Last week, I purchased a 55” tv from this store. Today, a friend of mine came by to set it up for me. Upon opening the box, there was no power cord, no pamphlet, and...the batteries were already in the remote. I was sold a used tv. Needless to say, it was brought back to the store and received my refund. Never again.

Do not buy, they set false expectations when it comes to the item being available and ready to ship. It's been three weeks since I placed my order but yet now they are out of stock and do not have an ETA. They should have updated their inventory and explained that the first time I called to check the status!
