Be careful with this company, is practising few strange things: - is cloning debit cards, is copying the debit cards face-back and after that is using your personal details to take out money from your account without a reason; - read carefully the contract between you and them and as well the pink paper what will be provided when you will get the car; - an early return fee is 75£ but if they will close the contract early without a reason they are not paying you nothing; - be careful if you get any fines and speed tickets in traffic, they are paying straight away and after that you cannot appeal them, the rules are if you are receiving any penalty in traffic the police is not sending you the fine or penalty to be paid or to be appealed, in this company they are receiving everything they are paying in advance and you are informed after 1-2 months when is too late, and once is paid the police is closing the case and you cannot appeal; - be careful if you are still their customer on the pink paper where are all the car details when you receive it, on back of this pink paper are the Rental Agreement T&C, at chapter 5 point G is writing: "You agree that we will compute and debit final charges from your credit and or debit card....", once means to "compute&debit": 1.to compute means 1+2+5+8=16; 2.to debit means: a) to be swiped your card in front of POS(if is contact less) or to be inserted in a POS to be entered the PIN to be authorised the transaction and to receive a receipt &/ an invoice; b) to login on a website on internet, a website I mean something like a Internet Banking or Payment Gateway Like PayPal or Another Payment Processor, but in both cases from this paragraph they need your Card Details what unfortunately nobody is authorised to use them less than you, because in your Contract between you and your bank is saying to not share your card details and to keep them safe; c) by DirectDebit and in this case is not applying; d) Magistrates Court Decision as well is not applying; e) you have shared your Bank Account your PIN of your Debit/Credit Card &/ Debit/Credit Card Number(long one), the expiration day, your full name how is wrote on your Debit/Credit Card and as well the CVC No. So to be debited your account by them on a legal way in your contract with them you must share them one or all your secret details of your card, so if you did not give them these details with your signature they did a CRIME - in my contract between me and them they never asked me the card details or the bank account but they have operated in my account, this is very strange - if you got a traffic fine or speed ticket and they already operated in your account and debited with 35£ their Admin Fee for each traffic fine, they did a CRIME(you rewarded them to use illegal your card details - unfortunately this is a theft identity, Police can pick-up random drivers with fines and will realise I am not liar. - unfortunately this Company to skip all the right ways regulated by Law in U.K. and to avoid all the delays and expenses related to call each customer in Court to recover the money is following its Private Law and is using outlaw practices - unfortunately I did personally a complaint at Police but they have rejected me because they are not taking in consideration only one complaint, this is the Police in UK; Do you remember how many times did they asked you to insert the card in POS, maybe only when you renew the contract, how they operated in your account? why you cannot operate in their acc? The London Metropolitan Police is covering them, this is the problem the corruption is too high from where you are expecting the help - now are 3 months since I did the complaint and I wrote this feedback, they are treating me like that because I am gypsy and my skin colour is dirty is not clean like British White, unfortunately brown people and all derivatives less than white people do not have rights in this country they are treating us like slaves ... Few days ago I wrote the letter for Human Rights maybe at that moment I will wake up the Police!

Beware of the tire Scam !!! We were charged $100 each for small nicks in the sidewalls that the agent found within seconds of returning the car .. this is a ripoff !! I pointed out the poor condition of the tires when we picked up the car and was told “it’s a legal tread” the agent even quoted a measurement amount ..which should have been suspicious?? They would not budge on putting this in the pickup conditions report . They know you need the car . We bought the extra coverage which covered up to $100 per tire with $200 total amount you could be charged ( interesting that was our charges) It was obvious this is their scam .. we were even told if the tires cost less we would be credited the difference… no such luck ..evidently tiny cheap tires cost $100 each ! Do not rent from this shady dishonest branch .. we were definitely set up !! Since when are you charged for tire condition at a rental car agency ?? And now I see this scam was reported in previous reviews I wish I saw sooner . All this happened even after we did a good deed when we picked up the car !! The young female agent left her personal phone in our rental car which we discovered 30 minutes into our journey and we went back to return her phone … in London morning traffic while driving on the opposite side of the road … She didn’t even add an extra hour to our return drop off time !!! And she was the same agent who found the tire nicks on our drop off . Unbelievable…bad karma NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS SKETCHY ENTERPRISE LOCATION … we we’re definitely set-up !!

Be very careful with these clowns. Here is the story. Ive arrived to collect the van that Ive booked, from the moment I stepped in to this Branch I felt I was not welcome at all, the agent was playing on his mobile while talking to me and asked me to wait. Only to found out that the van which was booked for me had an accident "well according to them". They let me wait for almost 2hours so Ive done my research and read all their reviews specially the bad ones. I have worked in customer service for almost 15years and I know when something is not right from the beginning. They have given me a Van with a damaged tyre and been asked to ignore the warning indicator that will pop up on screen as their Mechanic have already checked it according to Alex. When I return the van to them "Jake the Manager" inspected the vehicle and pointed to the damaged tyre, I was just watching him do his part and its so obvious that they will do their best to get hold of that the £200 deposit or even more money from you as they were asking me to pay £500 deposit but I didn't. I have played as a regular person and they have taken advantage of it. I was expecting them to call me and just admit that the damage was from the previous rental of the Van but instead they went on and charged me and not letting me know. £200 exact for a new tyre and not even a single pence difference. I hope " THE ENTERPRISE company" will look into this after reading this feedback. To all of you who are planning to book a vehicle at this branch goodluck and be very careful.

Basically Enterprise in Hounslow bath road are a shambles. We returned a car recently and a staff member was rude, arrogant and quick to find fault with the car. He supposedly came across a dent on the car in the most discreet part where it was hard to tell if there was a dent.I challenged him to prove to us where this dent was meant to be because we didn’t see anything. The staff member was vague and didn’t discuss in closer detail where this dent might be. He obviously set out to find any kind of fault to scam us out of a £200 deposit. Which is a lot of money to us that’s why we were shall to not cause any kind of damage. Shocking service and I wouldn’t trust this Enterprise in Hounslow bath road at all. Scammers and devious and would rob you in a very clever way. Beware people these guys will rob you blind for sure.

The car rental company that is situated conveniently on Bath Road close to Harlington Corner crossroads. The service, that I experienced was quite quick. I would have given 4 stars rating but the deposit of £200 was held for 24 hours from me by the company. How convenient for them. Frustrating for me as I've rented the car for about 3 hours only. Also, they won't accept top up debit cards. And they will only accept driver's credit or debit card not someone else's who is not the driver but willing to pay. Still, I will give this rental company another go if needed. There is a small customer's car park as well. They have a car wash station but not for customer's use. It is for their rental cars. It would be a nice convenience touch to add this service for customers even for a small fee.

I had written a review but I don't see it in the website so I'm re-writting it. I had a curtesy car from this branch on 11th January 2023. I was collected from my home. The car i was selected was fine and suited my needs. On returning the car I had to drive it back to the site in Hounslow myself due to staff shortages. I'd left more petrol in the car than I started with and was told I would likely get some money back. I didn't. To add to insult I had to make my own way home. Again due to staff shortages. This is not what is stated on the website. I had no-one to come collect me a staff member called me a taxi but then I had to pay for it too. It's not the service promised. I was livid. Suffice to say. I won't be using this branch should I need to in future.

Made a reservation 3 months in advance. I was sent a email 2 days before my reservation that they are cancelling. They did not offer any alternatives just told me not to contact their branch. I was traveling from overseas. I later found out they did have a similar car for someone that made a reservation 2 weeks prior. Got a hold off a manager who said he would have a car for us in writing. Later he said he wouldn’t but would not put it in writing. Contacted Enterprsie corporate, the branch manager and several others. No one gets back to you. They don’t know what customer service is. I have been an Enterprise customer for 15 years. Enterprise UK is very poorly run.

I opened up the review section for Enterprise & the first reviewer had an identical scam that I underwent. Later on, I read many more complaints from hard-working people, like me, who trusted Enterprise to be honest in their business. I rented in Cornwall and drove to Manchester. The tyres were not checked - neither by me nor the agent - and, on arrival, the agent immediately checked the tyres as if he knew where the cuts were. This is 100% scam from Enterprise. They should be ashamed of such dishonest, improper and shady methods of doing business. People work hard for that kind of money, but Enterprise has no decency. Disgraceful business ethic.

I usually rent vehicles form Enterprise whenever I am traveling, since I am a Plus card holder. The team here are very friendly and not pushy at all when it comes to selling "upgrades" and "services". They were also able to extend a van rental I had by one day, at the last minute; I crucially needed that, and thankfully, they managed it for me! The other great thing is that they are very conveniently located on the Bath Road, so you can easily reach with public transportation; other companies are based either in the Airport, or on the harder to reach Perimeter Road. Oh, and it's right next to a KFC, you can never go wrong with that! :p

Sarah was terrific. Very helpful getting us out the door. My disappointment has to do with the "comparable" statement regarding the car we got. A Jeep Compass is not comparable to the luxury Volvo XC60 we ordered and payed for: 21 Jeep Compass - 173″ L x 74″ W x 65″ H 21 Volvo XC60 - 185″ L x 75″ W x 65″ H The Volvo has more leg room and trunk space and is a luxury car. This was a bait and switch. The high score I gave has to do with check out/in and my email query about insurance. Without that, it would have been 2.5.

Just saying the staff at this branch are fantastic would do no justice. I hire vehicles very often and sometimes put in requests at the very last minute. Dwayne, Shakira and Kief have never let me down. They always provide perfectly conditioned vehicles and an excellent service. February, 2022: Returned to the UK after a 2 month break. And even though this branch have had some change in staff. Dwayne and his new team continue to provide a quick, hassle free service. Keep up the good work!

Never make a mistake to hire a vehicle from this branch they are crooks and thief’s my story is to agonising to explain the manager the fat Indian guy is very rude and lies and cheats and creates false damage charges absolutely disgusted with the behaviour of this branch I am a customer for over 15 years but will be looking to rent my vehicles from one off enterprise’s competitors in the future honest hard working people don’t deserve to be scammed by staff at this branch

I have always had great customer service at Enterprise Hounslow, Bath Road, and everything has always gone right, this time I had excellent customer service when things didn’t go quite right. I had a bump, had taken additional cover and the service could not have been better. 5 stars to Anikeit Wadhwa who checked me in and made sure all was good to go on an icy morning and to Gupta Birk and Anikeit when I returned the van. Brilliant service, great experience, again.

I wat to Thank the whole team at hounslow enterprise, especially Ella and Arafat who have taken care of me and meet my needs thought out this difficult time. Phone calls were always answered and they were very generous and detailed with their information. Dropped a car off this morning. Before I got there, I called ahead to ask some stupid questions as I'm not overly familiar with cars. Special thanks to Sriram Perampalam - my hero of today - for answering my questions with a lot of patience and making the return stress free. I was a little stressed about renting a car for the first time but my hero of the day really made it a pleasant experience. I definitely will be returning!

These guys are rip off merchants - make sure you photograph the car before you drive off especially the tyres in detail. £100 excess taken for a tiny nick in the tyre (which the agent found suspiciously fast - less than 10 seconds and it was a few min long) plus the car itself was in shabby state to start with, scratches everywhere and stank inside. Never using them again.

If you want to hire a car this is the place, because the staff are very friendly specially Dip and Bill they treat you like family . I would recommend anyone this is the home or say the place to hire your car from. Keep up the good work guys and girls. I would give them 100 stars if it was available. They have now new scam again I hired from different branch but they said we been assigned to get this car back and through £350 saying I've done tyre damage and a speck on the windscreen. Avoid for your own benefit inky is trying to get revenge for head office compliant previously I had put. Avoid!!!!!!!!! Scammers

I was booked for a F auto pco car and they wanted to gave me a damage one. I said I dont want that and I was asking for a different model but they told me that model is booked. When I was making the reservation they said I cant book for a specific model because Enterprise doesnt garantee the model. So no cars!!!

Staff are amazing. Company policies are a little too be desired sometimes. Twice I have been told that there are no cars in London (I was bumped because I was paying a cheaper rate), and then I had to organise the car myself. Staff at this branch were really good in helping me find a car within enterprise!

Terrible location. We had a reservation for 2 months, and they suddenly cancelled it less than 48 hours before pickup. It nearly ruined our trip and they were unsympathetic. They blamed the TfL strike, but the strike happened long after our booking.

Rubbish customer service, cocky call handler who barely can speak formal English, then they will ban you! Even though they messed up your booking. Manager is just as juvenile who didn’t bother listening to the call.
