Ive been trying to book an appointment for the past week and the hospitality projected is horrendous. There is no point of wasting time to call in as they rush information and later tell you to sort yourself online, and my appointment has been booked to 6 months later. Absolute joke.
I call the embassy they tell you choose 4 for English and you don’t listen except turkey it’s night mare and bad service . They shouldn’t advertise for tourist if they aren’t keen to learn and speaks English because no one knows turkey except Turkish is not international luaguage

Trying to book an appointment for the last 4 days the web site is down . Calling to make an appointment no one answer the phone. If I go there they will ask me to make online appointment so that to is useless.. this stream and the workers needs a whole new upgrade!!!
no reason for visa rejection. I had to cancel my holiday and lose flight money. I contacted the consulate here in London and in turkey several times, sent numerous emails. I was pushed pillar to post. I am VERY UNHAPPY with the way I have been treated.

Some people working here are very rude. Website doesn’t have the correct information and they don’t answer the emails or phone calls. Go to Edinburgh consulate, which is 100 times better and employs polite and helpful people.

Employees are given incomplete information to citizens, they keep busy us for days, and they do not take care of your transactions. Website does not work , they don't answer phone calls.
