e have used enterprise car rentals for at least 15 years renting multiple vehicles and the service has been impeccable until now. It seems they have an issue in the back office when it comes to refunding money! We had one infringement fine from our hotel for £35 that was reversed because it was charged by mistake, we sent emails from the hotel to confirm this, twice!!!! crickets. We were the asked to drop our car off to a different office in Southampton due to overload and as a gesture of good will they offered to reimburse our £25 a taxi cab fare to get us to our destination!!!! More crickets, no communication from 2 emails. This all happened almost 2 months ago. It’s very disappointing that the back office staff have let down the front of house, I am a veteran, we can’t afford to be let down buy our back of house because people die. I hope no one has died, but the people on the front desk rely on the system to back them up, on this occasion they have been let down very badly. Hopefully this gets read and we see some some movement, but I’m not going to hold my breath!!! But being retired I have plenty of time to write more reviews

Can't reccomend this place highly enough. Fast friendly and professional service with a definite consideration of what is right for the customer. We use them for our charity regularly and had a lost laptop returned 4 weeks later due to honesty from the customer and Enterprise staff. In fact they have been so good we have opened an account to continue with them.

Rented a car from here, stated that I did something to the tire. Went to the tire shop to get it fixed before they took the car and they also said there was nothing wrong with the tire. Not a good place to rent your car, no professionalism and no good customer service

Really good experience, from booking online, collecting the car and dropping it off. The customer service was exceptional, from the moment I arrived until the time I returned the car. A very professional service and experience from start to finish. Thanks.

First time renting from the Dagenham enterprise branch and I must say I was blown away by the service provided by Hamid and yusuf. Both very professional and quick. Overall a good experience at this branch. I will be back again soon.

If you look for good and professional service where client is important....go somewhere else. You won't find it in Dagenham Yusuf branch manager....most fake person I ever met
