I have been renting PCO cars for the past 4 years from various companies in London and I must say that Electric PCO Cars has offered me the easiest and fastest way through all the process. Very punctual and helpful in delivering all their services before and after concluding the transaction! My biggest surprise was and continue to be the support they offer along the way with anything you need in order to register with any company you might want to join. As we all know how difficult it can be to please certain platforms in order to comply with their documentation requirements. All in all I am embracing the whole eco-logical experience and feels good to be green on the road! ✅

Having used some of the big PCO rental companies over the years who have a habit of treating you like second class citizen’s, it was a refreshing change to deal with Electric PCO Cars. From the first point of contact to the delivery of my vehicle, I cannot fault their professionalism and ability to communicate with me at every stage of the process. Even after the delivery of my new Tesla 3 I have had follow up calls to see if everything was ok and to my liking. Many of the companies I’ve dealt really need to sit down and have a look at their customer service skills and could take some lessons from Electric PCO Cars. They are a credit to the industry!

This rental company and the people working there are great. You get excellent cars with good rental prices and great value for money. The owner and other staff are brilliant and always willing to help. Returning the car is hassle free and without any extra charges. Other rental companies charge so much money even for a minor scratch. I am very happy with this rental company and it is by far the best one I have come across, and I highly recommend them.

What I call FABULASTIC service from my first call. H made me feel great about calling, which me comfortable unlike other companies I’d called. He explained to me how the vehicle was going to enhance my profession and grow my business, to which is very true and even greater than explained. The support from day one has been fabulous and I highly recommend this fantastic company.

I highly recomand Electric PCO Cars! The best renting company as they have only good cars and being very understanding in all the matters. I was renting before from somebody else and always had some problems ... but Electric PCO never let me down. VERY very rude easern european lady on the phone. Doesn't know a single thing about customer service. Not sure why any business would have her as a first point of contact - I refused to do any business with this company if you can't even speak to your customers properly. She's bad for business and has definitely lost me as a customer
