Reservations are not honored at Enterprise. Made two, at two locations and both had no cars available. Poor customer service. No willingness to help the customer or go the extra mile.just a sad "Im sorry". I'm through with Enterprise. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Right now SIXTH Car rental. I suggest you do like wise.

Everyone that I encountered was great with customer service. They made the process of picking up the car and dropping it off a piece of cake. I can’t remember the young man’s name that checked me out, but he was so polite and held the door open for me in the rain. Jason and Mr. Lovett were great as well!

The location is nice, easy in and easy out. We worked with Reggie. He checked the inventory to find a car suitable for our needs. He explained why we could not use my corporate code that I booked the reservation with. For my enterprise needs, I will definitely return to this location on piedmont.
