I called the dealership to make appointment to come look at it. I spoke with one dealer on the phone name David came in and met with another dealer name Ted neither one of them knew anything about this bike expect the price $9800 that the owner was very firm on with no supporting documents. Not only was there supporting documents but the owner was never there to explain it. When I did decide to purchase the vehicle they said I had to find my own financial services even know they advertise in house financing. I had to drive back to Ft Lewis and talk to my bank I came back with a check but they gave me the wrong amount. So I drove back to ft Lewis to get another check by the way is a hour drive one way. After two weeks of this I finally purchase the vehicle I picked up on a Friday afternoon took it drove it to shop and found out the second gear was going outline and the clutch would have too be rebuilt for 3,000 not only did the clutch need to be rebuilt the the motorcycle had a full tank of nos on it that was opened and charged the motorcycle shop could not work on anything with a wet nos system and should of never been sold in that condition. I called the dealership to inform them they said call Monday but we don't think we can help you. I called every day the following week and never got any answers only rude customer service and more excuses about why I couldn't talk to the owner. Finally one Manger said bring the bike for there mechanic can look at it I paid for the bike to be towed to the dealership for a $100. Only to receive a phone call from another Manger saying they wouldn't expect it and if the tow truck left it would be impounded. Since I was in the Yakima doing military training there was no one to pick up the vehicle. Two weeks later after daily phone calls and messages finally I got a hold of another Manger you said the best they could do was $1000 and I should of read the paperwork it doesn't matter if the the motorcycle only had 60 miles on from the ride home. It took two more weeks too even get the check that I had to pick up from the dealership witch is a two hour trip on a work day during Seattle traffic. I made it to the dealership at 5 just too wait another two waiting on a so called check writer to show up at 7 at night. After six weeks of of this abuse I finally found a motorcycle shop to work on the motorcycle in Portland Oregon cloud nine motorsports was very helpful but called with bad news the motorcycle was in worse conditions then expected. I had to get the motorcycle engine and clutch rebuild at a cost of $5200 making the total amount of the purchase $16000 $7000 over blue book. This dealership is very disrespectful and rude too active duty soldiers. I will never do business with them again and will inform and warn any one that this was the worst car buying experience in my life.
I wanted to buy the 97 mercury cougar because I am a fan of mercury cougar. The car price was over $6,000. I had a job but didn't have the full cash. And I seen this car sitting there in the lot almost everyday when I went to work and came home. Finally decided to go in. I did the loan application and got denied because of no credit history. The sales person said they will talk with the manager to try get this car to me. He went to the office for 10 minutes or more. Came back to me and said the manager declined the sale. I kept checking the website for the mercury cougar that I wanted. I had seen the price drop down each month. Down to $5,500. $5,000. $4,500. $4,000. And probably six months after I got denied, the car was down to $2,000. I had the cash. Next day I went to the car lot to look for the car. The car was already sold. And I already knew the issues it had but I still would have paid that $6,000. Something was with the belt tensioner and I think that was just the major problem for the moment. And I am a home-garage mechanic. I like to fix things myself. I most likely wouldn't claim any warranty if it had it. I would only do that for a brand new vehicle. Extra note:::::, I am a fan of mercury cougar and just want the car, it was an anniversary edition, and don't care of the issues that may raise up. If it starts and makes it to my home 1 mile away then I am happy. … [note from my story "the car price was down to $2,000 and I had the cash but when I went in the next day the car was sold]… And then later I had test drove a dodge Dakota that was for sale like $2,000 or something. It had the power. But the auto transmission was acting weird. It wasn't shifting to the next gear. Even with a high rev on lake city way, I told the guy that it is totally not changing the gear. The guy just said "oh it isn't? I can have a mechanic look at it". I was done. I declined to buy it. I can fix the issue my self, I think it was something with the transmission servos. But I wasn't going to pay $2,000 or $3,000 for a truck that can't even go the speed limit on lake city way. I would have been totally fine if the truck couldn't go over 50mph but down that low…
Today my girlfriend and I went down to this dealership on our day off to take a look at a car that keeps popping up in our search for a new car for her on Craigslist, a 1996 Volvo 850 wagon. Now I know why they keep spamming the car on Craigslist. First off, we'll start with the actual car lot. You know there is an issue when the lot is cram packed with as many cars as they can possibly fit. How hard is it to leave some parking for your PAYING customers? We were barely able to maneuver into and out of the lot. I had to back around a building because while we were looking at cars, they had blocked one of the entrances/exits. I am fairly knowledgeable when it comes to cars and I don't work around cars every single day. So, going to a dealer, I expect a salesman to know what he's selling. That shouldn't be that big of an expectation. So anyways, the Volvo we drove down to see had its share of issues. I'll start with the small ones first. The glove box didn't operate properly and the badge or the lock, or whatever it is was missing and there was a big hole on the glove box. Next, the air conditioning didn't work, and the salesman Aaron had the audacity to tell me "well it's a used car, what do you expect?" That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard, if something is wrong with a car you are selling, fix it. Plain and simple. Next, the check engine light was on. Aaron also told me that "well most Volvos have the check engine light on, it's something you have to get taken care of at the dealer." Well if it is, TAKE IT TO THE DEALER! Car dealers are one of the shadiest places. I have had a hard time trying to find a decent car for my girlfriend. All of these idiot dealers sell crap. Anyone reading this, you'd better do your homework on what you buy and figure out what to look for in that specific make and model or you're in a for a bumpy ride. Don't TRUST A WORD that a salesman tells you. They will say ANYTHING to sell you a car. Don't spend your hard earned money on a money pit of a car.
May 16th, 2015- Swungby and test drove a 2010 Hyundai Accent, was helped by Monique. On the test drive we both noticed a slight "clunk" noise. She assured me they would have it fixed if I made for the purchase for they "stand by their product". We walked by the owner and mentioned the worry and "Oh no problem" probably just a suspension problem will have it fixed whatever it is. Was then helped by Blake since Monique is still relatively new. Decided to purchase that day. Signed an agreement that they would fix the "Clunk" noise in car and told by the Blake as well. Unfortunately didn't see the "No work promised part" even though every verbal promise is being made, my bad I guess what happens when you trust the wrong dealership.. Took the car home. May 18th, 2015- Met with Blake and dropped off final paperwork. Asked about fixing the clunk as promised. He sent me to Babylon Auto on Aurora round 85th? They checked my car. Then called Blake, I overhear that the work would take all day and ask if they still wanted to do it, probably when they said No. Haha. Guy said that they will order the part and someone from their side or from wild west will call me. May 22th, 2015- Sent Blake an email. No response. June 4th, 2015- Sent Blake an email again. No response. June 9th, 2015- oh nice! Got a response. Sorry please call instead or call Monique. So I call Monique and asked about fixing the clunk. Said she'll call me right back. No call back. June 18th, 2015- Call Wild West since I needed to get my License Plates and lucky for me Blake answers. Asks how I'm doing and if I needed anything. Well hey! I still need to get the clunk noise fixed unless they are custom ordering the part from South Korea or something. 'Oh sure I'll look into it!". JULY 17, 2015! STILL NO RESPONSE. So yeah, if you're thinking about getting a car from here hope my experience helps you out :) hahaha.
DO NOT GO here, EVER!!!! I wouldnt send my worse enemy here. I would not even give it one star. It doesn't even deserve the 3.4 out of 5 it got. 3.4 should have been the first red flag! Ryan was super nice during sale. As soon as we left lot everything turned to hell. Literally hell. Ryan had my 19 yr old daughter in tears. She bought a 2012 BMW 500 series, paid in full, cash. He said the moving part of headlight didn't wrk and a sensor. There was WAYYYYYYYYYYYYY more then that. We got a BMW scanner for ourselves which showed over 47 errors/problems. All we wanted was her blinkers fixed, as it was sold unlawfully that way. It turned into this guy Ryan blowing up my phone with dialogthat was out of line. Argued with my 19 yr old, then me. After I asked Ryan to stop texting her/us he proceeded to harass us and sent 11 more messages calling me a liar and saying weird stuff like "what are you trying to pull". Huh??? I just wanted blinkers fixed? And was treated like complete sh"!. I asked for Austin and Randy (owner) to call me. No one ever even bothered to call. I asked for our plates to be mailed, as offered , as we live over an hour away. I can't even get that. So so soooooo disappointed. My daughters first car and experience.....total nightmare. And all of them there...Ryan, Dawn, Austin and Randy....not good customer service at all. Aside from that awful sales man Ryan...the other 3 should have called us back. Ignoring clients is very bad business practice. Blaming and saying awful things to your customers is also not acceptable. To not call or mail our plates...cherry on top. DO NOT GO HERE. Save yourself the pain and agony. Not fun . Agonizing and regretfull place. I wish we never went there. All Austin or Randy had to was call us. Pretty simple.
*Updated 07/17/2020* Since buying this car and leaving this review I have had to replace the radiator. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT buy a car here without having a shop do a PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION first. I recently purchased an immaculate 2006 SAAB 9-3 AERO here in October and have just finished the repairs, totaling to $1,700 after purchasing it for 6k after taxes. The salesmen were professional and did what was legally obligated of them to keep me happy but nothing more. They were even kind enough to offer me another car or exchange it once I found there were some electrical "no start" issues with the car I purchased. They also offered a discount w a shop they normaly use, however the quotes were so close that I chose to have the repairs done at SCANWEST (who are familiar with SAAB, SUBARU & AUDI). I know I messed up and should have had a pre-inspection done instead of trusting the dealer, but when test driving the car it operated perfectly fine. Not until I started driving it 45 min out to Snoqualmie Falls (w my girlfriend in the car of course) did i find it had an issue with not starting. No, i dont believe the dealer knew of the issue to this extent but they did know it had some error codes and just sold it anyways. I can't prove it but its very evident. 2/3rds of the cars in the lot that are under 10k are either like this or have some other minor issues along with just not being taken care of by the previous owner and dumped at this lot. I used Union Bay Garage Inc. nearby to look at another vehicle before sticking w what i had purchased. They were great to me, have a fair inspection price and are close to the scumy Wild West cars and trucks.
My husband and I had shopped at quite a few dealers before coming to this one (I found it online) and every dealer we had been to had given us a bad vibe or they just had horrible customer service. We went there and started looking around and off the bat a nice gentleman, Charlie, came and started helping us. He was very patient with me I was constantly walking around and not making a decision right away, asking questions, etc. As soon as we showed interest in a car he brought the keys and had us start it up. We changed our mind several times before finding the right one and he just followed us around the lot giving us our space and answering any questions. He seemed to really know his stuff and had been in the car selling business for a while. He made us laugh and feel comfortable. We found what we wanted and he brought us in for the paperwork, filling us in as it was all going down. They inside is pretty nice and comfy, they have a waiting area with couches and some of the nicer cars inside on display. Then Micah helped us with the rest of the paperwork and explained all of the details of warranty, GAP insurance, Etch in, etc. He was also very patient and confident in what he was talking about. He was real with us and eventually we got it all how we wanted and everything was done within a few hours! They even worked with us on our down payment and gave us a few weeks to come up with the money. Overall a pleasant experience and we left feeling confident in our buy. They're even putting on brand new tires for us at no cost! Oh yeah and they gave us a really good deal on the car :)
Best Car Buying Experience Ever! My wife and I went looking for another vehicle to replace her car that blew up. We tried shopping dealerships in our area, for a clean used SUV, that would meet her option requirements and high expectations. We ended up at a well known Toyota dealership, in Bellevue, made a deal on a clean SUV, signed the contract. After having the vehicle almost 1 month, ordered accessories for it etc, the dealership called us and said that the credit union we were financing through wasn't honoring the contract and we needed to return the vehicle. We were furious! We have great credit etc, it was due to extended warranty we had negotiated. Watch out for WSECU! We found a Cadillac on Craigslist we liked at Wild West Cars and Trucks, and scheduled a showing with Zach. The Cadillac was nice, but after talking with Randy, Zach's dad and the owner, we noticed many more clean used SUVs, as he drew our attention to a super clean 2013 BMW X5. After a thorough test drive, and my wife falling in love with the X5, we sat down with Zach and were so pleased at how easy it was to reach an agreement. They showed us the Blue Book pricing, agreed to touch up a couple little scuffs on the door panels and we had our financing pre-approved, and off we went with a beautiful BMW, at a very reasonable price. They fixed the minor interior issues and even provided a loaner car. We appreciate all the staff at Wild West Cars and Trucks - Zach, Randy, Vivian, and Kevin. Thanks guys for being honest, friendly, and so easy and fun to talk to. God bless you all. Jim and Sonia
Terrible. I went in to trade the vehicle I inherited from my deceased father and they wrote up and had me sign the quote, agreement, and financing papers for the new vehicle, before telling me they needed a handful of other forms to prove I was able to trade in my dad's vehicle. After getting all of that done, they made me wait and drug the process out over a week. No one EVER called me back, I had to call them every time to get an update. I also spoke to the Owner, Randy, while I was there and after that, he never returned any of my calls even after leaving messages for him with several sales people. Aside from this, I test drove the car I liked and when the check-engine light came on, I had them run a diagnostics test and found out the catalytic converter was bad. If I didn't have them check, they would have gladly sold me the car and let me pay the $700-$1200 repairs that would have been required. When i told them I would still purchase it if they fixed it, they didn't contact me for 3 days and never even put the car in the shop!! So don't buy the orange Mazda 6 from them, it's broken. After over a week of talking to banks, the DMV, the DOL, and the County Clerk, I found out that alot of the paperwork they wanted from me wasn't even necessary. The owner of the shop, and sales person both wasted my time during this difficult time for me and still have never called me back to try and finish the sale.
****BUYERS BEWARE**** Reviews matter and you should definitely trust these reviews that tell you to have a vehicle from this lot fully inspected. Long story short, I test drove the Black 2015 BMW X5 vin#5UXKROC5O FOK71623 priced at $22,870. It drove great, looked great and sounded great. On the drive I found the sunroof was broken and unable to open and Ryan acted like he didn't know it was broken. After the drive, they informed me that they had no intentions of fixing it at first so that was my first red flag. I decided to leave the car and do some homework overnight by looking at the reviews which I should have done in the 1st place. After reading quite a few bad reviews, I decided to have the vehicle inspected myself by a mechanic that they didn't have ties to and here are the findings: VIN # 5UXKROC5O FOK71623 Labor Description: CUSTOMER STATES PLEASE PROVIDE PRE PURCHASE INSPECTION AND ADVISE FOUND SEVERAL CODES FOR POWER MANAGEMENT VEHICLE HAS OIL LEAK FROM OIL PAN DRAIN BOLT (TIGHTENED). OTHER PARTS ARE VERY DRY. NO COOLANT LEAKS. HAS ECCENTRIC SHAFT MOTOR CODE. CAN HEAR RATTLE WHEN OPEN DOOR OR UNLOCK. ECCENTRIC SHAFT TRYING TO ACTUATE, INDICATING MOTOR IS STARTING TO GO OUT. RECOMMEND REMOVE VALVE COVER AND INSPECT When I asked the cost of the repairs, $1500-$3000 possibly more! I'm out $154 but saved myself a poop load of headaches on near future repairs. ****YOU'VE BEEN WARNED****
DO NOT BUY HERE. We bought my dream truck back in January. A 7.3 Ford Excursion. The salesman ran it out of diesel the day we bought it and as we were sitting there for hours with our infant, they had us go home and said they would deliver it to us. We were thinking, “cool we live in Eatonville and do not want to drive to Seattle for the 3rd time.” Welp, we indeed drove to Seattle for the 3rd time, a couple days later. (when it was finally fixed ) because they apparently could not deliver our truck that we paid cash for, until the following week. This truck has been nothing but a money pit. We knew it would need a little work but there has been problem after problem with this thing. And get this... we are in May now and still have not gotten our plates or title! After speaking with our salesman Vivian for the 4th time, he put my husband on speakerphone to talk to whoever does the paperwork. My husband explained which vehicle we bought and he gets the words out, “oh I didn’t—“ and the salesman MUTED him!! He came back on the phone and told my husband the guy was not in his office at this time and he would get it all sorted out. We will be going to the DOL tomorrow to talk to someone about this problem. Wish we could just drop this POS truck off at their front door and get our hard earned money back. Save yourself some time and go to a real dealership.
I can only give them points for attitude as nearly everyone wore a smile... However when they back out of a written agreement to fix what's wrong with the vehicle after purchase, I have to retract my assumptions about that attitude. Over two weeks of no one calling back or being availible to speak with me in person regarding the bad turbo that leaked out all over the motor, the turbo that was setting off the check engine light they agreed to fix for me. Worst of all was when they told me they would fix it and asked me to leave the vehicle with them... Only to then take the vehicle down to the mechanic and told the mechanic to charge ME. Extremely shady and unprofessional. The mechanic even told me that this wasnt the first time they had done that to a customer and that they have a bad habit of not repairing any vehicle on their lot before slapping a "excellent condition" price tag on the windshield. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle I would highly recommend against giving them any business! If you're not convinced by my experience then be damn sure you take whatever vehicle you're looking at to a garage with the bigger OBD scanner (Oreilleys, Napa and Advance have basic scanners) and making sure everything is fixed before you give them a single cent. They WILL screw you over to ensure their own profits remain as high as possible.
*WORD OF WARNING TO ALL BUYERS* So where do i begin? me and my wife went to this place to buy a mini cooper s 08. it was great looking car, seem to have only minor issues(tires, brakes). no problem, sales people seem to be nice when we bought the car and we went along our ways. Until we drove the car for less then a month. the flywheel was badly damage, clutch was fully burned out. we only had the car for less then 1800 miles, we went back just looking to just exchange the car for another cause we got a bad car. they refused to let us talk to the owner and when you need help with getting something done with the managers, no seems to be around or some excuse that their busy with something. we've been just trying to get things resolve but no one seems to want to help with anything. we've been at this for over a month now and still going at this. I warn you do not buy a car there, they just want your money and as soon as they get it, they turn around and look at you like your nothing. I feel like most of the cars on their lot are badly damage or have major issues. Next time I buy car, ill get it from the mini dealership, because the 09 mini cooper s i bought from them, ive driven for 24k miles and no issues and have excellent customer service. and i wish i could give 0 stars because that how they treat you.
Please avoid this dealer like the plague. Less than an hour after purchasing a vehicle here, we found ourselves on the side of the highway broken down which turned out to be a $950 repair!! Then, the "General Manager" Phil was very rude, and didn't even offer as much as a "sorry for your inconvenience" and to top it off tried to place the blame on us. He even tried to persuade the repair shop where we had it towed to corroborate his story (which they did not). Yes it was an "as-is" purchase, but come on have a conscience people. At least make us aware of what we are buying. This is a classic case of sleazy car salesmen. The dealership finally agreed to pay $500 of the repair, however they were not very friendly about it and since the purchase, the a/c/heat/display center console, and trunk has went completely out and does not work at all! This is probably going to cost us upwards of $1,000 to have fixed. I believe that the dealer had knowledge of some of these issues and intentionally presented this vehicle as something it was not. It is a shame that my husband can serve our country and protect people like this, and not even get the decency to not be left stranded on the side of the road. I would never purchase a vehicle from here again, and neither should you. Please buyer, beware!!
Horrible and Humiliating car shopping experience...Owner kicked me out for asking for a $200 discount on an old H2 Hummer from 2003 with completely dysfunctional dashboard and huge dent/scratch on the side. I offered $13k cash down! Spent 15 mins lecturing me and bragging about how rich he is and insinuating that Hummer is the best selling 4-wheel-drive vehicle on the market today! I replied that it was Jeep Rubicon and the color of his face changed suddenly and then he started snapping at me saying he no longer wishes to sell me anything. Nobody was there buying much of anything. Quite an sudden gutsy move followed by huge attitude infused with arrogance! I'm sure he feels an air of pride and success, but he was missing the point. The car was just damaged although low miles. They wait for customer to buy the car and make zero effort willingly fixing or considering the dire shape of the vehicle is in. I'm glad he suddenly snapped during final negotiations and I did not make the mistake to purchase or sign anything...Huge disappointment going there...Even as I was doubtful about the price, they kept trying to sell...sell...sell, some other cheaper junk I was not remotely interested in or even considering to buy.
Car buying can be a very stressful event. I've spent the last several weeks researching vehicles. Talked to a few dealers visited a couple showrooms. Wild West Cars & Trucks was by far the best experience I had. They have a truly magnificent showroom. Large and spacious, but very homey. They even had very comfortable chairs arranged in front of a roaring fireplace in the corner. The staff was great. Personable and welcoming. I purchased a beautiful Buick Enclave that they advertise as the best price in the area. And it was. I got a very fair deal. The as-is vehicle was clean and spotless inside and out. Their inventory is large and diverse. The bad, I'm still giving them 5 stars, but it was not disclosed that the passenger side headlamp cover was completely broken. The headlight is fully operational, but the lamp cover needs to be replaced. And truthfully, that's on me. I did not notice it before making the purchase. You can see from this picture it's actually kind of hard to see. Otherwise, this is the most solid used car dealership from top to bottom I've ever experienced. You can buy a car here and feel confident you're getting a good deal from good people.
In all of my 35 years of buying cars, I've never felt more at ease and peace as when I went to Wild West Cars and Trucks yesterday to test drive my dream car. This has been my dream car and has been on my Vision Board since 2008. When I pulled up Zach was out washing my car and getting it ready for me! When I went inside I saw a Dry Erase board with my name on the top of it for my 3pm scheduled test drive! When Zach and I returned from the test drive he went through the vehicle with me and helped me to learn about all of the functions I was discovering which just excited me more. He didn't pressure me in the least ~ what he did do was listen to me talk about my dreams and what I wanted to do which was to go home and think about it. I spent all last night watching YouTube videos about this vehicle and woke up knowing I am going back there today! Stay tuned! I can't wait for this dream of mine to come true! Home safe after an extraordinary day...with my DREAM CAR parked in my reserved spot! Randy, Vivian, Kevin, Zach were BEYOND extraordinary in making my dream come true! Hands down, the best car buying experience of my life! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!
My wife and I recently stopped by Wild West Auto Sales to look at a Jeep that was on their lot. We were greeted by George who was very friendly and professional. After he showed us the Jeep my wife and I took it for a test drive and she fell in love with it. When we got back to the dealer we sat down with George to negotiate the price and gave him what to us was a reasonable offer. After the typical back and forth of the negotiation process. George and Kevin came back with several options that where mutually beneficial. After some discussion, my wife and I accepted the option that closely met our needs. Was this a typical used car dealer experience? Yes and no Yes, because they want to sell you a car and, understandably, what to make a profit. That means you get the back and forth experience, which is normal in any negotiation. No, because they look for ways to meet YOUR needs and theirs. This made the car buying process enjoyable. We left happy with your purchase knowing that we got an honest deal. Will I go back? Most definitely. Thank you, George and Kevin, for a great experience.
Long story short, bought a 2006 Subaru here. Knew it had some issues but not as much as I ended up paying for. 2 months later and had to replace head gaskets and seals, over $3000 later having Subaru pull apart the engine to fix it and I still don't feel like this is a reliable car. NOT TO MENTION!!! The salesman forgot to give me my credit card as I was being rushed to finish all the paperwork and get out the door since they were closing and the next day that I went to car toys I told them I forgot my card as I was checking out and so the salesman called the dealership and said something along the lines of "hey rhea was in there yesterday and she bought a Subaru from you, she forgot her card but she's trying to buy some things here, can we get her card info ?" I was expecting a call from Ryan the salesman at the dealership to confirm but instead he just gave the guy at car toys my card info OVER THE PHONE!!!!! Needless to say I never even received a courtesy call that he had done that!!!! HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER DO NOT GO HERE.
Endless problems with a car I got from these guys.not exaggerating I try so hard to not say anything bad about anyone or anything.ive dumped over 2 grand into keeping a saturn astra they sold me running.i put at least 1,500 into it before I even got the plates.... and they sold it to me without the horn working.which I heard is illegal..when I asked them about these problems just a month after I had the car they said they can give me the inhouse mechanic price for the repairs.they were very friendly and helpful until everything was signed.i should have known when I needed a battery jump down the road from the dealership literally a few minutes away.then the salesman Carey I believe his name went from the nicest guy ever to acting like I was making him do extra work because the car he sold me moments ago needed a jump.i needed a car badly at the time and they made it seem like I was S.O.L with the as is policy.endless problems and still have 4 grand to pay on this car.
Best place to buy a used car. When we arrived, we were looking for a specific vehicle they had on the lot, and boy, what a selection! The lot was a little tight getting into, but we had no issues with getting in and out. A charming, helpful, young man named Zach greeted us and didn't pressure us into purchasing anything. He showed us the vehicle we came to see and provided the Carfax history; then he let us give it a test and worked with us from start to finish when we decided to purchase it. We love our "new" used car. Everyone in that dealership was amazingly friendly and they took pride in the appearance of this dealership. It has a classic car showroom that is well cared for and clean, as is their car lot. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for their next used car. Don't let the one-star reviews sway you away from this place...many were all from a crazy woman (using a different alias) trying to tarnish the company's reputation.
Had been looking for a very specific car for a while that wasn't thrashed or beat down. They stopped making them in 2005 so finding a used one in cherry condition has been a struggle to say the least. Found one here, went and checked it out, got the straight story from Randy, No BS, no hidden #'s. Gave me the full history, explained what they fixed AND what they didn't. And asked a fair and reasonable price for it. Wasn't perfect (shouldn't be for a 2004) but was d*** close. Randy and his team did an excellent job helping to get the deal done. Even hung around AFTER the deal was done instead of just moving on to the next dollar and chatted up about car stories of our younger years! lol They knew what I wanted, worked what they had to to make it happen. No extra hoops, no aggressive sales tactics, no "extra charges" thrown in at the end. Was extremely impressed. Their definitely "car guys". Not typical salesmen which was a welcomed change.
Wild West Cars and Trucks. I love this place. Great Father and Son business. I had came in late on a Saturday and wanted to look at a car and work a trade. They were so upfront, friendly and made me feel like I was at home in my own living room. Very welcoming, offered doughnuts, coffee and other refreshments. Insisted I drive car and were hiding nothing about car. This was one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences I have ever had the opportunity to endure. I would highly recommend Wild West Cars and Trucks to anyone looking for a good quality used car this is your place. My name is Kenneth L Tarr and I wrote this review from my heart because I truly had a great experience. Zack you are a wonderful young man with a great future ahead of you. Your dad is also a wonderful person along with the rest of the staff. God speed and may your business flourish. If I could have given you more stars I would have. I love my new Corvette.
My car had broken down, so I was using my friend's car temporarily. I stopped by Wild West Cars and Trucks to inquire about their vehicles. I knew what kind of vehicle I was looking for and the price range I could afford. What I liked about Wild West Cars and Trucks was that they didn't try to talk me out of what I wanted. They worked with me. They gave me payments that fit my budget. I was able to drive off the lot that day with a new vehicle. The location was family friendly, the staff had great customer service and they had excellent speed of service (was in and out within an hour). My vehicle pricing was fair according to Kelly Blue Book. The vehicle was in great condition. I love my truck. I am pregnant with 3 kids and this truck provided the space I needed for my growing family. I am glad I stopped by that day and I am so grateful for everything this dealership has done for me and my family.
Vivian was great- patient, understanding, no pressure just helpful. The head guy, Kevin stepped in and helped when necessary but started in the background and facilitated the whole transaction. The vehicle price was fair and I didn’t even dicker as I was asking for a favor. My son needed a car and had most of the necessary funds, the one they had of what he wanted was in great shape- clean, detailed, looked like they had seen to the maintenance needs of the car, but my wife and I wanted out young son to build credit. Vivian and Kevin looked out for my son, found a way for him to have low payments and build his credit without costing an arm and a leg, and got him into a really clean car at and after the end of the business day for them. Best of all, they did it with a smile, a handshake, and comic relief! Thanks guys, great experience for me, my wife, and my son!
I came to them for a fantastic 2003 Volvo S80 T6, but after being denied financing, a new, if more expensive, car was proposed: 2011 Hyundai Elantra, which is the first car I actually wanted for months ago. With zero down payment, I drove my car off the lot. Is it perfect? No, it's used. There's one low ding and a couple of minor scratches. Cary Hiatt, my salesperson, was amazing. Not only did he go above and beyond for me, but took me asking with him on the journey with total transparency. He was kind, personable, knowledgeable and able to walk me thru my first big purchase. I needed insurance, he handed me the card of a personal insurer at Geico. He was amazing, customer service skills superb. He did not seem like a car salesman, but a good friend helping you get a deal and protect your investment at the same time. Wild West comes highly recommended from me!
Great staff that always were available and very helpful the whole process. My wife and I bought an 09 Kia Borrego from them without test driving (crazy right) from across the state. All through phones calls and texts. Which even on there days off Victor/Eduardo/Kevin all answered my calls and texts. They walked us through every step and had no problem with us using outside financing. Upon picking the car up it was front and center beautifully clean with still the new car smell. Car is immaculate and we couldn't love it more. Before leaving the lot the owner (don't know his name) had us drive to a gas station while they filled up the tank on their dime. 50$ worth if anyone is wondering. We then drove across Washington state back home (about a 5 hour drive) with no issues and just a fantastic ride. Loved buying from them and definitely would do it again.
Update: this place gets even worse. Since I posted a bad review and got no contact from them, they decided to not file the paperwork for my plates until one day before my temporary plates expired. I called the department of licensing today and they informed me to contact the Better Business Bureau. Do not buy from this place! If I could give this place zero stars I would. They sold me a car that said had a bunch of work done recently. Brought it to the mechanic and it’s over $4000 worth of work to get done on a brand new car I purchased from them. I have tried to call their business and text the sales manager that helped me with my car and have not received any answers. They lied and inflated my income and time lived at my residence for me to be approved for a car. Very sketchy place.
I met with Austin to look at a 2005 Mitsubishi Eclipse that I found online. Unfortunately, the Eclipse did not work out. It had multiple problems that would have ended up costing me more. However, I found a 2002 Mazda MX-5 Miata in amazing condition that was a little above my price range. Austin redirected me to Ryan who then helped my father and I look and test drive the Miata. Randy even helped out with moving all of the cars around inside the building where the Miata was located in order for us to drive it! I ended up going with the Miata and today is my first day with it. The paperwork for the purchase took a little bit and we had a couple hoops to jump through but overall my experience here was quick, easy, and friendly! Thank you Ryan for helping me find my first car!
If you want all the worst stereotypes of a used car dealer, this is the place. We bought a car here, and soon after the check engine light came on. There was the usual bad stuff (swapping out the battery, lying in words but not in writing about features on the car, resetting the engine codes to hide issues), but the Cadillac dealer said the Catalytic Converters were both blown out, and that the odds of that just happening were zero, and the odds of Wild West not knowing were zero. This is actually illegal, but there's nothing for us to do without lawyers, so we want to warn the next person. As a relatively small matter, as part of our purchase agreement they were supposed to change a headlamp before we picked it up, two days later they couldn't get that accomplished.
When I arrived, there was no place to pull in, so I had to park at the next road up. The main dealership is the building at the top of the hill. When I arrived, the car was ready to go at the appointed time. It was a convertible and they had taken the top down and the sun was shining. A lot of dealerships will just let you take the car out on your own, but I had Zack along for the test drive. He was quite knowledgeable about convertible ownership so it was quite valuable talking to him. I didn't buy the car because I think I want a different color and not so loud, but it did help me cement what I would be looking for in a car. It was very low pressure, low key and enjoyable experience - something you might not expect from a used car dealership!
I would give zero stars if I could... but I highly do not advise buying a vehicle from this car lot unless you have a pre purchase inspection done. Not doing that is my fault, but they sold me a lemon and the only thing I was actually told it needed was a valve cover gasket. So I was prepared to spend a little extra money to fix it. Well long story short it needed a new transfer case assembly which is a $3000 part plus the valve cover gasket and few other minor things. I am young and I learned from my mistake but make sure you aren't buying a money pit from these guys because they will sell you a lemon without being straight up about what kind of work the car actually needs.
We bought a 96 camry from wild west 2 years ago. We were very happy at first, everyone was very nice, and we thought we got a good deal. All the cars have the faceplate of the stereo off and the salesperson said they had it in a drawer inside. after we bought the car.... there was no faceplate. we asked them to replace it and about 10 phone calls later we ended up doing it ourselves. then today we went to trade it in, and found out the carfax they gave us for it was all wrong :( they told us it was a one owner car that's never been in an accident, but we were the fourth owner, and it had been in an accident!! misrepresented :( shady place... be careful...
I just bought a new to me Mazda Wagon at Wild West Cars and Trucks. I test drove the car first with Ted who was pleasant and easy to work with (very well dressed I might add). When I came back to purchase the car, Ted was busy with another customer, but Devin Feliciano was on hand to help with the negotiations. Devin was kind, courteous, and well spoken. He kindly worked with me through the buying process which was quick once we had agreed upon a price. I drove away feeling pleasant about the experience and if Wild West Cars and Trucks again had a car I was interested in buying, I would be happy to deal with him again.
I bought a 2003 Honda Civic from here over a year ago. It was in a rear end accident before I bought it - which they disclosed. Now the trunk leaks very badly because it was not fixed properly after the accident. I tried to get it fixed but it will cost several thousand dollars to replace the backend. The people here are very nice and helpful. They helped me get a pretty good rate with the bank. The moral of the story is don't ever buy a car that has been in a rear-end accident. There is a good chance it will leak and it is hard to tell if previous repairs were done correctly.
Worst Car buying experience ever. After much internet research decided to buy a truck from Wild West. looked to be in great shape from pictures and was certified one carfax owner.First the lot is horrible, cramped unorganized and unprofessional. Still bought the vehicle. Within one week the truck needed major repairs. The transmission was shot among other things and cost me $5,000 in repairs. I was stuck with the bill. Tried to contact wild west management and owner. They gave me the run around and avoided my calls and emails. Avoid this place, and go to a trusted dealer.
Was greeted immediately, unlike most dealerships. Main showroom is warm and inviting, laid back with the sports on and automotive art - which to me says they are into cars, not just salesmen. friendly and genuine staff, lots of cars to choose from, lots of different budgets, lots of creditor options and even lined me up with a warranty for my used car (which I thought would be more expensive). Really appreciate the honesty and zero shmooze the staff had. Laid back and relaxed and they listen to what you want rather than force feeding you cars that won't suit you.
I feel for these guys. I’ve been in twice - once to test drive, the second to purchase and both times they have had to deal with angry customers who were refused by credit lenders. I read the reviews and I honestly think they are from people who have been declined credit or trash their cars, assuming they are indestructible and blame the ownership. I’ve always bought new cars and you gotta take care of what’s previously used. That’s why it’s cheap! My purchase was 6 months ago and it’s been a great used car and I’m headed back today with a friend to get her one.
Went in on Sunday with my girlfriend Vesta looking to finance a car. Kevin Grady our sales associate was very helpful and made this the easiest car buying experience I've ever had by far. He got us into the car we wanted at the price we were looking for, and in less than four hours we were on the road. They even allowed us to walk away with the car on half of the down payment with another couple of weeks to come up with the rest of the money. I would highly recommend Kevin and the rest of the Wild West staff to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
I bought a 2000 Ford F-150 Triton from salesman Vivian at Wild West today 8/9/2020. We worked with Vivian, Zack, and the finance manager Kevin. All three knowledgeable, kind, courteous and willing to work with us. We don’t have the best credit, Vivian asked us what we wanted in terms of payments and made it happen for us! He even gave us solid advice on helping turn around our credit. They were quick and I very much appreciated the experience! Thanks Wild West- owners have employees WONDERFUL TEAM MEMBERS! I’d go back anytime I needed a new car!!!
I just bought a 2002 Isuzu Rodeo from Wild West trucks. The staff was extremely helpful and treated me great. There was no strong arm sales tactics or sales guys judging me as to weather I was just a tire kicker ( I was dressed in my biker leathers at the time ) like you would find at other dealerships. My salesman Pete was great about answering all my questions and he got me in and out in about 45 minutes. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to be treated the right way when you want to buy a vehicle. Thanks Guys, Royce Hockett
I came in to look at Ford Explorer. They refused to sell it to me because it had known issues. I ended up buying a Land Rover discovery with no real pressure to purchase anything. Yes the car had issues after I purchased it. Head gaskets, Bad axel seal, etc. but what do you expect they are a used car dealership. You might get scammed you might get lucky. Be ready to spend the price you paid for a used car in repairs. Or hire a mechanic to inspect their cars before purchasing. Over all I saw no red flags in them being a sketchy dealership.
Found a great, hard-to-find car at Wild West at a fair price. They were professional, friendly, and it was great talking to Randy, the owner, who is clearly a car guy through-and-through. Vivian made a test drive easy, and helped me through the sales process without a hitch. The car I got is 20 years old, so it has a few small issues I'll be taking care of, but is in great shape overall and I can't argue with the fair price and excellent experience. No monkeying around, no extra fees. One of the best dealer experiences I've had.
Gladly didn't purchase a car here after reading other reviews. I took a test drive with the sales man and it was horrible. Other than the fact he wasn't wearing a seatbelt, the car hadn't been detailed, had empty water bottle on the floor between my feet, he drove with the emergency break on most of the drive too. Very awkward situation and after me telling him not interested still pushed me to try and test drive a clutch myself after I explained I didn't know how too. Went to another lot a couple blocks down and got a good car.
We bought a car from them a couple months ago. It was not a very good experience. The car we purchased was over priced, had unsafe seat belts that didn't retract (which we noticed still had another seatbelt stuck inside the paneling), the front seats were improperly installed, moved constantly, had error codes that they said were no problem that when looked up were immediate needs to fix. They also did not title the vehicle and waited until after we purchased the vehicle to title it then send us a title which took over a week b
The customer service was pretty good. I just think the prices are too high for the quality and they weren't trying to come down on the prices. I always look up the worth of cars even if equipped, I look at cosmetics and how much work I would have to put into a car. I was able to go to a certified dealer and get a really nice car for half the price they were charging. If they were willing to work with me on price I would have purchased a car on the spot. I ended up leaving there and finding something better in my price range.
It was the fall of 2010 and I bought a 1999 Toyota sienna minivan. I drove it 30 miles on the freeway and the engine blew up- oil everywhere. I called the guys at wild west and they towed the van back to the dealership. Then they set me down and said that it would cost $1200 to replace the engine and they wanted me to pay $600. I said yes! I thought it was great that I could get the engine replaced and only pay $600. It is now April 2018 and the van is still running great with only minor problems since we have owned it.
I bought a car at Wild West with a pre-approved loan from my bank. This is considered a cash deal. Yet they continue to call and ask for documentation that they do not need. We did not finance though them so they do not need insurance paperwork, pay stubs or income information. Hopefully my bank will see that this place is trying to get information they do not need and break their contract with them. I would not want anyone that is unfamiliar with how a pre-approved loan works to be mislead by these people.
This was by far the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I bought a 2009 dodge ram you couldn’t get into the vehicle without setting off the alarm with the fob didn’t find that out till I got the vehicle home could not put gas in the vehicle I would only take very very little gas at a time the engine light was on they tried to claim it was a small leak turned out to be about $3000, I ended up having to sell the vehicle. I got $5000. I paid 11,000 with taxes. Don’t waste your time or your money.
I bought a 2004 Toyota 4Runner a week ago and am very pleased with the vehicle. It was in great shape aesthetically, had low mileage, and a great price. Devin met me on the lot and did not hesitate to grab the keys for the 4Runner so I could check it out. I test drove it, liked it, and bought it. Financing was a breeze thanks to Devin and Jennifer. Overall, Wild West Cars & Trucks has many selections and the staff are very friendly and professional. I felt comfortable the entire time I was there.
Bought a used car from Cary. I was dreading the experience but was more than pleasantly surpised. The original price was fair. They had a print out of the Kelly Blue Book value- as well as a Car Fax sheet with extensive maintenance info. There were a few minor issues and they offered to fix them when they could have offered the car as is (it was 11 years old after all). Cary was pleasant and no pressure. The dealership is beautiful as well. All in all, a pretty darn good experience.
KEEP SCROLLING!! Absolute worst car buying experience ever. I felt extremely rushed and ran around. On the test drive I was only allowed to drive in a straight line down the road. Wouldn't budge on the price at all. Truck needed new tires all the way around, equipment wasn't working. Had to buy something to get me through. Truck was misfiring on the way home and they refused to let me bring it back and get my money back. Currently in the truck $8,000 more than what I bought it for.
I purchased a 2007 Subaru B9 Tribeca for $7,500 cash in hand at the blue book value and engine lasted a few months before exploding. Salesman must have had the check engine light cancelled before I test drove it but came on the day my wife took it from the lot. He told her he told me about it and lied. I would have never paid cash if it was on. Subaru wanted $4,500 to fix it but a newer used engine is $2,500 not including the labor. We got scammed! Buyer beware.
Its hurtful too me that I got mislead by one of the sons about getting a car I had all the stuff they needed, and drove all the way out their, and test drove it and the bank said my credit wasn't long enough and my score is 731,disappointing.Not even a call to let me know that it was a yes or a no cause the owner said he was going to see what he can do just lied in my face, basically everything happens for a reason its coo, they seem like they were coo people.
Overall had a great experience, they didnt really remember my appointment but were able to help me immediately. The truck was exactly what I thought and I was able to look at the truck comfortably with my wife as the salesman stood back patiently. Had great interactions with the staff and the dealership itself,as well as the cars, were pretty cool. Talking numbers was very comfortable, I would definitely recommend this place and/or come back.
Saw a car I liked Saturday morning, drove it home Saturday afternoon! Buying the car was simple and quick and had the whole afternoon to cruise around in my new ride. Dealt with some great guys and everyone seemed friendly. Easiest car buying experience I have ever dealt with. They even helped me get an insurance policy with better rates than I could on my own. Easily a 5 star dealership for me, I would recommend this place to anyone.
I bought a car from here and it had multiple problems costing thousands, the sales rep told me there was no problems. My fault for believing her and trying to get any one person to ansewer your call is ridiculous and they will not answer any of your messages you leave them. I had to drive from seattle to them just to get in contact with them. I would not recommend buying any vehicle from this place, please take your money elsewhere.
I bought a car with this company last year and it was a dream! Never one issue and the best part is when I went back last week and traded it in for my new car they went above and beyond to make sure I could get exactly what I wanted! Thank you to Randy and his son for taking such good care of me! I highly recommend this dealership it’s not your average used car lot! They are a family and treat the customer as family!!!! Thank you!
My first time buying from a dealership and they made it as smooth and comfortable of an experience as possible. They are continuing to work with us after the deal is done. They did everything they could to make us feel like family. We visited 3 other dealerships prior to this one and the others felt like they would have sold you a car without an engine if they thought they could fool you into it. Not Wild West! Go here!
My experience buying from here was great! They know their vehicles well and were happy to answer any questions I had even after purchasing a vehicle. I will be buying my next vehicle from here. Randy, Kevin, Austin and Zack were a pleasure to work with. They asked the right questions to get me into the right vehicle for my budget rather than trying to convince me into buying something out of my range like most places
Zach helped me get the car I wanted and really went the extra mile to accommodate my needs with everything involved. He was extremely personable and professional. They give you the VIP treatment here, and make you feel like family the minute you walk in. I would 100% recommend buying a car from these guys, I don’t think I’ll shop at any other dealership again. I got a beautiful Mustang GT from them and I love it!
Although a deal could not be agreed upon for a car (we were too far apart on price), it was a great experience with their staff. No pressure, honest conversation on pricing, and overall a plesant experience. They were willing to negotiate on price and made concessions which was great, but we couldn't fully agree on the end price. I would not hesitate to return if the right car came into their inventory again.
I paid cash for my daughters BMW, and referred two other people who paid almost 10K cash for their cars. The Nissan seems to be ok, the other two are straight lemons. They will not fix them either... No referral as they promised. I bought my first car from them when I moved to Seattle, and they took care of me. I'm not sure whats going on over there, but new management is definitely tanking that place...
I purchased a vehicle from Wild West Cars & Trucks today and Vivian was our salesman and was extremely helpful he made it a priority to get me into the right vehicle for me and was a pleasure to work with this will be my first stop if I need another car in the future! It was a very clean place and kid friendly. You can go there and be confident that they will be very honest and transparent with you.
They have people that know them write reviews for them! Please do not buy a car from their lot! Check out their YELP! Do your research! This place has been vandalized because they are shady people! Save yourself the time and money! SAVE YOUR MONEY! I just repaired a car that i haven’t even driven for 2 months for 2,085 dollars! PLEASE DONT BUY A CAR FROM THIS LOT !! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND LIARS!
Total crap place. Went to check out a 335i BMW. When I got to this dealer. Car was full of water, little mold, broken mirror, plastic fall of the bottom of the car. Dash was nasty and dirty. I told the rep "Kerry" witch is a guy BTW. All the stuff that was wrong and he goes "really? Your gonna past on this because of the details?" Don't buy a car here. Don't waste your hard earned money
I recently found myself need to finance car, the used car market making hard to find something I liked in my price range. Dawn Stieler and the staff at Wild West Cars and Trucks were able to help me out when no one else would. They help me get into the car of dreams. While I’m not photogenic I will include a picture of my new (to me) car. Thank you Dawn Thank you Wild West
Bought a vehicle here and immediately it broke down. Old car I understand so I call the dealer asking for maintenance suggestion and I kept getting redirected to the manager that was 'never around'. Zero post sale communication for reasons I'm not sure I understand. Friendly salesman but I have a car that doesn't work and couldn't even get a shop suggestion out of them..
As someone who used to sell cars At a big dealership I’ve always been hesitant of used car places. I came with a friend to make sure she didn’t get screwed over but I wasn’t needed! They took great care of her, had a laid back, pressure free approach. She got a good car at a great price, and we were in and out in no problem! Thanks Zach and Kevin, you guys were awesome!
I bought a car, and on the way home it was overheating. As I bought the car as is, no warranty, I knew that I was on my own. I did let them know about the problem, and they insisted on giving me a loaner as well as having the vehicle repaired. This was service way beyond anything that I expected ! If I need another vehicle, I will certainly check with Wild West first !
I waited a few months to write this review. I bought a 1995 Jaguar XJS Convertible. They were very transparent with the entire transaction. I was able to test drive the car right away and the financing didn’t take very long. Vivian and Kevin were both very helpful the entire time I was there. Thanks guys! The car is smooth and a head turner.
Had an excellent experience. bought a 2009 bmw. if you want a BMW in Seattle then this is the place; all/many of the employees here own a BMW. I had all the information i needed and got the car I wanted at an excellent price. Come armed with your wits and know what you want, and you will find a great deal and great people at Wild West.
My wife bought a Mini Cooper S from them and was told the timing chain had been replaced and the owner would get a copy of the bill for us. He then tried to pressure us to buy the extended warranty. I declined because the timing chain is the main issue with Mini's. Sure enough 2 years later the timing chain needs replacement and $2750.
Im from Spokane and i saw the car on auto trader and submitted a request on the car. Peter called told me about the car and we worked out a deal over the phone. I flew to Seattle, Peter picked me up from the airport and the car looked perfect just liked he said. If yout looking for a good car in Seattle go see Peter.
I purchased a 2010 Hyundai genesis from them in April, it's now almost September and I still don't have my plates. They have sent me 4 temps and told me that if they didn't have the plates by the end of the 4th one then they'd have to buy the car back. It's ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone
I walk by & drive by this dealership pretty often but I've never actually been there or spoke to the employees. I do see a pretty decent selection of new cars - Audi, VW, Toyota, Mustang, PT Cruiser, ETC. The prices are a bit high for my budget but if you can afford it I'd say why not check it out ✔
They forgot to send my plates. I call two days before my temporary plates were due and they send it the very same day I called. They are not bad, but man all at the last minute... Don't wait for them to send your plates. Call after a week to remind them because they can forget to send it to you.
So I haven't bought anything there yet but Zach Lingquist (I think I'm bad with names and lost his card) is a really cool dude. Helped me a lot, showed me cars, didn't try to push me into anything. They won't do loans through banks either, only through credit unions so no funky interest stuff
I never buy a car on dealer again and I will never recommend them . I'm been waiting for my license plate for over a month and they just keep telling me the they haven't get them . I ask they department of license and they tell me the dealer has them . I guess I gonna have to get a lawyer .
I went with a friend to buy a car, there was a thump under the hood in the front the dealer didn't seem to be concerned about that. I told him that if he couldn't tell us what it was we wouldn't buy it obviously he couldn't tell us so we left. To me that is not very good way to sell a car.
Awful place! They prey people, and rip off. They sell Lemons! Beware of the place! Don't buy a car from them ever! I'm daughter bought a car from this dealership and after driving it for only 30 mins, on her way home it broke down. She's put $3000 into the car for repairs.
I had an amazing experience buying my first used car from a car lot. Everyone I talked to was extremely nice and helpful and made the process as painless as possible. They have all their cars priced very fair and I was able to leave in the car I wanted with no compromise.
They tried to sell me a vehicle that was unsafe to be on the road the drivers set had a broken mount and the passenger set would not lock in place so both sets would move when hitting the gas and brakes and the airbag light was on and they could not tell me why
It was a very welcoming place, tons of car to look at. They are honest about their vehicles and willing to work with you. You just have to know what you are looking at. It was a great experience buying from them. In and out with a 4runner in about 2 hrs
Had a wonderful experience meeting the team . Everyone was friendly and very professional. And very happy with the vehicle I purchased. Randy seems like a great guy and his employees also !! Thanks guys !! I'll for sure look there before I buy again.
Great selection of cars. The downfall of that, was there were hardly anywhere to park and/or maneuver around the cars to check them out. The guy I talked to was named victor. Nice guy. Didnt get any of the other guys names tho but seemed really nice.
By far, the easiest and the best car buying experience. We actually already recommended you last night before we even filled out the paperwork. We will continue to buy any future cars from you all. Thanks again for a wonderful car buying experience.
I bought my truck at (trucks plus) bad idea! Came to Wild West Cars & Trucks for my sons truck "WOW" what a difference it was like night + day. Trucks plus real pushy and almost rude. Wild West Cars & Trucks has been like coming home. THANKS GUYS
Great dealership! I purchased a 2003 BMW from here with no real problems from it. Never felt pressured to buy or even look at anything I didn't already go there for. Nice service, affordable pricing and quality cars! Will definitely be back!
We had our car stolen on the 4th of July -_-, great way to celebrate the holiday. We were shopping for a used car and had gone to 2 other locations before landing at Wild West Cars and Trucks. Not only were they super friendly and had a
Brought a car and was amazing!! Very good prices and Vivian was awesome to work with. I'm from Connecticut and Vivian sent me a video and was great. Excellent customer service and would buy another car from them. Awesome place!!!
Car is amazing and running great! The people here are willing to work with you to put you in a nice car that runs well. No complaints! I have and will be recommend them to friends and family in need of a nice car! Thanks
Great buying experience! Thanks to the friendly professionalism of the entire team, transaction was smooth and the deal was fair. Austin was a great salesman! We recommend Wild West C&T wholeheartedly! Thanks y’all!
I will say this, I got a very good Cadillac. But now I'm looking for a mustang or something with a little more kick. Because they sold me a very good quality used car and I'm happy with their service and hospitality
I had a great experience with Eric (Sales Person) and Jenn (In Finance). They went above and beyond to get me in the car I wanted for the price I was looking for. I would definitely return to purchase another car.
Zack is great and we r super happy with the vehicle and everyone around was nice and they make u feel welcomed.. like other Car lots pressure u or rush u so I appreciate wild west for there care and patiences .(:
I would like to thank Ted Anderson who was my reason for my purchase at wild west cars and trucks,he was courteous.professional, and very knowledgeable, because of him i will be coming back to do business again.
Bought a used car from them a little bit ago. Absolutely professional service, very classy showroom, and better refreshments then I've ever gotten from a new car dealership. Great deal on a reliable car
