I’ve had 2 5/5 experiences recently with this branch. Everything was ready for me on arrival and I was greeted warmly every time. Everything was clear with the car and fees. I’ve been given great quality cars and enjoyed the rental. On return, everything was easy and quick and I got my deposits back fast. On the second trip, I was stuck in all day traffic on a long journey back, so I rang ahead. JK and AJ were kind enough to stay later for an out of hours drop off to help me, and I really appreciated it. Will definitely rent here again and recommend.

Wow! What can I say! This is the best office I never been! Enterprise has a super great and value agents in this branch -Chingford- I have rent my 9 seaters mini bus - ford for almost a week and the way the guys explained me everything and care in every single Details it was super great! All cleared as I like! No hides fees or policies- everything super smooth and professional! NB - van was super clean and smell delicious! Great! Job! Definitely guys! You’re my top 1 for Rental

This kind of disgrace cannot happen, I call the phone number many times, no one answers the phone, it gets busy and hangs up. People should not be able to reach these companies easily, but this is not possible, they need to have an easy app like zipcar

Had to use these guys as my audi went into repair under warranty and i must say, they are absolutely great, friendly, helpful and went above and beyond so i would highly recommend and will go back if i need to. ***** service!!! Thanks guys

I wouldn't touch this car rental group with a barge pole, so unhelpfully went there twice to get a courtesy car no help at all computer said no if this is the way they do business I'm sure this brunch with be closed shortly

Very helpful staff, took the time to explain all features of car and made sure to answer all my queries. Very reasonable price, all staff members were extremely professional and would definitely recommend.

First time using enterprise chingford, was really happy with the vehicle, Has and all the other team was really helpful and theres not much to add but will use them again.
