On 10-06-2022 I went to the store on Gallatin Pike to purchase an item. The salesman told me that the item was not in stock and that I could order it from the warehouse and then pick it up at the store the following Tuesday, October 11. I went to the store Tuesday evening and was told the item was not shipped from the warehouse and there was no explanation as to why it was not shipped. The warehouse was closed at that time so they could not verify that the item was in stock, but I was told that the inventory showed that there were two of the items in stock. I told them that I wanted the item before going out of town on October 18 and the salesman said I could go to the warehouse to pick it up. I went to the warehouse and was told that the item was not in stock even though the inventory showed that there were two in inventory. I went back to the store told the manager what it happened he checked and he said the warehouse did not correct the inventory. Still showing 2 in inventory.The warehouse is approximately 23 miles from my home so I went 46 miles and the item was not there, very frustrating. The manager was very apologetic but that still did not give me the item. The manager credited the amount back to my credit card on the 11th and as of today my account has not been credited for the money spent. So right now I am out of the item and I am out of the money. I realize that things can happen people aren’t perfect and at the store they were very professional but at the end of the day I still have not gotten my item. So that’s my experience shopping at your store.

Beginning with my very entrance into the building before making my purchase, through the installation of my new Maytag washer, the customer service that I experienced with the personnel at Electronic Express was/is nothing short of AMAZING! Having worked in this field for 30 plus years, it’s not difficult for me to recognize and acknowledge great service when I see it. Jeremy, (my sales rep), and the rest of the staff (@ the Rivergate location), greeted me as I entered. He proceeded to work with me regarding my purchase needs, answered all my questions, and was truly personable and easy to talk to. He was not pushy or arrogant, but was very helpful and knowledgeable. Following my purchase, we received notifications of our pending delivery at BOTH numbers that I had previously provided-(impressive and appreciated). The delivery team was just as amazing. (So sorry-I didn’t get their names). I mainly want you to know that it is so refreshing to be treated so well. My husband and I are anticipating purchasing a chest freezer and dishwasher in the next month and Electronic Express will DEFINITELY be our first stop!

Do NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! They delivered damaged goods and it’s been a month of back and forth garbage. They do NOT TAKE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES! I bought through Amazon online as a Christmas present and discovered it smashed on one corner when opened. I’ve been back and forth with them and all they said was “we don’t take returns or exchanges. -Electronic Express” not other reply. After calling them for two hours I got them to return. But I couldn’t return to the store. Not I have to wait three days, then take off work in order to sit at home during there 4 hour pick up window and hope and trust they will enter a return credit after they pick up and enter it back at their warehouse! Not holding my breath. Will not ever buy from this store or Best Buy, (they have the same policy) buy from Wal Mart or a customer friendly place who will stand by their products and promptly. This is out of control! If I could give negative stars, I would!!!!

Salesperson was adamant that she would match Costco's price and I was willing to keep business local even though EE doesn't include the extended warranty as Costco does. Purchased TV with price match and apparently the management did not actually review the price match. As I waited for the remainder of my order to be loaded in my vehicle, the manager simply refused to load the TV i had paid for and required me to go back inside and get a refund. I refunded the entire order including another TV due to this debacle.. I was happy to go buy it at Costco in the first place.. Also, no response when I tried to provide feedback after the incident. I’m sure the comment about forwarding to leadership will be ineffective as well.

Immediately upon entering your store number (3), I was greeted by a store employee by the name of Mr. Drew. After explaining my needs, Drew was not only able to find me a computer in my price range but he also help me set it up for the special need person. He made me feel so special and because of his excellent customer Service, I will definitely be back in the future! Thanks Electronic Express for having Good employee such as Drew!!!

I purchased a Memphis sound amps and subs and had my subs smoke. I bought them back in August of last year I could not locate my receipt. They pulled it up for me and sent me a copy, and give me the contact info for Memphis Sound. I spoke with them got the information they ask for. They sent me paperwork right away and I took that to Madison Store and they replace them on the spot pulled them from another box. Zane was a really big help and was extremely courteous, great customer service a rare quality theses days!

We unexpectedly found ourselves needing to purchase a new range for the kitchen. After doing a little research we found the model we wanted and the price we were looking for. The Madison Electronics Express had it in stock, priced lower than the big box competition and after a quick call with the salesperson, all we had to do was pop in and pay. In and out in 5 minutes. Perfect! Delivery was on time, friendly and quick. Very happy with the entire experience.

We had a great experience in rivergate with the salesman Micheal. He was very helpful. Almost no refrigerators are available from major chain stores and he found us exactly what we needed and had it delivered two days later. The two men who delivered were so patient and kind as I used blankets and plywood to protect my floor. Super people did a great job when my family needed help. Buy from these guys. They are good.

1st time in this business, my wife Tina and I were pre-approved for a new bed. Didn’t know that Electronic Express carried so much, complete shocker that this business carries such a wide variety of products. Anyway, the young lady who waited on us was extremely helpful and patient with us, she got the job done with the upmost graciousness. We will definitely be back.

Faith was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me find a specific camera I was looking for. She researched online and called several stores until she found it for me. The sales man made me feel really pressured to buy stuff I didn't need or want. He went to the most expensive laptop in the store and continued to try and sale me on some spy ware after me saying more than once that I wasn't interested. Happy with my laptop but could have done that from home without all the pressure.

The two guys that were on staff Sunday night were amazing. They stayed late to make sure that the sticker from the display piece that we purchased was off. We originally purchased a hood from murfreesboro but it was damaged and was told to go to Rivergate. Could have not had a better experience.

The induction oven is awesome. Heats water in no time. The oven itself cooked pizza perfectly. Only have used it once or twice but I am amazed with this purchase. I would recommend to everyone if you are upgrading induction is the way to go.
