I had a short rental of a van from Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Beckenham from 24-25 March 2023 and the experience was totally EXCELLENT ! I booked the vehicle from Enterprise given my past experience with Enterprise, having booked several vehicles in the past and received high-quality service. All was very smooth this time - easy to book, quality advice, and highly efficient collection and return processes made it all easy. Staff were all friendly, professional and caring in all they did. Really appreciated ! Emma, Lemmie, Joseph, Fola and Rume were all involved in the delivery of service and all merit a special mention and thank you !

Great service from the team, good selection of cars at reasonable rates - fast becoming my go-to for rental needs! Can get very busy in the mornings as popular for pick up and drop off, but lots of staff so you never have to wait excessively long. So far I've always received great customer service which is very important to me. I'd love to be able to do Sunday drop-offs (and pick-ups, but would settle for drop-offs) as trying to drop a car back Monday morning before legging in to the office means a bit more of a rush than I'd like, but as I said before, plenty of staff and they're quick so it's doable if needed.

Do not use this branch!! We had booked 2 vans for 8 days rental, and despite booking 3 weeks in advance we arrived at the arranged time only to be told that they don’t have any vans available. They say they called to advise of this problem, but it turns out they called us 10 minutes before our booking was due to start. They spent a while recommending other van hire companies that we could try, but seemed reluctant to phone their other branches to check stock. Could not seem less interested in our business if they tried. I really cannot recommend anyone uses this branch, and will avoid at all costs in future.

Fantastic customer service and a brilliant van. Emma, George, Fola, Lemmie, Will and Rume are an absolute credit to Enterprise. The quality of customer care they provided was outstanding. I would highly recommend hiring a vehicle from this branch. I will certainly be using them again. 5 stars all the way, from the van I hired, their customer care and returning it. BOOKING CONFIRMATION DON’T MEAN ANYTHING!!!! I booked a van, paid for it AND received a confirmation email confirming that I have booked a vehicle but 30 minutes later I received a call from the office telling me how sorry they are and that there’s no vehicle available and that I have to cancel??? I told them to issue a refund and they said it will take 7 DAYS??? I am supposed to have collected the van NOW but here I am writing ✍️ my experience here.

Absolutely appalling! We organised a car to hire over Christmas 2 weeks in advance as I am disabled. On the morning of Christmas Eve at 7.30 when we are supposed to be collecting the car they send us an email cancelling our car without any alternative. They have completely ruined all Christmas plans. We had a similar issue with them last year. Absolutely shocking. Avoid using at all costs.

Rented a van for the day. Van was spotless & well maintained. Excellent hire experience, would totally recommend hiring from this company (Beckenham Branch). If i could give them zero stars i would. I booked a car and received confirmation. I came to collect in an uber which costs money only to be told on arrival that they have nothing for me. They claim to have sent email. Nothing in my email or junk. Claimed to leave voicemail. I have none. Disgusting service. Disgrace.

If I could give more than 5 stars I genuinely would. Will, Folla and George really helped me when I was most in need. I've been to other Enterprise branches and I can honestly say that this branch is the best I've ever been to. Thank you soo much for everything you guys done to help me out.

After a breakdown on M11 with family car, needed to rent a car for 4 days at short notice. Enterprise Beckenham provided a professional, friendly polite customer service from Will which was pain free from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks again Will.

Very friendly helpful staff who take the time to explain all the information you need and answer any questions you have. Customer service is excellent in my opinion and that can be a rare commodity. The car I rented was lovely and exceeded my expectations so 10/10.

Fola & the team provided excellent service. I rented a small van for the weekend, and although it was a Friday afternoon rush, I was out the door and behind the wheel within 15 minutes. The return was equally hassle-free. All-round great experience at this branch!

Checks not carried out, so there was no oil. I had to buy oil. Coolant also below min level. No puncture repair kit either! Which has put over 2hrs on to my journey....on top of the having to wait to get a tyre at Kwik fit!

I used this branch of Enterprise for over a month and hired several vehicles during that time. The service was always excellent and the staff went out of their way to make sure I got the best vehicle.
