I love it .. It's nice and peaceful.. Not a lot of traffic.. The people here are nice and helpful..my neighbor George is a cool dude.. If u need help or it's something he can do.. Then he has no problem helping..hell i still owe him one.. But all in all.. I like it and my neighbors.. Larry and his wife.. The owners.. There good people..wish Larry would call me..plz...lol

Owners are highly unprofessional and are con artist and do not due their jobs so they come back and will try to evict you over no reason besides they failed to do their jobs. O and don't be surprised if they are willing to pay you to get rid of you or your family.

This place is a mess. Dirty, it floods out, junk on every porch and if they don't like you, they harass you. After my experience with them, I wouldn't recommend this park to my worst enemy!

El Lou and the new management team are top notch! We’ve been staying here for 30 years. Family oriented, hospitable, and extremely gracious. Look forward to staying here for years to come.

I've been calling this place home for the month of May for probably a decade now. Never had an issue, and always look forward to coming each year. Highly recommended.

We love this place and everyone treats you with kindness and so close to the track. Will be coming back for the big race!

Can't wait to see a bulldozer mow this place down. It's been an eyesore and embarrassment to the track for far too long.
