Excelente atención y servicio. Estaba preocupada por mi reservación de auto ya que de último momento mi vuelo se canceló. La srita. María José Heredia me apoyó en todo momento cancelando mi reservación si ningún costo y reprogramando una nueva con mi nuevo itinerario de vuelo, además de siempre ser amable, me ofreció mejores opciones para mi reservación. Durante la misma llamada recibí la cancelación de mi reservación y la confirmación de la nueva (en ningún momento se me pidió información personal, el nuevo pago fue por medio de un link enviado a mi email lo cual me dio aún más seguridad como cliente), quedé sorprendida con la excelente atención al cliente, sin duda será mi opción para reservaciones en viajes futuros.

Still waiting for my refund. At almost a week later, it still hasn’t even been confirmed that I didn’t use the car. The prices were okay. but you should MAKE IT CLEAR that there’s going to be a TWO HUNDRED DOLLAR DEPOSIT UPON PICKING UP THE CAR. I lost 20% of my money because no one made that clear. and still waiting!!! I’m in a state with NO CAR AND NO HOME still waiting for my refund. but they took it out of my account within seconds. It’s honestly messed up.

Absolutely horrible I’m still waiting for my refund from over 2 weeks ago. Reserve the car and was told it would be a 3-4 hour wait with no car guarantee, I never even made it to the desk. I was told to called Miles and they would cancel and refund me. I called and they said they would refund me but I had to send a picture of license and card, did that immediately and still haven’t gotten the refund. Good luck getting anyone on the phone! I’m still waiting…

Make sure you use your funds if not you can’t get a full refund. They take 20 percent off as a penalty because life happens which I think is completely stupid. Please change your policy! Also keep in mind this is a third party app, after finding which car place they connect you with, go to their website instead of using this third party trash that charges more!!!!!

Miles Car Rental is not located in Intown Business Center. The company is using the address without having any permission. Please do not waste your time showing up to 245 N Highland Ave, Atlanta, GA expecting to find Miles Car Rental. They are misleading their customers. Please remove the address immediately as you do not have permission to use the address.

AWFUL!!!!! They booked me for a car and I drove 1 hr to get the car after pre-paying and there was no car available. They didn’t refund me for over $1,000 and their customer service is dreadful. I had to call over 10 times and wait on hold for over 20 minutes each time. They have very poor management and are completely unreliable. Unacceptable business.

They are the BEST! No hidden charges, everything is extremely clear with them and the customer service is the best, even when you have to make last-minute changes... Mr. Daniel Orjuela was super helpful and prompt with the changes I needed. I have used Miles Car Rental several times now and I do wholeheartedly recommend them.

A couple things: 1. This is not a physical location - look on street view. You can't actually pick up a car here. 2. They just book cars through other companies, like kayak or Priceline or equivalent reseller. So upon finishing both of those things out & looking at the other 1 star reviews, I'm not booking from here.

I had a great experience with Katherine Perez, she answered all my questions with knowledge and courtesy. She was very efficient and proffesional. I find that the service provided by this agency is really good and the prices are great, specially with all the things that are covered with the rental fee.

I don't know what it is but the lines are busy at all times and I am not sure if the problem is getting fixed or not. I think it is a scam, I just want to cancel my reservation as I have found an alternative but I keep getting redirected to the broken website. I will edit & lyk once I check it out

I was looking for a car to rent and saw $16.84 per day, so I reserve it, paid $67.36, then get a voucher saying it's actually going to cost me $449.08!! Like, are you serious! That's false advertising and I want to cancel that reservation and get my money back please.
