My car was hit while parked in the car park outside of my address, the driver left his details admitting liability thankfully. So Admiral insurance arranged for my car to be fixed and for Enterprise to provide a hire car for the day of the repair at no cost to me! Sounded simple but Enterprise staff made it anything but simple! Firstly they couldn't drop the car off to me on a Sunday, "WE DON'T DO THAT" but when challenged and told I'd contact Admiral to arrange it instead, they suddenly could deliver! Enterprise took £90 from my debit card stating it would be refunded when the car was returned. When the rental was delivered it wasn't fully fuelled and wasn't clean inside! I called Enterprise to have the car collected after using it just twice, and was told they would collect it the following weekend! I explained that was wrong but they said it was arranged through insurance so I wasn't paying but they could collect it the following day so I immidiately informed Admiral and they had the car collected immidiately! The man from Enterprise who collected the vehicle was from a different branch, very polite and apologetic, he agreed the car was not clean as it should be and he would be raising the issue. He explained the money taken from my debit card was wrong but should be refunded within 2/3 days. Two days later I received £60 refund and not the full £90 Enterprise had taken, when I contacted Earlsfield office I was told I had changed the agreement and therefore being charged, I challenged this as I had changed nothing and was told I'd signed but I hadn't, I said I would be reporting this to Admiral and if I did not receive the full refund I would contact police as I had signed nothing so any signature would not have been mine, the staff member became abusive and raising his voice accusing me of threatening him, and not appreciating me telling him I'd signed nothing and would call police! He then shouted he'd refund the money and that was the end of it and hung up!!! I waited 24hrs and the money was refunded, I informed Admiral as Enterprise at Earlsfield have used this insurance claim to just charge whatever they want thinking they will not be challenged!!! The reply attached from the owner has been replied to as requested but as yet no contact has been made! Let's see if it is just hot air!
At a time where almost everything can be done via an app on your phone or online. Renting a car can still be a daunting experience. uncharacteristically for a Londoner, I still enjoy meeting and dealing with people in person, especially when picking up a vehicle. My experience at Enterprise Earlsfield has by far been one of the best experiences of customer service in a long time. Considering it was peak Christmas time, the staff, and Jess, went above and beyond to assist me with my booking. Offering suggestions and advice on my booking to maximize my experience. I have found many rental experiences to be robotic and often predatory with their tactics. However, with the team at Earlsfield, i felt relaxed and at ease with the whole process. Everyone had a smile on their face, with spirits high, despite mine being one of the last pickups on Christmas Eve. And lets be honest - nobody likes the last person before close. Overall - It was an amazing experience, I would highly recommend using this location and team for your next rental. Go there, and you'll realise that some things are just better in person and this team is one of them. Feel free to ask them any questions and advice. They're a diverse bunch and will be happy to share their experience. Props to Enterprise for setting up an excellent team. Thank you - team and Jess, for an amazing trip. Looking forward to the next one. Enterprise also has an excellent customer service helpline which helped me at 9 am on Christmas day. If I could give a zero I would. Absolutely unclear procedures/communication and waste of time. We booked our car with more than a month in advance. On the same day we were supposed to collect our car, they told us they could not give it to us as our names and address did not come up on their portal. According to them, we basically did not exist, despite having rented from them one time before. If you do not exist on this portal, you have to pay through credit card, which we did not have. It would have been useful to know all these procedures beforehand. They told us to go back to their office the day after, after paying with a relative’s credit card. We went in the day after in the morning, they told us they did not have a car available for us, and that they would call us within the afternoon. They called us and they told us, only at that point, that we had to pay a 200£ deposit on a credit card which had to be in our name only (after having already paid with someone else’s credit card (500£) and knowing that we did not hold a credit card of our own). We never had a car and we were supposed to go on holiday - they left us completely stranded due to their incapacity of communication. They have been absolutely disgraceful and made us lose so much precious time. I would never ever recommend them.
Do not use this company. They literally either lied to us, or set us up. We rented a Van on 14/08/19 to move house from them and the man's exact words were "there is lots of damage on this side, don't worry if you spot anything" He did not walk me around the Van, he just gave me keys and I drove off. Then when we returned the Van they pointed out some damage (ON THE SAME SIDE) and then charged us £250. They have stole from us at the worst time where we need every penny. Absolutely terrible company. To be fair I suspect this is down to one person who forgot to log the damage before and now they are putting it on me to cover themselves. Usually I don't believe in leaving a bad review for the actions of one person but since complaining and even offering evidence (I saw CCTV there) they have done nothing so this reflects on the company as a whole. Please do not fall into the same trap, disgusting company. I even have photos of the said damage which is covered in grime (not mud, but old grime) which could have no way formed in my 20 hours of rental -sunshine all day. - UPDATE £250 refunded! Took over a month but they did finally agree and pay us back! :)

( check the cameras if you don’t believe me) she had to take £100 pounds to fix it! After calling to speak with the “ management trainee who rented, and enquire why he didn’t stated anything about the tyres or I would have checked better, he said “I might not have said it, Sorry” He then said he will try to make amends, to comeback to me 5 mint later stating they don’t amend the claims as head office gets upset! Really? On top of all of this, um sure I did not Scratch the tyre, besides it won’t be fixed, it’s not enough that needs fixing! And it’s 100£ took from my deposit that won’t make sense anywhere! Absolutely terrible service and dishonest staff trying to make a buck out of nowhere!
They gave us a car with a defective wing mirror. We realized when it began falling off on the motorway. It was out of hours so we called the out-of-hours service number indicated in the rental agreement. They sent an RAC man out who said it couldn't be fixed. Had it fully come off we would have been stuck. He gaffa-taped the mirror on and entered in the log that the issue was a defective part and not driver error. When we brought the car back Enterprise not only refused to apologize or refund us. They charged us 100 pounds for "returning the car in an altered state." And they criticized us for using the roadside assistance number indicated in their own rental agreement for out-of-hours breakdowns. The staff said that Enterprise policy is to charge customers for calling out someone using that number irrespective of whose fault the breakdown was. Tldr: put my family's life in danger, charged us for following their own procedure. Avoid unless by some magic you can guarantee that their poorly maintained vehicle will only breakdown between 9 and 5.
Highly recommend this place if you need to hire a van or a car very quickly, professional and helpful staff, I hired a van yesterday with my wife and we thoroughly went round the van inspecting to see whether there is any damage before we signed the agreement, we were so busy looking around the van for little imperfections, that we didn't realise there was two big dents at the top of the van, so anyway when I drove the van home, that's when I saw the dents at the top of the van,, so the next day when I returned the van I spoke to the same sales rep (Joshua Atille) and pointed out the two dents at the top of the van which we all missed before signing the agreement so he's got his colleague to verify the dents which his colleague confirmed that they were there already. The point I'm trying to put across, you can trust them if you need to hire something and if you miss a scratch or a dent on the van/car, when taking out the agreement and Joshua Atille is the sales rep to speak to if you need anything.
Lack of communication from their staff and their website. Their website states that a debit card is enough to hire a car from them but that’s simply not true. I have been a loyal customer to them and always paid with a debit card, suddenly my debit card is not enough and they left me stranded. I had to bring my partner with her credit card the day after to finally take the car I booked. I was lucky I was not a tourist coming from abroad, imagine the nightmare that would have been. One agent contacted me saying they would have looked at my case after seeing this review, I’m still waiting for them after weeks. We have been charged £35 after about 10 days we returned the car, without any notification!!! We had to call them and email them several times to understand this is due to a speeding ticket. However, they told us it will take weeks or either months to get the proof of this infraction. I hope I don’t need to add anything else and this nightmare is finally over.
Honestly don't waste your money with Enterprise! They will charge you for every little thing they can just to make few more ££. I got a parking ticket which I obviously paid for on the same day just to be emailed few days later that I've been charged by Enterprise 'admin fee' for dealing with it. The thing is though, they didn't do anything - I sorted out the payment and they charged me for doing nothing, as it's in the contract that I signed they can charge for that. And the 'admin fee' was half of the price of the parking ticket!! Last year, I had another problem with Enterprise when they tried to charge me for car scratches I didn't do. It was the Peckham branch though. Luckily I took pictures on the day I rented the car, so I was able to defend my point. I will no longer use their services. Avoid like the plague. UPDATE: Got charged admin fee by Enterprise without a chance to appeal! Never renting a car from them again.
THIEF, I had an accident and insurance hired me a car from this branch everything was going good until last minute when I went to pick up my car, I wasn’t happy with the way they fixed my car and I rejected to take the car. After 3 to 4 day waiting for my car to be fixed properly from the garage they refused to help me with it, in the meantime, I had the courtesy car. Finally they left me with no choice, so I had to accept the car even when I was very disappointed and unhappy with the way they fixed it. But that 3 4 days the insurance and the garage Refuse to pay for the courtesy car to pay and they forced me to pay for it when I was even very disappointed how they fixed the car in the first place. And when they knew that I don’t pay for the courtesy car, THEY TRIED TO TAKE THE MONEY OUT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION BASICALLY They tried to steal it from my account, which is illegal and a crime. Very unhappy I would not recommend
Back end and elbow. We rented a Transit for 2 days, using the app. Arrived to collect and were asked for a £200 cash deposit for using a debit card ( no mention of this in the app) The wing mirror glass cracked when it heated up the following morning. It has now been a month waiting for the return of the cash deposit. Michael at the branch does not return calls, email addresses return with "no longer in use", branch phone rings out without voicemail. Michael advised that once the vehicle had been repaired that the balance refund would be returned within 24 hours "that day". Having now contacted 3 different departments and been given 3 different reference numbers (none relate to the original rental agreement number) it now transpires that we could be waiting 6 weeks for a £20 mirror glass!!! This company is clearly in disarray as far as customer care especially post rental... avoid unless you like recorded messages.
This was our first hire with Enterprise Earlsfield. Adam was looking after us and had called us to let us know the shop would be open earlier for us to grab the car before it became too busy with other customers which was ideal. Adam was very thorough and provided all necessary details of the car and the hiring conditions. He presented us with a number of additional options to reduce our excess if any damage was to occur. Once we left the premises on our weekend journey my partner and I discussed how nice it was for Adam to help us and we had then already decided that we would make his service well known by submitting a review online. We would easily come back here to deal with Adam and probably wouldn’t bother trying anywhere else as great customer service can be hard to find these days. Thanks again.
Avoid at all costs! Had a Vauxhall Grandland courtesy car from Enterprise Earlsfield and was rear-ended by a van- my insurance acknowledged fault from the third party, however Enterprise decided to take a £350 excess from my card as well as a £35 "traffic violation notice admin fee" charge. Upon reporting this to my insurance they informed me that Enterprise had no right to charge me with an excess and contacted them to refund it immediately- I was then contacted by Enterprise's call centre who agreed that this situation should have never taken place. It has now been two weeks and I am still owed £385 by Enterprise with no further communication from their end after countless empty promises to resolve the situation- the matter has been taken to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
Recently rented a van for the day to move house. We picked up the van from another location outside of London and returned to the Earlsfield branch. Unfortunately on pick up we missed a rather large dent to the top of the van. On returning the van, the staff at the Earlsfield branch noticed the damage however were very helpful and professional in remediating the issue and absolving us from any blame. The manager, Adam, took what could have been a very stressful situation in which would have stopped us using enterprise in the future to return customers and we’ll definitely be using the Earlsfield branch again. The whole process was far quicker and easier than any other rental company we’ve used before; and we’ve rented maybe 4-5 cars this year.
I had my car stolen and an insurance courtesy car provided by Garratt Lane Enterprise. They were brilliant, sorting out a really great car quickly and making everything for the use of it smooth and easy. Sarah and Adam - thank you! you were really kind and sympathetic. Having a car stolen turns out to be quite a stress and lots to do finding a new one and sorting everything out. Your help with a fantastic temporary car really did help me out to deal with the next couple of weeks keeping life on track. Every time I called the phone was answered quickly and everything was supper professional and just right....so massive thanks and appreciation to the team down there doing a great job.
Awful experience!!! Avoid!!! After hiring a van in advance to be collected on a Saturday morning I arrived early in the morning to ensure I was one of the first people to be seen. Only to be told they didn't have van available for me and apparently left me a message on the Friday night to cancel. They had nothing available for me at the surrounding branches and were very unhelpful! I was moving flat on the Saturday and had storage booked which all had to be moved which I incurred more costs over. This had a massive knock on effect for two days after. Almost a week later I still haven't had any refund or received any call from them to arrange a refund. Absolutely shocking!
This company / branch came to our rescue when our previous hire van pulled out at the last minute before a wedding. They went above and beyond to help us out, contacting other branches to find the second car when they only had one left, and doing everything possible to get us where we needed to be. We tried about 5 other hire vehicle companies and not a single one could do anything apart from Enterprise. Thank you Ben and Adam and the rest of the team, as well as the New Malden branch - will be bringing our business back here in future and encourage others to do the same if they want responsiveness, understanding, decent prices, nice vehicles, and outstanding service.
Was not a good experience with enterprises. My brother took a car for Cumbria and just a safe side he made some photos and video of car scratches and lashes before he left. When he turned up to return the car at Cumbria enterprise branch, they asked him to prove these scratches are older, not new. They were going to charge him. Then he showed them evidence . It was the responsibility of this branch staff to inform the Cumbria branch, but they failed to fulfil their duties, and my brother suffered with this situation. It's my advice to everyone be careful.
The process of getting the rental car was seamless at the Entreprise Earlsfield, London branch and the staff were very helpful and polite. I also got a car that suits my specification with good legroom space and amazing sound system. Many thanks to Adam Bragan for his quality administration, taking time to pass useful information to me. Also, many thanks and appreciation to Eloise for the hospitality while answering my numerous questions regarding my rental and joining the rental club. I surely would like to do business with you again.
Lovely people, lovely service, lovely jubbly! I can honestly say that in twenty years of renting cars around the world that this branch has been the nicest, friendliest and most welcoming. The car was great, too, but the car was just a car. The people, the service and the overall experience is the most important thing. Booked Van for move from London to Manchester (6/7 days before) we pre-paid, traveled there and then "address fail" cant have the van. Dispite the driver being a professional driver, no points, on the electoral register, been at the address for over 30 years. We were then left with 0 time to rebook with another company and have to wait 5 working days for the money back! Dont pay them until you have checked you qualify! Its a coin flip with the new system ( previously used other locations with no issue).
Prior to renting a van spoke to these people personally by attending their office. They agreed if I can book the van for a later time in the day and then come and do the paperwork the following day, they will leave the van within Thier compound and give me the key , so I can pick it up when I get back work. Afterreserved the van online and attended their office.they said that they can't do anything about this even though the guy i spoke with sitting right there. They ruined all my plan. Disgraceful.
Absolutely disgusted at a £50 hidden cost (rental charges) for "refuelling and refuel admin", despite only travelling a total of 2.4 miles. This is on top of already paying £155 for renting the van for the day, plus a £200 up front deposit which was not fully returned due to these so called additional rental charges. Not made clear on the website or at point of sale. Integrity is clearly not the focus of their sales process. Awful. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.
Just hired a car from these guys for the weekend and must compliment them on their service. Super friendly, professional and exactly how a company should operate. With having to rent a car numerous times over the past month, I could not recommend Enterprise Earlsfield enough! The staff went over and above to help with my numerous questions, as I am someone who previously has not used rental cars. I was fairly charged after an incident with one of my rentals, but this charge was clearly explained. A huge mention to Kas, who really helped my with my rental process. I will be recommending and using Enterprise Earlsfield again!
Really happy with the service from the team at the Earlsfield branch and the quality of the van that I was hiring. Quick turnaround to hire the van on the Sunday at 14:30 (Ben was very polite and professional, ensuring I had all the information I needed). Returned it the next day with Jai and he was remarkably upbeat and friendly - have used other hiring companies and am often greeted with a grunt and a stern look, so this was a refreshing change of pace.
We absolutely wouldn't rent a car from anyone else now, these guys are fabulous. Their customer service goes above anything we've experienced - they continually go out of their way to make sure we have what we need. I've messed up the booking a couple of times by accident (booked the wrong time, left my licence at home) and these guys will do anything to help get it sorted. Such a nice experience renting a car from this Enterprise, highly recommend.
I recently needed a courtesy car whilst mine was being repaired and Eloise was fantastic in helping me get one within a few days! As I need a car for work, it was a rather urgent and quite stressful situation! My experience with Eloise was helpful, clear and efficient and overall an excellent service! It was a smooth experience from collection to returning the vehicle. 5/5 I would recommend and use Enterprise Earlsfield again!
I've never have a bad experience with Enterprise. Hired my last car from Earlsfield on 17 August. Dealt with Ross who gave me an excellent welcome, Andreas who showed me the car and sent me on way, and Christian to whom I returned the car. All solid professionals in every way; I thought it important to give them a shout out. Oh and car and everything was top drawer too. Thanks, will be back.
I’ve been using enterprise for all my car needs and I have always been happy with the customer service and my car. Special thanks to the branch manager BEN as he has a amazing team and all of them are very kind and friendly. It’s important to mention that the check in and check out were super fast and I am sure for businesses this very important details especially if they are in a rush.
Flat tyre within 3 hours of rental in the middle of countryside. Cars are clearly poorly maintained and when there is a problem - like in my case- I was left by their ‘road assistance’ by myself in the middle of the countryside for 4 hours. A week later and still they haven’t let go of the deposit…I chose them because they were the nearest to me; however you get what you pay for…
The quickest and smoothest rental I've ever had. I've rented a lot of vehicles over the years and this was by far the easiest pick and drop off. We were checked in, got the keys and driving out in 5 min. I didn't even check in online before hand. Eloise was fantastic, really clear about what damage is chargeable, what was covered. Very friendly and great communication.
Jessica has served me a lot at Enterprise and I have always been impressed by her professionalism and smile! She’s always very freindly and eager to help. I have also dealt with David too and he is much the same! They are a great team and make renting a vehicle extremely easy! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Keep up the good work guys!
Ben Fidler and the rest of the staff were incredibly efficient, fair and fast. I booked a car and when I arrived I received a free upgrade to an SUV as the cars were not available. This was great. Pickup and drop-off was very efficient and fast. All of the staff were respectful, credible and friendly. Will definitely be back if I need another rental!
Don’t coming here ever , I rent van , is broken 1 hour later in the motorway (4 pm) and I still until next day 8am on the motorway whith my 12 years son , horrible service and after this don’t want pay the food and cero compensation, on top of this the manager don’t come to check the problem , is in the office but is sick,
Charged me an additional £350.00 as there was a nail in the tyre when returned. How could that of been avoided!? If I didn’t take out extra insurance they would of charged me over 2k apparently… the money was taken out of my account without being able to dispute the claim. Complete scam. Would never use the company again.

My lease car was in for repair and Earlslfield Enterprise were amazing. Adam , dropped a vehicle to my home address within 2 hours , full tank, clean and went through everything thoroughly. On the return of vehicle Liam, qas just as efficient and friendly. Excellent customer service, …
Hired a luton van for a week from the Earlsfield office ..brilliant service ..friendly staff .good location .made it very easy. Just have credit card as it's much easier for they dont take cash and they do a background check if you use a debit card . Will use again and recommend them.
Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff, and an overall easy experience renting here. We did have an issue with a refund from a cancellation, but the manager sorted it out with their head office very quickly (even though head office couldn't sort it directly for us).
This station is a bit out of city. We rented a car for Christmas and as I picked it up I’ve had a really nice experience, extremely good customer service by pick up and also later as I’ve given the car back. Fair and good quotes for the car. I definitely would recommend.
I rent from enterprise earlsfield all the time. There service is always impeccable. The team are super friendly and always make the checking in/ out process quick and smooth. All the staff are helpful and by far the best experiences I’ve ever had renting a car.
Terrible experience, terrible customer service. We booked a car and could never get it, as apparently a credit card is mandatory (contradictory information compared to what we were told at booking). No alternative solution offered. Our week end ends up ruined.
This enterprise branch is one of the best in London. We have been renting cars with my boyfriend for small trips and always had the best experience. The Branch manager Ben is doing great work. I want also to thank Sarah for the easy and fast checkout process.
Service is amazing..I had car problems on the Sunday morning AA arrange for me to collect a car from Enterprise. They were absolutely amazing and so curtess. They got me back on the road so I could visit my dad for Father's Day. I highly recommend them.
It was the first time my car broke down and was referred to this branch to rent a car. Spoke to Zawar a very helpful gentleman working at this branch. He helped a lot in getting me a car very smoothly. Will come again to this branch if needed in future.
Got a hire car as someone decided they loved the back of my car so used their van to give it a kiss, very easy from Start to finish, very polite and professional staff and yes, if I need another hire car then would definitely give these folks a call!!!

Cancelled our booking 12 hours before we were due to hire a car... Told us they over booked.. We booked over a week ago. Not acceptable to tell us with such little notice. Cannot rely on them at all.. Very very disappointed. Will never use again.

Used the Earlsfield branch a couple of times now, very handy as they are open on Sundays. Staff are attentive and helpful, and while the rental vans could be a bit cleaner in the cab, they are decent to drive and the rates are good value
Very expensive to hire a 9 seater for few days but had not option. The rental procedure was okay and the Van we received was in very good condition but unfortunately the fuel was very low so I had to take it straight away to fill up.
Worst company ever don’t use this branch staff unhelpful and even if you pre paid for a car your not guaranteed to get the car you paid for or a suitable alternative and they don’t car once they have your money Stay away
One of the best Enterprises in London. Friendly staff and great Customer service- especially from Anna, was even offered a lift to the station after returning my car. Will definitely return and recommend this branch!
Super helpful and friendly. I always get great customer service with Enterprise, and Earlsfield was no exception. Jess was a particular highlight, going above and beyond to make my experience as seamless as possible.
Much simpler to get access to your hired vehicle. Usual insurance additional fee questions. Very friendly and helpful staff. Annoying free upgrade which meant I had a very large van to navigate through dense traffic
Excellent all round in terms of pricing, service, friendliness and making hiring a car an all-round easy and pleasant experience. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again. Also developed a liking for Hyundai(!)
I hired a Ford transit. The rear doors handle was missing so after loading the van to open the doors I had to climb over my items. Not good. Btw the earlsfield site is in somerstown, plough lane near Burntwood lane
An excellent service provide by all the staff especially Nathan Goldthorp, I particularly liked the way the took me home to park my car, and once I took the van back they gave me a lift home, keep it up gentleman.

Theft! Inadvertently left a set of keys and a new hi vis cycling jacket in our hire van when we returned it on Friday. On Monday the keys were returned to us but (obviously) not the high vis cycling jacket.
Very easy booking, completely stress free from start to finish. The staff even lent me a phone mount free of charge. I will be coming back next time I need a car or van. Special thanks to Will and Sarah!
