Park
"I give this place 4 Stars"
"Another example of how Eli Lilly hurts the people of Indianapolis"
"Only for Lilly's employees only that really sucks for the rest of the people"
"Drove there from Zionsville & realized that this is a private park! How a park can be private? So many lakes in Carmel are private as well, to me no one should be able to trade the natural things like lakes"
"Great trails and amenities, plenty of space to bring a family or just a nice day out for a couple"
I give this place 4 Stars. Because it looks so good from the Outside. I seen it go from being. a private club that only allowed whites(I snuck in & fished there), then it was basically abandoned in the 80s (I went again) Lilly's got it after that and from what I've seen, again from the Outside, They have spent Millions and it is Beautiful. Im glad they are in control of it. Im pretty sure it is for Lilly's employees and invited guest only. And that's OK by me. I have wondered if the 3 and even almost 4 foot long Catfish are still in there I never caught one. But seen a lot of pictures of em, back in the 60s on the wall in the old Bait House. I would of gave ya 5 stars if I could go in. & No I didnt sneak in again ...lol Google picked me up being there, asked for a review. I was actually releasing some raccoons at the west side of the Raymond St bridge over White River which is across the street. Lillys has and continues to spend millions if not billions in this city making it a better place for all of us Their employees even have helped with the always need to clean up White River. THANKS !
Another example of how Eli Lilly hurts the people of Indianapolis. This is the biggest, closest greenspace to downtown, and yet only Lilly elite can go in. Every act of "good" this company has ever done has been for their own gain at the expense of the people. Down with Lilly.
Only for Lilly's employees only that really sucks for the rest of the people. Not very many nice places for respectable families in Indianapolis this would be a great get away for people who don't have time to travel.
Drove there from Zionsville & realized that this is a private park! How a park can be private? So many lakes in Carmel are private as well, to me no one should be able to trade the natural things like lakes
Great trails and amenities, plenty of space to bring a family or just a nice day out for a couple. Lakes, parks, baseball, volleyball, camp, you name it. Fabulous place 5/5
This place is a great escape, especially if you are feeling exhausted with work and with the city. A long walk and a fresh air can help a lot to refresh your mind.
This beautiful lake is actually a cooling pond for the giant trash and waste water facilities next door. Have fun with your privacy & thanks for the warning signs!
I can tell to much but. It's nice and beautiful place !!
Playground
We just. Come. Load mulch. On trucks not much. To said. We enjoy blowing. Mulch
Great place that no one is allowed to go there, unless you are a Lilly employee, and they are all rich and don't need a recreation center like this.
I just love this place. Beautiful and peaceful. The deer are great to watch and fishing is hit or miss, but to sit by the water makes it worth it.
Really should disclose that it's not open to the public. Just traveled for 30 minutes to visit this park only to find it's not open to the public.
It's not open to the public because lilly say so no one has died here I work security for lilly they dont want just anybody in there park
Beautiful. Quite. Covers eating area. Volleyball. Basketball.

Our dog, Roxi, loves the private park and is so quiet don't even feel like your in the city. Need to be a Lilly Employee to enter.
You can't go to Lilly recreational Park unless you're a lily bigwig. Oh once a year or so, they may let us peons in for a day.

Theres nothing here whatsoever. They should call this a preserve because there's literally nothing here.
Turns out it is not open to the public as far as I can tell. Gated with booth and car entrance lever.
Park is privately owned. Not for public use , access limited to Eli Lilly Employees.
Quite and just nice the only thing is you have to work for Lilly just to get in .
This place is an oasis of quiet in the middle of the city. Really neat park.
Wonderful grove of trees, could use a little cleaning but great for walks
The public should retake the commons from the rent-seeking oligarchs.
Saw a family of whitetails before we even pulled in. So beautiful...
"Park" imo this should be removed as a park from Google's database
when do enough patents expire to allow all of us to enjoy it?
Great staff! Both my kids went there. Lilly is just awesome.!
This is a private park for Lilly employees and their guests
Eli Lilly employees only. Park hours are sunrise to sunset.
There is a bald eagle nest and always enjoy watching them.
Great to see that Eli Lily restricts access to nature too!
Huge green space held captive by a company. Ridiculous
I really love this park to bad I have never been there
