Used this location twice in the last month due to an auto accident and needing a temp. Apparently there is poor communication between the software and the stores. The first time I confirmed online for an economy and they had no cars the next day. I waited and they brought me a minivan after about an hour. The second time the body shop purchased a rental for them to do some additional work to correct a mistake they made. This time, I called and physically confirmed a car was ready in morning. I arrive and again, no car, and an excuse that they didn’t know if I still wanted it. Not sure what the disconnect is with enterprise. I wouldn’t use if you’re on a time crunch.

The most disappointing experience with rental service. I had multiple issues that affected my overall satisfaction. Regardless of being an Enterprise Member. 1. I had to wait extremely long to retrieve a car. 2.The customer service is THE WORST I've ever experienced, I was spoken to like if I was a child renting his/her first car. 3. The car smelled horrible and was NOT cleaned properly. 4. While waiting another customer came in and complaint and was immediately dismissed by the same rude gentleman that did very little to assist me. Overall the quality of this location deserved ZERO stars. I've been a loyal enterprise customer, until TODAY.

The service was unmatched. I needed a rental car ASAP. I didn’t have a reservation when I arrived. I was greeted soon as I walked in the door. The staff heard my request, and needs. They assisted me in getting a rental car. The staff made everything right for me. The staff treated me as if I was a regular customer. Very personable, understanding, and caring. My day was going so bad and this staff went above and beyond for me. The staff definitely left me in a great mood. I value, and appreciate customer service like this. This location has a customer for life. And I will be sending you some business. Thank you again. God Bless you all.

The staff at the Cheshire Bridge Enterprise is just amazing. They are always so friendly and communicative. They welcome you when you enter and (if there are lots of others in line) they let you know they’ll be with you as soon as possible and thank you for your patience in advance. Even if you have to wait for a bit because this is such a busy store - you feel acknowledged and valued. I rent from this location 1-2 times a month and Ian and Christina have the best customer service and always take care of me quickly to get me back out on the road! Highly recommend this enterprise!

Terrible. I rented a car for less than 24 hours and they sent me an estimate for damage ALL OVER the vehicle. No damage was done to the car while it was in my possession. What a scam. I'll be filing a dispute. Updating to add I continue to be contacted for damage to the vehicle I returned that I did not cause. They refuse to send any time stamped photos or the vehicle registration log because they do not have proof. I had the vehicle for less than 24 hours, I was cleared to go and sent my security deposit back immediately. Absolutely awful establishment.

I do not quite know how to explain my experience with Enterprise. I was in an car accident so the insurance company connected me with Enterprise for my rental. There was not a good amount of cars to chose from that insurance would cover at the location I was sent to but Tom, the store manager was the biggest help. He made every possible accommodation to me to help my experience go smooth. I appreciate the effort and hard wok he put into his job to help me during this time. Without Tom's assistance I would have lost my cool.

Totaled my car and had to get an emergency rental, thank God I was lucky enough to have Tom helping me at the Cheshire Bridge location…he got me in a great truck next day, but gas mileage wasn’t great so I called for a swap and he made it happen immediately. So easy, fast, good price, and the service Tom provided was unmatched….friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, and hard working. Would recommend to anyone, 10/10. 5 stars, way to go Tom, and great job Enterprise for hiring and training Tom!

Bad customer service, I reserved a vehicle, they gave me a totally different car. And it wasn't even clean, they told me that I had to come back later to pick it up until they cleaned it. But like I told them I came in uber, so I had to wait for the (different) vehicle to be clean. They only have one person working here, and you have to wait almost an hour, and the vehicle wasn't even ready after the hour. ( it pass already 20min and the car is still not clean).

Only after about 7min 1star for the lady that had sense enough to say “Hello ma’am someone will be with you.” 1star for the employee customer service and accommodation that was provided. 1star for the guy that walked me outside to view the vehicle. After my trip I have realized that from Decatur to “Buckhead” the conglomerate Enterprise vehicles have major mechanical issues. As a professional consumer I pay for comfort. I’m beyond disappointed!

My family and I was stranded at ATL airport, so we had to pick up a vehicle at this location the following day! While I was extremely frustrated, the agent at the front Thomas (Tom) was very empathetic and AMAZING! He did not have the size car I originally reserved, but he quickly apologized and had my family and I safely on the road! I want to personally, again say, THANK YOU THOMAS for your amazing customer service!

5/5 stars! Ian from the Cheshire Bridge Enterprise Atlanta location was incredibly gracious. Him and the entire staff were professional, nice, and helpful. When my insurance messed up and refused to help me, Ian stepped up and made sure I was taken care of. He put the customer first and that is incredibly rare today when it comes to customer service. Thank you Ian and Enterprise Team!

I received a full-sized SUV for my long trip, rather than the standard sized sedan I had requested. I wanted a trunk to conceal the valuables I was transporting on an overnight trip. I was not happy. The rental took 45 minutes although Enterprise had confirmed with me the morning of the rental. Seemed like a long time for a simple, pre-arranged transaction.

Terrible. Wouldn't work with me to get my rental. I got my driver license stolen so I went in with a copy of my license (front and back), apple wallet ID and my passport and still wouldn't work with me saying they need to scan the ID which they could've easily done with the copy that I had. Also, had a receipt from DMV for replacement ID.

Store rep hung up on me after I questioned her about the out of state drivers license. Don't give out false information if you just told the client that they can do something then switched up... Tried to give this store another chance NOPE! They will overcharge you .. please be careful and watch your bill!

I'm here twice a month to rent a car and I must say Ian and his staff go far and beyond for me when I come in. I get greeted when I come in and most importantly I get the car size I rented instead of being cast off into something else. Visit these good folks one time and you won't go anywhere else.

Superb service! We booked online less than 12 hrs before we got to the store. They still managed to have a car for us and waived the fee to return to the airport. Ian (who served us) is really friendly and we had fun talking to him. This is the best service I ever got from a rental car company.

If you want to be placed on a national DO NOT RENT list choose Enterprise where they choose to side and not investigate their emotional employees wanting to fight customers and using racial slurs before making smart business decisions!

Needed work done on my truck and it was going to be in the shop for a few days. Enterprise was very happy to help me and had me in a beautiful vehicle within minutes.

I loved everything about this location! Tom made me feel so special he’s very professional and knows what he’s doing I will definitely go back hopefully!

All of my rentals at this locatiopn have been great. A helpful staff and great vehicles. I would reccomend this location to anyone who needs a car.
