Just. Don't. Decided to go to this location due to the positive reviews. Purchased a Toyota Corolla from Legacy Auto Sales, I was informed the car was a repair, in good order, safe to drive and that the wheel bearing was getting worn and needed replacement. However less than a week off the lot the car was running rough took it to a repair shop and a Toyota dealership both locations said that the car was totaled and should not have been sold to me as it is a safety hazard to drive. Thousands to repair. If you you want a totaled car and waste your money go to Legacy Auto Sales. If you want a working car go elsewhere. Owner Said that I could bring it down for their mechanic guy to look at it and could possibly give me a discount on some repairs. Why didn't they take a look at it before selling the car?! (I knew something was off when they didn't offer to take a photo after purchasing car.) Scheduled an appointment with owner; he closed his shop 2 hours early to avoid meeting with me... after leaving a voicemail admitting he hadn't had time to look at the vehicle; just took it for face value because the trader was a single mother... YURI- "What's the worst that can happen?" "You signed the paper, idk." customer service lack there of; terrible. See attachments. will be filing with 'Better Business Bureau' & 'attorney general'.I will keep you updated on how Legacy handles the situation.

I purchased a 2005 Nissan Murano for $8000 for my teenage daughter after her car was stolen. The car they sold me is a LEMMON. They claim they did not know that the car needed $7000 of repairs because it was a flooded car from out of state. Out-of-state cars are not required to list previous damages. Legally Legacy Auto Sales may have sold the car to me for my daughter BUT as far as integrity and good business practices they have none. They sell products before or choose to ignore they are functional and safe. Unfortunately, I was not present for the test driving of the car, I would have had a mechanic look over it. My daughter's dad was the adult who test-drove the car with her. I was told by the dealership it was a “good car” and good for my daughter. She drove it for two weeks total paid six months of car insurance and it just sits at a Nissan Dealer service shop that claims the car is No Good. I don't want another family to be taken advantage of by this shady used car dealership. However not all used car dealerships are shady, I purchased a car from Koda Motors ( Renton) and had an excellent experience.

My 19-year-old daughter needed a new (used) car and she decided she wanted a Jeep. We looked everywhere and she finally found one that she absolutely loved here. It was exactly what she was looking for. They were awesome to work with through the whole sales process. However, two days after we left with the vehicle, the check engine light came on. At first I was irritated and thought they probably just reset the codes in order to make a quick sale. I could not have been more wrong. When I called Artur he immediately made arrangements for their shop to look at it and make any necessary repairs. Alex spent several hours replacing all four O2 sensors (just to be safe). This vehicle was purchased “as is - no warranty”, yet they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you to Artur and Alex for building such a beautiful Jeep, and for making sure we were taken care of. If you are shopping for a used vehicle (especially a Jeep) see these guys first, you’ll be glad you did.

I came here after my last car was totaled; I found the car on Facebook originally and the car (my car) was just as pictured if not prettier. Turns out it was a trade in w/low miles, or the lowest I’ve ever had at 88k or something like that. Financing was painless, after we came back the next day when the financing ppl were open (100% our fault) The young man that helped us is patient and kind and we even cracked a few jokes waiting for the financing ppl to get back to us before we knew they were closed for the day. Ngl, I was skeptical at first just bc… well… the south end of seattle lmao but it’s been the best car buying experience out of 3 in my adult life, so I’d def recommend. 600 down and now I have my ‘15 VW Jetta And the young man that helped us has a cute smile. So that doesn’t hurt either lol.

Highly recommend Legacy Auto Sales. We were in need of a mini van to replace one involved in a total loss accident. Had our eye on a Toyota, but ended up going with a Honda Odyssey that was also on the lot the same day. We worked with a woman (I forgot her name) who was easy to talk to and not pushy at all. Easy to test drive the vehicles either around town, on the freeway, or wherever we wanted to go. Then we talked to Arthur about the price. (Very reasonable prices to begin with, and he was friendly to a little negotiating as well.) Overall, we bought an excellent used car for a reasonable price. It was worth the drive in to Seattle. (Also, they are mailing the plates, so we don't have to go all the way back into the city.)

Back in December my car broke down and I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to find a car in my small budget at the time. Artur sold me a nice little car that could get me from point A to point B and I was so grateful and I told him that I would be coming back this summer when I got some money. When I got to the lot, I was so excited because I saw a Chrysler 300 and that's been my DREAM car for years! It was clean with very low miles for a very good price. Stan and Artur were also able to hook me up with a 5 year warranty service plan. I will DEFINITELY be going to Legacy Auto Sales any time I'm looking to buy a new car or trade my old one in. Labor was offered for free to replace the seat and install the backup camera, who would really offer that kind of service these days? I have purchased a Nissan Sentra 2016 in March 2022 . Reasonable price. The car has low mileage , no major mechanical issues , very very clean and shining from outside , inside also good . during purchase the dealership done few minor changes like ABS . Although brakes had 30% life left , I replaced a new one . As of now its working very good. Lastly dealership SPOC Mr. Arthur is very friendly and professional.

I bought a 2007 Mercedes s550 4matic cash money for 10k and the car broke down on me within 0-5 months I basically got sold a lemon there’s no way a car of that statue should have done that the dealer hypes you up and makes you think your getting a good car but he sells lemons I’m very disappointed and I will never buy from this car lot ever again
