One star is too much. The worst service we have ever received from any business - EVER. In short we were totally messed around, sent across town, lied to, and overcharged. We have tried going through customer service to get refunded at least what we are owed but they have consistently palmed us off. We had booked two hire cars well in advance (under two different names), I received a number of calls leading up to the car hire but when I called back no one could tell me why. Then my partner received around midday call the day before we were due to pick up the cars saying it was no longer available due to overbooking and was offered car hire with enterprise car club instead that we would have to pick up about 20 minutes away (it was actually in Clapham, MIN 20 minutes away by car - and hello, we don't have a car that's why we are hiring a car, and not at 9am when we were collecting the car). At this late notice it seemed too late to go through another car hire company and we were at work so didn't have the time to look into this. When we arrived to pick up the car, we were told it was not available as it was being refuelled - though when we finally got it it was not refuelled (throughout the whole ordeal we were given a number of excuses for the problems - none consistent and often contradicting each other). We then had a problem with making the security deposit as Enterprise wouldn't accept my card (which I had used to book and pay with online). The only solution we were offered was to 'cancel' and it was up to us to think of possible solutions. We ended up having to get another member from our group to come in and put the car hire under his name. Finally we picked up the first car, and were then sent to pick up the car club car from Clapham, which took an hour in traffic. We checked that it was okay to drop off both cars at the Hammersmith location and were ensured that we could do that. The whole ordeal of picking up the cars cost us three hours of our well earned holiday time (All health workers finally getting some leave after working through the pandemic). However, upon returning the cars, the staff initially accepted the return of the car club car and we had closed the trip and had already ordered an Uber home, we were then told we would actually have to go and return the car to Clapham, and were charged a late after being reassured we would not be charged this. The charges of the car club also did not add up and the credit applied incorrectly. The cost of petrol was around £80 and we originally booked the hire for £204. So our total cost should be less than £300. However, even if the credit was applied correctly the charge still adds to £325.42 (566.42 - 204 (credit) - 36.13 (late fee)). We also spent an extra £17 for the Ubers and paid for the fuel to pick up and drop off the car from Clapham. The total we have paid is £363.87, rather than the original price paid for the car hire (204). We have spoken to the Car Club about the charges who directed us to discuss this directly with Enterprise management, which we did, and requested reimbursement for both Ubers, and they have continually ignored us. We have told everyone we know to never hire a car with enterprise and in doing so have heard many other people reiterate that they have had a bad experience.

Totally awful and shambolic customer service. My company car (a Tesla) broke down and needed towing. Tesla customer service arranged a courtesy Tesla car for me via Enterprise, and arranged for me to collect from the Hammersmith branch. All good so far. I arrived at the branch and the car was ready for me to collect, transferred bags from taxi to the Tesla hire car and went inside to do the paper work. The problem started when the Branch Manager (Sophia) wanted to see my insurance policy documents for my company car - which is bizarre as the hire car would be fully covered under the Enterprise insurance policy, and all excess charged would be covered by Tesla who were paying for the car hire. I was able to get our company fleet insurance policy up on my laptop, but as I was not a named driver on the policy she didn't accept it! I was able to show her every document she asked for, even my driving licence, passport etc. Crazy thing is, the company I work for even have an Enterprise account which we regularly use. I felt she was discriminating against me that I didn't look like a Tesla driver and in her words - she didn't trust me to drive away in such a valuable car! I even got Tesla Customer service back on the phone, along with my MD and still she wouldn't release the car to me. I asked to speak with the area manager, who she called up, but wouldn't let me speak with myself. After nearly two hours trying to resolve this situation she said I was unable to have the car and I had to leave on foot. Stephanie had made an erroneous judgement and decided that I didn't look like a Tesla driver and was therefor resolute on making it difficult for me. She couldn't have been less helpful and in no way solution focused. The branch itself is very awkward with a small office on the high street, and you have to walk about down the high street, up a side road and in through a very narrow alleyway in to a very small and awkward yard. Getting in and out in a car you are not used to would be very challenging. As I stood in the office trying to resolve my issue, I witnessed lots of people come and go, who all found it awkward and hard to find the way in to the tiny car yard, which was already full and being told just to park it anywhere on the side roads, wherever they could find a space - this took some customers 10-15 minutes just to find a space to park and then walk back to the branch. Have a look on Google maps with satellite view and you will see what I mean. To conclude, this is a glum branch with small and awkward to access yard, not connected to the office with totally unacceptable and awful customer service. Enterprise should be ashamed at how they discriminated against me and left me stranded without a car. My advise is avoid at all costs and use a different company.

The service I received from Hammersmith store & customer service sing then was abysmal. I had booked a xl van from Saturday morning as I was moving house across the country. I had been in branch that way to check everything was ok, until at 7:30pm on the Friday I had a call out of the blue saying ‘we don’t think we’ll be able to give you a van tomorrow, they may have a small but they didn’t know.’ There was no apology, no offer of a solution, very much wait and see. I asked the individual to put the manager of the branch on the phone and asked what they were going to do rectify the situation as I had to move on a certain date and why call so late. The manager was completely unbothered and when I explained I had booked months in advance responded that ‘enterprise reserve the right to cancel bookings’ The next day, I went to the branch at 1pm as instructed, when I was supposed to have the van at 11am. They told me they still didn’t have a van and to come back at closing. I returned again, causing major inconvenience for packing my belongings. At 4pm they showed me a medium van that was completely unsuitable, they still did not have the van I’d booked. Luckily, a large van, smaller than I had booked, arrived back just as I was leaving, which I was able to take. It was a smaller vehicle, had an empty tank and it was for nearly half of the time for the original booking. The manager finally showed some customer service to reduce the cost, however when I returned the vehicle to Cardiff branch with almost a half tank full, they agreed a discount in light of my awful service. They sent me an updated invoice to reflect this and said they’d ask Hammersmith to process the refund. One month later hammersmith still have not done this, and in fact sent a single email to the effect of ‘get over it.’ Customer service have also been entirely useless. I categorically warn people not to use enterprise if they wish to use the right van with any reliability, or without managers threatening to cancel your booking 12 hours before just because they’ve overbooked vehicles.

My fiancée is currently sitting in one of Enterprises vans in Putney, after being visited by the AA who said she was given a van with a faulty clutch. She’s missed a car ferry to the Isle of Wight. We can’t get a refund on the ticket. Added to that, we’re doing a 4 way council exchange this weekend which has now been screwed for 4 families. Why the hell does a 32 year old woman have to sit in a van waiting for the AA on a Friday night in London, and then she’ll have to take public transport home? This has truly screwed everyone involved. And the only help she’s had from Enterprise was via the AA guy who said she’ll have to go to the Hammersmith office at 9am tomorrow morning. Absolutely and utterly complete rubbish! In every way. Lost money on a ferry, lost time on a very tight moving schedule, other people have to change their schedule, and she’s sitting in a broken van from 6pm until midnight!??!!!! Someone needs to seriously sort this tomorrow morning. As if emptying my dead mothers house isn’t stressful enough, we have to deal with this?? 7WCJ01 is her reference number, on the offchance one of Enterpsies employees happens to see this. The Hammersmith office needs to sort out the complete shambles that they’ve put us in. Including reimbursements for ferry tickets. She has the AA report that states the clutch was barely hanging on when she was given the van. First and last time we’re ever using this company.

Rented a van for a move. First, we were kept waiting for almost 40 minutes even though we had pre-booked our car. When it was finally our turn the woman checking us out made snarky remarks about my friend's driver's licence photo, which we both found to be very unnecessary. When we finally got the car we were rushed out of there without properly checking the car. Upon delivery, we were told there was a tiny hole in one of the tyres and that a claim of £150 would be raised. There is no way we made that damage as we drove very carefully and on the M3 the whole way. There were no noises or potholes to indicate this damage taking place. I was told I would be contacted about the issue and I never was. Someone called my friend who was the driver and asked for his bank details but nothing else. He then asked what the status was as we were promised a conversation about the issue. They told him they would contact me and they never did. What they did was to not pay his deposit back. I called them myself a few days later. The woman (who coincidentally was the same one who checked us out) spoke like a machine and just listed the terms and conditions and insisted that everything was done right. It was not, it was done in a big hurry. All in all this was not a good experience and I will not be using Enterprise again. I am now out £230 instead of £80.

After my company lease car had an accident and had been dropped off to the garage for a repair under the insurance I was informed by my insurance to go here to collect a car to use while my car was getting repaired. I spoke to Enterpise before arriving to confirm what I needed and I did this verbally and in writing via email and brought all the necessary documents like driving licence, insurance policy schedule, letter of authority from the lease company etc. Ended up waiting over an hour in their front office only to be told by the arrogant assistant manager that as the name of the agreement was in the lease company and not my name they could not help me (despite my car already being in the garage and this hire being approved by my insurance) - the assistant manager said it was due to the fact the car was registered to the lease company and not myself - I tried to explain it is a lease hire company car so the registered keeper would be the lease company as they own the vehicle and I had the letter of authority from them proving we had the vehicle of lease hire but they were not interested in helping at all - found all the staff unhelpful, rude and dismissive especially the assistant manager of the branch. Avoid and use your own garage who helped me out and gave me a car to use instead of the approved hire agent!

Never had a problem with Enterprise before but it appears that this location uses tactics associated with "lower quality" car rentals. In particular, after agreeing to one change to my reservation, I later discovered several additional add on charges which I was not informed of. Also they mischarged the car class on me, which only became apparent after the fact (charged for a more expensive car class than they provided). While "customer service" might reply to this and other complaints, it appears this is just marketing to make prospective renters feel okay. A few other reviewers note similar lack of any followup. I have filed no fewer than three separate customer service requests through different avenues (and months have elapsed). I'm told my billing issues are legitimate and I'll be contacted, but nothing ever happens. One rep (at corporate Enterprise) told me she's never seen one of the particular unexplained line item charges that was added to my bill in 10 years of working for Enterprise. Instead of replying to this post and asking for information, look up one of the three complaints you have on file and address it.

Terrible experience, could give zero star rating! At the day of hire they delayed over an hour to deliver the car, as a result the inspection with agent was done in a hurry and we didn’t have time and sense to check and find the load cover was already missing, which then was found missing when we returned the car at a separate return location. We only agreed to record the missing but didn’t agree we caused it. But after we returned to Canada, they charged me for the missing load cover using stolen credit card information. I reported to Enterprise DRU and negotiated for over 3 months, and explained the situation and truth time and time again. But they declined the truth and refused to refund. Unbelievable for a company like Enterprise to scam and defraud customers like this! Like other reviewers already said, they may respond my review quickly asking to contact their customer care to pretend they care customers. But from my past 3 months’ experience, it is useless to contact customer care when in trouble with them. Not to mentioned the huge amount of time I wasted on negotiating with them.

I rented a car back in October and after returning it, my card was charged an extra day of extended protection. I was not notified about this charge and had already paid for the extended protection for the full rental period at the time of booking. I emailed their customer service to enquire as to why I was charged, providing proof that I had already paid for the full protection and that I was not told about this extra charge. For the past 2 months I have been passed around to various customer service reps and have yet to receive a refund or any communication from this branch. The customer service reps keep telling me that they have escalated this to the branch and there has been no response. The amount of money is not that much, however it's criminal that without notice they were able to charge my card for something I already paid for and now are ignoring my inquiries. UPDATE They think that responding to this review by sending the invoice for the service I ALREADY paid for (for the 3rd time) is sufficient enough explanation.... disgraceful.

Branch lovely and friendly when they are taking the money for your rental. But when they owe you money, that's when they seem to forget your a customer and customer service goes out the window. I was involed in a accident (where i was hit by the other driver) and was insured that enterprise will do everything they can do retrieve the money and tgat this happens a lot so I will be told what is going on. I rang the branch a week later and they didn't have any idea who I was and just referred me to a phone number which I already had, but got told to called the branch to chat to the person who I dealt with when I returned my van. Branch was not helpful back in February and now I have been told in June I 'may' have to pay the 950 as they think the number plates where fake on the other car. Branch seem to forget about customer service once they have to car back and your case has gone on to another department.

I booked a van weeks in advance of my moving date, only to be phoned at 6pm the night before to be told that no vans are available and I'll have to sign up for car club. Come morning of, I'm kept waiting in the Hammersmith Bureau for 2 hours while the staff make minimal efforts to get something to appear. In the end, I wasn't provided with a van and had to pay £332 in late fees due to the delay moving out. This in and of itself was enough to make me angry. On top of that, the complaints process is completely non-functional, Gilu and Jordan in the Hammersmith branch completely misled me by telling me that I may be able to seek compensation (it has been over 3 months, and nothing). And they have the gall to email me asking about my experience of car club. To say I will never go near Enterprise again and that I will be telling everyone I know not to risk giving them any money would be an understatement.

Avoid Hammersmith Enterprise. We hired a van 5 months ago to move. We turned up on the day and they had no van for us. After a 2 hour wait they finally had a van for us. Before we left the forecourt there was an engine light on so we refused to take it. They FINALLY offered a 3RD van which was not the size we paid for. 5 months down the line they are now demanding payment for an engine fault on the 2nd van they TRIED to give us which didn’t even leave the forecourt, and threatening to pass over to debt collectors. Avoid this place, they are seriously unorganised. *** Edited review - They have now closed down the case, but they seriously have paper work issues with having the incorrect emails and phone numbers. Be cautious to take your own photos of the van. Just in case it happens to you

I had an excellent experience with this location. I had rented a car in Southampton and was not able to return it before they closed, so I drove into London and was told I could drop off my rental car at this location. The branch manager, Gilu, looked up my reservation and allowed me to drop off the car with him. He was very friendly, personable, and did a basic walk-around the outside of the car and say everything was good. He also contacted the Southampton Central location to alert them that I had arrived and returned my vehicle. For my troubles, they waived my one-way fee to return to a different location. It was a very pleasant experience and thank you again, Gilu! You made our day!!!

Despite returning a vehicle with no issues, this branch has chosen to withhold deposit. I received a confirmation email of receipt after calling in and complaining about a missing deposit. This is clearly male practice has other approaches have returned my deposit within a day. In an age of cost of living crisis, I think it’s disgusting. They have people begging them for what is owed to them in the first place. The vehicle was brought back and confirmed there was no issues. However, over three days later no deposit was returned or organised. I have a regular customer however, I will not be using this branch again. Stay away and use another provider. Disorganised and unprofessional.

Google maps says 8am is ‘a little busy’ here - not quite true, the lot was full of returning cars this morning but the staff were really efficient and friendly. I was bricking it over a significant mark I found in a tire when checking the car over at the end of the rental which had not been spotted in check out; I am sure another company would have had me for it but enterprise were very relaxed, checked their records, said it was logged and I left hugely relieved with my full deposit. The guys in the yard and Sophia on the desk were all very friendly so early on a busy Monday morning. Had some pretty bad car hire experiences, so it was great to have such a good one.

Really friendly staff. I needed a bigger car than I had booked and the staff here were super helpful in sorting that out for me (at only a small cost) Very clear instructions on all I needed to know about the rental, including knowing what would happen if I had any issues or damaged the car at all. Felt like nothing was being hidden from me and I knew exactly what the costs would be, if anything went wrong. Will be hiring from here again for sure. Only downfall is they always call me to remind me of the things I need to hire a car, even though I have hired from this company 10+ times in the last year.

Nightmare. Avoid at all costs. Rented and specifically asked for a PETROL van, got an EV and was told take it or leave it, despite having a remote vacation planned. Van died 1 hour/45 miles later - would not keep a charge or take a charge. Stranded in Oxford for nearly 20 hours - despite a dozen calls with Roadside Assistance (which I paid extra for). They simply did not listen, did not come. An absolute nightmare of an experience. I know - sounds like “well maybe there’s details left out, maybe the renter (me) did something wrong”…. Nope. There isn’t and I didn’t. Nightmare. Avoid this place.

I've used a number of rental companies, all of them left me with a negative experience in one way or another. Then I started using Enterprise services and so far have not been left disappointed. The prices are very reasonable and the staff at every branch are great, very polite and professional. Nevertheless, the people at Hammersmith branch are no different. Communication is on point, still yet to experience a problem, as this was our second time using Enterprise services at Hammersmith, thanks to Sophia, Ross and the whole team.. Friendly staff and a fairly new fleet of vehicles available to rent. Two bug bears - difficult to find parking upon return since they don't have a dedicated rental return area and you need to find parking on the street; secondly - no guarantee that you will receive a vehicle with a full tank, unlike with other rental car providers like AVIS or Hertz. This has happened several times now with rentals from Enterprise and can be especially annoying at return of the vehicle if you bring back a car with more fuel than what they have provided (Enterprise will not reimburse you).

I have rented a few times from Enterprise Hammersmith and they are always good. Timely, nice, friendly and very genuine people. If I could give more stars I would since I once rented a car from them hoping to put a roof rack on it for a holiday, but I didn't have right roof rack type and couldn't get one from Halfords on the day. The guys (Jordan and team) refunded me in full, no questions asked. Lots of places would have been really 'sorry you booked it' about this, but these guys were friendly and human throughout. Branch for enterprise to be proud of.

Very unhelpful over Christmas. Enterprise close a lot of their offices during Christmas which is fair enough, but what isn’t fair is that they want to charge customers for keeping cars beyond their requirements because it’s not possible to return them to an office. I wanted to end my rental on 27th December, but their office doesn’t open until 29th. This is a difference of around £200 plus parking at my expense. Speaking to them on the phone they offered no solution to my problem whatsoever. Not helpful; you might say profiting unfairly…

Have rented from Enterprise lots before and usually brilliant but this place is truly awful, dealt with a rude member of staff. Tried charging us for an extra day as we were going to be late because my girlfriend (doctor) pulled over to check someone over and wait for emergency services after they were in a car crash on M4... Told us they "misheard me because of signal" but managed to have 37 min conversation with her colleage.. Hmm... Have complaint lodged and told area manager would call us but they haven't. Avoid at all costs.

I rented a van from Enterprise Hammersmith and it was really easy. Omar was really helpful in assisting and getting me going, even letting me in the shop before they opened. The vehicle had Apple Car Play so bring a cable and you can use it as a Sat nav. Returning was no issue either. Although it'll say it on your terms remember to bring a credit card in your name, as a customer in front of me didn't have one - this is normal from all car rental firms in the UK (and most overseas) Excellent service, thank you!

Spoke to chap on main booking number and booked medium van from Reading. Got email confirmation of booking and then got call from Reading branch saying they had no vans. Followed the same process to book a van for collection from Hammersmith and got the same results, was told by the chap they didn't have any vans and there were none in surrounding branches either. He said I could have van if I subscribed to there van rental scheme.... Central booking office and branches need to communicate better.

I couldn't recommend this branch enough. Every single time the customer service is simply excellent. I couldn't get movers during Covid 19 lockdown and had to hire a van. The guys starting from Anish and Sophia, on the pick up day, were very helpful and proceeded to help me with the size of the van and keep things safe and contactless. Same thing during drop of with Mo, where he was prompt and kept safe distancing and I was done before I knew it. Amazing customer service!!

I have used this branch twice. Its good value and good vehicles. The service team in the branch was excellent, Harry and Ella at this branch were very helpful and good professional attitude. I was also impressed with Sophia in the branch managing what could only be said a very difficult costumer. I watched a master class on how to deal with an annoying costumer with professionalism and understanding great team! I will continue using this company in future.

The car hire was fine. However, as soon as I got home after returning the car I start getting calls on my personal phone because they wanted a positive review. Quite aggressively. Also, they didn't mention that congestion charge is not included in the rental price, although their office is not too far from C zone. I received £80.00 fine and they added £35.00 under Admin fee. So a total of £115.00. Very poor communication and bad manners. DO NOT recommend!

Utterly useless and a waste of time. Have tried to book a van from this location on two occasions now. Both times had my booking confirmed and both times I show up I’m either offered a vehicle that isn’t a van as an alternative, or offered a car club van located 30 minutes away. If you don’t have the vehicle available please just tell people as it just wastes time and cost for the customer… as I’m now having to pay more for last minute arrangements.

As a visitor, I was struggled whether or not to rent a car in UK due to various bad comments around general car rental experience in UK. Having said that staffs at this branch were helpful and efficient (Ray when I picked up and a tall young British man when return). It was pretty much a trouble-free experience in car pick-up and return. The car was clean and new. It worked well for various long-distance drives there. It’s a “go-to” car rental shop.

These guys are the best hire car company branch in the UK . I hire all the time and will use these guys. They are friendly, helpful , honest and totally professional. All brwches should take heed from here. Ross in particular always takes care of the rentals and I am always grateful for the personal touch. No matter how busy or underfore the team are they are always speedy, pro, with a can do attitude. Heads and shoulders above the competition.

picked the car up from Hammersmith, car offered to me was very dirty Harry tried cleaning the car then told they made a mistake that car wasn't for me then offered a different car with was downgrade. good car clean I had no problem with it. good Service from Harry when I returned the car greeted by Ella very professional in few minutes all sorted got my deposit back three days later, overall good service I will use them again.

Couldn't speak more highly of them. Best in the area for customer service by a long way. The Staff were friendly and switched on. They gave us a free upgrade when they saw our luggage, which I guess usually they'd be unable to do, but it was nice they did when they could. I scraped the car and they were really helpful in explaining everything and helping me reclaim the excess from a third party insurance company.

I never got my deposit back. I was told I would get a notification the following day. I knew it wouldn’t be the entire deposit as I clipped the wing mirror. And no one contacted me. No email. No call as promised. I called in. Got told a totally different story. Was told someone would reach out. No one has. Really upset by this as the lovely manager said it would be resolve. But no. I strongly advise against renting a car from Hammersmith branch. My experience was highly unsatisfactory, and in a situation where I needed their assistance, the support was severely lacking. Choose any other location if you want to avoid the issues I faced. Current branch manager Gilu failed to provide the necessary support and service, which was a major inconvenience and disappointment.

A wow service!!! Couldn't expect anything more, picked up was quick so did the returns.... Car is in excellent condition no problem whatsoever, and the lady in the office even offered to pay for my mistake went in to the congestion area without paying first that just another star going to this company... Thumbs up!!! Will definitely be returning every time I in need of a rental car....

What an experience! Wish all holidays started out like this. The staff was not only courteous but warm and friendly while at the same time being helpful and prompt. My wife and I were prepared for a lot of paperwork and slow delivery. However, were pleasantly surprised by the experience. The same was the case at drop off today. Arlind Vladi was incredibly helpful. I booked a van but after I arrived I realized it was manual and I couldn't drive it despite paying for it. Arlind immediately pinged nearby Enterprises to help me find an alternative and when he couldn't immediately issued a refund within 1 hr and sent me a confirmation email. He is beyond helpful. Highly recommend.

I use these guys from time to time. Staff are polite, helpful and friendly. Prices are reasonable. The location is close to Ravenscroft Station however, there office is situated on the main road and you have to walk around the back to collect the car. Inconvenient when returning vehicles. Apart from that - keep up the good work guys.

Amazing service, came in Sunday 5 minutes to closing, the man did not rush us, was extremely helpful. Even told us to book online when we sat in the office with him, because it was £10 cheaper. Best of all I forgot my purse after the office closed and he gave a ring after hours and dropped it off. Will be renting from here more often!!!

Just horrible we had to move and rent a van, we discovered there are hide prices. They also ask me where I work Then I have been refused to take the van because ... I was not referenced to the place where I move!!!? We lost our time, money, we are now without van and without solutions to move our live in the new flat! THANK YOU!

Door was locked when I arrived so I couldn't get in. Car hire booked from 1530 but when I eventually got into the branch the earliest they could actually give me a car was over half an hour later. I had filled in the Enterprise app beforehand but that made no difference to the process. Why bother having an app? Pathetic - avoid!

Turned up this morning and found there to be no vans after I thought I had booked one for the morning. Not sure if it was my fault or the online booking system, either way then bent over backwards to help me out and sorted me a vehicle that was far better than what I'd hoped for. Professional staff and swift vehicle pick up and drop off. I've booked several vans for work online over the last 6 months. Each time the staff at Hammersmith have been welcoming, explained the system clearly and the vehicle has been in good condition. Highly recommend. Be sure to note the turn off to the car park for drop off.

Not the first time I rent here, but this time was a bad experience. Due to no fault of my own I had to downgrade the car type and at one point u was told I may even have to pay more due to "difference in price on the day". Eventually was sorted with a car at the same cost, but it was a downgrade still and it was dirty.

Van was great and in good condition. However with three people in the office I wasn't acknowledged by a single member of staff for about 20-25 minutes. This was very frustrating a simple hello and 'I'll be with you as soon as i can' goes a long way. Or just tell customers why there might be a bit of a wait

First time renting a car from Enterprise - but have been an Enterprise Car Club user for years. Friendly efficient staff. Took about 10mins to go through the check-in process and collect the car. The office/collection location is conveniently located on King Street in Hammersmith and is easy to find.

Enterprise rent-a-car in Hammersmith have been absolutely great. Was given a better than expected car and the pick up service was on time and very useful. I dealt with a number of staff and they were all very friendly and helpful, especially Rebecca who did the paperwork. Would definitely use again.

And told me the wrong time for delivery repeatedly (I confirmed 3 days before to make sure everything was in order) then told me they would never deliver at that time. I have now had to cancel meetings to be in for the vehicle.

Overcharged when I was trying to extend car rent. Were inconsistent in pricing when I called a couple of times. got 100£ charge out of a blue later on my bank card. Without any letter or explanation why. Customer cervise were not willing to reply emails or explain too much. All in all a rip off !

I was planning to rent the cheapest car with an automatic transmission, I paid for a VW, but he was not, and I got a 525D BMW! They're all set up and was told about the speed limit. Staff called back and asked if everything is okay. I will come back to them the next time.

Sundays can be very busy, so expect queuing. I went on a good day - atmospheric conditions (sunny and mild) - but otherwise it could be tricky. Very friendly folks and the car itself is nice. Hope the rental also is good and the return is smooth too.

Rude staff, new manager thinks he can talk to customers anyway he wants. They give you faulty cars, double charge you for the booking and won't tell you unless you spot it on your statement. Terrible, just stay away from this branch

Great staff working longer hours than usual enterprise locations as opened on Sunday also. (Hopefully their salaries are adjusted accordingly ) At peak times worth arriving early as space is limited inside and can get very busy.

Very helpful efficient staff. Parking around the side slightly chaotic but after a certain time you can park on the yellow line outside and the staff are more then happy to move the vehicle and park it up/or get it out for you.

Wasn't easy to find if walking along Kings street but once inside the staff where accommodating. the yard where you pick up your car is a walk away in a scruffy dirty yard, crammed full of cars so not easy to get out.
