They’ll over charge you, The car itself was dirty af and reeks of smoke, The check engine light was on and the car transmission constantly slips, and they’ll never be able to switch out your car because they never have any available. Not to mention of the 4 people I spoke with 3/4 of them had the worst attitude. God help me.

Poor experience that I will chalk up to bad communication with the company not letting the Entertainment Branch know they can’t pickup vehicles from there. But the fact they ignored emails and a phone call from within their company to get more details is also kind of a red flag on their customer service.
