This company and Neil have done Fire Alarm System installation at the building in Olds. He did not only install the electrical system for the alarm and emergency lighting for the building, but also he did look for an affordable and authorized Fire Alarm company. Thank you Neil. He even went extra miles by managing the project. Here are the details of what he has done for the building. For emergency lighting: He has installed piping for emergency exit lighting, plugs and extra lights at the building. For alarm system: All installation Neil did were based on Alberta fire and building code. He has installed all piping and wiring for the system. He installed fire alarm panel and heat and smoke detector. He had worked with an engineer for verification purposes of all devices that were installed at the location. He made sure that the project would passed and approved by the engineer. So I highly recommend this company and Neil for any electrical work.

Neil and his crew were great to work with and very professional. They communicated clearly, always kept us in the loop about permits and inspections, and were very thorough. We had a few different things done (new panel, some new outlets/circuits) and, as tends to happen when working on our older house, there were some challenges getting access to the areas where we wanted to run the new circuits. But Neil came up with thoughtful solutions to those challenges, and he personally stayed onsite into the evening getting everything done. Overall, the experience was great: we were disconnected and reconnected on the same day and have two brand new circuits/outlets in difficult to reach areas. During the process, we felt well taken care of and really appreciate the high-quality work. If I ever need more electric work done, Neil will be the first person I call.

Fantastic work done by Neil and his crew! I had several things that I wanted to change in my home and Neil was positive and always came up with a solution. He installed 2 EVSE (Electric vehicle supply equipment) lines into my garage, he changed all my 20ft ceiling lights out to LED lighting, data wiring around my TV, installed my steam room wiring, electrical for my LED mirror and various other electrical wiring installations. He does amazing work, takes the time to explain to you what he will be doing, extremely reliable and responds fast. I am very pleased with the overall experience they provided. While the power was down, they provided me a temp power for my work systems to be able to get my work done, as I work from home. Great customer service and are very skilled in this. They got 2 inch PVC Piping for the 200 Amp upgrade installed in an area that was assessed as impossible by previous trades. They got the Power de-energized and Re-energized and up and running in one day. They also took care of all your City of Calgary and Enmax paperwork, load calculations applications, permits and inspections that the previous electrician wanted me the busy homeowner to do. New 200 amp panel was installed and all circuits moved over from 100amp panel to new 200 amp panel. Overall done an operating in one day.

We called Neil at supper time on a Sunday as we had electrical issues in our home. He was listed as “closed” on the website so we knew it was his off hours. We were willing to wait until the next morning for repairs. Our kitchen breakers were blowing and we didn’t know why. When my husband explained the problem on the phone, Neil knew exactly what it was and was at our house within an hour to have us up and running again. We needed to replace a breaker in our panel so he gave us a temporary fix and returned in a couple of days to complete the repair. Neil lit up our house with the most economical way. We got quotes from many electricians but Neil’s way was the best as they wanted a short cut with lot of damage to the wall. Neil did no damage, did on site engineering and figured a way for us so that we don’t have to spend lot of money on wall repairs. He not only worked hard but also very intelligently he showed some cost effective ways. The first impression was very dynamic as we got the quotation on the same day and Neil managed to started the work next day itself which was very impressive. Installation of pot lights on our main floor was extremely challenging because of the old construction but Neil and his guys made it possible in a very efficient manner. I am very impressed with the workers that came to our home today, Neil and his assistant (sorry, I didn't catch his name) We lost power to our garage and was looking to get someone in ASAP. If you are looking for a company to do what they have committed to and do it right the first time, you have found it. We had a variety of service needs from changing switches and switching controls to adding new lighting in different ceiling area's. As well as needing multiple lighting fixtures changed. From the first inquiry to completion of the project, communication was prompt and informative. Neil definitely knows his trade and certainly brought the right team to get the work done.

Neil was able to install a light that another well advertised electric company would not. It was easy. He is patient and explains what he is doing so it was very interesting to learn. He even helps young men apprentice for a future as an electrician. If he can’t make his appointment he is quick to tell you and make another appointment. I will call him from now on. He gets the job done right. He is pleasant and communicates very well.

I reached out to Neil regarding the instillation of a service mast and conduit for our new build home. His quote was very competitive. He was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. There was time pressure to get the mast ready for our service provider. Neil ensured it was completed ahead of time, he did a great job! I would definitely recommend his services. We will continue to use him for any of our electrical needs.

The job had to be done quickly and Neil said he can do it right away so I booked the service. But my booking was postponed once by him and cancelled by text message after 10 mins of our scheduled time because it is beyond his ability. (So then why did he take the job first of all ??) We totally waisted our time and it is very unprofessional. I recommend to use other company’s service before you waste your time. 0 star.

Our main breaker went kaput. Neil responded quickly on a Saturday morning. He wasn't able to locate the part at a supplier so he took the time to search for a used breaker to get our power up and running again.
